Visited after a long flight from Asia feeling stiff and definitely jet lagged. Opted for 90 minute mix of Thai and Swedish. Good location and room was small but clean and comfortable. Nans experience shows in her technique and ability to quickly get to the right spots - certainly one of the better massages Ive had. Left feeling surprisingly energised. Have since returned three times and been impressed on each occasion. Simply a fantastic massage! Highly recommend.
A bit pricey but the massage was really good. I went in with a sore back and shoulder and specifically asked the masseuse to focus on those areas. She was easy to communicate with and did a pretty good job, applying the right amount of pressure and not over stretching any of the muscles. Ask for a combination of the deep tissue and thai massage if youre looking to alleviate stress in specific areas.
Thrilled with our couples massage! Therapeutic, incredibly relaxing and refreshing. The massage technique was the best Ive experienced for a long time. Perfect blend of stretching and deep tissue. My partner wasnt convinced going into the session and is now eager to return. That says it all!! Just a great massage. Highly recommended.
Terrific massage!! Did some damage to my neck and shoulder and could barely move. Made my way into Thai Body Kinetics literally crippled and desperate for relief. Was anxious (an understatement!) given the pain that I was feeling quickly felt completely at ease. Nan was just amazing. Over 90 minutes she worked my neck down through lower back with stretching and massage. Could immediately feel my muscles begin to relax and movement improve. Incredible massage technique from a very skilled lady. Returned the next day for a second round of treatment and left her office feeling amazing. Didnt think it was possible. THANK YOU Nan for your great work. If you’re suffering muscle or joint pain go see this lady. You’ll not regret it!
First visited Nan at Thai Body Kinetics after New York Marathon. Was amazed at the positive effect Thai Massage had on my recovery! Now incorporate Thai Massage and Yoga into my training. Range of motion has improved and health of my legs is better than ever. Awesome massage. Thanks Nan!
Nan is lovely, intuitive and very skilled. I’ve had fantastic Thai Massage as well as did a couple “combo” sessions of Thai and deep tissue work that were just what I needed. The space has a mellow but professional vibe and I recommend it highly!

Thai massage is one of the best forms of massage for healing and stretching. This place is clean and the staff is really nice. I enjoyed my combination deep tissue/stretch massage.

2022-04-16I had been walking about 9 miles per day on concrete while on my trip to NYC. My friend and I were in the Vans store on 5th Ave . My friend wanted to go back to his hotel room to rest. I Google Thai massage near me and was surprised to find this oasis so close. I forget the womans name but the massage was spectacular. Especially when I told her my feet and legs were sore, she paid extra attention to them. They do not take credit cards so bring cash or have the apps they do accept.

2022-06-10This place helped me with a wheelchair client into couples room for his experience. We figured it out as a team the raised beds could accommodate his limitations. Its a tight squeeze but its about the massage skills, looking forward to coming back. My headache was gone after one treatment.

2022-02-28Ladies are relatively friendly, and atmosphere is very very pleasant. Price is a bit steep for what youre getting, and there are some extra fees not advertised, but overall a very pleasant experience!!

2018-02-11It was very easy to book the appointment and Nan was very sweet and professional. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage and communicated throughout as it was my first Thai massage. The space is clean and relaxing. Nan is charming and an expert at her craft. I chose to go all in with my first Thai massage and asked her to not hold back, even though I knew it may be a lot at first. Im glad I did. The full experience was wonderful. Obviously a little sore from the stretches but that is normal and overall I feel very relaxed. I look forward to going again soon. Its a little pricey but worth it and the first time discount helped a lot. I will not be able to go as often as I would like because of the price, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to become more flexible and relaxed. 👍👍👍👍👍😄

2021-02-09Da did my massage, she was amazing. She took her time in really feeling where I had the most tension or knots and helped me tremendously. I got exactly what I wanted/needed; someone who mindfully worked with my body to help relax and soothe me. I realized how much I needed this only after my massage was completed. Will be back and def recommend.

2018-11-19Recently discovered this gem in New York. If you love Thai massage, then you’ll love this place. I’ve visited several times and never been disappointed. Nan is exceptional as are Belle and Mina. Have never felt rushed, their technique is excellent and the studio is warm and relaxing. They get results. The pain and stiffness I was suffering when I first arrived is gone. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a good value great massage

2017-02-22Booked a 90 min Thai massage after reading the other reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Had some tightness in my shoulder and lower back. Nan worked out all the knots and left me feeling free of tension throughout my body. Felt incredible. Her pressure was perfect and she was careful to listen to how I was feeling. I’ve tried many Thai massage practitioners and it’s rare to find someone as professional, skilled and pleasant as Nan.

Nan has amazing technique and she listens to your body’s needs everytime and adjusts her treatment accordingly, giving you just what you need. Her space is relaxing and I love her music choices as well! Amazing experience!!!
