My family ate here when Applebees said they were too busy to seat us. This restaurant is also open later. The staff was extremely courteous. The food was average. But the experience supercedes the food.
Food was decent. Waitress 👎🏽 Ruined the experience, unprofessional. Didn’t come over to take plates / ask how things were. She was too busy at the bar talking to a woman about “some people like big girls”. Smh. It was my wife, myself and the woman at the bar. The woman at the bar only ordered water & was here far longer than us. Taking far too long for boxes and still have no check. (I’m sitting here waiting). Smh. I don’t know who Courtney is but they talking bout you the whole time sis 👀 RIDICULOUS!
Went for lunch after a way too long shopping trip for my 92 year old mother. I was exhausted and starving! The restaurant was kind of quiet, so our server was pretty attentive, but not overnearing. Food came out quickly and was good. The restaurant itself was very clean. When wr got reafy to leave, it was pouring. We were invited to sit back down and wsit it out, and even offered a refill of our beverages. Will definitely go again.
The server was very nice here loved everything. The lady in the night treated us with amazing hospitality. Will definitely be back.
We had a large party of 16. Our server, Christina, was very attentive. Because of the size of our group, they had a hard time getting our food out. It took 1.5 hours to get our food out to us. Everyone enjoyed their food. One of the chicken salads had some uncooked chicken on it but they were very accommodating and comped that item. We were celebrating a birthday and they did great song and dance for us with free ice cream. Clean restaurant. Clean bathroom. Good food. Recommended.
My server was excellent she kept on top of everything I would give her 5 stars. I sat near the bar so she was the bartender as well. My drinks were superb and on point. Service itself was kind of slow but I get it, it was around dinner time when I went in. My appetizer was pretty good, I got the new buffalo flatbread one and it was for the most part good but now and then Id get a rubbery kind of texture I think from the chicken where I must have gotten some gristle or what not. Then I waited and waited for my main to come out mind you I had a medium bacon cheeseburger. I was beginning to worry when it was taking awhile, I know to cook a good medium burger it should only take around 5 minutes give or take a minute or two. It came out and I bit into it and granted the thing was piping hot, but it was quite well done no pink left in sight and no juice in it at all. It was an ok hamburger nothing to write home about. So overall it was an ok trip in, usually I have much better visits.
15 minutes for one soda...45 minute wait for burnt food. I know theres a funny labor shortage right now and the wait staff arent to blame but it felt like no one was even in there 🤡

Service was OK, but food was mediocre. Very limited menu. Chicken wings were overcooked, dry and greasy. Heartburn all day. Garlic shrimp a bit fishy tasting. Water was horrible, even in the soda- couldnt drink it. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Waitress was nice, tho. But wont come here again.
Have not been to TGIF in a couple years. Really clean and our server David was as good as you get. I tried something out of my usual, the cheese steak and burger. It was really good. Gave the chef a thumbs up. Wife did her favorite shrimp dinner and was pleased. We will be putting this Fridays back on our list of favorites. Thanks David for a great early dinner!
First off, I work here.. And the energy the workers gave first day was phenomenal, its very kept together back here, and best of all I was treated like I was known for years. Love it, I recommend coming to enjoy the atmosphere!!
After not going out to eat for over a year and a 1/2 we decided to go out and go to Fridays which used to be our favorite place after waiting for 15 minutes just to be seated in the restaurant where there were only 2 other tables that had people seated at them and going over to the bar to say Should we see ourselves because we didnt know at that time if it had changed since there was no hostess, The server that ended up being ours rushed out from clocking in to make sure we were seated. We ordered and then were brought our drinks and then after that our appetizers 10 min later, then after finishing our appetizers waited 20 minutes and watched other tables that came after us be served their meals before half our table was brought their food. We waited an additional 10 min for the other half of us to be served. My husbands meal was wrong. The server said she was told this is what it is. We said thats not what we ordered. Then we asked her to take his meal back and told her that he didnt want anything in return. She then came out and said the managers asked her to see what they could do to fix it. It was too late , we were over the experience. We asked for check and paid bill. The manager came out and said she wanted to see what was wrong it was too late we paid and wanted to leave. She wouldnt stop asking and talking over us so my husband told her about the whole experience. Her reply was im not going to argue with you. Who was arguing? Worst restaurant experience ever. The restaurant was nearly empty, very dirty and customer service was terrible. Sadly, we wont go there again.

Awful experience. Drinks took forever (only ordered beer) to get to us, placed our food order before they even came. Had to ask for silverware, not all of the food came out (after an hour and a half) at once mind you there was only 3 of us one was a child. Food was terrible and the service was nonexistent. Saw multiple get their food and leave before us that came in after us. Never going back. Was not treated well at all. Saw our server twice for our whole time there.
The service wasn’t very professional and we were the only ones ordering and they forgot about us after we were seated. On top of that the food tasted like they grabbed it from the dumpster and put it on dirty plates and silverware. Don’t waste your time with mozzarella stick the cheese tasted nasty. The water is straight outta the bathroom.
The usual atmosphere and service for a chain restaurant... but I did get a Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta Alfredo dish that was great! Had a good amount of spice! Usually blackened and Cajun dishes in the chains are fairly mild spice, this one lived up to the title!! My Husbands Chicken and Broccoli Tortelloni was also very good. Both were very fresh out of the kitchen quality too, it was refreshing to have the high quality of a more expensive sit down restaurant!
The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, thats the only good thing about the visit.The chicken tasted like it was it was a frozen dinner meal complete with instant mashed potatoes.The waitress recommended the Philly cheese steak egg rolls and they were goodBut honestly for 3 people $80.00 the food should have been much better.TGIF you should give your entire staff a raise Because they are the only reason anyone would eat there.
Between the bartender (sorry forgot her name)and Gabby, our waitress, we loved the place. The food was great and fresh. The workers are friendly! Highly recommend.

The worst meal I ever had there.The shrimp and sauce was cold chicken over cooked.Was not happy with the cook.The waitress was great.I think it will be a while before I return.The restroom also was dirty and floor had something sticky on.Very unhappy.
Just had the worst service in a long time. Dont remember the server, because she didnt even introduce herself. First took her 10 minutes to get to us to get our drinks. Then I found something in my ginger ale. After another 10 minutes I got to ask for a new ginger ale. Then got to order. Food was great but good thing because we didnt get checked on until, my food was gone. When I ordered dessert that same second tried to walk away but I still needed a togo order. I would totally understand if it was busy but it wasnt at all. Also the bathroom was disgusting, looked like it was cleaned in a week, with a dirty mask on the food and smelling like urine. If thats how there bathroom looks like, how does the kitchen look like?2/28 2:30ish
Stay away from this place. The service here is the absolute worst in the area. They are so unorganized. They always have an issue with their cooks and their servers. I have been to a few of the places around the area and this has been the worst. The staff here is not looking to make your experience a good one. Stay away. Go to chilis, outback, Texas roadhouse, etc. They are all better than this place b
I ordered a ceasar salad with chicken, the chicken was burnt in a lot of places and the lettuce could have been fresher. I do give the employees credit, they appeared to be short staffed.
Asked for medium rare steak received well done. Got my 1 year old daughter chicken fingers and they weren’t beyond burnt she couldn’t even eat them. Waitress came over to get our order and never returned. Horrible horrible service do not recommend what so ever. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Server was friendly. Thats about the only positive part of this experience. We waited 45 minutes for extremely sub par food. Our 1 lb of cheese fries app was basically a medium McDonalds fry with cheese on it. My chicken sandwich was dry ( were talking dry as a popcorn fart here ) and the plates sat under the heat lamp so long you couldnt touch them. The Mac n cheese was frozen (think the frozen Mac n cheese you buy at Wal-mart) and the steak was laughably small. All around out of 4 meals 3 of them were a joke. Additionally, the floors were sticky in and out of the bathroom. Similar to walking on carpet with velcro on your feet. We will not be back, and you shouldnt waste your time either.
Idk,Im never really impressed with tgif. This was the first time ive been in years for that reason. The drinks are good and the burgers are good. The wings are extremely small,similar to that of the common barn swallow, way over priced. The service is good.
It was great! I get the same thing every time and it is always consistent and tasty! Our server was super nice, and the meal was out in about 8 min or so. We were in and out in under a half hour! Thats great for us since we had a ton of things to do yet that night but still wanted a nice meal out.
Im here at the Sams Club plaza TGI Fridays and have been here for an hour. Weve had one refreshment, and our appetizers and are still waiting on our meals. Weve had to call the waitress over 4 or 5 times now and everytime she comes over she tells us she will give us more time. Horrible service, constantly reminding us that things will be an extra charge as if we dont have money. Wont be returning. At least at Chilis we were treated as if we could afford to even eat in there.
Had the worst experience ever, the service was absolutely horrible. I get it if your short staffed but at least train them properly. With only 4 tables being a server you should be able to handle it!
This was a very horrible experience. Sat down after the 45 min wait to be told my brother my kids and wife could not sit together . Then I order tea regular and its not 2nd strike . Next for me was the food, they served the appetizer with no silver wear or napkins , mind you there is five tables full ,so she says sorry I got busy! five tables four waitress sounds like you did not care . Then when I tried to say thank you everytime being polite never once told youre welcome just walked away . My advice is stay away from here food is bad along with some of the staff . Never will be back !!
When coming here I am looking at it from a point of view of someone who come to TGI and not expecting to get what they do not offer. Good service and food is all I am asking for.
Absolutely Horrible Service!! Doesnt even deserve 1 star! Went in for a late lunch and our party of 4 just ordered appetizers and a salad. Watched while 3 other tables that came in after us received their meals before us, one which was seated right next to us! Not once did our waitress come over to our table to apologize for the delay or check on us in anyway! My husband was getting ready to say something to our waitress but before he could she turned around very defensively and proceeded to tell us that they only ordered appetizers, (the table right beside us) I said so did everyone at our table! She then walked away. I told my husband to just pay for our drinks and lets go. He went to another waiter and he was unable to help us. At that point our waitress comes to our table and said we didnt have to pay for our drinks and that by the way our food was getting ready to come out. Well it was too late at that point for us! Waiters work for tips, so she really should work on her people skills and this TGI Fridays should also have a manager walking around checking on their customers to make sure things like this dont happen. We were just visiting but next time we are in town we wont be going here thats for sure!!
The BEST TGIFridays ever! The bar lady was awesome! We were the last people in the restaurant and she talked with us for a while! (Even though she still did her work) 11:46 on Tuesday April 20th. Give the bar lady a raise! She was hilarious, hard working

Had our favorite Cajun chicken/shrimp and Cobb salad. Waitress very pleasant. Kitchen busy with T/outs but only 4 tables in restaurant. So glad they have opened up.
It sucked, the staff were arguing when we walked in. Appetizers came out with no plates we had to ask for silverware. Had to ask for napkins.Took over a hour for 2 chicken sandwiches.
Food was AWESOME!!! We both had the Thursday night whole rack of ribs special. Fall off the bone goodness with great flavor! Mashed potatoes were real and buttery, broccoli was fresh! Manager Jules and server Anthony gave us a great dining experience!
This place is delicious. The selection is great and the various selection of alcoholic drinks is wonderful. But its overpriced. We ordered 2 meals, one appetizer, and 2 drinks. The bill was almost $100. Thats not including tip. Of course we paid it, but its not really worth the cost. Maybe we will just have drinks here next time. Staff is very nice and helpful.
This definitely could have been a better experience. It was a little past dinner time, no more soup ordered for 2, and bowl only half full when served. I should have known it would be bad after the waitress spilled the water all over the table, and my leg; well, at least it wasnt hot coffee, which wasnt hot anyway. The food was good and freshly cooked, but all in all we felt like the forgotten diners. My advice is to not go there after regular dinner hours.
I go here all the time for a whiskey glaze burger. It is so yummy! If I could find that glaze somewhere else I would never have to leave my house for a burger because I would just make them at home. This is my favorite greasy and bad for me meal! Yum!
Excellent food and pretty good service. We had a good experience there except for one major issue... The bathrooms were a disaster. Dimly lit, overflowing trash cans, and dirty.
Very modern/family oriented atmosphere. Decently quick service, food is very well done and always spot on.Had a Good mixed drink (got a Strawberry Henny) and a bacon burger with mozzarella sticks. Burger was very filling and juicy.Good priced as well.
The food was awful. I ordered the ribs and sirloin $14.99 meal . The steak was ordered as medium- well. It was bloody. The ribs were cold. And the entire meal was tasteless. Mk it sure how a restaurant could serve this type of food. The manager gave me a second set of ribs but it tasted boiled and dried out. I was totally disgusted
The food tasted great, but our waitress was very inattentive. She kept talking to the host. We constantly had to ask other waitresses to help us out.
First, our server took almost 15 minutes to come ask our drink order. Then, we recurved our food and had no silverware. Two our or four meals were inedible due to burnt chicken. One of the salads did not have dressing on it. Over all unacceptable experience.
Food is good here nice variety on the menu. They have several 2 for deals that help keep the price is affordable. Our server was very attentive, and they had several drink specials that were very good too

After waiting at the entrance for several minutes to be seated I had to physically search around the restaurant for an employee to seat us. Table was covered in food and crumbs and when we looked around all the tables were like this. Asked the waitress if the table could be wiped off and she said it must have been like that since the previous night (this was nearly 4 in the afternoon). Looking around we saw tons of dirty cups and dishes around the restaurant that never were taken to the kitchen along with duct tape cardboard boxes filled with something on several tables with dirty rags and cups on top. Looked like some deflated balloons were still around for some reason, maybe a birthday party. Despite being almost the only people in the restaurant it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive.Truly a disgusting experience, I guess they figure if its anything other than friday night at TGI Fridays then why bother cleaning up. There are a lot of great places to eat around here; This is not one of them. Go literally anywhere else.
Tonight we went to Fridays in Horseheads for dinner. We were seated near the bar and overheard the waitresses/bartender literally bickering about who was going to take care of us. We asked for the manager who apologized and talked to the staff. We placed our order, but the staff continued bickering about something else. Not wanting to be exposed to that behavior, we moved tables and asked for the manager again. The manager made some kind of excuse for the staff about trying to figure out how they were going to conduct their shift, but your customers dont need to be exposed to that kind of behavior. Besides, you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE - if you dont want to be there you shouldnt be in that industry.So you think at this point the staff would be trying to make the rest of our experience stellar. My wifes salad came out less than desirable so she sent it back. Then, we had ordered steaks, medium rare. The steaks came out and they were tough and overcooked. As we cut into them, the manager came out with a replacement salad. She apologized and my wife expressed, At this point, your apology means nothing. We turned down dinner at a fancy steakhouse (Tony Rs in Corning ny) because my wife wanted your whiskey sauce. By this time, Id had enough. Disgusted, I asked the manager, Can we just leave? She said yes. So we got out of the restaurant and found your contact info.This isnt the first time weve had issues at this restaurant or with this manager (female, heavy set). At this point we are highly disappointed with the service at this location. Weve given it multiple chances - even waiting months before going back. Unfortunately, the bad experiences outweigh the good.
I got a Bacon cheeseburger and the cheeseburger had wayyyy to much cheese and the cheese was disgusting l. It also gave me a upset Stomach but over all it was great and the survivors was great too
Kinda quiet for a Friday eve about 5 PM. Seated quickly and efficiently. Orders taken for drinks while menu was perused. Salsa and chips provided due to being rewards members. Entrees were ordered and arrived in about 10-12 minutes! Small issue with waitress not returning to check water glasses, but overall, it was a darn good meal!! As always, looking forward to a return trip soon!
Food was ok but did not come out as ordered. I finished my meal and we sat there waiting for my husbands meal and the waitress came to see if we wanted dessert. She didnt even remember he had not gotten his meal. It took another 15 minutes to get his food. We should have left when. We got there and there were only 2 cars in the parking lot and the hostess did even look at us for 5 minutes and then didnt ask how many just told us to follow her. We asked how she knew we didnt have 10 more people coming shed said I just figured.
Everything was delicious. My husband got steak he ate it all and I got the chicken and shrimp with veggies. Ate waitress was polite and very helpful. The service was fast too.
This WAS my favorite restaurant. However I will NEVER go here again. Took 2.5 hours to get our meals at least 30 minutes to get a drink. Ordered the never ending apps and got 2 apps. Today was my birthday and I made all my friends and family come here to celebrate . we all left pis sed and will never return. Oh and I asked to speak to a manager it took her 30 minutes to come talk to us
Went with a buddy of mine randomly for the unlimited apps. The staff and management was kind. Our server/waitress checked up on us Every time we was getting close to our end of our apps. Theres alot of other places to go eat around the area. Yet Id go here again first because of the service and awesome unlimited apps. Ate my full and had a large 23oz beer to wash it all down.
Food is all right but the chicken was overcooked. Kids ask for pickles on their burger and that was overlooked had to ask server to get them. Other son asked for no onions on his burger that was overlooked and got his burger with onions on it. Had that been an allergy he would not have been able to eat it so it was not a real good experience.
Worst experience ever. We waited an hour and a half for drinks if not longer. The wait staff was rude and swearing took us 2 hours to get food and it was either over cooked or not cooked at all
The food was great as always cooked perfectly and very tasty. However, service on the other hand was not up to the task. Hostess was friendly and sat us quickly but our waitress took way too long to approach us. After She finally took our order we then waited 20 minutes for chips and salsa. We had a coupon from being a rewards member for BOGO free entree that was shown to her as soon as we placed the order but she waited till she brought our entree to say the code wasnt working and I had to download the app while my food sat getting cold only to find out she had wrote down my phone number incorrectly and rudely tried to blame me by saying I told her my phone number wrong. She then placed the check on our table before I barely touched my entree without ever asking if we even wanted desert or anything else. We are regulars and come here very often and never had any complaints until this evening was by far our worse experience due to only one person, our waitress was horrible but the rest of the staff and cook especially was wonderful

Went to dinner tonite 3/11/20. Our family of 5 chose tgi friday because we have a 20% off coupon. It is my fiancee birthday. I specifically asked host if they did anything special to help celebrate birthdays. I was told they sing happy birthday. Great i was Just looking for a way to embarass him! Service was extremely slow for the few occupied tables. I received the check which was $118. We were then told that the coupon couldnt be used since we bought the $25 specials. No happy birthday singing at all. On the way out i asked to speak to the female manager on duty. Explained the whole story to her and all she said was i will have to talk to them about communication. REALLY??? NO sorry or compensation of any type. WEWONT BE RETURNING!
Who ever the manager is on January 22nd 2020 at night is rediculas. It took over an hour to get our food. It was messed up and she did nothing. My daughters steak was suppose to be med well, and it was dripping with blood. I wish I could figure out how to put a picture on here, because I didnt even eat my food and when I got home I wish I would of. Its disgusting. There is plenty more to complain about. I just dont have time. Now 20 minutes waiting on our bill. Horseheads by location needs to be evaluated

All the staff at this location are amazing. They are very quick with the orders and very attentive to the customers. Been here at least once a month for the past year and their service keeps us coming back.
Service was very nice and food was good! I dont think Ive ever been disappointed by TGIF and we go 1 to 2 times a month. My only complaint is all the things that are on the table making it difficult to have room for our food and drinks.
Cajun shrimp and chicken is to die for :) loved it! Finger licking good. Went on mother’s day for a quick bite and the lovely waitress gave me a rose 🌹 very sweet of her.
First time ever eating here, or any Fridays for that matter. Service was good. Food was good. I ordered a 6oz center sirloin with mashed potatoes and lemon butter broccoli. The steak was cooked to the right temperature but I ordered it plain. Plain is what I got alright....no seasoning on it at all. I shouldve ordered garlic butter for it because it had zero flavor, unfortunately. My oldest daughter got chicken alfredo. The chicken was a chicken parmesan and alfredo noodles...her chicken was a little overcooked so it was tough. My youngest daughter ordered chicken with cheese and mashed potatoes. It was good but she just couldnt finish it, too much food. The food is good, dont get me wrong. I would compare it to a Chilis though. The cost was a little pricey, not some place Id go frequently...possibly for a special occasion. All in all....not a bad experience. Id recommend this place.
IVE been to TGI Fridays like 3 times and had a good time and good food and service. My husband and I went last night and service was poor, slow and forgetful. When we got our meals we ordered drinks that we never got. I had ordered Fridays sause they forgot it, charged me for it and my food had waited on my table for at least 5 minutes or more getting cold. Then I notice a hair on my plate, wiped it off told my husband and he couldnt finish his meal. You could see long hair guys coming out without hair nets. I The Manager offered free dessert or appetizer. No thank you give me my check and let me out of here. Terrible experienceI gaged over it half the night.

The hostess does not no how to do there job .the manager on duty needs to be trained on customer service!!the waitress thinks its ok to hang with the guys in the kitchen instead of checking her tablets to see if anyone needed anything.yeah i needed my bill so i could get out of there .took 20 min to get are bill...NEVER again!!
I frequently only go as high as 4 stars for a chain restaurant, but they went out of their way to accommodate a special menu request salad, and the piece of grilled salmon I had with it was cooked perfectly!Thank you, Horseheads TGIFs!
The waitress who served us was inattentive, and wait for a drink over 10 minutes. After an extended wait time for our order the manager came to explain that only 3 of the 4 diners in our partys food was ready because one entree needed to be re-made. Food quality has continued to deteriorate while value has decreased. We were charged separately for items that were supposed to be discounted when paired together and had to request adjustments to the bill. In the end we were offered a card for a free appetizer or desert on our next visit, just like we were for the poor service on our last visit. We will not be using it, because there will be no next visit. OVERPRICED, MEDIOCRE FOOD, POOR SERVICE, DONT BOTHER

Went here because i had a gift card. Food is good but can be a bit pricey; 14oz steak with two sides is $22.50, can go up the road to Texas roadhouse and get a 16oz steak with two sides for less and you get all the rolls/peanuts you can eat with your meal.
Huge improvement with this TGIFs. Servers are quick and attentive. And the food is really good. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich is fantastic.
Food was fine but we were there for 2 hours. Other people came in, ate and left. Met I friend I hadnt seen in a while so we were able to catch up but its not acceptable, especially when others were able to come and go so easily.
Restaurant was well clean and maintained. Food was great! Our waitress was A W E S O M E!!!definitely well recommended for a place to eat in the area!
I had Amber as my server. The service was horrible, I waited almost ten minutes for her to first come to my table before I asked someone to have her come over. She forgot to put my appetizer in so my food came first. I got the wrong food and when I told her, all she said was okay and it never got fixed and still had to pay full price for it. The table next to me was also very unhappy. Bad service, I was unhappy.
It took 15 mins just to ask for our drinks. Not crowded at all, in fact the bartender was just on his phone texting the entire time. There was also hair in my daughter’s Mac n cheese. We won’t be back.
Food was just okay. Service was a little slow, but very friendly. Place was clean and busy. I will go back, but its never my first choice.
It was slow, and service was slow. They seated myself, wife and 6 month old then wanted to move us because we couldnt have a high chair in a fire walkway. But they was the ones that seated us. Wont be back for a while.
I go here from time to time and Ive never been disappointed in the time it takes them to get my food or with how my food was cooked. The last ti.e I went i asked for a drink that they dont commonly make and they still made it for me.

My local TGI Fridays has gone way downhill. Kitchen is very slow. Service feels like its given up and one night our waiter was high as a kite. Definitely not recommended.
Took over an hour to get food we had ordered. Never came to check on drinks. Food was cold and burgers were burnt. Never coming back
Food was amazing. Atmosphere was real comfortable. Forgot wat i ordered. Service was great. I didnt give it 5 stars because the drink were waaaay to expensive. I recommend u go there to eat only.
The same delicious food that you would expect at any TGI Fridays. There is ample parking here and the location is convenient. Wait staff are very friendly. Restaurant is well-maintained and clean.

Had to duck in here during a torrential downpour and the ceiling started leaking! I only had a side salad (not great) and a couple of beers, but the wait staff were pleasant.
Nice! The waitress was awesome! We did the endless appetizers, the cook needed to take a little more care and not over season or over cooke some items.

First the waiter rook some time to show up. Then, he gave us two wrong things and took forever to fix the one we have rally wanted fixed. Then after finishing and waiting for what seems to be forever, he finally says he will get the bill. Watching him get drinks for someone else, guessing bill will take long time. Have considered leaving without paying. Other party members who normally dont care are very annoyed. He also charged us for everything HE messed up on. BAD SERVICE, DONT COME UNLESS LOTS OF TIME TO WASTE AND MONEY TO WASTE TO.
Great food and environment, a little pricey compared with say Applebees which is a similar restaurant.
Staff friendly. Had seafood thsat neeed cocktail sauce she wen to get iti mean while tje sheimp was half eaten begore server retuned to the table. The sauce shiuld hsve came with thr entree.
Worst experience ever X10!! Waited an hour and a half for our food that they said was put in 15 min. ago when we asked for it!! We were going to leave then the manager says it was coming right out. 20 MINUTES LATER!! POOR SERVICE, TINY PORTIONS AND WE WERE THERE FOR 3 HOURS!
They need new kitchen staff! The wait staff is very good but the kitchen staff is awful. Very slow coming out of the kitchen and the food orders still get messed up.
To go order, was told to be down in 15 minutes, its been 50 minutes.Friendly staff but overall service is poor. Itll be out in one minute - 4 times over gets old .Received food, wrong order

2022-06-26First our waitress was great as she could be . Whiskey boneless wings sat with celery and blue cheese so long the wings were hard as a rock the blue cheese cooked so it had a thick film, celery was so steamed you could bend in half . Took us over an hour to get our food . Watched several DoorDash dash drivers walk out after waiting for more than 20 mins each . Staff was friendly, but poorly managed business. The 2 stars are only because of staff .

2022-01-10Food was pretty good, we enjoyed our visit but there service was the star of the shown. Our waitress was awesome to begin with - drinks never empty, just the right amount of communication, food timing, etc. But when my son lost his s-pen under the booth - staff went way above and beyond to help him get it out... and it was not a quick or easy thing. Major kudos to the staff at this Fridays!

2022-03-31Wednesday March 30. Four of us at the bar for lunch. Server was very nice, just a little slow. Our food was a little slow coming out, not crowded at all. Ribs had almost no meat. Wings were not spicy, I ordered the hottest sauce they had. Friend did not like coleslaw. Fries were good. Probably wont go back.

2022-06-05Food is just as good as any other TGIF location and came out piping hot. Service was only okay. One of their new cocktails was pretty decent. Their prices are starting to get pretty high relative to what you get, though.

2022-06-02Waitress was prompt & nice. Food was very, very slow to come, and there were only 4 tables in the restaurant with customers. My chicken sandwich first came with 2 types of cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, it was missing the Swiss cheese, avocado, red peppers and pickle -sent it back. Next sandwich had the right ingredients but the chicken was so tough I could not eat it so, I pulled out the chicken basically had a BLT with avocado, red pepper and pickle. According to my lunch partner -who never complains-he said the mens bathroom had no paper towels and the floor was super sticky. We will not be back.

2022-03-26The food was excellent. Wait staff was attentive but not overbearing. There was a woman throwing a fit at a table near by. (She admitted to her table, she didnt want to pay and was willing to cause problems.) The manager handled it with respect and kept the situation calm and quiet. I appreciate that the manager didnt make the waitress deal with it alone.

2022-06-21Very friendly staff! Quick service and food is fresh. So much better than alternative restaurants that are open after 9pm (Applebees).Server doubled as the bartender, and was on top of it all!

2022-06-05We wanted to try somewhere we haven’t been to since we were kids. We were disappointed in the food, they brought out the wrong meal, and then when the right one came out, the chicken was way to over cooked and dry. The cole-slaw was bitter and tasted old. But the waiter was sweet!!

2022-02-18Was going to order dessert but after 45 minutes there with a toddler must have been too long for them. Was in a rush to check me out on a Saturday at 5:15pm. Ran my card twice and have to dispute it with my bank. Happy birthday single mom!$10 tip turned to $3. Expected from a chain restaurant though. My bad. I knew better 😞 *Update* issue was resolved w/ tgi fridays within 6 days. Added a star because management was friendly and helpful.
