I had a horrible experience in this place, they were closed a long time, I stopped to see if they were open, I was very happy! It was open. Went in sat at bar, I was only one sitting at bar a young Spanish couple at a table. I waited a good 15 mins to order beer n food, at the bar area were 8- 10 TVs n all were in Spanish, I asked the bar person to please turn one or two tv to the Olympics, I was told no people were watching what was on. Ok just want one tv in English, was told again no, i left n will never go back there, they let me walk out of there asking no questions, I got treated as second class citizen. The manager did n said nothing.never again will I return.
Honestly? We didn’t expect much when we arrived.The tables were covered in food and it was obvious they hadn’t been wiped down (which is why we noticed when the host had no idea where to sit us). Also, he smelled so heavily like weed, I was worried I would get a second hand high.Once we had a table, (a very, dirty table) it took 15 minutes for the server to approach us and ask for our drinks. We decided to put our entire order in at that time because we could tell, this wasn’t going to be the best of experiences.The window sills were covered in dust, spider webs and we even saw a spider that we named Earl, since we had a lot of time to get to know him.The food was prepped quickly (which was more obvious than the host not knowing where to sit us) and when the guy brought me my food, he threw it onto the table without a care in the world so it almost slid off the table into my lap.Every worker looked either high or exhausted which made my experience exhausting.I know the food industry is struggling but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant.Lastly, the bathrooms were so gross, I almost threw up the quickly prepped food I consumed.Our server still got tipped 35% though. It’s not her fault the company doesn’t care about her.If you pick this restaurant because Shake Shack is busy, turn around and wait. It’s worth it and may even save ya in the long run.
Well the food was good and my cocktail was good but when I gave them my rewards card they said it was inactive. A big disappointment b/c I had points on there that are probably lost just b/c I havent been there in a while. Plus tack on pandemic where no one was in door dining for a while If anyone would like to suggest how to get my points back cuz Im sure I had some on there, please let me know
Waited 20 minutes didnt even get acknowledged had to go around and look for someone who said they would be there shortly still no service provided and by the way this place is filthy could use some professional deep cleaning sticky floors sticky windows nasty bathrooms
They practice social distancing, only a 15 minute wait for a table(Id say thats pretty good). Our waitress Ashley was very helpful she was quick and remembered our order in one go even though she was the only one running around doing it all herself. Food was very good and the burgers are quite large so you pay for what you get. Id highly recommend the cherry lime slushie.
DO NOT COME HEREI don’t know where to start. Every aspect of my experience was terrible. The restaurant was pretty empty and it was only 6:30. The table was sticky and only looked clean. Drinks took about 15 minutes to arrive and they didn’t all arrive at the same time either. The appetizers were probably the least worst part of the experience. The combo and the whisky sampler were pretty good. The entree’s arrived after 35 minutes after we ordered them. Everyone else’s entrees on the table were decent good at best. For my fried chicken sandwich it wasn’t very good. The chicken was a bit burnt and the cheese was like plastic. The bun was really dry almost like it was out for a little while. The lettuce was also old. The only thing in shape was the bacon and the tomato. The service was garbage. The servers came back twice throughout our whole stay there and one of the servers was snappy about giving us extra salt and pepper not sure if it was her humor or not just wanted to note that. Lastly I had to use the bathroom and I was disgusted. Every staff member should be ashamed of themselves for leaving a bathroom that dirty. When I walked in there was a putrid smell and I’m glad I had my mask on because I wouldn’t have lasted as long as I did. The floors were so sticky I couldn’t believe it. The walls and the sinks were really dirty as well. That bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in at least one week maybe 2. I felt unsafe especially now with the Covid-19 pandemic. They promote social distancing and how they want their customers to feel safe yet they have disgusting bathrooms like that. It has ruined my night. I told one of the staff members there and she just said “Oh okay thank you for letting me know” and she just said that with a careless tone. I will never ever return back here and I really hope the worst for this location and for the better of everyone to be shut down. Every staff member should be ashamed of themselves going to work every single day knowing the shape of the restaurant. It’s truly disgusting.
My husband & I were seated at the bar table away from everyone which was ok. We waited 15 min for someone to acknowledge us. Great right nope they said they will be right with us. Waited some more and was told a second time that someone will be coming. So waiting some more until we decided to get our coats on and leave. No one even cared to apologize for this unpleasant experience.
We have been to this place since it’s opening day and had great experience but yesterday May 21, 2021 my food was burnt and the table we wear seated was cold. I did complain to the waitress and she said sorry. But the table diagonally across complained of how cold it was and the manager was called and she gave them a discount. After living in this area for 22 years and visiting this place at least once a month, yesterday I realized color matters very much for going out to eat at TGI
Hmm, usually love their menu but this last online order, everyone was running around busy or confused when I picked it up and they missed a few things in the bag that usually come with the order. Oh well. They were super busy and it was getting late. Ill still go back. 👍
Terrible experience, you can probably get better service at Dunkin’ Donuts that’s right next door. Server was gossiping about us with another server. In addition, we started with a “SERVER” and ended up with the host. The server was no where to be found, no one came to the table to ask if we needed anything, after the food came in. Never will I come here again. With all these bad reviews corporate should close this location, or get a better manager.
Wow. How horrible. I get theres a workforce shortage, but waiting to be seated amongst 15 others while all of the tables are empty is ridiculous. When someone finally arrived to greet us 15 minutes later, we were told it was a 15 minute wait to SIT...in all the empty tables. Again, I get we may have had to wait for service, but making us all stand at the door was insane. Never again.
Okay location, beyond short staffed and unorganized. Whoever runs the place should learn how to run it better. When it comes to food theres a 50/50 chance itll be good, had a friend get a burger that was beyond undercooked. Instead of making if all over they heated it up but it still came back pink, besides that this place is simply sketchy & gross. Waitress was okay though! Be careful
I ordered a Brownie obsession for curbside pickup. Nobody came out so I had to go in to pick it up. Paid for an extra scoop of ice cream. Got it home and they only have me 1 scoop and the Brownie was cold. It was about a simple an order as you can get and they cant get that right.
I been sitting here for over 20minutes and where do I begin. Its empty. So I expected outstanding service. Instead Im getting 20 minute wait for my drinks. Not to mention how long my food will take. Then after we noticed the table beside us came in after and got there food and drinks before us. The manager was very nasty and very unprofessional. I feel as though I was being treated like an animal and the manager treated me like she hated me. I know its because Im Hispanic. Very disappointed and disgusted. I get better service in the city on a busy day and treated with respect. This will def be my first and LAST time here.
We went there after a long day going through the stores and the food was delicious. It comes in big portions, so if youre not so hungry some dishes you can easily share. The waitress was super nice, since were not from here we had some doubts and she explained to us. The environment it is another thing thats cool, very american.
Very poor service. It took the bartender over 20 minutes to even acknowledge that we had sat down. Then she took another 20 minutes to get our drink orders. She said oh were so slammed right now. They were not even busy. My food order was messed up. The wrong steak came out. My friends wing order was messed up also.I will not be dining here again at this Fridays.
Service at this Fridays is a joke. My group of 4 people ordered drinks and 3/4 drinks and waters came quickly. I ordered the endless appetizer special shortly thereafter. The key word in there is appetizer. I sat for 45 minutes and had one plate of about 8-10 boneless wings to show for it even after repeatedly asking for more. There were about 3 surrounding tables with people and the rest of the restaurant was empty. However, it sure seemed like it was busy because everyone was waiting for their food as well. One table adjacent two us consisted of 4 elderly people. This groups order came out partially incorrect and it ruined their whole meal. They called the manager after having a dispute with the same waitress we had. Our waitress told an 8 year old girl in my group that the fourth drink was waiting for her (the girl) at the bar. It was waiting for the 8 year old girl at the BAR? I cant make this stuff up... We were constantly told that it is the kitchens fault as no one took accountability for the fact that service was excruciatingly slow. The waitress kept jokingly telling me that I couldnt have things such as utensils and another plate of appetizers when Id ask. It was ironic because we were paying customers but we actually wouldnt get what we asked for. Someone in my group had to get up and get the utensils for the table. The waitress also kept touching that woman on the shoulder. The woman was uncomfortable and didnt want to be rude but it was obvious she wasnt enjoying being touched. Ive NEVER seen a waitress do this before and I dont believe they should violate a customers space that way even if they were being friendly. At this point I had received about 3 plates total over a 90 minute period, one of which the waitress sent to the kitchen wrong. It was the worst restaurant experience Ive ever had. Ive never left a restaurant hungry before, but I had to cut my losses. I took the rest of my food to go and endless apps sure did end in a hurry.
Would give it zero stars if I could. Waited 30 mns to even have our waiter come to our table. Food took just as long then to get the check was another 30 mns after we were already done. No idea where this guy was going. This place wasnt even close to busy. Never again I assure you
If I give this 0 stars I would. I went here in the later dinner hours on a Saturday night and the place was dead. We were a big party but nonetheless we waited an hour just for water that never came . The manager didn’t even have the decency to speak with us. We ended up walking out an hour later with no drinks or food. Really upsetting.
If I could give zero stars I would. My experience at this location was awful. It too well over an hour to get our food and when we did it was congealed. Then it took another 20 minutes to get a fresh dish. The manager never came over to the table to apologize and left everything up to the server. The food taste was adequate and totally not worth the amount of money that it cost. We were there for 2 hours because it took so long to get the food. Avoid this location! Never going back!
The food was good, service was good. Took way too long from beginning to end. 1 hour 30 minutes from the time we were seated to get our appetizers, main course and dessert. Applebees does it in 1/2 that time. There was a handful of customers in when we were seated so its not like the kitchen should have been busy. Wont be going back sorry
If there could be a review of less than one star, that would be more fitting. I live locally and have tried to go back a few times after the first terrible visit. Each time it has been just as bad. Food isn’t good, don’t order a draft beer because it is always bad, the wait to be seated takes awhile even when it’s not busy, tables never get cleared in a timely fashion and lastly as others have said the visit will take over an hour. It seems they are short staffed which is a major contributor to these issues.This place use to be good.
The worst dining experience ever. The hostess took her time helping us. And the food portions were so small for what they were charging. We deffinately will never go there again or maybe any other TGI Fridays. Also left there to have dessert at s local Dunkin Donuts, were we enjoyed coffee and desserts for about 2 hours. The works at the D.D. were so nice, they diserve a big thank you. And should be rewarded by the company.
Not impressed. My husband wanted grilled shrimp cane fried and my salmon was supposed to come with rice came with mashed potatoes. We were the only two in the bar so it wasn’t busy. Waited a long time for our food. Waitress / bartender was preoccupied. First and last time eating there!
Years ago there were a handful of servers that were awesome. We used to request to seat in one womans section because she was excellent and attentive. Service went down hill drastically over the years. Every time we give it another chance, we regret it. It was slow there tonight, pretty sure out waiter only had 2/3 tables. But everything took forever! If you have someplace to get to, skip eating here. It seems the quieter the night, the more relaxed and forgetful the staff is.
One of the worst dining experiences of my life! It took 15 minutes to get soft drinks, 45 minutes to get food... they never brought our appetizers, undercooked one our entrees, didnt bring dressing for salads and the service was dreadful. We will NEVER eat here again and I would strongly recommend that you dont either.
By far the worst TGI Fridays I have ever been to.1. We have 3 children, one of them being 10 months old. I go to change my infants diaper in the womens bathroom and the changing table is so slanted down I had to hold my infant with one hand and change him with the other to prevent him from falling over (WITH the strap on too). Not to mention the bathroom was a pigsty.2. We got there at 5:30pm. We didnt get our dinner until 7:30pm.3. After finally getting our food, they gave us another customers dinner and never brought out one of our childrens dinner until we complained (which still took forever since the waiter neglected our table).4. The waiter actually refused to remove any empty glasses or plates because he was too busy and put them behind our heads at the corner booth.5. We literally had to get up to find the waiter to get our check to leave.We didnt get to leave until 8pm which caused us to cancel the plans we made for 8pm. Tried complaining to the manager but he clearly didnt care. The one thing they made good on was taking the messed up meal off our bill.
I havent been to a TGI Friday in about 15 years. we were shopping all day and havent eaten and the closest place to eat was this TGI Fridays.The place was totally understaffed, theres nobody greeting you at the front desk.The food we ordered took forever I mean forever to arrive and it wasnt because we were hungry. The waiter kept apologizing for the wait. they also got the drinks wrong.Food was okay at best we did arrive my expectations werent that high to start with needless to say I wont be visiting another TGI Fridays for another 15 years
Just came to this location. We waited for 20 minutes to have someone come to our table and once we put on our coats that is when the person decided to show up. The host didn’t even tell the server we were apparently sitting. My family owns a restaurant and to have your customers wait as long as we did, under staffed, is unacceptable. Mind you we did not even order drinks and it wasn’t even crowded. Only three tables were occupied so god only knows how long we would have waited for the food. We asked the customers near us how this location was and they said they waited a long time and had most of their orders incorrect, that’s when we made the decision to walk out and leave. You need to hire more staff and train them better otherwise I don’t see this location lasting at all!
Not good. Has to wait a long time to be seated, had to wait to get drinks, had to wait for everything. Saw people waiting, but there were open tables. Thinking they were short staffed. Food was ok, check picture, my Lettuce has seen better days. Tired of chains, should have known better
Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up just to sit us. There was literally no staff in the serving area all staff were in back. If customers had wanted, they could have just eaten and gotten up and walked out. Coffee was old brew and stale. Asked for fresh coffee got less stale coffee, still stale. Waitress good looking was good but that was the only good part of the whole experience. Not happy with it.... will tell everybody who goes by to pass this buy....
It’s a Friday night we got here at 720ish. And had to wait 10mins... no problem. Then after being seated we didn’t hear from a waitress till we ask if we were gunna have orders taken. They are horribly understaffed for a Friday night. The wait for our drinks well over 45mins. And still no food at 9pm. Oh forgot to mention had 2kids with us and very impatient. We paid for what we got a drink and a French onion soup. Terrible experience and this isn’t the only time it’s happened.
Bad service from the entrance. Took several minutes for them to decide who was going to seat me and my family. Then the wrong order was brought to us. I ordered a side white cheddar cheese with broccoli that never arrived. Someone elses appetizer was put on our table. The funny thing is that I saw and heard the manager apologizing to several tables for either orders misplaced or charges being put on families bill. Horrible service, food wasnt all that either, will never go back to TGIF, especially this location. The 1 star is for the extremely clean rest room they did have and maintain.
Everytime I order food online and I pick it up there is always a problem with my food or there is not enough utensils in the bag. Today I tried voicing my concern to the manager Alex and instead of trying to hear my complaint and understand that I would like for her to at least prevent this from continuing to happen in the future to not discourage me from ordering in the future she just gave me a blank stare and kept saying that nothing was wrong with my order today (after I first voiced that the peppers were missing and how there wasnt any cajun seasoning in my food and she explained she mixed it up and the peppers were at the bottom). Not to mention I had to ask the hostess for silverware because there was only 1 when I ordered 3 meals. As she proceeded to keep saying that there is nothing wrong with my order today I left the establishment upset and as I left explained how she missed the point and isnt listening she followed me and out the door proclaiming that she is listening and lied saying she told me she will talk to her staff when she never said that because if she did I wouldnt have left upset. As I brought my food home the meal that I complained about was completely different from the other one (I ordered 2 cajun chicken and shrimp pastas), it had no cajun seasoning and there was less chicken and shrimp and both garlic breads were very hard. If there wasnt so much traffic around Woodbury I would have brought it back. This horrible customer service and the manager probably should be retrained when it comes to listening to the customers with her listening ears instead of trying to seem right in the situation.
Food was served cold, by 9 50 pm the staff was sweeping and cleaning the floors next to where we were seated. We were not yet finished with our meal. Our server Rick however was polite and took care of us. We have not eaten at TGIF in several years... now I remember why.
Don’t go. This is possibly the worst restaurant in the country. Took over an hour just to get water. Food had been so dried out by heat lamp waiting to be served it barley looked like food. Whatever they are using to grill on is unhealthy and tastes like someone melted garbage on it.
Food is typical to what you would suspect at a chain TGIF. This place is poorly managed from what I can see. I travel for business and typically eat at the bar. When I first cam in the greeters were sitting to the left and it seems I inconvenienced them when I first walked in. Then it took a good 8 minutes before the bartender made an appearance behind the bar. She took drink orders for me and a few others who were already seated at the bar. She delivered drinks then disappeared again. Came back about 10 minutes later and took a food order. Then disappeared again. At around 5 o’clock a louder more obnoxious coworker came to assist behind the bar. All he talked about was his new tattoo and then started to show off his “tequila Sunrise” show bottle juggling and flipping. I would have stayed longer if I thought there was some kind order being kept. I should have chosen the UNOs across the parking lot.
On our last visit we experienced dirty bathrooms and the table was still sticky, not cleaned well. We left as we waited for more than 10 minutes for our drink order. The restaurant was FAR from crowded. This was the third time in a row that we experienced slow service. We have decided to leave this location off of our list of lunch possibilities.
My wife brought me shopping and afterwards we went for lunch to TGI. I enjoyed the chicken dish and sampled some of the cheese dish my wife ordered. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick. Nice decor throughout and clean and tidy except for the toilet area. 👌
If I could rate this place a zero I would. At first it was ok until our sweet server informed us he was cut and another server would be taking over. No big deal. However he did not introduce himself. Our original server brought us our drinks and thus we were then ignored. We were ready to order but after 35 minutes of waiting and taking everyones order who came in long after us. Asked for the check and left. If our original server had not been cut, this review would probably be higher. We had horrible customer service and went elsewhere.
Food is quick, drinks are great, always good deals. Edit: aside from what I previously reviewed, need I mention the customer service is terrible. We had a good experience one night after work and the waiter was excellent. We came here a few weeks ago and had the worst service ever. First off I got an alcoholic drink which tasted like iced tea. I asked the waitress why it tastes like theres no alcohol in it and she says, we changed our sour mix to a margarita mix. Hmm. Dont think so. So I ordered a beer. Took about 15 minutes until we asked the bar tender if we could get a beer. She oks us and continues talking to some lady at the bar. Never got us our beer. Another 10 minutes goes by and our waitress is no where to be found. The bar tender comes over and asks if we still need the beer. Of course we said no. Suddenly our waitress finally comes over and asks if we want another drink and we cut her off and asked for the check. Dont know if its the companys poor hiring and training skills or this is just a norm for Fridays, because we also had poor service in the Middletown location. Do not come here expecting good service!
This was mine and my old college buddys most central location to meet, watch sports, and have a drink. While the beer is good, and the TVs are nice, we are going to be finding another place from now on. With only 4 people at the bar, the bartender always seemed to be visiting the outer tables more than us, and it took almost 20 minutes to get a refill, while trying multiple times to flag down the bartender or waitstaff. They bring out two plates at once for the endless apps, which is nice, but I always put my order in right as I got a plate, as like I said it would be awhile before anyone would check on us again.
If I could give this restaurant negative Stars I would. We arrived after about 10 minutes I started my timer on my phone, and after another 10 minutes still no service, not even acknowledge we were in the restaurant. The table was dirty and sticky. Second time in three years while living in Monroe. Should have known after the first bad time the 2nd experience would be a bad experience also. Dont go here go to Chilis, better atmosphere better prices, better service.
RICE PILAF SMELLED FUNKY. Waited a long time for just a burger. Got here around 1pm on a Friday. Short staffed. Bartender was doubling as waiter. Replacement mashed potato was appreciated. Everyone apologized...but for reals, people can get food poisoning from grub gone bad. 😖😰😡
We went there on our lunch break and the place was empty. We waited by the door for quite some time as we waited for the hostess to come over and greet us. Finally we sat down and the waitress took over 20 minutes to come to our table. The hostess offered to get us a drink which took almost 10 minutes to get because the bartender was on break. After the waitress finally came to our table, we ordered only a single appetizer which the kitchen messed up. In turn, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to remake it leaving us with barely any time to enjoy our lunch break. We asked to speak with the manager. Sandrea came to the table and offered to comp our appetizer. If it was not for Sandrea, this place would get only 1 star for all around terrible service.
This location is severely understaffed, and the service is nothing to brag about. The food is mediocre one day and good the next, this place has no consistency at all. I refuse to buy any alcoholic beverages from this place because Ive seen the inexperienced bartenders doing disgusting stuff behind the bar. Example one; me and my coworkers went here on a lunch break and witnessed a guy behind the bar who kept wiping his hands on the butt of his pants to clean them off after making each drink, and then he even had the nerve to lick the residue of the fruit garnish off of his hands after making another drink. Example two I placed a to go order over the phone about two months after my first visit, and when I went in to pick up my food it took about 15 mins for someone to notice me.I could see my food siting behind the bar ready the whole time getting cold because there was noone around to help me. As Im paying for my food another lady comes out of nowhere and walked behind the bar and stood there doing nothing eating a bag of TGIF potatoe skin chips lol, and licking chip crumbs off of her fingers. So as if that wasnt bad enough a group of people came in and sat right next to me as I was checking out and the lady who was ringing me out called over to the lady eating the chips to help them cuz they wanted drinks. So she threw the bag of chips away,cleans her hands off on her pants, comes over to take their drink orders,and started making their drinks without washing her hands smh. This place needs a HOSTILE take over and fast.. They need more workers, better training especially for the bartenders, and they need to hire better quality workers because the ones that work their are untrained, over worked, and not the friendliest just being completely honest.
The waitress was rude. We are an older couple. My husband has a full head of grey hair. The waitress wanted to ID an old man. She became very adamant when we asked why. We were regulars and never had this occur in the past. Her attitude was so bad I couldnt imagine having her serve us food so we left. We looked back while getting in the car and noticed the manager at the door. By then it was to late. Will not go back. Dr.J.
My dad and I were seated by the hostess when we got to the TGI Fridays. Nobody even came to serve us or even give us drinks! One couple came to sit down at the restaurant about 3 minutes after we did and they got served instantly. My dad and I decided to leave and go to another restaurant after that. Tip... Dont go to the TGI Fridays in the Woodbury Centre at lunch time. The service is not that great at the time.
Someone in my party ordered the dragon glazed salmon and the portion size was so small that it was positively microscopic. It looked like an appetizer and was the tiniest portion of fish i had ever seen. At $18.99, its not a wise choice. Stick to the burgers if you go here.
The worst bar staff. Never order take out here. The staff is always socializing among themselves and or with friends. Order take out, whomever took my order did not bother to place it. When I passed by to pick up my order, they were all looking at me as if, I had nothing else to do, but to go there and lied. They are so unprofessional and RUDE. For now on CHILLIS is my place.
Food was ok. They took a while to serve our food not sure if it was because they were back up in the kitchen or because our waiter was more concerned of serving her boyfriend and flirting with him than to actually help us get our food. We never got asked for drinks when we needed refills we had to look for her.
My friends and I had a choice between Chilis and this TGI Fridays. Unfortunately we went to TGI Fridays.Dim lights didnt help to read the menu. A waiter showed up only 15 minutes later, to offer drinks. By then we thoroughly learned their menu and were ready to place order.It took them 30 minutes to bring out food.Portions were small. For a $20+ per meal we expected much more.On top of that, TGI Fridays staff have completely ignored our request to dish. For instance, I asked without onions and my friend wanted to have her steak to be medium-well. I got onions and steak was red raw...But when it came to paying the check the waiter was there and actually waited for money, all the time.The worst experience, and the place want even crowded, despite it was Saturday night...Not recommended.
Perhaps its the decline of casual chain dining, or perhaps its the fact that Fridays no longer prides itself in wearing 37 pieces of flair (and a terrific smile), but eating here just feels sad. The dining floors were sticky and dirty, the wall paper and commercial lighting is an eye sore, and the layers of dust on the lamps above your table in the bar will make you sigh. No one could resist potato skins and a mudslide back in the 90s and 00s, but these days, perhaps we should just keep it a memory of simpler times.
My personal observation is that the TGI Fridays in FL and the TGI Fridays in NY must use the same floor cleaner. Both restaurants floors are sticky and slippery in most places, especially in the bathroom. They either need to consider changing floor cleaners or completely bleach and power wash the floors. Very dirty and nasty.The food is great.
Ordered door dash and was missing item I called a bunch of time to give me back my money for food I didn get and they keep putting me on hold or hanging up...Dont ever order from Fridays with door dash !!! I loved it the food was fantastic the serves was fast and everyone was so nice their mozzarella sticks taste like mozzcarotze sorry guys Im not Italian cant spell it LOL anyway everything was just very nice and it was a family friendly restaurant highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice family dinner.
Worst service ever.....we eat out alot and we been here more then once and always the same thing... LOUSY FREAKIN SERVICE !!!! A/C ALWAYS ON..ASKED TO LOWER IT AND THEY SAID OK AND NEVER DID... Took FOREVER TO GET OUR FOOD....trust me im good with reviews...dont bother going there
Just walk out the its 7pm and we get told its a 15 min wait time my girlfriend and i counted atleast 15 tables that noone was sitting at the bar had open sits so ur going to tell ppl its a 15 min wait time when there are empty seats and it was not even busy at all its 7pm so we walk out not going back

2020-01-06We went there in January 2020 during later dinner hours. I was expecting great food; but to my surprise the preparation was not that great. Coconut Shrimp was a bit more on the sweeter side.The pricing on the menu was not clear at all. They charged us additional for the sides with the combo wherein it was not clearly mentioned on the menu. Strangely, neither did the server tell us anything about it. Its a small issue although.To my personal taste, I liked Apple Bees food better as compared to this TGIF. Drinks were mild as well. However, it could be specific to this particular outlet.Overall the restaurant was clean, had ample seating space, had a good center bar; food to average to my taste.This review was written to be helpful to you, the consumer, and, to also bring relevant information to the attention of the business in focus. 2022-06-20Went in on a Friday evening. Wasnt busy. Found out why. 45 minutes to get appetizers. Well over an hour for main course. Two other Tables were having issues and one cancelled drinks after waiting to long. Waitress had to keep making excuses for the kitchen. Obviously management has issues. Friendly waitress. Horrible management.

2021-11-04Awful. That is all. That strawberry Henny tasted of pure, thick, sugar based syrup. I could barely took drink from it and after about 15 mins of sitting there I left, drink full. I certainly would not return this Fridays, something Ive never said about a Fridays before and Strawberry Henny is what I order since its been added to the menu.

2022-02-19Service was on the slow side. Bathroom was unkempt. Ordered the meatless burger,it was surprisingly good. The company was the best part of the meal, my son.

2022-04-24I can not in good conscience even give this place 1 star. We were a group of 14 parents and boys coming home from a baseball tournament. We called ahead as we were a large group. Fine come in No problem. LIE. Problem.I repeat we called ahead. They were very NOT busy however although they said yes they had our reservation we waited 15 minutes for them to set the table. OK.Another 15 minutes for menus and only then because one of our party got up and found menus to give us. Did I mention they were NOT busy. There were 6 other tables with diners in the entire place. Finally we placed our orders and asked for water all around right away, please and thank you. 20 minutes later an appetizer and 2 entrees arrive and beverages minus the water.10 minutes or so 6 more entrees arrive. 15 more minutes and one of the Dads went to find the server to find out where the boys food was. 10 minutes later 4 more meals. Now we are still missing 2 meals. When asked about it her answer was the kitchen is backed up. At this point there were 2 other groups of 4 each in the place. Backed up on what??? This is TGI Fridays. Most Fridays deal with crowds of people on a regular basis. Not an empty house with multiple servers. Once all the food had arrived the server fled the scene. We had to go to the bar to ask for boxes for the very late food as everyone else was ready to leave and the bill. Finally the bill. Then she did not come back to get the payment. Once again someone walks back to the empty bar and askes to get our payment processed. As we are waiting to get the credit cards back we speak to a women clearing our table and find out she was the Manager. Jackpot! She seemed annoyed we were not THRILLED with the service because they were really really busy . WHAT? She said wait let me get something. She walked away and came back in a few minutes in coupons for free a appetizer. One of the parents no thanks we will never be coming here again. So she generously told us it could be redeemed at ANY Fridays. Sorry never crossed her lips. That counts a whole lot more than a free appetizer sometime in the future.Do your self a big favor and go to Chilis or Unos in the same shopping center.

I have never received such poor customer service in my life…went to lunch with an old friend..tables were dirty dust all over everything place was slow and still wasn’t clean..ordered drinks glass came out so dirty and there was a fly in my drink..when I brought this to the waiters attention she laughed and acted nonchalantly about the incident. Food was cold when brought out and I didn’t even trust it to begin with after there was a fly in my drink. Owner came out because I asked to speak to someone about my bill and the service and she was not courteous in the slightest

2022-05-16A big no! It wasnt the first time i went here and had a bad experience burgers were like hockey pucks there were fruit flys in my food at least they took off for the food and gave me a discount but i don think id be visiting for a 3rd time

2022-04-08The food was cold and the service was lacking. It wasnt crowded but the waiter was always missing. No one really came around to check to see how we were doing or if there was anything that was needed and refills went unfilled. Paying the bill was the fastest part of the entire night.

2018-01-23We just dropped in on our way home & had a FANTASTIC experience!! Our waitress, Patricia was just awesome!! She extremely attentive to us & ensured that our orders were exactly what we wanted. I would definitely go back to this location & ask for her.
