Greatest experience I’ve had eating out in a while. Was met with a waiter by the name Matt camisa who was an absolute delight. Food was quick and great. Highly recommend this waiter.
Waiter did not come around very often. We had to wait a while for our food. Then again for the check. The food was good, tasted good and good temperature.
My friend and I meet at TGI Fridays whenever l amdown from upstate NY. Everything tastes so good.The servers give us time to talk and order.
One of more down to earth TGIF I have been to. Good is great the staffs are friendly and good neighbor vibe in the atmosphere. I liked this one because this one was more relaxed and laid back. Some of other TGIF is fast, loud and energetic.
If zero stars was an option for this horrendous experience....I havent been to Fridays in about 10 years because their food gas always been mediocre at best but after a movie it was close by and we decided to stop in, big mistake, HUGE. We ordered the 2 for $22, I got half rack of ribs with fries and my friend ordered the glazed chicken with lemon butter broccoli and mashed potatoes. When it arrived mine looked fine, however my friend had a slightly larger appetite and was disappointed with the portion size of the chicken. I knew I wouldnt eat all the ribs so I immediately cut the ribs in half and gave them to my friend. Everything was fine until she ate the last rib and realized under the ribs I put on her plate was piece if lemon, THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN EATEN. The waitress and manager both tried to say it looked that way due to the cooking process. #1, we both cook, lemon doesnt look like that simply from cooking with it #2 there are TEETH marks in the lemon. She almost vomited. I will never go back to ANY Fridays ever again.
Ordered takeout and the food was ready in 20 minutes.I do agree that the quality of TGIFs is not what it used to be. Hopefully they can turn things around.
What a cute place! perfect for the neighborhood. I went on a Sunday for dinner. The service was good and the atmosphere is charming. Looking forward to when the backyard opens.wings - very tastymango salad - wow this was deliciouscrispy duck - very goodWe cleaned our plates! finger licking goodness!I look forward to going back and trying more food. I am sure this rating will go up after trying a few more dishes. Welcome to the neighborhood!

First and last visit to the Levittown TGIF!In the past, my kids have liked going to TGIF once in a blue, but everything was wrong with this place. From a dirty table and fruit flies starting to fly around us half way through the meal to the food being barely mediocre and getting watered down juices, it was hard to find anything positive. And let’s not forget the vents blow heat that was so high my youngest complained of getting a headache. Could not get out of there fast enough! At least our server was very pleasant and attentive.
Tried out Impossible burger. Nice filling! Nice one.
Came here for brunch and was impressed with the remodel of the entire place and the new menu was excellent!
Arrived, took a while to get seated due to the hostess being nowhere to be found. Once seated, 10 minutes passed with no waiter, sitting across from the bar, our menus closed ready to order. We see the bar tender cleaning and 3 servers on their phones. We gave it another 5 minutes before choosing to walk out and go across the parking lot for food because we were hungry and tired of waiting. Very disappointed because we were really looking forward to eating here..
My friend and I both ordered Steak,she ordered hers well done. Mine was supposed to be Medium Rare.They were both cooked Very Well Done. I felt like I was chewing on a shoe. After 2 bites I could not force it down. When I told the waiter I got a whole new plate if food with a perfectly cooked Medium Rare Steak,No Charge! The mashed potatoes and broccoli were also delicious.
Ordered 2 steak meals, 1 was half the size of the 2nd. Also ordered a beer and margarita which my beer came 20 minutes after I ordered. App came out cold. Asked to speak with manager who gave me an attitude when I questioned him about my steak. Will never be back. Would not recommend.
Food was very good, quick, hot. Our server Gary was friendly, efficient, right on top of all of our needs. He made our dinner an awesome experience. Its rare to get a server who shows that kind of professionalism. Usually ur just rushed out & lucky if ur order comes close to what u expected. Gary made dining pleasant for us.
Came on a Friday Night around 8 PM and the restaurant was packed! We were told a 15-20 minute wait and they seated us at the bar since it was raining outside. My friends and I loved the decor of the restaurant. Each wall had a different personality! One side was fully furnished with mirrors, the other had lights with doves on them, another had a shelf with mini sculptures and plants.I ordered a calamari $8 to share and the Chicken Kao Soy noodle soup $15. The calamari came on a shell held by a larger plate. Love the shell concept but it just meant smaller portion of the calamari :( The Chicken Kao Soy was one of the more popular options mentioned by previous yelpers so I chose that. It comes with egg noodles, some fermented veggies, a chicken leg, and some crispy crackers. The chicken leg was extremely tender, the meat came off the bone effortlessly. The broth had a very strong taste of coconut, it was a little overpowering but the taste gets boring.My friends ordered the chicken wings $8, Pad See Ew with chicken $12, and Pad Thai $12. They all enjoyed their dishes. Nourish had a great lunch deal, so I might return just to try something from their lunch menu.
Last few times i ordered to pickup my orders were messed up one way or another. Cold, not complete, incorrect or missing items. Today i had to call to order because the App wasnt clear. Person that answered the phone was new, transfered me to THE MANAGER, who in the end wasnt a manager. I ordered family wings and was told the small came with 48 wings and large came with 72, so i ordered small ( 48)½ BBQ and ½ JD, with a side of fries. Came homeThere were only 25 wings total, no BBQ AT ALL. I called them and told them and after 9 min was told i did not speak to a manager, they didnt know who i spoke to! Really! What? Found out the not manager also told me incorrect info about the amount of wings and that they dont have regular BBQ sauce. After more than 10 minutes of double talk i hung up from frustration. I guess this Fridays is going down hill fast!! No offer to discount or replace the missing wings, but i could order more i was told! Really? Why would i do that. Im very surprised with all this. Ive been going to this fridays since the day they opened but will not anymore!!
Just an ok fridays. Used to be a regular here, but prices keep going up. The quality of the food is not worth the price.
My wife and I stepped out without the kids for drinks and bar food. Excellent food and good drinks. Plexiglass dividers between booths and all staff are well trained. Tables were cleaned well before and after each use.
Some friends and I stopped in for a bite after a movie. This place is dark and it smells bad. First issue, the hostess offered to seat us in the bar area, (which was dirty) and there were lots of other seats available in the dining area, so we asked to be moved. After we were seated I went to the restroom to wash my hands and there was a ball of wet hair in the sink drain. I wanted to leave then but I didnt want to seem difficult. After I returned to my table, I noticed another ball of hair on the floor near our table. I alerted the manager and she seemed uninterested but handled it, by having someone lazily sweep the dining area. We ordered food, it came quick, it was hot. The best part of my experience was my side of broccoli and our waitress. She was fantastic and broccoli was delicious. My friends were unable to enjoy their food because of the physical appearance of this place. Safe to say, unless this place is renovated & under new management, I will not return.
Food...delicious..service by Megan impeccable. She was THE BEST waitress I have had in a very long time. Courteous..sweet..funny..catering..made all of us feel so comfortable..so at ease..she is a great representation for Corporate. I certainly hope they recognize this.
We came to this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was a winning. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We loved this restaurant a lot and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all.
Old, dilapidated restaurant with the same filthy ornamentation. TGIFs at one time provided quality even though its a chain. That time unfortunately has passed them by. The food was beyond disappointing and no attention was paid to plating as if you were at your college dorm. The table was sticky (yes, you read that right, sticky) and had tape peeling off of it. Its a long time coming for a rebranding.
We had to ask to have the table cleaned and our server asked if it was dirty???? Then the stuff was swept on the floor and left there gross
Just stop by there a few days ago to order some food ,but its real nice & the food looks delicious,but it was to pricey.
Been going here for years and I found the food and service to be quite good. However I ordered a family meal online since we couldnt eat there and was totally embarrassed. Everything was dried out with very little sauce. The wings were supposed to be apple butter bbq but instead were buffalo which no one ate. This was supposed to feed 4-6 people. The Cole slaw and potatoes given were barely enough for one. They didnt even have the courtesy to reach out to me after I contacted them. For the price paid it was not worth it.
No longer enforcing any sort of social distancing when it comes to seating, they feel the 1/4in glass between the booths are enough mind you the glass is dirty as hell with hand prints and junk on it gross!, the table sitting directly across from me with no glass at all has a group at it. Dont get me wrong, I want to be back to normal but I dont think we are there yet.The boneless wings I recieved were over deep fried and like rocks, better suited as a door stop thats how dried out an nasty it was. Ill never come to this fridays ever again, Applebees in bethpage is better than this place and they use tainted chemical water.
I got a Philly cheese burger and it was great. Fries were a tad bit too salty. Service was really good and the server was very friendly. We got seated right away on a weekend night but it did get crowded a little after we were seated. The appetizers are really good at Fridays.
The food, drinks and appetizers were all very good. I especially enjoyed their Bacon Bourbon Big Ribs for 12.99.At the time of this review the ribs were full of meat and much better than their local restaurant franchise competition.The only complaint I would have at the time would be that due to it being a mid-day of the week and later in the night it did take a while to be sat down due to the lack of staff.Overall an enjoyable experience. Would recommend for a cheaper family restaurant style dinner.
Nice and cozy. They work to service you quickly and thoroughly. The appetizers are delicious. I especially love the guava drink they serve there. Overall, clean environment, good attending servers and good food. I love the wings here. I havent had them in a while and was pleasantly surprised to taste that they were still worth ordering!
I’m giving it one star because of the fruit flies and watching employees eating off customers plates we were seated at the bar in the front by the beer taps If you look slightly to your left you can see the food service area it was happy hour all the employees appeared to be young kids all the servers would congregate right there and you see the plates come out from the kitchen and sitting Under the Heat lights you could watch the employees eating french fries off peoples plates and as we were sitting there I noticed there was a swarm of fruit flies coming from behind the bar I could not see where they’re coming from but they were concentrated around the beer taps The food was OK at best the bartender was good and the atmosphere was TGI Fridays and I will not be going back!!!!!
Dont spend your hard earned money here! Overall quality has gone downhill! Food is terrible! Service is even worse! When we expressed our concerns to a manager we saw on our way out, she told us there were other managers to complain to. When I told her that was all the more reason for at least 1 manager to walk over to us when we sent back our food, she walked away from us. Mind you, she was standing by the door to harass a patron who was simply walking out to get his wallet. The manager was accusing him of skipping the check when we saw the guy just sit down about 10 mintues earlier with a group of friends. Horrendous!! Never again will my family patronize this location. We really hope it shuts down to make room for a more deserving business!
Gary is the man! Awesome bartender and he makes a mean long island iced tea. Very attentive and friendly!
Awesome place! Came in hungry and grumpy and left happy with a full tummy :) Also the most friendly waiters Ive ever met for sure. Parking is always available which is great compared to NYC locations. The best part of it all is that the food tastes awesome and it wont break your wallet 🤗😎 They even have a bar in there its freaking cool! I definitely recommend this place to anyone, hands down you wont be disappointed.
Staff is excellent, they are extremely understaff and doing everything then can to keep the customers satisfied. I appreciate all the work they are doing in this current climate. Its not an easy job.
This place has changed since the time of my last review, food is always terrible now and the chefs have no idea how to cook anything, dont go here unless you want terrible american food.
I must apologize to the general manager Randy, for documenting his name on a previous review when he was not the party involved in the incident that had transpired on Sunday, January 13 during my experience at TGI Fridays Levitown. A miscommunication on my part, I apologize Randy. My overall experience with this TGI Friday’s has been a few that have undoubtedly been exceptional! The waiters there are always so friendly and accommodating, the food is good, and the drinks are wonderful! I had given this Friday’s a low rating after the Experience that was unexpectedly thrown my way on Sunday… But I’m changing it significantly to the other side of the spectrum due to Randy, the general manager of the store, making a personal phone call directly to me to understand all the details of my side of the story and the event that occurred that night. With deepest apologies and an “I promise to personally get down to the bottom of the matter with the employee involved!”...He had put my mind at ease. I gave this restaurant a five star rating for excellent customer service and retention, great food, wonderful drinks, and a fun happy atmosphere to be in! A special thanks to Randy - the general manager, Stephanie the manager, and of course Brandon... my favorite waiter there!
The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was delicious and came quickly. The atmosphere was nice and kid friendly. They were accommodating and knowledgeable about eating gluten free. Definitely one of the best Fridays my family and I have been to!

We had a wonderful dinner served by an energetic friendly lady. The hamburger was cooked perfectly and juicy, the fish and chips were okay. I was comparing the fish and chips to ones I had in Scotland, which is unfair. They were more like fish fingers. If you download their app you get free chips and salsa and one free dessert. Will definitely go back. Great family atmosphere and tables spaced a comfortable distance apart.
Very friendly staff. Customers loud on speaker phone. Hotess quickly moved our seat but did not address the situation with loud customer. Second seat was next to an area only divided by a curtain that was a paint party. Instructor was speaking on a microphone, very loud. We moved to the Bar area and was serviced from Gary the bartender. Garys service was fantastic. Great specials and good food. I had a Burger nicely cooked . It came with Fries, I didnt want any fries and was offered a healthier option. Side salad was great. My friend had a Rib and all you can eat shrimp and all was great.
We had a very sweet waitress she was 11/10 she was funny and patient and soooo sweet her name was Ariel! Loved her she made the experience a million times better! Such an angel so happy to have her .
Best delivery I have ever had! Both the chicken with two veggie sides and pear salad were delicious!Really great quality ingredients. I love how they have healthy options that fit a lot of dietary needs.Will be ordering a lot, as the price isnt too bad either. Awesome addition to DUMBO
Bathroom were absolutely disgusting. Toilet not flushing and doesnt look or smell like it has been cleaned in weeks. Service was sub-par. Food was ok.
This place was okay. I ordered broccoli and cheese soup to start and there was the whole core of the broccoli inside which was inedible. The rest of the dinner was okay at best. The best part was the waitress, she was amazing and always kept coming by to check up on us. I dont know if I would go there again.
I used to love going here to eat and have a few drinks. I used to go at least once every month. Went to eat here with a few friends a few nights ago after about a year of not going. I don’t ever post negative reviews because I’m not a complainer with restaurant mess ups and sort of lengthy wait times. But I was pretty surprised with the service this time. First, I ordered one of the specialty alcoholic mixed drinks (a frozen one) and it was either the wrong drink, or they were lazy and made it without slush. I didn’t say anything. Second, the wings from the sample platter were ice cold. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if they were a bit warmer but no, they were seriously cold. The potato skins were also so dry I couldn’t even eat them without sipping my drink. Other stuff was great though. Main dish was good and nice and hot. Steak was cooked the way I asked. As the server was leaving I asked for a coke because I had finished my drink. They never brought the drink and I couldn’t find the server. By the time they came back around, I was already done with my food and wanted to leave for about ten minutes. Then the last step took about seven to ten minutes before we could all leave and no, it was not busy at all. We arrived at about 8-8:30 and there was plenty of empty tables. The server was very nice and respectful though. Most of the stuff that happened wasn’t his fault besides forgetting the drink, but I won’t be returning after that night and I hate to be that guy. :/
Went to call in a take out order. Was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and every so often was transferred to the hostess desk. When I was able to order the woman was extremely rude and didnt care I was on hold. I stayed on the phone while driving in traffic on my way home at 5 in the evening.When I arrived I waited by the take our area by the bar. I was never greeted until 10 mins into my wait. During my wait serval employees walked by ignoring me and never ask if I needed help.Figure this would have been a quick easy order for two burgers and a chicken sandwich and was told on the phone would take 15- 20 mins for it to be ready. I waited 35 minutes in the restaurant.Manager on duty deliveried the food to me and wasnt apologetic. In fact was very rude and stated it was my fault since I ordered the food at a busy time. Will not come back!
The waiter was really nice. Food was terrible. My food had to be sent back because it was cold and seemed to be reheated and not fresh. I’ll skip this location the next time I want Fridays.
I was disappointed in both the food and the service. The drinks were very watered-down. The sliders buns did not seem fresh. The waiter kept pushing to go to the next course even though we werent taking a lot of time, pushing dessert before we finished the main course. All in all I dont plan on returning.
Sat at the bar for 45 minutes without being served , placed order from.the tender 4 times and he kept.on serving people who sat after we were seated , dont waste your time sitting at the bar , the guy is a waste of precious time
We were sat right away, drinks, appetizers and food came out quick. But waited for a long time to get the check. Had to have another server bring us our check. Then the waiter came to take the payment but left his cc machine at our table for another 15 minutes before he came back to check on us.
I dont write reviews, but my friends and I have been there way too many times where they have just given us terrible service. Every time we go there is something new that goes wrong. One time we found plastic wrap in our food, but I was surprised they even got our food right that time. Most of the time they just bring out the completely wrong order. Other times our waitress doesnt come around for a half hour even though there is hardly anyone even seated. My friend went into the bathroom and found our waitress just messing with her hair singing in the mirror. When youre job is to serve, you need to be around, friendly, and actually write down the correct order. Like I said, this wasnt a one time experience, this is every time we go and now we have decided to try a different Fridays because this one cant seem to get their act together and I dont know if its the management staff or the serving staff to blame at this point. When we complained about the plastic wrap, the manager came over already with an attitude like she was ready to pick a fight with us. This restaurant really needs to get their act together if they want to stay in business.
Honestly? Im being generous - Id have to give all three of these stars to the wait staff - they were outstanding... Food gets zero stars... The whisky burger I ordered was as plain as could be - nothing special given the price tag... Unlimited appetizers? The mozzarella sticks were fresh and good but the wings were awful as were the potstickers - the salmon & ribs? Unremarkable - ribs were kinda dry - all in all - no alcohol purchased but still cost me $85 for 2 endless apps, 1 burger & the rib & salmon plate - wish we wouldve went to 5 guys next door - maybe 40$ and I wouldve enjoyed it... What a shame - Fridays use to be soo much better than this (btw 2nd tgif in 3mo - same experience both restaurants & different food at both)...
For starters the feast for $20, hardly a feast, the appetizers were tiny, 3 mozzarella sticks and a half side of loaded fries, the entree was ok, my broccoli was brown in spots, the dessert was tiny also. The waiter was very inattentive, our plates from the appetizer were there til right before our dessert came out, which took longer to come out than the entree, service overall was very slow. Not coming back, couldve went to chilis and got triple the appetizer and way more food in general for what we paid.
The waitress was very nice and helpful. However, there was a person dressed in a hoodie and backpack walking around in the kitchen where food was being prepared. It was a complete turn-off. The restaurant decor was a hodge-podge of out-dated pop-culture. Just made no sense.
This location in particular the few times Ive been here Ive had to wait 5-10 min just for someone to notice youre standing there. Last time I went I saw a mom and daughter with a baby as we drove around to park, they were still inside the door as we unloaded my own two kids and came in. Then we waited almost 15 min for the host to come and he assumed WE had gotten there first so I cant imagine how long these other people must have been waiting before we came in.When we finally sat we were surprised to learn they no longer do Jack Daniels and the prices are kind of ridiculous now. Its like Fridays and all the other trendy restaurant chains are trying to act like theyre upscale places with prices to match but food that falls very short of the value theyre placing on it. People dont go to Fridays for a fine dining experience. We left after a few minutes of debate, we hadnt even seen a waitress at that point, just a waste of time.
Awful service, Terrible and Stale food, and Poor management
We went there for their special menu deals. Once we were sitted, we didnt get the special menu. the waitress pretend she didnt know what we were talking about when we showed her their specials of the TGI Fridays website. But then we said we will go somewhere else she quickly went and got us the specials menu. She knew exactly that she was doing. They try to overcharge and didnt wanna give us the better menus. The food was good. The drinks were super water downed. The service wasnt the best. The TGI Fridays in wesbury hands down better.
Our server, Caesar was excellent! But I dont like that they dont give you bread as youre waiting for your food, though I was told that they have chips & salsa (I dont eat salsa though!). Its like theyre trying to force you to order appetizers when sometimes, you just want a piece of bread then your food!
Came here on a Wednesday night for a quick bite with a friend and I have no complaints!Our waitress was the sweetest and offered recommendations to us which were absolutely delicious. They were very good about refilling our waters throughout the dinner which I always appreciate.I ordered the Koong Ob Woonsen with shrimp and glass noodles and it was the bomb I love seafood and that was a perfect combination of a light noodle and seafood.Lovely atmosphere and great neighborhood as well! Highly recommend.
Okay Im changing my star rating on this location. Now with that being said it use to be a 5 star for us. This is our town Fridays. But I think it is horrible he now service is extremely slow. For quality is being poor. We order the drinks that come with the extra shackers they tried to not give it to us then brought it out full with ice and very little liquor in it. And on top of it they have this new machine for payments and we have to wait like 20 plus minutes to pay and leave. It is just ridiculous at this point. They have lost our business at this location. Just sad. I just paid after sending food back and a drink and not once did a manager even come out and check on our table. This place I lost all respect for. Levittown TGI Fridays should close down.
Id say this restaurant is pretty great for date night in Brooklyn and perhaps enjoying a few drinks. The unique atmosphere is sort of different than the other Thai restaurants. One of the walls is open to the outside but their no outdoor seating. It a very nice concept to allow natural air flow but today I would have enjoyed some AC.
Place has changed for the worse and in clear need of interior renovation. I went there since they price gouge on door dash (compare there website against the app, everything is 3-5$ more as of 9/14/2020) and decided to just go there. Service was meh, clearly understaffed but trying. Food was as expected. Not worth the effort, not recommend.

Its been over a week since I had an issue with the to go order. I was told that the GM and corporate would be reaching out to me. Obviously, that was a lie told to me.told 20 minutes wait, food not ready 40 minutes later, rude employees, food still not ready at hour mark, missing sides, and food was cold.Im so glad Im a rewards member.
So, this was an expected experience. First of all, lets talk about the food. I had a whiskey something, something fancy burger. Actually, one of the best burgers I ever ate. The sauce that comes with it; one word - amazing! It was more honey flavoured than whiskey, but nevertheless, gave the burger that little,je ne sais quoi, it needed to make it special.Fries were a bit underwhelming. Hence the reason, its not five stars.But surprisingly, the reason this place earned four stars; is down to the service. Ive been to other TGIFs before. And I dont know if anyone else has gotten the feeling, like they want you to leave as soon as you walk through the door. Well, yeah that didnt happen here. The place was again, surprisingly welcoming. And my server was excellent! Maybe a bit over enthusiastic - but Ill take that any day, over the 9 to 5 Betty, who just wants to leave cause her boyfriend is waiting outside in the Camaro. She was courteous, patient, very bubbly and had a tireless smile. She was even honest enough to admit that when she delivered my particular burger, she noticed it didnt come with any of the special sauce. And promptly rectified it. I got a separate container of sauce. She recognized a weakness and offered a solution, almost immediately. Thats outstanding service! Top marks!Went there on a Saturday; so maybe thats the time to go. TGIS? If they do trademark that name, they owe me some money. Im not greedy; just enough to get my beak wet.
Loved it!! Hung out with my closest friend. We just saw Avengers Endgame and closed the guys night out with Fettuccine and shrimp. Exquisite food!! Highly recommended!!! Must do it again soon!!!👍
Table was not wiped down before being seated, wiped it myself with a Lysol wipe. Service was slow, waitress never checked on us to see if we needed anything after being served. Mash pototoes were instant mash.....really?
Havent been here in while, but we decided to give it a shot last night. We order quesadillas and a burger. The quesadillas and the burger fries, were not hot, warm at best. Then we order a brownie and was barely warm too..Service was OK I guess.Probably not going to come back on a while
3:30 pm - Flies in bar area - bartender forgot my beer after he took my order. Asked for no orange in beer - orange is in my beer. 4 other people at bar. Not attentive - disappears from bar often. Came for the Friday happy hour free apps at the bar. Very busy, but bartender was friendly and attentive, and we got to sample a few appetizers, some of which I would definitely order again. Jack Daniels wings were delicious. Thanks to Maelinda, that very nice server.
I decided to get some take out and even though I dont eat out much the food here was good, I didnt have to wait too long for my order, and the girl who took my order was friendly. I liked that they have some healthy side orders being that Im watching my weight.The only issue I had was that it smelled a little funny when we walked in almost like a wet dishrag. I probably shouldve turned around and left. But I was super hungry that night, but when I left I clicked my heels and said, Theres no place like home, theres no place like home.
The first time I went there I was angry and not health conscientious. The food was good and the staff is friendly.The second time I went there, I was concerned that I wouldnt be able to find anything to meet my health needs. As it turned out, they have updated their menu and they do have some satisfying healthy options. I had the bourbon grilled mahi mahi with my choice of two sides: broccoli and mozz-tom salad. Id definitely go back and try some of their other healthy eats too.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the water service is bad. And the fact that our waitress visits us like shes on a moving train without stops. It was hard to get a hold of her and request additional items as desired. For her it was as if her boss told her go onto the next one as soon as she reached the table she was aiming for, and then again when she got to that one, etc.Also our table wasnt entirely clean when we sat down. I had to brush off someone elses leftovers prior to sitting.Other than that, happy (un)healthy eats!
Fries were like cardboard! When we told the staff, they offered us another side. Sliders were OK, not that great. Overall experience was disappointing!! Fridays should have good fries. They were horrible!
I and my hubby walked past this new place and we were surprised that they are Thai restaurant because we cant tell from their decoration. Their decoration is lively, bright and nice so they got my attention. We stepped in to see the menu and decided to stay. It was one of the best decisions of the day!!!
This place was a solid 3+ stars. The food was...OK. The service was quite good (The best part of the meal by far), however I wasnt excited by the price for the value or the variety of food. Meh its a Fridays so what do you expect?
Don’t waste your time worst Fridays Ever !!! We waited for a drink and appetizers at the bar for 45 min the server at the bar was so race’s was all over his face !!! We end up walking out ,very nasty people to be around .

The service was good, very polite and helpful. The food was ok and the prices were ok too. The bathroom wasnt as clean as it should be. The only plus is that it does have its own parking spaces.
Covid-19 has not been good for TGI Fridays, cold restaurant, cold french fries, Luke warm ribs and salmon, luke warm Cole slaw. Flavor on point, but other issues will stop a return visit. Sorry guys.
Terrible place. Came here for a paint nite event, and decided to stay for food after. Ordered a burger and a salad with chicken; waited over 30 minutes for food to reach our table. There was barely anyone in the restaurant, it shouldnt have taken so long considering there were barely any customers here. Our waiter Steve never came by to say food was coming or explain why it was taking too long for it to come out. Food finally came to the table and it was cold. At this point we were so hungry we ate the food since complaining would just delay us eating something. We ate our food and didnt see our waiter at all until after we finished and he came by if everything was okay.... seriously, after we were done eating. I would give negative stars if I could. Everytime I go to a Fridays its always a let down, no wonder the one in Huntington closed down.
Gross NEVER AGAIN! used to come here for years. Place is not clean, menus have food them. Got the 2 for $20 deal. You get 3 mozzarella sticks. Fries are old, and the cake was a tiny little circle. Should of went to mcdonalds......
Came here to eat with out of town family. Food was mediocre and staff was overall pretty attentive but holy hell, ive never been hit with the upsell so bad. Tried to push apps on us at least 4 different times when we just wanted to order our meal
Good American style restaurant. Various food options and drinks here. The sizzling chicken is a great dish. Also, the sweet potato fries are absolutely delicious. Waiting time can be long during peak hours. Plan ahead.

Where to begin I must say I’m a glutton for punishment because Ive ordered from here several times throughout the year but who ever runs the take out aspect of this business through Uber eats could ruin a wet dream. Almost always something is wrong for example today a French dip was ordered but arrived without the dip this is a dry sandwich by design so when you dip it it’s moist. My wife’s Parmesan crusted sirloin ordered medium rare was well done and no Parmesan on it not to mention saying it was probably only a 2 ounce piece. And never mind the other countless orders we have ordered in the past of missing shrimp or sides etc Uber eats has always accommodated nicely but I don’t want a refund I want my food. This is not a reflection on sitting in the restaurant to eat but ordering the food online is always almost wrong when it arrives...
A good standby for a late night appetizer and a drink. We ended up shopping a bit later than planned so the original idea of Chinese food didnt work but you can count on tgifridays to be there when you need it. It was nice to sit down and enjoy a selection from a good drink menu and an appetizer combo that we added some delicious pot stickers and pretzels to. The potato skins would benefit from another garnish and the mozzarella sticks could be slimmer so not to be too thick but these are minor things. An enjoyable stop
I had the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich that was so disgusting I got food poisoning. The Tomato made the “fried chicken” (which was really just a chicken cutlet) soggy and wet. I would say the Green Bean Fries appetizer is my favorite of all time but I ended up throwing it back up after I was done eating the Sandwich.
They have good food, and a nice atmosphere. Crazy old stuff all over the walls(this is pretty popular nowadays..) and its right by a shopping center that also has a movie theatre, so dinner along with a movie is super easy. The only issue I have with this place is that service can be rather slow at times.
I took a half hour before waitress came and took an order even for water then another 40 minutes for our dinner to come I asked for cook broccoli they gave me raw broccoli and then I asked for the senior discount and they said there was none they dont give senior discounts. When I got home I called the restaurant and asked if they give senior discounts and Rob who answered the phone said yes they do give senior discount
I dont normally go to sit down fast food restaurants....as I call these dining franchises. I mean, here on Long Island, why choose a place like this with so many other choices? It certainly isnt less expensive. Today I did, regrettably. I wasnt very hungry, so I ordered the spinach artichoke dip...more like cream cheese with a sprinkle of spinach...and a small piece of artichoke...smh...
Horrible!!! The picture youre looking at are forks that was wrapped in the napkins and set at our table of 7. No! I havent eaten yet, this was what welcomed me when I unwrapped the napkin.🤦🏽♂️😡😠. The manager and staff needs to be fired! All of them! Better yet close the restaurant and take the money and go back to culinary school to learn about running a restaurant. Smfh🤦🏽♂️. 7 wrapped sets and all of them filthy AF! I would NEVER eat here again or any other TGIFS again!

This has got to be the worst Fridays I have been too. I took my girlfriend out to get a bite to eat. I ordered buffalo wings. They should if called them pigeon wings instead. They were the smallest wings i have ever seen and at the same time dried out thank God for hot sauce they put on them. French onion soup was put together by someone who had no idea that the cheese is to cover the little crock dish. They just put a piece in the center. Good thing its out of a can. I ordered Spicy Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta with extra creme sauce. Should of stuck to a burger. Thats what my gut was telling me. My girlfriend ordered chicken with parmesan creme sauce with mashed potatoe and broccoli. My dish came out all water. I asked to have it redone. Ive had this at the Fridays in Farmingville who make it excellent. OMG. All they did was give me an once of alfredo sauce with the same dish. By this time my girlfriends dinner which i noticed was not up to par either. Her chicken was dry and no creme sauce. She didnt want to send it back. I told her forget take it off the bill. The waitress was very good and courteous. I explained to her that its sad the kitchen doesnt take pride in what there doing. This is out of her control. I will never return to this Fridays ever again. The executives chef or main chef should be fired allowing product like this to go out to the public. Knowing that this a multimillion dollar company with a well known reputation for family food friends gatherings and a new generation of kids growing up. It only leaves a bad taste.

Super casual brunch/lunch/dinner spot with ample seating. Food was delicious but expensive... $28 for a bowl of stir fry over rice and salmon. But its supposed to be higher quality ingredients so I guess that makes its ok- for nyc prices. I would come back if it werent so expensive.
Service is very slow. Waited 45 minutes for someone to take my order, luckily I had good company. People that came in way after us, ate and left already and we ordered a salad and a burger! Not coming back here!
Tried calling several times to order for pickup, no response. One of the times, phone picked up and heard employees over the phone discussing a party they were attending after work. Finally got through the last time and gave our order. When we went to pick it up they almost charged double for the wrong order because they didnt write the name down. Food tasted fine but the portion size for the chicken entre was ridiculously small. Not ordering from there again.
Years ago, the.place was fun, food was good and plentiful. The staff was appropriate . I was there not too long ago and the hostess was sloppy wearing flip flops, the booths had tearing in the seats. Not a good look.
Ok soTheir new business strategy is to patrol the floor making sure no one is sharing food with their family, and if they see you, they will make sure to embarrass you. My son accidentally took a potsticker from my plate, and just a few minutes later, a manager named Beth came over to point out exactly what he took. The manager is a nightmare that ensured we would never go back to this TGI Friday’s ever again. The actual employees arnt bad however.
We went for the new endless apps deal. In the old promotion they gave you full size apps. This time they are only half size. They also use the same ingredients in many so they basically taste the same. For example the quesadilla shows 4 pieces in the picture but you only get 2. The flat bread Pizza tastes practically the same with that shredded barbecue chicken and similar crust. So you get half orders and they take 20 minutes to come out. You waste a lot of time and the food was just acceptable.
This is a summery-spring Brooklyn spot, an airy restaurant with lots of light and a really welcoming ambience. The food is really yummy, and the creamy mango shake drink is so good! Really enjoyed my beef pad thai and a shrimp clay pot dish.
Its like almost any other Fridays you go to. Staff was really good. Place was really clean. Food was delicious. Its what you can come to expect from a well runned chain restaurant.
Was starving so we stopped in after grocery shopping things havent changed a lil slow only 2 workers that day n my fries were a lil cold boohoo.Weird description of my chicken sandwich grilled but looked coated had to question the waiter (allergy related) otherwise good thanks got to keep my place mat ! DUSGUSTING....UNEDIBLE. Food was so bad we had to throw it out. Ordered sizzling chicken and cheese...cheese wasnt melted, they used sliced cheese. I had the lemon butter pasta...butter sauce made me naseaous. Wasted 30 dollars for nothing...neither one of us are it. We will never go to this establishment again.
I visited TGI Fridays Levittown location on 7/28/17- the restroom smelled like a nasty gas station restroom. I have never experienced this in a restaurant. The table we were seated at had a cut in it & you could tell it had been that way for a while because it had gray discolored cotton strings coming out it. The table was wet, sticky & just nasty. I ordered lemon water, when I got it, the lemon still had the produce sticker on. Needless to say we didnt stay to see what else could go wrong.
We went last night and got there at 7:30. We didnt get a table until 8, no meal until 8:40 and it was just too long of a wait for everything with below average food. Nice decor, but will not be returning.
My sister and I had lunch at this location a few weeks ago and it was just so-so. The service was OK, but nothing too great, the food was OK, but Ive had better from other Fridays locations. All in all, this place is alright but nothing to get excited over, even for a TGI Fridays.

I always come here but was shocked by my experience. We went on a wednesday night and it was pretty empty. We ordered spinch dip, fries and mac and cheese. It took 20 mintues for our waitress to tell us that they ran out of spinch dip. Then another 20 mintues for us to get our food. Fries came out cold. Mac and cheese did not come out the way it usually does. Usually its baked but this time it was simply mac and cheese with a slice of cheese melted ontop (but not fully).
One of the specials was the ribs & they were great., but i wouldnt go back there because the waitress was sarcastic when asked a few questions about the menu. Perhaps a little anger management is in order!
The design of this space was phenomenal. The thai tea and coffee were superb and the staff was VERY friendly. Service was quick!The pad thai was a tad sweet for my taste, but I added some chilis and it was perfect.I would 100% go back.
Not sure it even deserves a star. The entire place was sticky from the door to the table, the floors, the bathroom. The service was horrible, although they seemed to be trying. The food was gross and completely unappetizing when it arrived. Even trying to pay at the end caused its own share of difficulties.
Does anyone actually work there? I was at the host stand for almost 10 minutes then since no one was at the door no one greeted us so we proceeded to the bar. At the bar no one came over to us or greeted us at all then another customer that was there already told us he hadn’t even ordered yet and that he had been waiting for while himself. Ive been here multiple times. The wait staff and bartenders here have been friendly. The food is good. Minor options for vegans. Guacamole & Salsa with chips only .99 cents.
Employees chat in the back instead of serving. Food is slightly below average but charged at premium prices. Music is a bit loud, but acceptable to most. Management can’t control situation.
From the time we walked in the door with very personable greeters to the excellent and extremely fun server everything was great. The food was good, prices were good.

Delicous Thai food and great atmosphere - what more could you ask for? Nourish offers a very wide variety of authentic and inspired Thai food. I love the pad thai and if you like noodles, its a must have. The green curry is delicious too, although its not as spicy as I would like. The thai tea is as good as ive had anywhere. For an appetizer, I woukd recommend the Thai-herb chicken wings. Sit outside if there are tables available, the ambiance is really chill with lots of nice lightning and plants everywhere. Perfect for a warm summer night!

Went there last Tuesday afternoon for lunch ordered a Long Island iced tea which I had every time I’ve been there in the past and never had a problem it was horrible .My wife ordered chicken and shrimp and the chicken was not even cooked all the way.I will not go be going there anymore

2022-04-25Average food at best however at this trip I must add one additional star due to exceptional service by my waitress and the accommodation of the store manager.Upon ordering while I was trying to sign in to my TGIF rewards app, the app could not load due to a network issue so my rewards cannot be displayed however the store manager Took care of it without a second thought. This time we ordered the Cajun chicken shrimp pasta along with cheeseburger and fries needless to say both were prepared well.I’ve been to many TGIF in Queens and Nassau County however this one offered the best service.

2021-09-08I waited a week before I wrote this review. But I still feel the same as I did when walked out that place!We walk in the place looks awesome! People are eating, no waiting to be seated. At least 5 minutes goes by before we decide to walk over to the bar and asked is anyone seating people? I think it was manager who came over and took us to our table. He said they were short on help. I was still patient and good until I notice we were sitting for 15 minutes or more and no one came to the table. Not even water, nothing! At that point I realized this wasnt working for me. Who knows how long it would of been before any food hit the table.THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!

2022-04-30I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for one of their managers, Cathy. The way I and many other guests see her treat some of her employees is disgusting and in short simple terms bums us out. Nobody wants to sit at a bar and listen to a server getting mistreated. Other than that, the food is amazing(especially their ribs) and the service is very understanding and friendly.

2022-01-18Used to love this place but the service has gotten very bad. 😢The last time we went, we waited 30 minutes for the server to come over and introduce himself and bring water. Food took over an hour and half ... and it was the wrong order. This would be understandable if it was packed but we were the only one ones there, besides one other couple on the other side if the restaurant who was still waiting to be greeted by waiter after an hour.I decided to go back tonight to see if it got better. After 20 minutes of waiting for a someone to come introduce themselves and not a waiter in sight .... we just walked out.Really gone downhill 😕 Dont know what happened. A server named Megan was very good as well as a few others I havent seen in a long time. They always did a great job and had great service.But the new waiters from last couple of times just dont care.As others have stated they eat off of peoples plate , take forever to greet guests and are not attentive. Used to be my go-to place but I dont think I will be going back 💔

2022-03-16It was an Amazing night. (For a Tue) the pace has a seat when we got there. The most Amazing waitress was there (Arielle) taking care of us. Everything came out perfectly. We will be back!

2022-03-30Seems like theyve updated the menu a bit. Love the new chicken slammer boards and drinks are good as well. Mozzarella sticks are never disappointing! And service had improved from the last two times Ive been there.

2022-06-28VERY VERY POORGot seat quickly but NOBODY ever came to take our drink order or anything place was filthyEmployees were more interested in chatting with each other and messing around in the back laughing n carrying on very unprofessionalAll the employees were either on there phones or huddled in the back acting like IDIOTSWaited 25 minutes still no waitressSeveral employees walked past us but never stopped.So we got up and LEFTDO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVERvery very very poor establishment

2022-01-24This place has become really rundown and is not very clean. There was noone at the front when we arrived and we werent the only people standing there waiting. I took it upon myself to walk towards the back to hopefully find any employee to help seat us. Upon reaching the back kitchen area there were a group of kids (employees) standing there talking... When asked to please be seated we finally got some attention. The food was mediocre, the menu has become very minimal and limited, the portions are much smaller, the presentation subpar... The server apologized on behalf of the lack of initial appropriate service and was very personable...

2022-06-03Food was fine. The service is so slowwwww. Went in twice recently and it takes forever. First time I understand it was kind of busy. Last time there was almost no one there with a few hrs till closing and a simple salad and chicken meal took almost an hr. Unacceptable.

2022-04-25The food was good, and the service was good as well, and the prices were pretty reasonable. Pretty much like another Chilis or Applebees chain. But, I would definitely go again.
