This location is so bad I dont understand how it has 3.6 stars. Ive come to this restaurant before and waited 10 minutes at the front while staff stood against a wall joking and laughing, meanwhile a small crowd gathered at the host stand waiting to be greeted and sat. My most recent experience wasnt much different. A long wait at the front, only to get subpar food. Ive actually had better steak (and service) from Dennys. Yikes.
Literally took 15 minutes to get seated, workers were walking past us. After getting seated took 10 minutes to get our drinks, 20 minutes after Finally took our order didn’t get that for another 35-40 minutes later, asked for no cheese on my burger but they put it on it and forgot the avocado on it. My sister got a steak Asked for rare but it came out well done, found two hairs in our food. Got brownies but it took 25 minutes till we got them. they were raw, my sister got the Oreo ice cream thing and they forgot the strawberrys and sprinkles, I know it’s not a big deal but one thing after the other is annoying, we were there for 2 and a half hours. Was not impressed not going back
I went for lunch on a slow Sunday afternoon it took an hour to receive my meal. There was staff sitting at a table to the left of the entrance yelling to other workers on the other side of the restaurant to bring her stuff, employee showing up off on their days off helping themselves to the kitchen getting served before customers. When we finally received our meals they were extremely salty and over cooked. Will never try this chain again. The staff is unprofessional and the place is not cleaned. Most of them sit and ignored us or walked by and didn’t acknowledge. They handed out coupons at the end, only because they know most people won’t he coming back after the terrible food and experience.
Apathetic hostess told us to pick up our takeout order at the kitchen. We stood awkwardly in the way for 10 minutes while they were late on our order. They forgot a meal and an appetizer. Called them and they unapologetically said I needed to come back to get it. The food was good so I gave it 3 stars.
I feel bad saying this, but my pre-ordered/pre-paid to-go order w/pre-paid tip tonite: terrible. From arrival (could hear them in kitchen talking about adding wrong sauce to wings in my order...then saying 5minutes+ to get it right...20 minutes later I left only to find they had included the 1st cold wrong sauced wings in my order, no dressing for the salad, yesterdays mashed potatoes(dry & brownish), 1/2 the broccoli was old/brown& ribs dry/burnt. Never again.
Do not eat here. Waited forever for a carside to go order that I had to walk to the kitchen to get because I was told theyre short staffed, yet everyone is walking around and avoiding actually helping you. Finally got the food, order was completely wrong and food was disgusting. If staffing is this grotesque, then please do us all a favor and close the establishment permanently because its not fair to charge people for this terrible service and food. Will never order here again and will spread the word about my experience

The food was amazing.... The service.... Worst I ever had... We had to wait for a long time to even be seated... And not because the restaurant was busy. The waitress seemed uninterested in serving. She took our drink order, food order, dropped off the food and never seen her again. Would have liked refills... Sat with the plates and empty glasses on the edge of the table and she would just walk by. Seen other customers come in, wait, and leave because no one would come seat them. The table that was behind us even asked for a different waitress because the one they had, same as ours, was telling them how she couldnt wait to leave and they were her last table.... Seriously worst service ever. Only stars were for the food which was excellent and came out hot. Its not a surprise now to see this place this empty with service like this.
Food wasnt great, nothing to write home about. I didnt finish my meal. My waiter didnt wear a face mask. Im aware its an indoor restaurant and every person will not be wearing a mask the whole time. I am not comfortable having my food be transported around a restaurant by someone who is not wearing a mask and is more than likely talking and unknowing spitting or breathing near my food. Do better.
Ill never set foot in this restaurant again ever. The sign right on the window says you open at 11am. No sign stating otherwise. Take out door is open and I get told rudely that they are closed at 11:38am. Pandemic or not, other restaurants can get it together. Manage your restaurant!!!!!
Absolutely worst experience ever!!! Waited 10 minutes to be seated when the place was basically empty. Just watched the manager play on her phone and completely ignored us at the door. Waited OVER AN HOUR for our dinner ans asking about the eta the manager finally told me that 2 cooks called in ans they are running behind. This shouldve been said in the beginning. Our waitress completely ignored us and I had to track her down just to get our check. Never going back, seriously annoyed with the horrible service. Even watched another waitress sleep at one of the booths for like 30 mins.
This is my brothers and I go to spot. Whenever we want to just link up and have a bite to eat and a few laughs... this is our place.The atmosphere and vibes are always good here.Lets not forget the servers as well... GREAT JOB! Thanks for always being so welcoming and friendly 🥰👍🏾
The service sucked today. The hostess was hiding from everyone waiting to be seated and when she DID interact with the customers, she sounded condescending. When we were seated, she tossed the menus on the table and just walked away. There were like no patrons at the time of us getting there. I have no idea why the wait was so long. I usually love the food, but if this is how its going to be now, I want no part of it. All of Greece is going downhill. Food was good and the waitress tried. My stepdaughter was nice enough to tell the waitress that it was a really good restaurant, but even the waitress stated thats the first time Ive heard that.
Overall good experience except when it came to the doness of my fiance steak he asked for medium well but the steak came out perfectly well done. I mean we really just stopped by because we havent visited any location in a while. But our server was amazing. The only reason I gave 4 stars I dont remember her name but she was a delight and breathe of fresh air. Prompt and attentive. Make sure you double check the way your wanted your steak being cooked.
AS usual FOOD was TERRIBLE! The definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over n over and expecting a different outcome. I keep ordering food from TGIF thinking it is going to be delicious and each time I get either burnt food or RAW. I shouldve went to Wendys the burger would have been done and it would not have cost 15.00. Another Lesson Learned!
PLEASE READ !! THIS PLACE STUCKS .. try to have a date night out and had the worse experience ever never got a drink menu and waited like 15 just for a cup of water the cook ruined my food and I sent it back twice and also when I got my drinks my cup was dirty was not offered me refund not offered nothing not a replacement or discount on next visit not that I would go back after that horrible horrific experience should have door dashed instead
My daughters chicken tenders were inedible and was like rubber. My chicken was burnt. The sauces for the chicken were gross. Tried three. Service was slow despite empty dining room. Staff was friendly and tried hard (waiter). Caliber of patrons were nasty and rude. Will not be back. Kitchen staff needs work. Waited 20 minutes for a slice of cake to go.
I love the Fridays whisky burger, but my most recent order left me very disappointed. I ordered two whisky burgers with sauce on the side for delivery, and I also paid extra for an extra side of sauce. The order came with no sauce at all; and one of the burgers came with tomato on it when I requested no tomato. Very disappointed. :(
With only a few customers in the restaurant, and only my party of 2, waiting to be seated, it took over 5 minutes to be greeted. Then, we were seated in the farthest table, from the front, on the bar side. We passed up countless of empty tables. I sarcastically asked the greeter, if we could sit back any further,. She stated, the kitchen. We had a glass of water each, ordered from the menu, the same thing, cooked the same way, when the waiter / waitress, stated, thats simple enough. Then we waited over 20 minutes to get the meal. It looked appatizing enough. We ate, paid the bill, tipped 20 percent and went on our way. Last night, the same evening, I had an upset stomach. My granddaughter, eats the same meal, at least once a month, from the same restaurant, and was disgusted with the amount of steak. ( Or little amount of steak), that was served. Unfortunately I will not eat at this location ever again.
No stars! Went there and waited way too long to be seated when there wasn’t even that many people there and then when we finally got seated it was so long for the server to even come get us a drink we decided to leave.We came back the next week at a different time to see if it was just a bad night but same thing! But also The server sat us at a booth and had us seat the stroller next to the table next thing you know this lady comes and scolding us that we are making a safety hazard with the stroller next to the table so we moved to the back with no problem only to wait forever to be served again 😂We finally got up and went to Olive Garden which served us so fast and so well it was like night and day!
I absolutely love coming to FRIDAYS; however today may be the last time I go to this location in Greece Ridge Mall!!! This was a terrible experience from the start… the hostess was MIA, the server was clueless, drinks came after the food (and we had to ask again for them) when bringing out our starter, we had no napkins, no side plates and no silverware!!! I ordered the “sizzling” chicken and it was cold and undercooked!!! I believe this restaurant is need of help on every level!!
Mad that I drove thru the snowstorm and didnt get all of my sliders and my half gallon of sweet tea was not sweet or sealed properly so half of it is on my back seat and the loaded fries have zero onions so thanks for the awful service where not a single item was correct Ill never see you guys again 🙃
This restaurant has really fallen down in quality of food. It was not surprising that it was nearly empty on a Sunday evening. The ribs were just dry without taste; they slop on one of two sauces on them for a sticky sweet experience. And they were not very tender. The service was slow and the order was not correct. Overall, a somewhat disappointing experience.
Although he did say hed be right with us, the greeter spent several minutes wiping down the table next to the station before seating us. I asked for a table rather than a booth. Despite only 4-5 tables sat in the whole restaurant (that I could see), we were sat at a table with people at the tables both directly next to us and behind us (my son is to young to be vaccinated and this made me very uncomfortable). We asked to move when waitress took our drink order, which she did quickly. Unfortunately we then waited quite a while (well over 5 minutes) for the water and (bottled) chocolate milk to be brought to the table. 19 min for 2 orders of chicken tenders (1 kids, 1 adult). Service was friendly, but too slWe. Food was just OK. Fries were hot but limp. Also, the plates and milk bottle the greeter placed on their desk between cleaning and seating us were still there when we left. Ew.
Ordered a to go order they messaged up the order & when I asked the server to fix it she hung up on me. I called back when she then proceeds to say omg & sent my call back the main menu..the manager said she was training & didnt know any better I said okay I get it everywhere is short staffed. He said he was sending me a 50 gift certificate via email & then only sent 25 which didnt even cover the cost of the food they messaged up..
Server was new so not her fault. Poor training she didnt know how to ring things in. Manager stepped up à bit but did it for her instead of teaching proper way. Maybe 7 tables in whole place being used after we waited 30 min for our ck on our way out table of 3 were told it would be 10 to 15 min wait......WHAT?! We have had better service but only on weekend!
It wasnt busy, obviously. But yet. Nobody was at the host stand and I waited like 3-5 min. Good thing I saw someone else eating in the dining room or I wouldnt have known they were open. The 5 star rating is for the bartender, she was awesome, funny, prompt and made my visit pleasurable. Merry Christmas
Poor service it took about 20 minutes before we even were able to ask for what we want then another 20 to get the food and had to ask multiple times for sauce and twice for drinks and I didn’t even get a refill on my drink and by the time the drink refill and sauce came food was already coldDo not recommend
Went here for dinner 7/24 and the service was HORRIBLE. Drinks took almost a half an hour to come out and after bringing are drinks the waitress never returned to our table. We had to ask a different waitress just to get utensils to eat with. Then our food took almost 45mins and it was only a few people in the restaurant. When the food finally came it had been burned. Terrible experience and will not be returning.
Online takeout doesnt let you set a time so I called them to ask if they can hold my order when I place it to be ready in an hour. They said yes so I gave them my name for the order (I had a coupon that was online only and they couldnt honor it via phone). Ordered steak medium rare and got home to find all my food very cold(so they obviously didnt put off my order to the pickup time I requested) and the steak was well done....and 3oz MAYBE 4oz. Ribs were not good, potstickers very soggy and mac n cheese was mushy and bland. Perhaps youd have better luck dining in.
Very rude!!!! Tonight me and my husband were told to come in by 10:00 pm to have dinner and we get there and they the waiter and manager tell us they cant seat us because they have a party of 15 arriving that they have to seat and they basically dont have the time to serve us! Very nonchalant about the entire situation. I will never go there again definitely not this location! We waisted gas and were treated poorly!
Our server was friendly, but that did not make up for the slow service. Dining at a mall restaurant around 4pm, we knew there might be a wait, but the restaurant was maybe half full. It took forever for our food to be prepared. We had the reward card that gets you chips and salsa, so we asked for that when we ordered. Then after waiting an eternity for the food we ordered, we asked about the chips and salsa, and were dismissed with a oh, were out of chips. Sorry. Maybe next time you come we might have some. Also, the ordered appetizer came after the entrees were served. The only saving grace was our drinks got refilled at a reasonable pace. The food was good though when it did finally come.If I decide to go to another TGI Fridays, it will not be this location.
Our food was okay, nothing special. Our server put our order in and simply reordered my order for my husbands instead of editing it to what he wanted and blamed it on the kitchen, but the proof was on the receipt and it showed her mistake. Not a huge deal but thats besides the point, our food was kind of blah and so was the service. Our food was delivered (partially wrong) before our silverware was that we asked for several times and to get a beverage refill was like pulling teeth. Hopefully if we return things will be better next time.
I went in there today and had to wait like 20 min just to be served than when I got my appetizers they were cold i than called the manager and she said it was her fault she put a rush on the food I told her it’s better to wait than to wait and have bad food!! This place will never get my business again
We didnt end up eating there. The hostess was rude. There were 6 adults and 1 baby. We walked in and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant, as it was 8pm. They were sweeping up the restaurant. The hostess said, we can only seat parties of 6, and yes, the baby counts as a person. And there will be an hour to hour and a half wait. I looked around and said, um, really? We left!I wouldve given it 0 stars if I could have
Me and my family got seated really quick waited almost 8 minutes for a waitress to finally come over to take our drink order. The first thing see says is did those people sitting next to you just leave and i told her they were here long before us. That shouldve been my warning! The rest of my experience followed suit. We should of left! Give them 2 stars only because the waitress seemed concerned by how bad the place was run. I got the fish it was very over priced and small not worth the time or effort. Try a family restaurant!
Very nice service, there was a smiling guest greeter(SGG) at the entrance door and held it open for my wife and i. I was quite impressed with that alone. We sat at the bar with quick attention and service. Just ordered apps and they were delicious other than the fact that one of the boneless wings sauces was wrong...thus the 4 stars but I didnt complain because it was also delicious. Id go back when Im in the area.
In the last week I have eaten at both the Henrietta and Greece location. Both experiences were very bad, but today was so bad that I literally couldnt hold down dinner at all. Tgi Fridays has lost a customer probably for life. Neither of these two locations followed covid regulations. Neither servers were great. To be short. This place only got 1 star because I was not able to rank them a zero.
Absolutely horrible experience on Mothers Day here. Never even made it past the hostess stand DESPITE a nearly EMPTY restaurant. 5 of us total, easily $120-$150 would have been spent between appetizers, dinner, drinks and dessert. There were probably 15 to 20 people waiting when we walked in, which confused me because we could clearly see a minimum of 30 empty tables. When I approached the hostess and told her there are 5 of us, she informed me there would be a nearly 2 hour wait.. The reason given to us; they only have so many tables that accommodate parties of 5 or bigger and those tables were completely booked with people waiting.The ONLY logical explanation I can figure with this and if it had been mentioned I would have been mostly appeased would have been fire codes and safety issues. But there were 5 of us and only 15 to 20 people waiting. SURELY, some tables and chairs could have been moved to accommodate the 2 to 3 parties waiting without breaking fire codes or safety policies. The restaurant was mostly empty. Imagine ALL of the money and now my permanent business you have lost due to this completely illogical reasoning.Get rid of whatever manager you have who ran this shift if they are so lacking in customer service skills that they cannot move tables around and do the math to accommodate what I am certain was a good chunk of business that walked away yesterday due to this ridiculous excuse. If it was fire codes and or safety issues OR even a lack of staffing, TELL PEOPLE. I would have accepted that far more readily than the excuse of we dont have big enough tables when there were clearly enough tables to accommodate several parties of 5.
Serviced sucked...it was 4 of us 3 of them ordered the all you can eat shrimp dinner with chicken and ribs. I had the Jack Daniels sampler. Theyre chicken came overcooked and dry only 1 person had shrimp. My food came and I waited 20 min after theyre food served and it didnt have the chicken. Manager came over and said hell take 50% off, but we had to wait 30 more minutes before even the first order of refill shrimp came out...manager kept reassuring us food was coming but we still waited for the rest of my food to come out and when it did it wasnt the correct portions...by this time Im completely hungry frustrated and disappointed we left paying nothing which was the best thing they could offer us because no one got what they asked for. Fridays was 1 of my favorite places to go and now Im done with them...the make it so bad the Restaurant wasnt even packed...it was very little people there..
I had a family of four, one asked for coke and the other asked for diet… the waiter sniffed our drink to see which one is diet coke which I didnt know you can sniff coke and tell the difference between diet and regular. then he spilled it on ny grandmothers leg. Then we asked for a cup of hot water to sanitize our silverware in and he brings a dirty cup back ! Im sitting at the table waiting for food now. #helpus
The $5 cheeseburger and fries was excellent; cooked correctly to my desired doneness, juicy and tasty, a good portion of lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion with perfect fries too.Service was lacking! Server over-whelmed with 6 tables, no hostess, bartender also taking tables in bar area. No management in sight!Friday lunch just after noon; 1 server, 1 bartender, no host/hostess and NO Management!
I was billed twice for the same dinner at 2 different prices. Called to get corrected the manager on duty was too busy to address my overcharge. Called back and hour later and gave me a very quick answer saying it was accidental!!! Why did i get billed twice? It has since been corrected. Would not recommend to anyone or visit again. We ordered burgers and a sandwich, the food was okay. But had the same quality as if I had ordered from Wendys. Not worth it.
Well I havent been here in a few years but if this experience is typical now, things sure have changed. I never had a problem here in the past but today the service was very slow (and there was hardly any customers in there so being busy wasnt an excuse), the dressing was wrong on the one salad and they were out of a certain kind on another salad that someone in my party wanted, and my food was very burnt. The manager did offer to remake or comp my meal but still I would seriously debate if Id go there again.
The restaurant was very cold so cold the food was cold when it was served. I was told that the heat was not working the temperature was only 68 degrees. The service with the limited seating was poor had to ask for silverware and napkins after the food was served. I probably will not return until after the pandemic is over.
EVERY single time I give this place another chance and order food from here its a joke. Ordered 3 meals for me and my co workers. Fries were cold as could be, chicken wrap had no chicken on one side and 3 small pieces on the other on top of it, it was smothered in dressing. Also got a salad, the salad was missing multiple of its topping on top of it there was 3 small pieces of chicken for the salad. not sure when paying 13$ for a salad with chicken means you get enough chicken in a kids meal. But this place is a joke. Even when I would go into eat, my fries came out cold. Done even trying. Ill take my service to a restaurant that holds up to what you pay for.
Food was typical of TGI Fridays. Service was terrible. She took our drink order and said she would bring chips and salsa. She got part of the drink order wrong (which took forever) and never brought the chips and salsa. Food arrived fairly promptly but the water I requested never did. Hubbys steak almost overcooked. Couldnt tell her as she never came back until we were finished eating....thats when she asked how our food was. ??? The place wasnt even busy so no excuse for her. Lack of service was reflected in the tip.
Food is super good and they own up to their mistakes and help you with yours! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the smells are pleasant! Today, I made a mistake and forgot to inform the server of my onion allergy and when I found onions on my plate I stayed calm and friendly and they responded in kind and was VERY helpful replacing it
The waitress seemed like she didnt want to work, I ordered mac and cheese and I ended up with mashed potatoes, we also asked for garlic parm wings and got whiskey glazed she served us cold sauce for the potstickers and last but not least I asked to speak with the manager and she never came to our table 😡😡 we were VERY DISAPPOINTED and I DONT recommend any body to go to this location unless you have NO OTHER CHOICE.Signed a very displeased customer...
Ordered the loaded fries, they were not fully cooked. The cheese was not fully melted and the fries were cold. The person I was with had to send their food back to be cooked longer too. The server was great, however a bit frazzled because the kitchen staff was not able to get it together. Dont think Ill be back anytime soon or at all.
So disappointed!!! Placed appetizer order and out meal order and a to go order. 45 minutes for a mozzarella stick appetizer that was cold and not even cooked. Asked for the Manager and they didn’t even have the time to come to our table. We walked out along with a couple other tables..... So sad!!!!
Kept seeing the ad for two meats for $14.99 so I tried to order online. Website experiencing technical issues. Tried the app. Same thing. Finally called. Took my order, 20 minutes wait not a problem the drive is 15. Got there and the price was wrong. Bartender/To Go Specialist couldnt handle it and ignored me for 10 minutes. Finally got a manager who fixed everything but it was frustrating. Hopefully things will be better next time.
We reserved a table before getting there because it is well....Friday. surprisingly not busy. The waitress seemed new but very nice. Our food took FOREVER. Im not saying because we had a baby with us we deserve special treatment but when it takes over an hour to get a side to feed a baby thats a lil much. We ordered endless appetizers which wasnt really because we in the WHOLE TWO HOURS of being there got to actually eat ONE. Before our 2nd came out and we were just trying to handle an anxious baby and being annoyed that it took 2 hrs to get a second appetizer. We tipped waitress decent I thought. But the kitchen staff sucked, she apologized I cant tell you how many times. And...it wasnt real busy! I could understand if it was rocking, but it was not. Disgusted and prob wont be going back anytime soon.
Completely displeased with management. Went and ordered dinners. We are reward point members. We had enough points for a seafood dinner. So we ordered a burger, kids chicken dinner and fried shrimp. When we got the bill they took off the kids chicken. We asked our waitress about the wrong meal. The manager said there is nothing we can do and it used all your points. $11 difference between the meals. If it was a smaller amount it wouldnt have been a big deal. Contacting their corperate office was a joke too. If I knew the kids meal would have been taken off I would have never got the fried shrimp. Definitely will not ever return.
Horrible server! She seemed rushed the whole time and while one of the people I was was with was trying to save money, the server kept insisting different ways to make her spend more! She was even resist to honor the half off drink special ON THE MENU! She was very rude and wouldn’t work with us. I had to ask her to refill my water twice, it was clearly gone. The food came out room temperature at best. Horrible experience. My family and I will not come back.
Went there to celebrate my birthday, very terrible service. I havent been here in awhile and I thought maybe giving it a try, I guess that was a bad idea. The cook either overcooked or under cooked our food multiple times after waiting almost an hr for our food. As if the food was sitting out for awhile. Even then the waiter only came every 30 mins literally no exaggeration to see if everything was going ok. I was polite of course but this shouldnt happen when the place was barely full. Also a couple came in about 40 mins after we arrived and recieved their food before us. Maybe its just the greece mall location but I wont come back here unless theres some kind of change or management to oversee what going on inside.
Waited for 15 minutes at the door on 12/19 in the afternoon on a Saturday before Christmas. Asked a server if we were supposed to seat ourselves, which he then came back to the 3 parties that were waiting and stated it was going to be at least 25 minutes to be seated. They were reletively empty with only the middle of the dining room being used. Understaffed and mismanaged is my guess.
This is a hard review. Well I will start with the positive. The food was really good and flavorful, except for the lemon broccoli. 7 pieces of broccoli and only 3 tasted like lemon. The other 4 was just like regular boiled broccoli. Only reason Im giving a 3 is because all the other food I ordered and the pieces I tried of my girlfriends food was really great and delicious. At first I thought portion sizes were small because I got chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli. My girlfriend got half rack of ribs with french fries and coleslaw. Her plate was almost full with half of it being covered by her ribs which was more than I expected and other half was french fries. The coleslaw was a real tiny cup but thats understandable. My chicken was decent size, but I got 2 small mashed potatoe scoops the size of a small ice cream scoop. Broccoli was 7 pieces but like 3-5 stems per piece. My plate looked pale in comparison to hers but I did realize the plates are enormous to begin with, for no reason. Also I was full at the end and satisfied. Oh my girlfriend ordered an additional side of macaroni and cheese when the waitress took our order. It came out separate from the meal and 5 minutes late. I had to ask about it. So the real reason for my disappointment is the waitress we had, was not friendly at all. She was very distant, stone faced, and rarely made eye contact. Always seemed she was focused on something else. When we would thank her she would reply in a terse monotone your welcome By the time she gave us the bill did she show any friendliness. We did not mention this at all to anyone. Saving grace was the hostess and another waitress were very friendly upon our exit, where the second waitress opened the door for us. So a few disappointments. But the food was awesome. It was rather interesting for my first time at any TGI Fridays.
First time I ever ate at TGIF. I ordered their wings and rib bucket. It literally came in a metal bucket. It was so good, I had to share because there was so much food. Great meal and surprisingly priced appropriate. I enjoyed myself, would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice meal in Greece.
The food was disgusting and taste like it came out of a microwave the waiter took forever just to bring water that I requested twice. The general manager seemed to have an attitude when my friends and I made a complaint. And we got our bill all of them were Incorrect and extremely too high we had to correct the GM and the waiter more than twice. Checked off my list
I have never seen a kitchen so unorganized. My parents and I went for Fathers Day and it took 45 minutes to bring out 2 orders of wings, they got my mothers order wrong she ordered a 2 for meal with shrimp and salmon and they forgot the shrimp, they got my dads order wrong and everything just took forever.
OK so after my 1st horrible experience and then reaching out and giving me me ABR guest I decided to try it again and Im sure glad I did it must have been a bad Night for the cooking staff still doesnt excuse how the waitress acted towards us but the food this time was a 100% better so I will definitely recommend thank you for making it right TGI Fridays
If I could give it 0 stars I would, so the waiter forgot our salads, then when we asked they finally brought out the wrong salads 20 minutes later, brought out the correct salad an additional 15 minutes later, brought the wrong steaks and sides, brought out replacement steaks which were still wrong but since we were already an hour in to this meal we ate it anyway. Service was terrible food was awful.
Our complaint isnt about the food, but the idiot at the door who took our number because there was a 15 min wait. After 20 mins and seeing several people that arrived after us, we were told they were going by the list. They had the right number written down but the idiot called the wrong number and we were skipped. We left. VERY disappointed! How hard is it to dial the correct number?! That girl at the door is an idiot. Total waste of our time. Spent our money at Applebees instead. Get a competent person calling people!
Typically I order a Blue Moon draft beverage, it was very dark and tasted a little rancid, and had to return it for a different draft which was tasty.Aside from that the service was great and the Philly Burger was delicious. I recommend getting the Jack Daniels burger!!
Worst experience. The restaurant wasn’t even busy but we waited over an hour just to get our appetizers. The waiter was swearing and talking to us like we were his buddy’s completely unprofessional. We asked to speak to the manager twice she was too busy smoking both times. The manager blamed everything on the server the server blamed everything on everyone else and completely bashed the manager saying they don’t do there job. Aweful experience and will not being going back.
Me and my wife came to this TGI Fridays for dinner. We were sat at about 5:10 pm and our drink and food order was put in at about 5:30 pm, our food didnt come out untile 6:18 pm. I ordered the roulett wing platter and the platter was hot but the wings were cold. As i was waiting for my new wings to come out i jad discovered fruit flies in my Irish mule drink so i asked for a manager. When they manager came she seemed to have a slight attitude up until i told them i was done and disgusted with the quality of food and service. In the end they took care of the entire bill, but we will NOT be coming back nor will we ever reccomend this place to any friends or family.
Visited Greece location last night .The restaurant wasnt busy and maybe 20ppl there. I was with 2 other ppl . We all ordered and after an hour later our food still wasnt out. We couldnt find our server than when we found her. she gave a huge attitude about us leaving. I have been in the service industry for over 20+yrs . I was so surprised how we were treated . The whole time I was there I didnt notice any floor mangers or servers being out on the floor . This has to be the worst restraunt and dont recommend it to anyone.
Our food was overcooked. I had the fried shrimp, and I took the crust off... aaaaaand still had to basically peel my shrimp out because it was so hard. My mother in law dropped her chicken strip on the plate and you could hear it from my side of the table. When we first got there, it took them so long to come to the table, but after that, she was really attentive, thats why I gave two. But my m-n-l took her food to go, to give to thedog. Smh...
We went to TGI Fridays after a movie because of the TV commercial we saw for the 2 for $20 deal. The choices for that were not worth the money. We ordered drinks and dinner. It took get to long for us to get our drinks, especially since they werent busy. The service was very slow. The food was ok but not great. I doubt well go back.
The staff were inattentive, unprofessional. It was like we were showing up disrupting their personal social hour. Staff stood in a cluster behind us, gossiping loudly and messing around, our entire meal. No one seemed to take their job seriously, and then someone sneezed on their hands and never washed them before continuing to work.
A last minute decision now a last visit!Endless apps sounded like a great idea until one person in the group ordered the French Onion Soup. Said person thought it tasted spoiled or “off” and sure enough a few hours later he was puking that soup up as well as issues from the other side. We know this Soup was the issue because for the entire day we ate the exact same things until coming here where I got the apps and he got that soup. We should have taken the sign when the server dropped the original bowl of soup on the floor and had to go get another one.I think for us, the only good memory of TGIF is watching Full House in the 80’s/90’s.
Our server Kathy was friendly and very helpful, but the fct I couldnt get a salad without kale in it even if I was allergic is upsetting. I ended up getting the Endless apps. I had gotten the boneless wings and wontons to start with; the wontons were hard and burnt on one side and almost raw on the other. With the wings they were extremely hard showing the were overcooked but when you bit into one it was just about ice cold.. The restaurant has fallen into a joke of its former glory.. I will NOT be coming back to this location nor will i recommend this to any friends or family.
So, seeing as I cant review on GrubHub due to them canceling my order, I am going to leave my review here. I ordered at 5:45 PM. I was called at 7 PM that they arent going to make my order due to them shutting off online orders. I ordered at 5:45. Why did it take an hour and 45 minutes to inform me of this? Why did they shut off Mobile Orders if they are open to midnight? Horrible system and horrible management.
The waitress was not helpful. She did not seem familiar with the menu not did she seem to want to be there. She served the food and walked back with one cup of water with lemon, left it on the table when it was two of us and said heres some more water. I then got her attention and said Id like a water without lemon. She brought a new cup of water that had floating things in it and tasted like lemon... Uninformed, unenthusiastic and really unprofessional.
Just ate at TGI Fridays in Rochester NY..Brighton..often eat at our local TGIF in Big Flats NY and enjoy it very much. This TGIF in Rochester was terrible! Restaurant smelled unpleasant..silverware and plates were dirty and had to be sent back and food was awful. We had chips with spinach/artichoke dip and potato skins. Neither dish was anything like our local Fridays and practically inedible. Very disappointing..
Not good had a app to start the meal its was sparse just tossed together,no app plates to eat with, beer I ordered was flat,asked for a different one got a bottle beer at a dollar upcharge!!!,than entrees come n p garnish looked plain and the whole sad thing about all this there was 4 people in the place. So for 50 bucks + 10 tip totally not worth it
One of the worst meals Ive had out in a long time, entire meal was burnt... My dinner was not edible, so to try and accommodate me the mangaer came over and took 5 dollars off my bill... Wow, what a deal off a 40 dollar check, lol... Nevertheless it was a lesson learned and I wont be returning...
In order to use your rewards you have to be on their website which is a joke. Its not available or not able to connect at this time so the rewards cant be used.The chef put out a HOT Meal. The rib eyesteak had a full bone in it. I was told it didnt even taste like a rib eye.
I order cajun shrimp and chicken pasta with no shrimp because Im allergic I made that clear to them but as I was eating guess what I was chewing on mixed in my pasta shrimp my wife called the manager over immediately while I was scratching like a mad man from breaking into hives due to the allergens all the manager did was tell me to stop scratching and gave us the meal free but I had to go buy cream myself to sooth my itching and hives no incident report or nothing what if it was worst ?

2022-05-25I paid $80 for my food ordered on Uber eats and was missing a whole sandwhich. And only received $5 back. $26 for the salmon the size of a chicken tender. The ribs was actually good but I paid for extra sauce on the side and that wasn’t in the bag either. All in all very disappointed in this restaurant. They need to do better!

2022-02-24More than half the tables were COVERED in trash and plates, nobody cleaned them up. We waited for 10 minutes just to get noticed in a dead restaurant. We ordered our meal and drinks and waited 20 minutes, still no drinks to be seen, no one on the floor working.It would have been understandble if they were busy. THERE WAS ONLY 4 TABLES WITH PEOPLE IN THEM

2021-12-23Waitress was not attentive at all. At one point, she dropped off the check and then didnt come back for 30 minutes. We finally had to get another waitress.HOWEVER, it has been a few years since we had been there and the food was pretty good. We will go back for sure because the food was excellent.

2022-02-10♿ accessible entrances with pull open doors - Mall interior entry door & separate exterior front door.Had our favorite ribs today, that just fell right off the bones. Very tender & VERY delicious, with the most popular spicier (JD) Whiskey bbq sauce or the sweeter Apple Butter bbq sauce. Full racks with choice of sides. Its perfect for bringing home 1/2 the rack for a 2nd meal, or for bigger eaters, enjoying it all in 1 shot. Our waitress today was superb! Right there when we needed her to be & knew what we wanted before we even had to ask.

2022-07-03I got a chicken sandwich and everyone else got burgers. The burgers were decent, not great. My chicken was inedible. The bottom was too hard to bite through. So gross. It looked like plastic. The service was definitely subpar too but there was hardly anyone working so that was somewhat understandable. The whole thing was a waste.

2022-02-15We visited on a Saturday. The place wes not busy at all. However the service was horrible. I ordered I medium rare steak and got well done. My friend ordered an alcoholic drink and the glass shaker bottle leaked when poured. She took the lid off and the top of the glass was broke and sharp. When her meal came, she ordered the shrimp Alfredo pasta. It look Grey, with one piece of shrimp and no sacue. She sent it back. When asked for a manager it took forever. When we wanted refills it literally took forever. They did however comp my friends meal. We will never go back.
