Loved the mock duck pad see you. Service was fantastic and the great thing? No one was in the restaurant. They were too busy at the fancy place across the road who wanted to make me wait 25 mins to pay for there food. They can jump. They can wait and they can pay me to eat their food darling. Loved this place and will def come back. It’s cute and tiny
Weve been ordering from here for almost a year now.During the shutdowns they had well prepared and freshly done food. Slowly, but surely, everything has been going downwards... This time it was the worst and I dont think we will order again.Food tasted like reheated leftovers, duck was terrible with plenty of skin and a bit of meet; rice was as dry as it can be- you can cut it with knife; soup lacked basic ingredients and filled with onion and not much more... Appetizers were sort of ok...
The place is very small and not the most comfortable, as only has high stools and high tables. However the food is delicious and the staff very accommodating and eager to ensure that you will get the meal that you really will enjoy. The vegetables seemed very fresh and cooked so as to be crisp and tasteful rather than soggy and blended. I wish this quality were available back at home! I wish them all the success so they can move into a bigger place with proper chairs :-).
We ordered pad thai, basil fried rice and thai iced tea. All three were awful. The fried rice tasted predominantly of soy sauce and oil. The pad thai was just noodles with no flavor. I think there was one tofu in there. And the thai iced tea was too watery and kinda tasteless honestly. I didnt think you could even make bad thai iced tea.
I live next building over from this place and i thought i’d give it a try,let me tell u i’m very picky when it comes to food and this was absolutely jaw dropping thai food, literally the most tastiest thai food i’ve had in Nyc for the past 7 years that i’ve been living for..will definitely back

2022-03-23Tried a variety of items from their menu like chicken satay, crab rice, green curry and probably a couple of other things. It was all pretty good. The green curry was the best of the lot. Probably not quite impressive enough for the cost to get 5 stars but if I lived in the area I’d try it again for sure.

2022-04-01Went here for a dine in. Note it’s a small place and should have realized that ahead of time, but regardless, we waited 45 minutes to get waters and to put our order in. The food came out normal timing after that but crazy wait. The appetizers and soups are great. Thoroughly enjoyed. We all got fried rices - and it was good. Solid pieces of chicken. Food is good, just consider delivery. Drinks are ok, but not the best cocktails I’ve had.

2022-06-10Food was good, but place is so raggedy. The staff also cleans tables with fantastic, after every customer, which is an overpowering smell in the small place. They have one printed menu that gets passed around from guest to guest, since qr codes dont always scan. One couple joked they were going to go and run off some menu copies and be right back. I think I would have liked this place more if I ordered to go, as the good was delicious. Though the portion of yucca fries was so tiny for $10 that it really wasnt worth it.

2020-11-11I’ve ordered delivery here and never dined in until recently. It’s a small and charming and there weren’t too many eating there. They have some outside seating and a few indoor. I dined in this covered container which only has enough room for two people. They’re one of few that has this in this area so it looked charming. The server was nice and accommodating although she forgot I asked to take an ingredient out because of dietary preferences. She came back with a whole new plate and was piping hot and I was happy. Their food is tasty and they give you a decent amount for average price for Thai in the city. Their mango sangria is good. I’ll come back again and bring a friend.

2022-07-07I Love how tiny this place is. The coconut shrimp was divine. The panang wasnt special, but I have pretty high standards. No ice in the water, maybe thats normal?

2019-08-12Food was very fresh and perfect. Not over salty. Great portion and very reasonably price. Staff was great and friendly and efficient. It’s a cozy place w/ cute decor. It’s been a whilst I had a doable Thai food in the neighbour and this would be the one you want to go to.

2021-02-13Some of the best Thai food in New York at a great price. Also has private igloos (complete with a space heater) for Covid-friendly outdoor dining.

2022-02-17I ordered chicken pad see ew from this place about a year ago. It was very salty and I couldn’t finish it. I decided to give it a second chance today and got the same dish. Wasn’t as salty but the chicken didn’t taste good at all. The texture was off-putting.

2020-01-23Excellent quality of dishes served but not a huge selection. If you have a favorite Thai classic, this is the place to go in the area.
