Excellent experience tonight! We ordered drinks and then ordered apps a few minutes later, our server Margueri was incredibly friendly and kind. The food came out quickly but on top of it being delicious and quick, she made our night! Thank you for the amazing service! ☺️👍🏻
I havent been in awhile and I wasnt disappointed at all. Some new menu items that caught my eye but I was getting take-out and in a rush. Ordered my favorite Whiskey sampler appetizer still delicious
Me and my wife love going to Fridays! We usually have a great time..But not so much anymore. We noticed Brittany the Bartender isn’t there anymore. The new bartender with the short blonde hair has an attitude, and keeps you waiting WAYY too long. It turns you off to the whole experience that is Fridays.

I ordered the Fridays Signature Whiskey-Glazed Burger online from UberEats. I have to say that I love the taste of the burger it was absolutely delicious and the bacon gave a crispy side to it. The meat was juicy, the lettuce, tomatoes and onions were very fresh. I gave 4 stars because I didn’t like how the french fries was made it lacked salt and crispiness. But overall it was a great burger for a good price. Will definitely recommend.
We waited 15mins for anyone to even come to our table, after being seated. Than listened to the manager give the young man, that did help us, a hard time !The music was rap , loud n pretty dam awful

The Waitresses were really nice food came out quick look great I had Cobb salad with salmon on top my granddaughter had glazed salmon with vegetables my grandson had macaroni cheese and they gave him orange slices with it and we had for appetizer the spinach dip and mozzarella sticks awesome plus I had to Long Island Iced Teas only $6 each who came to $90 but it was well worth it
Just left. Food took flrever to come out. When it did it was cold and came out wrong and not as advertised but we brushed it out and just asked for it to be heated it. Then we finally got our main food and things were missing and the waitress didnt check on us for long enough for THAT food to get cold. I didnt even eat the meal, just took it home. DISGUSTING service there. Table next to us was sat in a clksed section too! Ive never been more upset

Waiter was friendly. The problem was he was over worked so never came over to our table of 9 to ask if we needed anything. So we couldnt get any drinks or extra condiments when needed. I feel I called in the morning and let them know we were a group of 9 if you couldnt handle it then let me know and I would have made other arrangements. Again nothing against the waiter he was doing his best with the amount of tables he was in charge of

We had a really great experience here! Its a block from home and we have been to other locations but this one is fantastic! We had a server that was very pleasant, he was attentive but not suffocating and was consistently making sure we were comfortable and taken care of through the whole visit even though he was running the bar and tables. Very polite, very hard working, and just an all around great server. Food was really good too. We had been to other locations and were not impressed with the food but food and drinks here were great! Will come here again definitely! For our first dining out experience since covid I would recommend!
My boyfriend and I had a lunch here service was great food was delicious only reason why I didnt rate here a five is because when my boyfriend was finishing up his onion dip sandwich we notice there was a wrapper label in his food which shouldnt have been there ... I spoke to the manger she was kindly enough to offer the meal off the bill and offered us another meal but other than that this Fridays was great environment, service was great .

Terrible service. The worst I’ve had at a chain restaurant in a long time. Took 10 minutes to get drinks, 25 minutes for one appetizer and then half of our 4 entrees came out on time. Manager was as inept as our server. There’s a good reason half the tables were empty at 7pm on a Friday night. I guess the others knew to stay away. We won’t be back.
TGI Friday! It’s go how it’s. The price is much cheaper than Taiwan, but keep the same flavor.
I’ve been here a few times and have been disappointed each time to soggy floppy food or cold not the greatest quality in this establishment a few times waiters and waitresses would leave you hanging until you have to get up and say something granted I have been there for lunch not a busy time but not as you would expect from a company like this

I like TGIF more than I should. Today the waitress was nowhere to be found, the food did not taste fresh as if the appetizers were nuked hours earlier. 3 stars because it is usually better than the 1 star performance today.
Unfortunately I’ve given this place so many chances I lost count, maybe 5-6 times? Out of the last 6-7 attempts and nearly all have major screw ups and minor. Sauces missing, cold marinara (every single time), if ordering max and cheese as a side they forget it with the entree. I’ve ordered pretzels and cheese one time and they even forgot the cheese. Many times the foods cold, or fries are different temperatures. I’ve dealt with a couple of the managers but Lorenzo specifically was very sorry and helpful with what he could do on his end. Unfortunately we’ll be eating a bit less than normal here since still (yes last night had to check order do to history and yet again, no Mac and cheese…) things are forgotten and sauces are ice cold. This place either needs more staff or eliminate the ones they have and replace them with people who can read an online order, we don’t order anything complicated by any means.

Man this place is the bomb I traveled from out of state and this restaurant was next door to my hotel my food was so great that I ended up eating out from there three times in the same week my food was fresh and everything was correct each and every time I ordered from there! We ordered dinner for curbside pickup. We have eaten at this TGI Fridays several times and the food has always been good. Well, ai cannot say the same for the curbside pickup. We ordered four of the appetizers: Warm pretzels, mozzarella sticks, potato skins and boneless buffalo chicken bites. We also ordered two chicken ceasar salads and a sirloin cobb salad. The salads were okay, not as good as when you sit down to eat. The warm pretzels were very greasy, as if they were deep fried. My daughter ate one pretzel and became so nauseous that she couldnt eat anything else. I started with my chicken ceasar salad. There were two chunks of grilled chicken in a bed of romaine lettuce. A lot of the lettuce was limp and brown. O thought the chicken would be sliced but it wasnt. I cut the two chunks of chicken into small pieces. My husband had the sirloin Cobb salad. He enjoyed the sirloin but there was very little of it. The potato skins looked like they were deep fried. The certainly didnt look appetizing, however, they tasted okay. The warm pretzels were greasy and gross! The Buffalo chicken bites were okay, nothing special. Overall, I would never order for curbside pickup again. The food was extremely disappointing!

Short wait, every thing was spaced out to accommodate social distancing rules. Some portions of the main course were cooler (not cold) it wasnt even really that big of a deal, we still are every thing however, they still gave us 20% off. Over all, the experience was good, I havent been out to eat in a while.
This place was fine. No one was at the front when we came in so we had to wait for a while before being seated. It wasnt until the front filled with people until someone came over. Once seated the waiter came right away. He was very nice and a good waiter. The food itself was alright. The chicken was a little dry and burned, but not that bad. The coconut shrimp was amazing. Over all, a good time.

Horrible, waited 40 min for 1 appetizer, so had to get our meals togo as our 11 month old was getting antsy. The kitchen was so backed up and short handed so they said and there manager is a joke. As the staff is racing to get things in order the manager is joking around a talking to 1 table for 15 minutes about nonsense instead of helping out the kitchen or staff. Our server was hood and kept apologizing which not his fault. We were offered nothing for this delay, only a 20% coupon for next visit (wont be coming back) and its not cause delay but because how poor the manager handled the situation every table was dealing with. At the end our togo food was not all correct either. Happy fathers day to me

The staff is friendly in the service is good, however the food selections on the menu leave something to be desired. Its all very unhealthy food, fatty, greasy, all fried. Not a healthy place to eat, no healthy appetizers mostly low-grade bar food.

I am a former waitress, cashier, busgirl.I did it all from cafe to catering halls, I have the experience of all types of customers, and I’ve had my share of good experiences and with the bad experiences while being a customer and I was a waitress. Tonight on my birthday celebration with friends I was taken to TGI Fridays in Farmingville, the hostess was accommodating in seating us outdoors as we wanted, however the service ultimately was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Even after asking to please take our dishes the response was Ok in a minute, they never left the table, the service was terrible, no matter what we asked for, it took forever to get and we still thought to leave a good tip. Sometimes I wonder if it’s the responsibility of management to make sure customers are well taken care of even if you eating outdoors or indoors. I don’t know if I would refer this TGI Fridays or any other TGI Fridays at this point to any of my friends. We usually go eat at Applebee’s where we get good service, they check on us to make sure we have everything that we need napkins, extra drink etc. I am so disappointed that this experience was so bad.An unsatisfied customerRhea Hitter

Was in Long Island recently for work and decided to take some guys here for lunch. It was during Covid-19 times, so the seating was scarce, but the people were friendly and eager to see us. There were three of us. We felt completely safe upon entering. I had the fish and chips, which was really tasty, and the others in my party had appetizing dishes and they too said they were enjoyable. All in all I would not hesitate to go back to this establishment. I was glad they were open and felt good about giving them some business during these troubling times.
I had a steak with some Jack Daniel sauce and mash potatoes and some shrimps and a house salad. It was so good. I cant wait to go again.
Ordered a steak medium. When the steak showed up it was well done. The waitress said shed replace it but it would be about 20 minutes. Everyone else at the table would have had to wait before eating (common courtesy). The waitress said shed send the manager over to talk to me. He never showed up. She stopped by later and asked if we talked to the manager yet and I let her know we did not. She said shed get him right away. 5 minutes later she dropped off the bill. No manager, no sorry, no discount. Poor service..

TGI Fridays is the best of this casual dining experience. I believe the food is delicious and always fresh. Its staff are courteous and pleasant. The drinks are worth it. On Fridays they have live music and desserts that are delightful. Definitely a place worth going to. Enjoy !

Wanted something different. Ive been receiving a lot of emails from TGI Fridays. Ordered the whiskey chicken rib box online, $72.49. Supposed to feed a family of 4-6. Drove 15 mins just to pick up the order. TGI forgot the 6 chicken breast & one of the two sides. 1/2 the meal!!! Portions are super small except for the salad. Extremely disappointed!
I had doordashed an order (around 9:30 pm, fairly late) and once my dasher has gotten there they didn’t have an item I ordered. The dasher called me and the manager said I could get anything else. No big deal whatsoever,I kept it simple, and just got some chicken tenders, with a side of whiskey sauce for dipping. And when my order got here not only was it still hot and delicious, they give me the tenders, but also added a kids fettuccine Alfredo for their not having what I ordered. Just goes to show how caring the restaurant and owner are! Truly appreciated this small gesture from this business. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the near future.
Great food. Came out hot and took a little longer than anticipated but we had a good meal and shared hot pretzels. Nice waitress that provided honest answers with questions. Free parking and no problem finding a parking space. Very satisfied

TGI Fridays, you can never go wrong cause they make good food. The restaurant needs a bit of an update but the service is excellent!! Its a crowded place, yet you get a table quick enough! The dishes prices are not expensive for tge kids menu nor adults.Waitresses are very kind and they sure attend their tables fast. They really deserve their tips, love people who work hard!!!

I ordered online and picked it up. it was very busy as expected since it was Friday night, and the order took a little longer but worth the wait. The JD chicken strips were excellent.. still crunchy and a lot of flavor and the mozzarella sticks were just as good. The JD burger was good and I do recommend this Fridays, you will always be satisfied .

One of my favorites here. Spent many years here as a manager and still frequent this place. Friends still enjoy working here. It looks great since the remodel and Its mice to see it still thriving. Craig is the best manager there. He makes sure all his guests and his employers are taken care of!
Seems they dont take any precautions for gluten cross contamination of food. My Caesar salad without croutons came with lots of crumbs and the chicken and cheese made me sick. Ill stick with Applebees as its cheaper and tastier.

We had issues with the special lunch menu. He meal we had was fine. The beer selection is boring. The service was good. The bar is big. Plenty of seating at tables and booths. The menu is varied enough for all to find something you will like. It is comfort food. Plenty of free parking. It is ok.

An above average TGI Fridays. This location has maintained and updated itself over the years. The bar staff is friendly without being fake. Good place for catching a game or a quick bite without having to hit a fast food place.

We werent sure where to eat and decided to go to Fridays. When we arrived it was pretty packed but was surprised there wasnt a wait and they had a table for 6 open on Mothers Day. Their wasnt a long wait for the drinks or food either. Mom was very happy. Everyone had a good time. Just wish they had something on the menu that was vegan.
I havent been to TGIF in awhile. But I discovered them all over again..the menu had alot of good food choices and service was awesome! Try it for lunch or dinner or late night snacks!!! You will be glad you did!
Normally everything is superb we enjoy coming here we enjoy the food we enjoy our service Unfortunately today our service well the only word I can say for it stunk this young man had no skills of customer service at all and when presenting the check of course I look through it and when I asked him to come back to my table he turned around and he said oh is it because I put three burgers on their mind you we only had two I said yes would you please take the third one off now if I had just paid the bill without looking at it he never would have said one word that my friends ticked me off .

Had the 2 for $14.99 special. Food flavor and quality was very good. Only thing was 6 ounce sirloin was really small. Fried shrimp very good. Dinner was very filling. Service very good.
Suberb. I sat at the bar and was quickly served a drink and offered a menu. The bartender was social and interesting to talk to. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Looks like the place must have been recently renovated as it is very clean and modern inside, with clean bright lighting. I recommend and will be back during my stay in Long Island.

Poor service. Too long of a wait for the food and the desert and the Sprite she handed me was seltzer water. Then had an attitude when I asked for a different beverage a spanish waitress. Food was horrible over seasoned.
Everything was awful. The service was slow even just to get waters. All 4 meals were some variety of messed up. Brown lettuce for the salad, no avacado on the chicken sandwich, steak was rare when a medium was ordered, and the lobster pasta tasted awful. Other tables around also complained about the slow service. The manager was great and apologetic at least and did take money off for us so we appreciate that.

Terrible service. Waitress was rude. Never asked us for refills. We literally sat there for a good 45 mins before she came around. Mind you the place was dead, servers hanging around doing nothing. She was too busy socializing with her friends near the computer/doors to the kitchen. Never asked us how we were, when she first took our order. Literally just put the bill on the table and walked away. Never said have a good night, just took the money and that was that. I will never be coming back to this establishment again.

Food and service were great. Had the Rib special which were a great value at 12.99 including a small salad and side. Had not been to this restaurant in many years and I will return soon.

I never used to like TGIs as I thought it was just cheap rubbish that was overpriced and not great service. After returning a couple of times recently due to its location to where I was staying Ive somewhat changed my mind. It can still be a little overpriced but the overall quality and experience is a lot better than first thought. Nice selection of beers to suit most people and the staff are friendly throughout. Be aware that there will be at least 3 birthdays upon every visit where the staff perform an obnoxious clapping birthday song! If its your birthday and youre going happy birthday and enjoy the clapping.

This is one of my favorite TGIFs! The food is always good and the restaurant is clean. Sometimes we sit at the bar and the bartenders are always great; other times when we have the kids, we sit at a table and have never had bad service. If we opt for a chain restaurant its always TGIF or Millers.
Great experience good bar staff. They got my huge order to go correct. Good sports games on too.
We were able to sit outside under a big tent and our server Sam (Sammie) was awesome!!

Service was very slow. Waited half hour just for our drinks. Food was good. This is the second time this has happened at the same restaurant. Dont think I would go back...
Ended up with a high bill and not exactly feeling like we got our moneys worth. If you can go when they do endless apps or have some sort of deal going on then it might be worth it. Otherwise it is definitely not worth the cost.
Staff was very friendly
Our server was friendly and greeted us right away. She took the drink order and then our food order when she returned with the drinks. All good. Unfortunately the food left much to be desired. The seasoned fries were cold and bland. Not even salt. The sliders were a bit overcooked, but edible. Guess Im just not used to barfare.... Even though we werent in the bar area. I wont be going back anytime soon.
The food was good (but the cole slaw sucked). The curbside to go service is terrible. Complete chaos and unorganized. I parked by the sign for curbside. The sign said to call a number. I called the number and was told that wasnt being done yet so I should go inside. I went inside and there was a lot of difficulty finding my order. One guy said they were waiting on one item and he would bring it out to my car. I waited and waited. Nothing. I went back inside and my order was found. A manager said he was sorry but its very busy today because of the Super Bowl. O told him its always like this when I use Curbside to go.
This place is just okay they used to have $10 unlimited apps, but they change that price to $15 and limited which apps you can order. Drinks are on the high end with regard to pricing. Still its an okay place to go to.

Just the best staff. Bartenders are some of the nicest, friendliest people Ive dealt with. I will always be coming here because of them.
Ordered a Chicken sandwich and a lemonade To Go. Apparently this place cannot tell the difference between a lemonade and a margarita....When I got home, I found out the lemonade was a MARGARITA...Made multiple attempts to contact management but they have not reached out so they don’t care.Parents, when you order a lemonade for your child, make sure you check it because....THEY WILL SERVE YOUR MINOR AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE...

Hamburgers and Fries came out cold. Other customers were complaining about the same thing.
Went there last night for a couple of drinks and appetizers...we sat at the bar...awful service and awful appetizers..came out lukewarm and we had to ask for silverware...all that for a big price. I wont be going to that TGIF location ever again.
We had a craving for mozzarella sticks and every one knows Fridays has the best. We had a great time, just sitting at the bar. The bartender did flash, got us our drinks and apps quickly, but didnt hover. Everything was very clean. I didnt go into the bathroom which is my usual gauge but the floor and bar area was spotless. I love the hooks under the bar for my purse to hang safely. That always makes me nervous when it has to dangle behind me. Will def be back:-)
Minor issues such as a delay in a 2nd drink order and not the most comfortable seats, but other than, everthing was very good. This is a personal favorite of restaurants for me. Its not too loud, the bar is separate from the seats, the service is never an issue, and the food is good. Its also very accommodating for children of all ages and adults are undisturbed.
Nicest looking Fridays Ive been to. But they no longer have endless apps as of September of 2020

Service will as horrible ! No Greet , the greet was last call is at 1215 . But you guys close at one ? . Food came out at all different times . Server was to busy with her own personal life . Sent manager over to us to tell us that business isnt busy so were closing early . Asked for a menu no one came back with one ! I always come here and never had this experience ! Will ever come back. ! Didnt feel welcomed at all . Applebees is right down the road . They will have my business not this location . I didnt know these restaurants made up there own business ours ! If its slow then change your hours !
My steak was not done as asked. Had to wait for a redo and I was charged twice, had to have bill redone. My husbands meal chicken good, rice dry, and vegetables were gross. Would not recommend going to the Fridays in Farmingville.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Waiters should be trained before they start to work. I had menus sitting with us for 10 minuets and the waitress never came to take our appetizer away from us when we were done. She barely checked on us, she kept looking at our table but never came over, she was no were to be seen most of the time. She also told us her name after we got our food. And that up it took 20 min to even see the dinner. We have had great experiences in the past but this one definitely has me and my family to try other locations .
Late night trip to TGI Fridays. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was easy to work with when we found out we could be served in the couch seating area. Our waiter was prompt and made sure our drinks were always full and if we wanted more food it was served (endless apps)!
Went for a friends new job, fun ,clean,comfortable and the nicest bartenders. 2 girls before 5:00. Very cool,calm and collective in such a crazy bar.had a great time will.be back.
Their New Sizzling steak on peppers, onions & cheese was served on one of their sizzling cast iron platters, so it had melted cheese & a bbq dipping sauce that was delicious
We got some family meal packages and everything was easy, hot, tasty, and price to value was very good

Good atmosphere the vibe was good order my steak medium well got it well done manager came over asked if I wanted the steak to be replaced I said no thats fine and they gave me a free cocktail way to go TGIF thumbs up
Ordered the chicken tenders and fries. Fries were lukewarm and old. Went to unwrap the silverware for the napkin and a gnat flew out of it.. Granted, they were nice and comped my meal, but still never going back

Good food... but has gotten very expensive 9ver the years. Get a rewards card because the points add up fast and can help offset price.Again the foods great bit... very expensive.
The server was unprofessional and creepy, she accessed my personal account on facebook from the name on my credit card then I figured her name was Taylor. She messaged me right away and said that she would smoke and make love with me if I wanted. Another time I went there I saw the same waitress smoking pot in her car. It was not a great experience, especially for a family friendly environment. My friends and I wont go there anymore.
Looks like the interior has been redone. Much more light, not dark like before. Food was good as was our service.
If I could give this less stars I would. The table was sticking and the bathroom was filthy. Not to mention the female staff memeber screaming on the phone in the restroom. It took them 10 minutes to seat us and 35 to bring us the check after we asked for it. Over all a terrible experience and I wouldn’t spend money there again if it was the last restaurant on the plant. Clean your restaurant and have standards for customer service.

The All American burger was amazing! I added avocado. Also, the cheese cake for dessert was great!
I ordered food to go and it waitress comes out swinging it. when I get home, the rice was in clumps Im not sure if that was cuz she was swinging or it was just old. The lemon that was given to me looks like it was used already. I could go on but I wont.
Had a wonderful experience with the best server, feel terrible I didnt get his name but he was fantastic! Very on top of his tables and very sweet

2022-06-16This is absolutely ridiculous, I sent in Instagram messages as well. The table behind us was never cleared including a cash tip, not even when we left, we waited 15 minutes for our drinks and longer for a wine. There was one waitress. It is not her fault that service was awful, it’s your staffing. I can’t risk going there again because if it’s lunch, I’ll be late going back to lunch, If it’s dinner, my kids will be on the floor throwing a fit. This is the stuff that closes a restaurant, oh and great price increase for even worse services.

2022-02-20We were so disappointed with our food. Decided to write this after tasting everything and nothing was up to par. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and rubbery. The chips were all broken. There was 1 single chip that was NOT broken into pieces. Complete disappointment. The spinach and artichoke dip was good and the texture was the only positive thing I can say about our take out experience. For $80 this will have to be our last time patronizing this specific location.

2022-05-18Fantastic bartender at the bar last Monday, she took care of us really well. The fact that she had to write everything by hand because the system was down, i made sure to give her a very good tip. My friend and I each had two beers and he had a cheeseburger while I ordered 16 wings. The whiskey glazed wings were a lot better then I thought they would be. Wish they had better beer offered on there all day happy hour but cant complain.

2022-04-28By far of the chain restaurant franchises, Fridays has the absolute best tasting fries. Perfectly seasoned. The burgers are pretty good, as are the chicken products. Only complaints would be that the wait staff can be 50/50 on how good the service is. Overall good experiences at this location

2022-04-29The food was fine as usual but the service was unbelievably terrible this time around. The music selection was unbearable to eat to and was ear piercingly loud. Our server was rude and impatient from start to finish but continued to make no effort to hurry up (using his phone, chatting up the girl a few tables over etc) and I had to ask 3 times for a sprite for my girlfriend. Overall very disappointing experience, will not be returning which sucks cause we loved this spot

2022-02-05Food was good. Service was good.A little slow but thats expected for these times..No host at host stand .Had to wait 5 mins just to sit in a pretty empty restaurant.Overall one of the better Fridays locations as they have fallen off over the past few years.

2022-03-05Food was amazing and our waiter made sure that my dessert had no strawberries since Im allergic and even any color on the plate just in case it was flavored. The staff was wonderful, cant wait to go back soon.
