The Barn on Hubbard was absolutely perfect in every way. We were married there in October 2018 and could not have asked for a better experience. The Barns scenery in the Fall, set on a back road on a sprawling hill is to die for and made for wonderful photo opportunities. The Barn has beautiful natural lighting, a very cool bar built into an old silo, a great outdoor patio and a large lawn space perfect for games and activities. The best part about the Barn on Hubbard was that we were free to bring in all of our own vendors and decorate however we wanted, which helped us tremendously with cost savings. This wasnt your typical cookie-cutter venue where it is overpriced, one-stop shopping. We are from the city, so we thought it would be challenging to plan a wedding about 2 hours way, but Sara went above and beyond the call of duty. She provided excellent recommendations, was readily available to answer all questions, accommodated our rental company with drop off the day before, allowed us to decorate the day before, and helped to prepare a number of other things leading up to the wedding - not to mention everything she did the day of the event, from assisting with parking, to making sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding, or any event, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Barn, the people who run it, and the time we had planning/celebrating our wedding! The place was really just perfect for our wedding, and pretty affordable compared to everything else we looked at. Sara was incredibly wonderful to work with, especially given how frazzled I was towards the end of planning haha -- answering all of my questions and being so so helpful. Everyone loved how beautiful the venue was, theres tons of space to work with and lots of options for where to have the actual ceremony. Also, if you need a day-of coordinator, I HIGHLY recommend Saras (the barn owner) sister-in-law amanda. She was simply the best. Helped make everything flow smoothly and was unbelievably nice. Plus she already knows the barn so well, so when we ran into any minor glitches (like when one of the outlets stopped working temporarily), she got it working again so quickly. Cant say enough good things about the people who operate this venue. Pleaseeee book your wedding here :)

Awesome local venue for outdoor and indoor events such as weddings, gatherings, birthday parties, bridal showers, etc. The barn is spectacularly (re)built by a master craftsman, and care is taken to make sure the event is special. A real gem in our community. Thank you!

An interesting location for special events. Its a converted barn that has a lot of space. Its equipped with apparently recently built restrooms. The old silo serves as a reception or bar area. Very nice. The only drawback seems to be the lack of insulation in the building which would probably make events in the winter quite difficult.

We visited the Makers Market while here on vacation. Great vendors. The food/concessions seemed a little expensive for the quantity you get.
