2020-09-03STEVIE WONDER COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB PACKING. This company was contacted by my daughters college in Brooklyn to pack, store and ship her belongings that students were unable to get to due to the pandemic. Due to COVID-19, when the students were on Spring Break, they were not allowed to return to campus to retrieve their belongings. The college informed the students that they hired The Advance Group to provide top notch service. After 6 months, we finally received her belongings. All items were tossed in the boxes haphazardly like trash. One box had a coffee maker still with water and coffee grounds. They took all her posters and personal artwork crumbled it to use as packaging material. There were clothing tossed in boxes with random bottles of shampoo, pens and pencil. There was even broken glass, ALL HER KITCHENWARE WERE MISSING.

2019-07-24If I could give Zero Stars I would. Our Company used them to move over 800 miles earlier in the year. Furniture was damaged horribly. Many items appeared to have been without moving blankets or any sort of protection. Serious gashes and large corner chips out of them. Still waiting for them to rectify this matter. They are dragging their feet, and if I was to speculate, hoping we go away quietly. They are not honoring the insurance we took out with them. We had to pay for an estimate on the damage and even after that they havent attempted to do the right thing. They even had the audacity to send us an over weight bill which we refused to pay. Highly recommend you steer clear of this company if you want to preserve any quality furniture you need moved. Update: July 24, 2019....I have uploaded just a few pictures of our damaged office furniture. In addition, this company said they would fix our furniture but have failed to honor their word. I am hoping that by online reviews, others will not risk their furniture with this companys service.
