Had dinner there on October 31st. It exceeded all expectations. Service was great and food was incredible. It was so good we are planning to go back next month. If worried about Covid, dont be. The tables are more than socially distance and staff all wore masks at all times.
Anniversary dinner at the 31 Club - less than impressed although my date was wonderful. Service was very slow (I think the waiter might have been stoned and looked like he just rolled out of bed). Ordered Lobster Linguini - got shrimp scampi. Waiter apologized and took it back. I made My husband eat his dinner while I waited so his didn’t get cold. When my meal finally came - it was the most flavorless thing I have ever eaten. Didn’t finish it and ordered lemon cake for dessert instead. Waiter proudly presents me with a chocolate torte. As soon as he looked at my face he realized his mistake and returned to the kitchen. Again - my husband was finished with his dessert before he came back with mine. At least they got the coffee right! Definitely would not recommend and will not go back.
We have been frequent diners and the food is excellent. The Staff is very professional and attentive. The live music is a must see and hear. The bar is warm and inviting and the Bartenders are Awesome. Great place to go for dinner. Dont let the downtown scare you. This place is great, especially the weekends prior to going to a play. Give Club 31 a try and you will be frequent diner. Oh, great bar food when you want a place to just have cocktails, food and relax.
Fantastic in every way possible. We were there on a Thursday night, fairly slow. But our server was attentive without hovering. Food was SO good! We got a nice bottle of wine, meatballs, a steak, and veal saltimbocca. The meatballs deserve every award they have gotten. Steak and veal were perfectly cooked with generous portions. You will definitely drop a bit of money here, but its entirely worth it.
Location is convenient, the building itself is beautiful and well decorated. The food was outstanding. The only distraction was the waiter failed to tell me the tip was already included in my bill. But all in all a good experience and I would recommend the restaurant itself. Just check your bill so you dont tip twice.
Absolutely horrible! We went here for Thanksgiving dinner as a party of six. In my reservation I detailed that we would be dinning as a party of four adults, two children, and one infant. I also included that we would need an highchair. The atmosphere was very swanky when we arrived. Music played throughout the restaurant, the decir was nice, and the good smelled good. We arrived five minutes early for our reservation. We stood waiting for fifteen. They could not find the high chair and they stated our table was not ready. We were seated at a small round table in the back of the restaurant near the kitchen. We were crammed, elbow to elbow and chair to chair to fit at the table. The children took their jackets off and immediately complained how cold it was. The music was way too loud. We were greeted with a high energy waiter and still had hope it may be a good evening. My father ordered a drink from the bar which came quickly. Everyone else had to wait on their drinks. I was given the wrong drink. The buffet was located on the bar so we went to make our plates. We stood at the bar for a couple of minutes waiting for them to bring new plates. The buffet selections were slim and most of the containers were next to empty. There wer no spoons at our table, we had to wait for our waiter to request them. When we sat to eat our vegetables were cold and the meat was dry. Everyone had one plate, the food was dry and bland. We did however, like the salad. Our waiter came to check on our table once while when we all first begun eating. We ate and waited for 45 minutes for him to come by again so we could have dessert. When he finally did arrive we advised him we would like our dessert to go and the check (we had already waited sitting and looking around for 45 minutes at this time). He told us he needed manager approval to bag the desserts, so we waited again. When he did arrive again he stated he was making an executive decision and gave us our desserts. We asked for the check again. We waited while everyone placed their jackets on. We sent the rest of the party to the car while my husband and I waited for the check. My husband made a previous comment that are cramped and cold seating and lack of service was due to the color of our skin. However, other diners seemed unhappy as well. We were there for two and a half hours and we left hungry. The kids made a comment that they would have preferred fast food on the ride home. For a bill of $300.00, This was by far one of the worst dinning experiences we have ever had. I think the worst part was watching our waiter tend to other parties in the front if the building while we patiently waited in the back, also the food was horrendous! We would never return or recommend and this location is definitely not fit for a family, more like a group of two to four.
I went to this place for Thanksgiving all you can eat dinner and all of the Thanksgiving for they had was delicious. The mashed potatoes were sweet and buttery, their vegetables had a nice crunch and their meat selection was wide and delicious. The restaurant itself is high class and definitely looks as much as youll be paying for the food, but in my opinion it is worth it due to their quality food and service
If I could write a negative review, I would. We had a party of ten, made a reservation and were very excited to go to dinner. Service was terrible. Our waiter left us to sit, even though the restaurant was not busy. He did not deliver half of what was asked of him, nor did he check up on us and when our food finally came, it was bland and miniscule servings. We paid over 600 for our meal and gave a tip, but will never go back and will not give a good rating anywhere. A lot of great restaurants in Buffalo, this one is not one of them.
This was the worst restaurant experience Ive had in Buffalo. Customer service was non-existent. There was a table of 4 who were visibly intoxicated, yelling, swearing, and making a scene. Not one person on the staff handled the situation. As a patron of what is supposed to be a very nice restaurant, I had to ask the table to quiet down and respect the other tables in the dining area. That is unacceptable. And when I brought this up to the wait staff, they down played the situation and continued to not actually address the situation. Very disappointed. This was also paired with average at best table service. Will not go back again.
All was well for the most part, great drinks and company. We had a private room upstairs for about 60 people. The only drawbacks was our server/bartender Rob did EVERYTHING.....He had no help whatsoever. Apparently their was some miscommunication with our event planner as we basically ate all of the food and were told that was all we ordered. Apparently it was restaurant week and that was affecting our party, but I think a private party that was booked months ago should take presidence. I will return for brunch as I feel its still one of the best in Buffalo, but I would tread lightly on booking a party. Thanks again to Rob, and Jimmy (the owner) who did everything they could to make us leave happy.
Very dissatisfied. Waited 45 minutes for our table even though we had reservations. Then our waiter quit after taking our dinner order. So we had extremely slow service since another waitress covered our table. When our dinner arrived my chicken marsala must have been cooked in a microwave & the risotto was tasteless. My partners salmon was so salty & overdone she couldnt eat it.All that & the price was excessive.I dont intend to go back.
Went to Sunday brunch with a party of 9. Took almost an hour for food to come out. The majority of us had either French toast or waffles. The waitress never came to let us know how much longer the food would be, or to give us an update. When she came with the food after just about an hour the food was lukewarm at best. It was not crowded so Im not sure why it took so long. The food was okay, but I think it would have been better hot. The overall experience would have been better if we were had communication with the waitress, but she was out of sight until the food came.
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the Sunday Brunch! There was a wide selection of dishes to choose from, so my girlfriends and I all got something different and shared. Love the 2 for 1 Mimosas as well! Very reasonably priced, and the service was great! Looking forward to going back for a dinner!!
I gave two stars because the food was pretty good, but what happened at the end of our meal made sure my friends and I would not go back. I was with three of my friends and bridesmaids. We do not get to see each other often and were talking wedding plans over a nice meal. We got to our table between 6:30-645. The meal was leisurely paced, and we actually got our dessert to go. We got our check and the waiter had just brought back the receipts to sign. No sooner had we done this when the hostess came over and asked if we were set with it. Which I thought was odd for a hostess to do. We had been at the restaurant about 2 hours. We were finishing up our conversation and getting ready to leave when the hostess came over to us with a stack of menus and said “sorry but we need to reset this table. I don’t mean to be rude but...”. Actually you were rude. We spent a lot of money at this establishment and were basically rushed out the door. Never in my life have I experienced this even in an overly crowded restaurant. Mind you there was not a single soul waiting to be seated. Not to mention, every other table near us was there before us. If you’re looking for good customer service I suggest looking elsewhere!
Went to a Halloween themed Birthday Party at the 31 Club (downtown Buffalo). Had an open bar (no trouble getting drinks). Served Buffalo wings, pizza and veggies. The doorman walked me to my car (evening event). I would consider it as a location for a future event or as a place to bring a group of friends. The service was excellent!
I had a really great experience here. I took my aunt here for Mothers day because I wanted her to have a really classy dining experience. The ambiance was nice, the staff excellent (and rather easy on the eyes, if I may say so myself) and the food was fantastic! My aunts stake came more medium rare than well done as she had requested, but the waiter was very accommodating, took it back and brought it back perfectly cooked for her. As we were finishing up our meals the manager came over, offered his apologies and gave us dessert on them. I was surprised that they would pay such attention to such a small matter. I would definitely go back. Be prepared to spend a little more though, but its totally worth it.
All around it was a great time had by everyone. We had a large party celebrating my daughters graduation and we enjoyed the evening. Our server Rob did everything! He went above and beyond and didnt seem to have much help. It seemed as if they might have some staffing issues but he still did his best while still having a smile on his face throughout our entire dinner service. The food was ok, a few dishes came out a little cold but everyone still left with a full stomach. It wasnt a perfect night, but we will certainly give 31 club another try!
My husband and I went for my birthday a few days ago. I was very nice inside (but be careful the floors are very slippery, I almost wiped out). The Server was very friendly and overall the atmosphere was nice. We got the crab cake for an appetizer and it was delicious,. I got the lobster bisque and it was probably the best I have ever had. I also got the Salmon for dinner, it was just ok, the risotto that came with it was pretty bland and the veges were cold. I think I would have preferred to just eat appetizers. My husband ordered the pork loin chop and devoured it. All in all, it was nice, not sure if I would spend the money again to go back.
Would give 0 stars if I could...this is my first time ever leaving a negative review for a restaurant but I just had to after the terrible experience I have. They have no clue how to run a restaurant! Hour minimum wait WITH a reservation for mediocre “fine” dining ?? Never ever going back, don’t waste your time. Terrible night :(
Went for Mothers Day Brunch. Couldnt have been more disappointed. Bagels were stale. Egg dishes and potatoes were cold. Beef was marginal, and served without au jus. My wifes salmon had bones in it! The desert table was a mess. Extremely over priced! I eat out a lot for business and pleasure. There is a wealth of dining values in the Buffalo area. Outstanding variety of offerings at reasonable prices. I would NOT consider 31 Club as one of these. Overpriced, mediocre food. Would NOT recommend.
Went here for the first time a few weeks ago. Loved the atmosphere, the food and drinks were great, everyone there was polite and always made sure we were taken care of. If your in the city of Buffalo and want a nice place to go and enjoy some good dining, this is it.
My family and I just wanted to let you know how special Cody made our brunch a few weeks ago on October 6th. It was a lovely room, the food was excellent, and when we ran out unexpectedly Cody made sure we had more right away. He was attentive toevery detail. My son Ben overheard Cody saying to his staff at the bar,As long as Nancy is happy, Im happy. That attitude carried through the whole experience and it was appreciated greatly.everyEee was attentive to every detail my son been overheard Cody saying to his staff at the bar as long as Nancy is happy Im happy that attitude carried through the whole experience and its greatly appreciated feeling that shouldnt count so we could have got in and then like
Disappointing. My family has patronized Club 31 for Thanksgiving in the past and anticipated another great meal but were very disappointed. After we were seated, we first ordered some cocktails before dinner and after 15 minutes, we still had no drinks. So, we went to the buffet and returned to the table and still no drinks? I ate my salad and when a lady came to pick-up my plate, I told her we have been waiting an awful long time for our drinks and she said, she would get them if she had to make them herself and we were seated next to the bar! After about 25 minutes we finally got our cocktails and I noticed them yelling in the buffet line more food was on its way as they were quickly running out of everything because they didnt appear to be replacing trays until they were completely empty. I found myself scraping a number of pans to get the last few Brussel Sprouts, salad, or sweet potatoes. The salads were good but Brussel sprouts were nearly the size of popcorn, the candied sweet potatoes were just baked as I found no caramelized brown sugar on them at all, the stuffing was bland, the turkey was OK, and surprisingly the best thing was the prime rib! We finally got to dessert and the apple pie was served nearly frozen! I really looked forward to a piece of HOT apple pie and this was just ridiculous. The evening ended with us trying to retrieve our coats with the hostess because there was no one at the coat check. After waiting 10 minutes, we were forced to cut the line waiting to be seated to ask the hostess to get our coats and everyone in the lobby was getting irritated. In summary, lousy food and insufficient help or just poor service.
What a joke. I had made reservations over a week in advance for my family to go here for dinner to celebrate my sons birthday. When we arrived we had to wait almost a half hour to be seated, the bartender told us the shot was on him for my sons birthday- but we were charged. THEN we were sat in the bar area- when we are paying over $300 for dinner and drinks and then be sat in a noisy bar area WHEN WE MADE RESERVATIONS is just appalling. THEN our waiter was not overly friendly at all, nor fast. My daughter asked for bread and NEVER received it. She also asked for extra sauce for her pasta dish and that also never came. The food was good but not worth the price and overall I am extremely disappointed with my visit and I would not recommend at all.
The want to be upscale doesnt meet with proper execution. Dont have something on your online menu that isnt on your in house menu. Further, if something isnt on the menu, maybe, just maybe, the owner shouldnt eat it in full view of the customer that was told they couldnt have it. The heavy footed clomping of the hostess and server makes me wish high heels werent seen as dressed up apparel. That sound kept knocking whatever high class image, that could be erected by the decor, right into the mud. Even with a Groupon the experience left much to be desired. So unimpressed I am not really looking forward to using the other Groupon I have. You know your dont enjoy the excursion when you dont bother taking pictures. We loved the guy we affectionately dubbed our table ninja. Made sure to tip him, too. Oh, yeah, to meet the $80 of the Groupon, I was charged for a coffee I wasnt served! She didnt even offer me the coffee. Just told me she added. Not a good look, Ronnie/Veronica. Left a $10 tip for a cheese and olive plate, 2 French onion soups, and 4 beers, served with lackluster care. Hopefully, we can sit at the bar next time.
12-21 we had a table of 7 and reserved the shuttle to bpo for after dinner. Our food came out of order and then dinners were very late and the special flounder was tasteless .The waitress was pleasant and very apologetic. 31 comped part of the meal and we just made it to the bpo before the show started . Not an experience I care to repeat
They have great happy hour specials and different ones every day. For a much less price you can try their oysters, burgers, and anything else they decide to offer (they tend to switch it up from time to time). This is also the best time to try their drinks because on average a drink is about $10. Read many reviews of the restaurant and cannot see what everyone is complaining about.from the time we arrived
Made reservations for 7pm, upon arriving we noticed that there was only few people at the bar and another couple being sat for dinner. With all the empty seating available for a romantic dinner, why did they place us in the bar area? After watching a male bar patron smacking his wife on the butt, every 10mins. We was praying that dinner would be worth the bad seating area. Ok so my wife and I sucked it up and proceeded to get serviced. The service was great, our server was very professional and answered all our questions. Now its time for the food to come. Funny thing about judging things by first appearance is this. You may come to the wrong conclusion, and miss out on something good. Well I can say I was fooled by the looks of our meals. They both looked good, but after tasting what was before us. We found out how disappointing we were going to be. My wife ordered the Lasagna, everyone knows when you order a dish like this it has to be perfect. Well I guess if you love frozen dinner meals, then this dinner is perfect for you. There is no reason in the world to justify, serving frozen dinners at high end restaurant. As for me, I ordered chicken marsala, and I will say I wouldnt order that again. When it comes to this dish, carubbas blows 31 clubs marsala out of the water. Mind you, carubbas is a chain restaurant.
While the restaurant itself and the interior were very nice and the food and drinks were excellent tonight, too many service issues absolutely had a negative effect on our experience. To start with when I made the reservation I was asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. I informed the young lady that indeed we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The young lady stated she noted that on the reservation. Why she asked I have no idea as no one even took the time to share birthday wishes with my wife the entire evening. Most restaurants will often bring out some small dessert with a candle as a way to recognize the special event. 31Club apparently has no such policy. In terms of service, the numerous absences of the wait staff was an issue. Sometime a wait staff will hover around the table too much and becomes a distraction. Our wait staff was just the opposite. For example, after being asked, I requested a second glass of wine and then waited app 10 mins for the wait staff to remember to pick it up at the bar. After dropping off the dessert menu, there was too long of a lag before the wait staff returned to take my order and then it seemed to long of a wait for a creme brûlée which.which had been prepared earlier. Perhaps our wait staff had many tables to cover and that might explain a few things. There was no offer of an after dinner coffee, perhaps something else 31 Club does not do?The biggest issue was that after waiting what seemed like too long of a time, my dinner came but not my wife’s. At her request, I started eating but slowly, trying to stall til her plate arrived. Entrees should always be served to each guest at the same time, no excuses. It creates an awkward situation for everyone. This was our second time dining at the 31 Club but will most likely be our last.
Went there for the Thanksgiving Buffet. All of the meats and dressed salads were great but the veggies were undercooked and lacked flavor. The candied sweet potatoes were not cooked at all, carrots and green beans were a lazy attempt, and the stuffing tasted like boxed stuffing. They could not keep up with the buffet, so folks waited for trays to come out while the rest of their food got cold on the plate.
Always a unique experience. The 31 Club is a perfect place to enjoy some live music and have a cocktail. The club maintains a historic feel, but is updated and clean. Service is excellent and there is a full dinner menu. Make sure you dress to impress when you go. The patrons are typically stylish and well groomed. My last several visits have been on Saturdays when Joe Bolognese has been performing. His current stage partner Ashlee Amoia is a welcome addition. While I usually enjoy Joe, I observed him berating some of the club staff during my visit. Not cool Joe. Not cool at all.
Was there for dinner once before and it was fairly decent. Decided to try the Easter Buffet. Giambota was ice cold, ditto for the sausage gravy. Ham, lamb and prime rib were very good. Pasta sauce for the rigatoni and meatballs tasted as if tomato paste was the only ingredient. Eggs benedict had hard boiled egg yolks. White fish with American sauce, chicken marsala and sausage with peppers and eggs were totally over cooked to the point of difficulty cutting the food with a knife. Desserts were store purchased.. Disappointing at best. The wine, dogajoli toscano, was smooth and very flavorful.FOLLOW UP: As a post script to the owners response, which I replied to via private e-mail and accepted their offer, they never contacted me. Their online response was for show only, so that any other viewers would think they actually tried to right a disappointing dining experience. Another reason to not patronize 31 Club.
My hsband and I took my parents out to dinner and we wanted to try a new place. We decided on the 31 club. Our main courses were good, but the calamari and stuffed peppers appetizers were just ok. We went on a Thursday evening and by 7:00, it was dead. We eat out often, and compared to other similar restaurants downtown, 31 club was quite expensive. I dont think we would return again for dinner, since there are so many other great restaurants in the area that are much more reasonably priced.
Last week on my birthday, we decided to come to 31 club, despite some of the reviews we still came. Just like the reviews, we made reservations, and they were not honored. As a matter of fact, the host/server did not even acknowledge, my husband or myself. He walked right passed us and the second time when he walked back passed, he was irritated because I asked him about our 7pm reservation. He was a racist!!!! If he dont like blacks or his job, he needs not to work with the public.
I would think twice before booking their room for a private event. The cost at the end was quoted at the booking. They charged a surcharge in addition to the gratuity and when I questioned it the manager told me the surcharge was the gratuity. When his employee was putting the items into the computer I saw a 40.00 charge for flowers. They were dead on every table - at least a week old ( the petals were falling off on the tables. The food wasnt ready when we arrived and I had to ask the waitress to pour the mimosas so we could have a toast. I did not say anything that day in front of my guests, but when I called the manager the next Monday he told me the original person Lauren who made the contract no longer worked there and I was not charged enough. He said I owed him money, but wasnt going to charge me the difference. They are very unprofessional and I will tell everyone I know in Buffalo to steer clear!
We planned ahead, made reservations, inquired about theatre shuttle, and reviewed menu online before arriving. The restaurant gave us the wrong salads, served mediocre but overpriced food, then ran out of the dessert I picked out at the start of my meal (that went with my dinner and wine), and had our server working tables in the main dining room plus ones in another dining area on the other side of the building, past the kitchen and through the bar and lobby. Basically we never saw him to correct problems or move things along in an expedient manner. Sorry, Rob, I realize things were not your fault and you had nothing to do with the debacle that ensued. The night ended with us missing the 1st number of The Book of Mormon and I got to run up 3 flights in heels to the balcony at Sheas because the hostess couldnt get hold of the shuttle driver!I told the hostess I wanted a refund of my dinner or my theatre tix but she offered me a gift card for another visit. Not acceptable as I will not be coming here again.
The overall experience was mediocre. The seabass was overcooked and somewhat dry; the risotto was gummy, along with the rice being undercooked. For $45, this entrée was overpriced to begin with and based upon quality, was even more so. Tried to be understanding as there was a fire on a nearby building during dinner and the restaurant power was shut off for a while. My husband had the napoleon, which he said was good, as was the Brussel sprout salad. Tried to use a groupon on half price wine night and it was a no go. One or the other - we were supposed to be understanding given the fire situation - wait personnel were harried (had to ask for silverware and they did not always pour our wine), but the restaurant management did not give at all. Given the prices, quality just wasnt there. One and done with this restaurant.
Mothers Day Brunch was the worstPrime rib was sour ,smelled like fish, bacon was barely cooked , scrambled eggs were empty asked 2x for eggs, eggs Benedict were stuck to the pan awful, nothing edible , pricy brunch we were also not told ahead of time it was a buffet, thought we were gonna order from menu, told server , no comp , no apologies, won’t go back
The food quality and service has really gone down. I ordered the pork chop and it wasnt good at all had to ask the waiter was it pork because its presentation and flavor taste like chicken .I paid 30$ what a waste....but DJ Pauly and the professional perfomer made the night enjoyable..
My family and I went here for Easter Brunch, aside from not having to do the dishes, the FOOD made my ENTIRE holiday!!! My husband and Son in Law are big eaters and must have eaten everything that they had to offer. From the authentic Giambota, to the Penne pasta with marinara sauce, sausage, peppers & onions. Then they went for the smoked salmon, capers & bagels. My daughter and I started out with the lighter fare; breakfast foods ~ scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, home fries, bacon, ham (a few mimosas ~ well, maybe more than a few ;-) ) Then after a bit of a bit of a break we ALL hit the carving station. The Prime Rib was as the kids would say Off the Hook!, My husband felt like a Knight when they gave him the leg of lamb....my son in law, who prides himself a bit of a foodie, found the whitefish to be cooked to perfection.I must say that I was pleasantly surprised that having everything being served buffet style, and for the amount of people that we saw coming in to eat, everyhting was warm, fresh, and delicious, our table was kept cleared of used dished, and we never once felt rushed by the staff to move along so that they could fill our table. I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed my Easter Brunch and have already started throwing hints toward my daughter and her husband for the 31 Club for Mothers Day Brunch!!!!! ~ HIGHLY recommend!!!
A lot of food has some cheese or cheesy flavoring .. thats something my friend, my dad and myself dont care for .. they dont like cheese and I personally find it a little overwhelming when I order more than just the entree. You get a lot of food with the bread and entree, so you dont have to worry about ordering extra food unless you want to. You will leave full.
Sheila is the Best Waitress ever. She cators to every need. Hats off to the chef. The lamb and steak was heavenly. My Wife Linda--her father Gus worked here in 1963 when he came to this country. He would work there before school and give his mother his paycheck to help support 11 children. The menu from 1963 is in photo. Club 31 is near and dear to the Collado Family. Thank you for the great experience Club 31
EASTER BRUNCH. Where do I begin! Absolutely flaccid! Sat at the table took 20 minutes for a bloody marry and 2belinis. From there we went to plate our food and at least 6 stations were completely empty, and had been from the comments of the people standing around me. The eggs Benedict were the only desirable choice, and by the 5th trip up to an empty station before getting mine, it was obvious others agreed. The service was absolutely disastrous, plates were not tended to in a timely fashion, and drink orders were non existent after the first one upon being seated. The deserts were out of a Walmart box 1000% unauthentic. And they charged my 10 year old nephew as an adult as the kicker. Lmao. Please take my word for it. It was a painful experience for all, that service should be put out of its misery effective....now!
We chose 31 Club for my mothers 70th Birthday surprise dinner. We celebrated in the side room off the bar that was beautifully decorated, service was wonderful, and the Steak was delicious! But, the best part was the the musical duet at the bar. This duet reminded me of an old school Vegas lounge act with Sax and music form Frank Sinatra to some hip hop. They serenaded my mother and worked the crowd and her friends to dance all night!! In fact until 1am for the 70 year olds!! By far the 31 club made this a night to remember!

2020-12-05Came here to celebrate my 32nd birthday with coworkers. I loved it. They were very accommodating. The food was fantastic! The pork chop was 1 of the best pork chops I have ever eaten in my life!

2017-12-13Great place for a night out. The live band was fantastic and our server Brian made sure we had the best attention. The place is nicely decorated. I enjoyed the Proseco and the Moscato. We had créeme brûlée and chocolate cake, they were really good. The menu is complete but expensive, although the quality shows. They called the shuttle for us and the wifi is fast. I would gladly come back again.

2018-02-03Cozy ....food was wonderful enjoyed it totally no complaints. Appetizer crab cake delightful and the filet was seasoned so GoOd with Gorgonzola cheese and grilled veggys melted in my mouth. Wife enjoyed her Chick Parm with side of a spaghetti... way to much for her.

2021-05-09Horrible experience. Instantly smelled a rotten smell walking up the stairs for Mother’s Day brunch. Got served rotten beef. Told the server who said he “didnt know because he doesn’t eat that “ and appeared very confused? (there was a very strong rotten / spoiled smell from the beef)All they did was remove the beef from the table. Witnessed the chef at the cutting station & other staff smell it and leave it there. Table behind us also then complained of the SAME THING then the beef was finally removed from the cutting station. No apology nothing from the server or anyone. Will definitely not ever go back worst experience I’ve ever had.Food was not good. Cold. Eggs were empty asked to fill twice bacon was very undercooked. Poor “fine” dining.

2020-09-01We have had brunch at Club 31 several comes I n tbe pay 6 weeks. Service is great, decor first rate and it offers two porches for outdoor seating. The food for brunch is very well prepared; the only reason I have not awarded five stars is the rather limited menu. Thay said there had never been a disappointing meal.Brunch for two runs about $40 with coffee and no alcohol. (Bloody Mary and Bellini are brunch specials)

2021-06-20The food was delicious, cooked very well. The service was sub-par, however. Our waiter was slow and felt reluctant to help us. Stopped by probably only 3 times total at our table with a half empty restaurant.

2020-10-18I would never recommend this place to anyone. The food was good but the poor service completely outweighed this. We first waited over 45 minutes for a drink and then another hour for our appetizers. Then overall, we waited over two hours to be told they were out of what we had ordered. Very unprofessional by passing the blame onto others, no one took responsibility and this restaurant should be embarrassed. My boyfriend and I are both 21 and they referred to us as kids when talking about us in the kitchen to the manger. We felt completely ignored and disrespected because of our age. They comped us for our appetizers and drinks but that’s the least they could’ve done. Do not recommend.

2019-09-11We were greeted warmly by the staff. atmosphere was elegant and comfortable. Ashley, our server, enjoyed her job and shared a personal side of the restaurant as we were there for the first time. The dinner was delicious and the best part was the shuttle service to Kleinhans for a show. Also, the shuttle driver was a gem helping folks off the bus in the rain. I use a cane and had no trouble getting in and around.
