I loved their flat bagel. Everything is fresh and the place is clean.. One little thing, I hate ketchup on my eggs. I did not ask for. The next time I have to stress that. Lol
Again its right next to a restaurant connection I believe the owner name both of them Im not quite sure but there are steps the parking for bagel is on the street if you can get a space but there is a parking lot in the back free for everyone but again there are a lot of stairs I have not seen any wheelchair accessibility either entrance other than that its fine

2021-04-16I hate writing bad reviews, but feel compelled to share my experience as reviews often guide my decisions.My partner and I were passing through Chappaqua and stopped here for breakfast. After waiting in line for 30 or so minutes, placing our order and waiting another 30 minutes for our food -- my partner finds out they didnt take his order. He places his order again for 2 lox everything bagels and they confused his order for 2 slices of lox. Okay, theyre busy and mistakes happen. Not a big deal... but the total for 2 lox bagels with regular cream cheese and capers came out to $35 and it was objectively not good.It was the saltiest bagels weve ever had and we are not food snobs. Well, we didnt finish them, were out $35 and an hour of our time. I guess were just confused why this place has five stars. Again, I hate writing bad reviews--but based on our experience, would not recommend.

2021-11-20Long wait, terrible food, bad service. I once slipped and fell on their stairs because they didnt salt them properly. They are understaffed and the staff they have dont know how to make an omlette at all.

2020-11-23Great bagels! Very attentive to Covid-19 precautions as well. You can always pre-order and pay ahead to minimize contact - they have it ready for pick up at the door with your name on it.

2019-11-01Came to visit this famous Bagel Shop and it was surprisingly underwhelming. The lox creme cheese was tasteless with a heavy cheap margarine taste. The walnut creme cheese had no taste of walnuts and the bagels that were requested to be toasted were cold and doughy. Not impressed at all quite frankly, very disappointing.

2017-06-21The bagels themselves taste fine, but given how expensive the food is not worth the trip. Honestly, bagels at DiCicco are as good or better (depending how early you pick them up). Paid $1 for tomatoes and was shocked by how thin they cut the one slice of tomato I received. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

2020-01-31Fantastic bagels, although I dont have the background to be a bagel judge, what with being a virginian. The service is quick and the bagels are soft yet firm, with a pleasing taste.
