Crazy I read all the comments, I was so scared this would happen to me . So I waited in my living room an hour before arrive time . I was looking at my camera . The delivery guy put the package in front my door attemp to take a picture , then came back up my stairs to pick up the package but my door open and I was like “ hey thank you “ he looked shocked and disappointed. SMH never again .
If I could give this company 0 Stars I would. Everytime they have to deliver my package from saks it never arrives! They lie about making delivery attempts and post false updates about the packages. This is the worst delivery company Ive ever come across and judging by the reviews everyone knows it!
If I could give this company negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM. Everyone who works here is completely incompetent. I have to use them often as a messenger service for work and it’s always a nightmare. They promise a “latest” time to deliver and without fail it comes hours later. I call and ask to track and they say it will be delivered in 10 minutes. I call again after 20 minutes and they say “Oh sorry another 10 minutes” EVERY TIME. FOR HOURS. An absolute headache. I am urging my company to find another messenger service.
I ordered something via Zara I live in a 24 hour Doorman building they informed me they could not get in because a buzzer is required . No Buzzer is ever required . They are either too lazy to walk to the door or too stupideither way no package. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING !zara rep said they receive the most complaints about this company.
Do not use this courier!!!!. On November 26 I purchased some items from Saks fifth Avenue. The package was to arrive on Thursday December 2nd.The package never arrived. Due to the holiday season I figured they were running late I continue tracking the package on the 3rd, 4th, 5th because it kept saying intercepted on the tracking website . I checked again on Monday it said delivery attempted on December 5th (sunday) this is a business location that is not opened on Sundays. So I contacted Saks 5th Avenue who contacted the shipper Tforce by email on Monday the 6th. I received an email late night from Tforce that my package was returned to Saks. I called Tforce and spoke to Gabriel who was nice but not at all helpful.He said the item is already in the truck being sent back and that I should have called on Sunday I explained 1st I did not know tforce was delivering the package. I asked why wasnt a 2nd delivery attempt made like UPS, FedEx or the postal service does. He said they only make 1 attempt Now my item is sold out everywhere and im out $75. THIS IS LITERALLY WORSE COURIER
This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I Still haven’t received my package yet, The customer service is horrible they’re no help at all. I ask can I speak to a supervisor they said they can’t do that. I call everyday and they keep telling me somebody going to reach back to me and nobody never does. I asked can I just pick up my package since there taking long to deliver and it keep showing it’s at there facility and they said no they don’t do pick up due to covid. I never even heard of this company before! Smfh I hope I will never have to deal with them again

Seriously, maybe try a four star review with a more realistic comment so the world doesnt think you are a plant. This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They just keep saying out for delivery, then it never comes. Day after day after day after day after week. Customer service by phone DOES NOTHING. They say they will call back and NEVER CALL BACK. I dont know how Amazon can use this company for ANYTHING, they are HORRIBLE.
Worst courier! worst customer service! incompetent! unreliable!called numerous times to follow up on my package and assured me that itll be delivered the next day and the next day..... the last call i made they said it was returned back to the sender. how is this courier still in business when clearly they are the absolute worse
Rent the Runway started partnering with them recently and it has been awful. I’ve actually gotten multiple orders refunded by RTR because TForce cannot seem the actually deliver a package— I wish RTR realized this service causes them to lose money and stops using them. Twice now my order is delivered days late for no discernible reason which means I cannot use the items. The items are allegedly in the TForce location 15 minutes from my home and they will not allow me to pick them up but also can’t deliver them. I’ve tried calling seven times now, am placed on hold and then the call is disconnected after a few minutes. I also sent an email and they said they are “looking into it” but no further information has been given. Please just let me get my package.
I’ve never left a review before, but I can’t keep quiet about these guys, they’ve given the worst experience on handling my shipment, never use them at all if you can. They’re behavior is very suspect, they don’t follow up with calls when they say they will, and say you signed your appointment when you never did. Do not use them.
They delivered my Rent the Runway shipment to the wrong building (photo confirmation of the delivery showed it was not my lobby). When I called TForce customer service, the rep said she could find nothing with that tracking number, package ID, or under my name. Worst delivery/courier service Ive ever dealt with. I told Rent the Runway they shouldn’t use this company anymore. By the way, if you look at the replies from TForce on all the bad reviews, they’re basically identical.
The absolute worst courier company EVER! My first experience with them was back in February where I never received my order from Zara (safe to say it was stolen, Zara had to end up resending me my items). Then again, I was supposed to receive an order from april 14th! It is now April 23rd and every time I call they tell me it will be delivered tomorrow. I now still dont have a package I was supposed to receive before I went out of town. Just terrible, I hope retailers like Zara stop working with them as theyre extremely unprofessional. Im extremely hesitant to shop with Zara again if theyre shipping with tforce. Awful and unprofessional, Im reporting them to the BBB.
More like T-FARCE. I went on UPS.com and got a quote. I paid for the freight package upfront. Package was picked up and delivered. I know receive an invoice for $540 MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL APPROVED PRICE. I called customer service which is no help at all, and they state they have to charge me an additional $150 for pickup and $150 for delivery plus taxes and fees.You cannot agree upon a price, and then on a later date send out an invoice for more money. THAT IS UNHEARD OF! Please do something about this. Will never use UPS Freight or T-FARCE again.
This company has had my package for 10 days now. They received it in December 11,2020 and it has not made any movement and they still has not been shipped it as of today. Everyday the expected date changes to the next day. I’ve been calling them and ever representative tells me the same thing. Delivery is slow and backed up. But I’ve paid for my package to be processed and delivered to me over 10 days ago. I’ve even offered to pick up my package but they said due to COVID I can’t go to the welfare house. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I’m beyond annoyed and mad. All I want is my package. I’m definitely filing a claim.
Worst carrier ever!! not even lasership is so bad as this company. They are so unprofessional that they stole your packages and market it as the delivered. when you called costumer service they are so useless, including the manager is not available. if you going to received a package from them you not going to get it!!!!!
I had a horrible experience with a TForce delivery man. He rang my bell excessively, then started banging o the door. He then told me to leave without giving me my package. He put his foot in the door well and kept telling me to leave bc he wanted to photograph the package. He was not dress in any type of uniform. Horrible company!
By far the worst customer service experience! ThEy would scan items stating that is has been shipped and delivered. Take a picture of the items at the door and then TAKE THE ITEMS BACK ON THE TRUCK/CAR! All of this was recorded on my home camera. I have been fighting and still fighting. Every time i get a customer service agent they give me the run around... Ill call you back after further investigating. We will have a supervisor call you... They never call back or even TRY to help. When I last tried to speak to a supervisor or manager I was on hold for over a hour, to only be transferred to another CUSTOMER WHO WAS WAITING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR... This issue has been going on since DECEMBER! Horrible customer service....
This company is terrible. They were supposed to deliver my package on a Friday and they didnt, no update or anything. On Monday my package tracking said delivered, when I let customer service know that building security footage shows that the package was not delivered or attempted they miraculously identified that they made a mistake and my package in the warehouse and will be delivered within 1-2 days. 1-2 days came and passed and I still did not receive it. I had another package scheduled for delivery on the Tuesday, (the next day after my first package was marked as delivered and it was also not delivered on Tuesday). All week they told me I would receive my packages together and it is a Friday and I have yet to receive either one. I called Zara to open a case and this company told Zara it was delivered without incident even though they are telling me that they have it. Zara closed the investigation because it seems as if I got it. I am still dealing with this, trying to see if I can actually get the package which I dont believe they have, or how to I can get my money back. This is completely unacceptable.
This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I haven’t received my package yet, but they continue to say it was delivered. The customer service is unacceptable! I never heard of this company before! I read on BBB all the horrible reviews, and I am experiencing everything the other customers are complaining about. I know for a fact that my package wasn’t delivered because there is cameras!
My daughter bought an expensive gift for Christmas and it said that a label was created and scanned into their system on December 3rd... its December 30th and nothing... my daughter and wife both called and they are given the run around and when you ask to talk to a supervisor they hang up. When you finally get a supervisor on the phone and ask to speak to a manager you are told that they can’t get the manager. When we offer to pick up the package they say no, so what are they hiding... I believe this package was stolen and they are stalling... their customer service is very shady and now we know why they have a 1.5 rating. Their office is right by my job so not sure why it’s taking so long. Alex the supervisor promised he will have more information by Monday but I think that won’t happen so next step is reporting T Force to the better business bureau.
An extremely terrible company. They claimed to have my item since December 9th. Every day since they claimed it was out for delivery according to the tracking information. FALSE! It was never out for delivery. Customer service at Tforce has to be the biggest joke of 2020. Then they claimed they tried to deliver it on the 14th which was false because once they contacted the driver named IRVING POWELL, he said he made a mistake and the item was never on the truck. I believe my item was stolen because it is now December 24th and my package has still not arrived. I recommend anyone that is having trouble with this carrier service contact your local authorities. My local authorities have stated they will be heading over to their office and want to investigate the driver IRVING POWELL
How is there no zero stars? T force has has my package for over 20 days. I have multiple recordings of them lying saying it will arrive today, that the strong winds delayed them, that someone will call me back... any and every excuse under the sun They then notated my item is incomplete and still no idea when it’s arriving.. You will be reported to the bbb because you should not be operating at all. And before you ask in you generic response that you have give to every bad review, yes I have called.... at least 20 times and my tracking number is 22152417458700100034
This company does not even deserve the 1 star. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience of my life.Incompetent, ill-informed and long winded. I was supposed to receive (3) packages on a Friday. 1 was received, yet the other 2 were marked as delivered. After calling multiple times, I was constantly given the wrong information, or blatantly lied to.No one seems to know when my packages will be delivered, apparently “dispatch” has very quirky hours because they are never available when I call to be asked any questions about my packages. Also, the one day they were supposed to be delivered the rep said the courier must have been too busy to get to it. Even though they said it showed they were on his truck.If I don’t find out today where my over $500 of items is, I will be contacting the NYPD
Not reliable. I was given incorrect drop-off information when I specifically asked them to deliver by a certain time and asked to make sure the driver would not make any stops in between. I even asked what service they recommended to have this delivered quick and smoothly, and got attitude for asking too many questions. They guaranteed the package would deliver directly from pick-up to drop-off, at the time I requested, but package is over 3 hours late, still hasnt been delivered. On a normal day, the distance should only be a 20 minute drive! They gave me the drivers phone number but my texts were not answered and my calls were sent directly to voicemail many times. Finally when a call went through, the driver denied he worked for T-Force and told me I had the wrong number.
I know that courier companies get delayed during the holidays but I know they put the customers first. I got my package on time and the driver that delivered to me was very professional and kind. I love when companies go the extra mile. Unlike LaserShip...Tforce are on time and reliable.
As every other review posted on here, this courier is the WORST. I had a package marked delivered which before being marked as such it was marked as “Exception (Goods) Incomplete”. Needless to say no package was delivered to my residence. When I contacted them, I was told the driver said it was placed in mailbox which is hard to believe because the mailbox is not big enough for packages. I’ve emailed and called and was told they will try and find the package, I have not heard of any updates since. THE WORST, DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY’RE STILL IN BUSINESS.
Seems like the parent company for Dynamex. Never received my package. They claim to have no record showing what day the item was ordered. Their answer was should arrive tomorrow after 2 phone calls and then my calls always conveniently got disconnected after waiting 15 mins in call line.
I had a package that was recieved on December 2 & today is the 24th. They always say being delivered next day. I called twice. Its too bad that I couldnt rate this delivery company a 0 because they dont deserve a 1Amazon should read the reviews on this company and dump them soon.Yelp, Google and a D- RATING from the BBB in Dallas Tx.The names go from Dynamex, to TForce Logistics and TF Courier Inc.The websites lists a number of executives and the one VP responsible for the North East United States is Michael Turek.I have also started a case with the BBB in Dallas as well as with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.I have already requested a refund from Amazon and specifically told them that I will cancel any orders in the future if it is assigned to this delivery service.Placed the order on the 23rd and it arrived at the post office at 2:15 am on the morning of the 25th, with a promise to be delivered by 8:00 pm on the same day, the 25th.I called Amazon at 7:00 pm to say that it wasnt delivered yet and still didnt say it was out for delivery. This company stole my package. They never delivered my package to my apartment door. After tracking my package, the information said delivered. I went down stairs to see if it was left in the lobby, but there was no package anywhere at all. This company lied about delivering my package and they have employees that are steeling packages. This company is a set up to steel packages.
My package was supposed to come on the 22nd, it’s now the 31st. I get the same response every time I call which is “it’ll be delivered today before 8” so something has to give. I don’t have anymore time to sit around and wait for this package. Therefore, something has to be arranged for me to pick up this package now.

Just like the other reviews same thing hear had my order December 16 now it is the 29th of December nothing told them I come pick it up they told me covid will not be able to pickup my order I hope they do the right thing if not I will have take the next step please just give me my order and stop using covid as an excuse to not give me my order enough is enough
This shipping company is the worst! The packages arrive late at night at your house, when you are already in bed ready to sleep, it is incredible that the vast majority of companies work until 6-7 pm but they make deliveries until 10 pm (still placing an order well in advance) doesnt make any sense. Also some packages are simply lost. It is a complete company disaster.

2022-07-10I bought some $400 sneakers with my savings and they were stolen. They sent me a message to gmail telling me that they had already been delivered to the lobby and when I left my apartment I went to the lobby and there was nothing. I called the company and told them I said the order number, it was a number with many repeated numbers and I doubt that the assistant understood it at first.He understood and told me that the package had been delivered and that the delivery man had taken a photo of the building, all very strange and I have read here that this is his scam tactic. I think that if they had delivered it they could have taken a photo of the package in the lobby not to the building and they do not give enough evidence. It is a horror.

2022-08-19I wish I can give zero stars! I was supposed to have a package delivered august 3rd, following day I checked me email and noticed it said delivered but then canceled so I called and the lady said she will put in a ticket and call me back in a few hours…she never called back. I went on vacation and when I returned there was still no package! 2 weeks later no call and no package so I called again and the lady said she would speak with her team and call me back in 20 mins. 3hours later and no call so I called AGAIN and the guy tells me the delivery man didn’t see a safe place to leave the package (I get packages sent here all the time with no issue) the man didn’t even leave a note of a delivery attempt. Now after the run around these people gave me all of sudden my package is being returned to sender today…2 weeks later. The WORST shipping company never even heard of them before all of this.

2022-07-27Worst ever delivery service. I am forced to use a mail order pharmacy and this was their shipper of choice. I spent all day waiting for asthma medication so I could continue to breathe, first there was a 4 hour delay, then another hour delay. Then the driver claiming he didnt know when he would arrive but that he had other jobs to do. Other jobs that he received after mine. Its wonderful to know that being able to continue breathing does not matter to either this so called shipping company or Vivo mail order pharmacy.

2022-02-20This Company is a SCAM - the most horrible delivery experience. Please, read all the other reviews below, the customers never received their packages. There is a review below stating it is a Scheme for stealing.I haven’t received my package yet. Their practice is to take a picture of the building and to pretend that they have did a delivery but actually they didn’t deliver the package. My building has a doorman 24/7 and he is on duty at the door all day and No delivery from that company. This happened with me.They don’t deserve even one star.

2022-04-30This is absolutely the worst shipping company I have ever encountered. They lost the entire shipment. They lied about where it was. I was told three days straight that someone from their locator team would contact me but no one ever does. Much like their responses to other reviews they are very good apologizing but 4 days into a lost 745lb shipment they have no idea where it is or when it might be found. Completely incompetent. If they were a public company I would short their stock. They will be out of business soon....I hope.Response from company is same cut and paste as the other 1 star reviews. I have shared tracking (090165902) with locator team a week ago with the promise everyday that they would call and update me. They have never called or emailed me. I dont think locator team even exists at this point. Fraud company. Stay far away.

2022-02-24If I can leave 0 stars I would. These company is the worst 1st the call center no one seems to know English I believe they in another country and the phone keeps cutting off and have awful reception. 2nd there drivers are thieves. He come to deliver my package act like he is dialing my intercom but doesnt then places the packages in front of the intercom to take a picture marks it as delivered and act like hes leaving buy looking around not know theres cameras all over and the intercom is computerized he looking around and outside and just take the package and leaves and hasnt come back with my package. And he is caught in camera I reported to the company and after 2 days struggling because how awful the communication and reception was I was able to put in a complain but still have not heard back since Sat and today is Thursday and nothing when I followed up. Not only am I upset he stole but these were some sneakers I purchased for someone and now I lost out in the sneakers and money and I looked dumb with no gift. And this doesnt let post the video just pics which wouldnt be enough to see everything I just posted.

2022-04-27Worst company ever to do business with. shipped a crate from NY To CA it was delivered with items missing from inside. when contacted they showed me the crate was delivered nothing they can do. I said i never disputed that the crate wasnt delivered. The items were missing. Tracking 383248751.. still waiting on someone to contact me. im being billed but my issue is not resolved. waiting on you guys for months now.

2022-05-26I ordered a package for Walmart. A gifts to go abroad for my God daughters. Was suppose to arrive Monday and I wasnt leaving until the following Monday. The package was not delivered. I contacted Walmart how said the package was with a carrier and gave me tforce contact info. I called to inquire and couldnt finish my sentence before being told they dont have anything call Walmart. I tried to explain that Walmart said to call them. Nope kept cutting me off ma,am you need to call Walmart not us click. The following Monday I get an email saying they tried to drop the package but couldnt...well it was a week late and I was already put of the country.

2022-04-05Everything the reviews says is true Tforce is horrible. Avoid this courier at all cost its not worth the headache. I cant believe Saks Fifth Avenue is working with a courier that has such poor customer service. My order was shipped in two parts one via FedEx the other via Tforce.I received the FedEx Pkg with no delays or issues. Its easy to conclude that FedEx is the better than Tforce.

2022-08-11THE WORST COMPANY EVER, they tend to leave packages in the lobby. If the package has my apartment number its intended to leave at my door or handed to me. Now i have a missing package which was stolen from the lobby, thanks to TFORCE. this is very unprofessional i hate this happened to me, American Eagle should do better in delivering with another company.
