The Beehive in other cities:
Very good food and service in a great location. They accommodated us as a large party withoit a reservation on a Saturday morning. First visit with friends from the area. I enjoyed an excellent Chorizo Bowl that was a special offered. Would definitely recommend a visit here and we will definitely return. We ate outside and they also offered indoor dining.
The wait for 2 on Sunday morning was maybe 10 minutes, even though they were busy so that was nice. They had indoor and tented outdoor seating options. Everyone followed covid protocols. The staff was friendly. Our waiter only came to our table once to take our order and thats it, so we had to call him over once or twice . Other than that, the food was really great and it was a chill vibe. Id recommend.
We arrived too early for lunch but they were very accommodating. We decide to eat outside which was really nice.. Everyone was super pleasant. I ordered the pork chop which was so tender I enjoyed it very much. They were all decent size portions. Highly suggested if you are in the area.
Great cozy place for brunch! Proportions were big and food was good. The omelets were stuffed and fluffy, the pancakes were huge. Service was great and fast even though the place was busy (kids did not complain!). Would recommend making reservations but you have to plan ahead since you cant make same day reservation.
The feel and menu of a diner but more upscale. The menu is very creative with items like a butternut squash omelette or a crab cake eggs benedict. It gets very crowded for breakfast lunch on the weekends but its worth the wait. They also have delicious baked goods. Besides the main lot, theres some public parking across the street.
It is an upscaled diner with great selection of food with prices will not break your pocket. Located on the old route 22 right outside of downtown Armonk. Plenty of free parking out front with a handicap ramp lead to the front door. It can be a bit noisy due to the open area sitting but that made it more local dining feeling. The food and services were good with very friendly helpful staff. Our delicious dinner were exactly as ordered.
Wow is this place busy. The service is great even arriving at opening with a lot of people already waiting. The menu has interesting picks and the food was fantastic! You have your breakfast classics as well as special menu items. The kids portions are huge but the kids ate all of it which is a good sign for 2 of the pickiest eaters! I will be coming back here to again.
Went for dinner last night with friends and ordered one of the specials Chicken Dante, which is grilled chicken, fresh tomato and mozzarella. Received the entrée and it was full of parmesan cheese. The ingredient parmesan cheese as never listed.I am not one to send back an entrée back for a few reasons. One, I dont want to make the other people at the table feel uncomfortable as their food was already served. Two, if I did send it back then I would receive my food after everyone else was almost finished. Three, I have a fear of what happens in a kitchen when food is sent back. So I just pushed it aside and had it wrapped up.Had my husband try it when I got home as he knows I hate parmesan cheese. Even he said it was way to much parmesan cheese. Very annoying when all ingredients are not listed on menus. Spent good money on a horrible meal.
Excellent food and easy ramp way for disabled. The portions are huge! And its an extra $3 per plate to share. We had the grilled salmon on quinoa with greens and the steak salad. Delicious! The service was good that was slow. Make sure you have plenty of time. The fun and frothy cappuccino has rock sugar stick candy with it to sweeten it. That was a nice touch. Mom loved the service bread.
The food and service are always on point. Friendly service, recomendations and they dont bother or rush you. The food is always delicious with plenty of options for everyone. Schnitzel salad is so yummy and the weekly specials, just had their pecan crusted wild salmon...delish! It was so tasty, cooked perfectly and served with a side of sauteed garlic spinach. Its a go-to for us!
Stopped here on my way to NY. The food is amazing, and the service is as well! My girlfriend had the chicken club and I had the fish tacos. Both were perfect! The staff is extremely friendly and the ambience is fantastic and cheerful. The owner came out and made sure we were enjoying our food and we had a delightful conversation. I’ll definitely be stopping here again next time we pass through. I’m looking forward to trying everything on the menu. Also, don’t skip out on dessert! We shared an Oreo cheesecake that was delectable!
This is my go-to place for brunch. They have a fairly large selection of items all very reasonably priced. The serving size are enough to share or enough for seconds. I absolutely can’t rave enough over their avocado toast- it’s the best I have ever had. Don’t pass this place up especially if you have teenagers with healthy appetites just be aware it can get pretty crowded during the morning and brunch hours so plan on waiting for a table. Don’t pass on the desserts as they are made on location.
Wonderful restaurant in a small quiant setting, even though at first you may think its a diner style eatery but thats the only thing like a diner, food is delicious, service is incredible and the portions are large. I dont know the management but I applaud there efforts and with spiraling cost of food today there prices are very reasonable. A cant miss belly-filler 👏
This place is amazing. My favorite place for breakfast and lunch in Westchester. A great place for a family to enjoy a quiet meal. The atmosphere great and the servers are very nice. The food is unreal. The grilled cheese is always a pleaser for my son and they have gluten free bread for difficult people such as myself.
Awesome food , Awesome staff, everything is fresh. The French onion soup is amazing. The French Dip sandwich is always a great choice as well as the Tahini combo appetizer. Brunch is always spot on as well. I highly recommend the house made cinnamon buns get there early because they sell out.
What not love about Beehive? Selection is huge and I think I have tried each one of them. They are all delicious and staff are very welcoming ... from the owner to the busboy. I recommend to make a reservation on the weekends. For breakfast, my favorite is their homemade corned beef. Btw, excellent coffee.
Food is good, but they should pay attention to how they wash their glassware and utensils. When they brought me a glass of OJ some residual lipstick was still on the glass... To be polite, I didnt make a big deal about it, but the waiter didnt seem to care. He apologized and brought me a new glass with no straw and the OJ still on the bill... Where is the customer service?? Especially in these covid days, we should make sure everything is 100% clean.
Wonderful experience. Went here with coworkers for a post holiday dinner, and was surprised by the varied and inexpensive menu, the clean and modest decor and friendly, efficient waitstaff.Back to the food, everything was solid. I had the chicken martini and it was really delicious. It had wonderful flavors. My other dinner mates had salmon salad, fish tacos, schnitzel and all were satisfied with their meals. Past this I have nothing more to say. If youre ever in the Armonk area and need a place to dine, Beehive is one to keep in the back of your bonnet.
My husband and I visited the beehive based on the reviews we read. The decor was lovely. They had linen napkins and tables were very big for seating two individuals. The menu item names were cute which was fun to say when ordered. We were not rushed at all even though the place was full. The coffee was hot with little flavor so I didnt drink a second cup. The blueberry muffin was toasted nicely however it had only blueberries on the top of the muffin not in it so we did not finish eating it. The breakfast entrees were very good and presentation was nice. We would dine hear if in the area again.
This was our first time dining here and the experience was wonderful. Read a lot of good reviews about the food and great breakfast and decided to take the ride to check it out for ourselves We made reservations which I recommend as this is a popular place and can get crowded. We arrived early and they accommodated us very quickly even though it was crowded. They have an extensive menu with many delicious choices. We went with breakfast as it was still Sunday brunch. Our waitress was Sue and she was friendly helpful and fast. We tried the eggs Benedict with corned beef hash the special French toast with berries and a side of their thick cut bacon. Everything was amazing. The bacon was thick cut and cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. The eggs and corned beef hash with a side of hash browns was fantastic and so delicious. The portion are large and they are generous with the food. You get your monies worth and more. The most incredible french toast I have ever had. It was out of this world. Highly recommend this place. Friendly service and staff and amazing food. Our waitress Sue was the best. Thank for making our first visit so wonderful. We will be back.
Went there for a friends birthday. Food was good, prices for Armonk were reasonable. Service was good and waiter was accommodating. We closed the restaurant but nobody rushed us. A very enjoyable evening. Will definitely go back again.Went there a few days ago for a late lunch. Again food was very good although a little pricey. Service was friendly, quick and accommodating. Place is very noisy but that was to be expected as there is nothing soft to nullify the noise and people seem to talk louder than necessary cause they think everyone should know their business. But an enjoyable lunch anyway if you can deal with the noise.
My boyfriend and I came here for brunch about a month ago and the food & service was just lovely. Our server was Sue and she was so pleasant, patient, and kind. Everything on the menu sounded so good so I couldnt decide. When I explained what I was in the mood for, Sue recommended the Breakfast Tostada....and maaaaaaaan was that good! We left with very happy & full bellies :)
Quintessential suburban local restaurant serving captive population with few if any other options. After 3 attempts the food just flat out sucks. It’s completely subpar and flavorless and it’s obvious there’s no love for what comes out of this kitchen. The menu looks comfort amazing but the food comes out like two bros in the back found some eggs and kraft singles. Super disappointing because with a chef and staff that cared this place could be amazing because the space is great. We ate half our meal and we’re disgusted with flies around our table and regretting we didn’t just go to ihop. This is a hard review to leave because we wanted to love this old institution :/
The Beehive is such a charming and warm restaurant right in Armonk, close to all highways. Busy, but service was great, food, top notch and the drinks were perfect. I like to try new places that offer something for everyone and it is here! Parking on both sides and an outdoor area when the weather warms up. Will go back!
I have been hearing rave reviews about the Beehive and finally had a chance to visit, thanks to our dear friend Stefano. After spending 30+ years in the restaurant field (before switching careers) I usually come in with high expectations. This wonderful restaurant literally exceeded any and all expectations I had. Valerie greeted us with such a genuine and caring manner and made us feel as if we were family. I actually felt as if I had entered her home!Linda took such good care of us once we were seated and was just exceptional. The food was perfectly timed and simply spectacular. The omellettes and the potatoes, the muffins, the apple coffee cake, the greek yogurt with granola, the corned beef hash, I could have sat there all day. Costas is a gifted and talented chef who takes pride in his food and it shows! In my many years of eating in restaurants locally and nationally I can and will say in all honesty The Beehive is one of my top picks. We will be back and look forward to revisiting. If you have not yet tried The Beehive-TRY IT! You are in for a treat and will return many times, as we will!
The Beehive gets 5 stars for its fish tacos because they are the best ever. All guests with me had only compliments for their choices. The service was what we like, attention just right and accommodating. Small things that would have improved the experience were the music which was not relaxing and, when sitting at a booth, the table height seemed high. Leftover fish taco for lunch today. Yay!
We wanted to like this place. The restaurant looks nice but the foods are total let down. We went for a breakfast and all the favorites of our family at other restaurants came total bland at this place. Cold and hard toast. How can mess up pancakes and waffle? Not going again.
The Beehive is our Saturday morning breakfast place. The food is excellent and the service is good. I love the brussel sprout omelette. The kids like the pancakes and waffles. I am always happy to support a local run restaurant. We are planning on doing dinner one night. The desserts look amazing.
The Beehive was a huge disappointment. I would never eat there again. The place is nice from the outside and cozy inside, however the service and the food was a let down. Our waitress came over to us and asked us what we wanted to drink. There was no hello, good morning, etc. She wasnt friendly and didnt check on us for a while. I ordered the honey cured ham and salmon Benedict. The ham was like any other cold cut ham and everything was cold. Definitely not worth the trip or the money.
Fantastic restaurant! Close to the Westchester airport. We always go there before our flights. This time we went for an early dinner. I had the fish tacos with sweet potato fries. OMG. The best fries I ever had! To make it even better, our fabulous waitress brought over some honey ginger dressing to dip the fires into. Over the top great! The desserts looked amazing, but we didnt have any room left in our bellies. Next time you are in the area, go to the Beehive!!!
Love the look of the place. Staff was great. Wine was great. Food was excellent. Only two issues when we first arrived. Part of the parking lot was blocked due to poor snow plowing, and a few jackasses decided to take two parking spots in an already limited lot. Perhaps they should consider valet parking. Second, when we walked in and gave our name for the reservation, they seemed a bit worried and took a minute to find us a table and get us seated. I felt like the Seinfeld episode when the car rental place didnt reserve a car for him.
The place was amazing. The only thing I would say is theres not a huuuge amount of options of things to eat, but of the things that they did have, it was good. The service was also good. Its a nice little local diner, that has fresh ingredients, and I think they make their own butter, which is good.
I had lunch here yesterday. We were seated in the larger room and it was TOO NOISY. We could not hear our own conversations at our table. Very bad atmosphere with poor acoustics. Parking was on the grass because there is a small area for parking, one word, mud. Red wine was served in hot classes just out of the dishwasher. Food was so so. I had the souvlaki platter and I have had better Greek food at not so hyped up restaurants. Wait staff was so so with no personality. very disappointing for all the great reviews.
Delicious does not begin to describe how good the food is! The portion sizes are very generous. I had the fish tacos and my boyfriend had the short rib, we were very impressed with the quality of the food. My only regret (and it isnt even valid) is that I got the baklava cheesecake instead of the German chocolate cake! My advise is to go to the dessert case before ordering and let your eyes do the choosing for you! The baklava cheesecake was good but the German chocolate cake just looked better lol.
When I got here today there was a line out the door and no places to stand / sit without being in the way. You either stand outside in the cold / heat or wait inside in the servers way or behind a door constantly having to move. After being handicapped and standing too long I decided to sit at the bar. Upon sitting at the bar I noticed the poor bartender was doing everything for everyone. The place was infested with flies. Cleanliness is not a priority in beehive, a server came over to get change for a table, left for a moment and came back and grabbed limes for someone with bare hands (without washing them) another server came to make a Bloody Mary, the Bloody Mary consists of bacon...... there was a plate of bacon they had available on the counter for things of that nature. The bacon was UNCOVERED infested in flies and then used in people’s drinks. When I first sat down I thought it was a customers unfinished food waiting to be thrown out, however that was just there for drinks. I am pretty disgusted by this restaurant and will NOT be coming back. Even if I was offered a free meal for my whole family I wouldn’t return. I ordered a steak well done but not burnt and one corner was like charcoal, the French fries were okay, but the environment of the restaurant doesn’t outweigh the taste of food. I have pictures of the flies and bacon however I can’t find a way to add them to my review.
10 minutes from HPN. Eggs Benedict were not the best Ive had. Sauce was congealed and barely warm. Wifes French Toast was the better dish. Service was good. Check seemed excessive for the quality of breakfast. Given all of the favorable reviews, I may have caught them on an off day.
There is a really comfortable nice atmosphere here. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and attentive. I have been wanting to come here for a long time and now that I finally did I don’t know what took me so long. The only surprise about this place is the reasonable prices. For some reason I had it in my head that this place would be expensive... maybe just because of how many reviews said how great the food and the atmosphere is, but the prices were much better than expected. I also really appreciate that they give you the option to add real maple syrup for a very reasonable $1.95. They were out of power today, (like much of the area) but they really handled it well between their generator and minor adjustment they made to keep things running smoothly.
A must visit for anybody whos love good food and good company. The owners are fantastic and inviting, the food is terrific (in 3 years of coming here I have never had a bad meal). You have to try the burgers! Not to mention the cheesecake which is the best Ive ever had. Anywhere, ever.
Of course, my girlfriend and I started off with a huge slice of crumbly-creamy delicious carrot cake before eating anything else. We never have room for dessert, so well be doing this more often Im sure. We also always try French onion soups wherever we can, so it was no surprise that we ordered one here once it caught our eyes on the menu. Topped with frizzled onions and toasty Swiss cheese, this was definitely a winner in our books. Finished off our meal with a French dip—which Ive been meaning to try in general—and again, another winner. I dont have any previous experience with French dips, but Im definitely ordering more from this spot during brunch time. The staff was extra friendly too, which is always a plus!
Not from the area, came here with a friend. I ordered the baja fish tacos. The portion was great for the price, and super delicious. The spicy mayo sauce was amazing. I was super impressed with the service and the food. If youre in the area I definitely reccomend stopping by here for a meal. Their open faced reuben was also to die for. Fantastic experience all around.
WOW! Great food, cool atmosphere, and good service....all for a great price! Ordered the Big Bird sandwich. Onions were amazing and the pita bun was the perfect choice for the solid chunk of chicken breast and swiss cheese. Oh and thats not all! Your taste buds gets catapulted into another level by the miso ginger condiment!Deff coming back here and deff ordering the exact same thing again!
Been going here since they opened after the Willow inn closed must be more than a decade ago, the staff feel more like family at this point and the food has always been amazing. The breakfast quesadilla has been a favorite of mine. Killer tiramisu. Its always been a pleasure to eat here. Just make sure to make a reservation or you may be waiting a long time.
Excellent food in a great setting. My most recent visit was an 11:30 reservation on a Sunday. It was VERY busy (which is to be expected) but even though we had a reservation, we had to wait nearly a half hour to be seated. The yummy meal and good service helped make up for this.
Posh eatery that is almost like a specialty diner. Most food is very tasty, especially their brunch options. Yet, some offerings may taste a bit bland and the bread served at dinner time isnt always the best. Despite this, I highly recommend their dinner specials, omelettes, and french toast. I wish they had all day breakfast.
Very loud, nothing special about it. Huge size order (I dont know if its a plus), we ordered eggs Benedict and they arrived lukewarm (the plates were room temperature!!!!), cooked perfect, by the way. We told the server about it and didnt apologize but offer free coffee!!! . We might try another time after the owner reads this review....
This place is always packed so go early if you can. However, whatever wait you experience will be worth it. Everything felt like it was home cooked by someones mom in the back. Its crowded without comfortable, outside seating. I had the Greek omelet and a stack of pancakes and was not disappointed. But the breakfast tostada might be the way to go. Definitely will be heading back soon.
We love the Beehive--been going fora while now. Last night brought the outlaws--our daughters in-laws--they are true foodies--- they were so pleased with the menu and food last night, that they already asked how soon we will be returning! So good to have others acknowledge this treasure of a restaurant!
A great American Bistro. I recommend especially for breakfast and lunch. Plenty of hearty and healthy options. A standalone building in a somewhat country area, convenient to I-684. It is on the outskirts of Armonk, nice village, known for the IBM Headquarters which is on a separate campus. Watch for the highly rated & popular annual Armonk Art Show. (This year September 21&22 2019).
I dont come this place often enough. Thats just because its a little far for me. But Everytime Ingo there it never disappoints the fact that my kids left their place clean and free of even the crumbs make me very happy. The bacon bloody Mary, and the salmon Benedict are my favorite.
The Beehive Restaurant in Armonk is absolutely the epitome of a family restaurant--as an experienced home cook I can definitely appreciate passionate cooking and these people definitely know what it is all about. I had the seared salmon salad and was blown away by the quality ingredients and consistency. My boyfriend and I both shared the cheesecake with fresh berries and it was honestly the best Ive had since Your Baker in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn or Moms homemade. ,
Nice low-key place - right off the hiway. Others mention diner but did not feel at all like that to my party. Nice dining room, good background music with an interesting menu. Yes theres a Greek slant to it but the room feels cozy and the bar area was comfy also. Burger was excellent, The Moussaka - a large portion - got a rave review. Souvlaki was excellent, large chunks of meat and authentic. Side Greek salad was also excellent. Reasonable wine and beer offering. Service was attentive, and friendly. Slight miscue on the salad- delivered and eaten as a side-salad to the wrong recipient , but they brought another at no charge when asked...impressed. Rice pudding was also good. Would return for another look at the interesting menu.
I came here for breakfast a few weeks and wanted to try dinner. Come Friday, 6/25, after the end of a very long week, two of us went for dinner here. We ordered a thanksgiving dinner special and the skirt steak dinner special. Our salads came out super fast. Then after a bit of time, the waitress says our main course is coming out soon. She disappeared for twenty minutes after that and never checked back in. She finally passed by and we were able to stop her and thats when she admitted the kitchen made an error. The table right next to us ordered the exact same two meals and they thought it was an error and never made our meals. It was disappointing that she knew this and seemed to be hiding it from us. That madeThe situation worse. The end of a long week got longer and my Friday night time was wasted. I would have thought perhaps they would have offered to discount the bill or comp something such as desserts. All we ended up getting at the end of the day was ignored and a half hearted apology. Mistakes happen but I shouldnt be the one to pay for it with precious time lost without any appreciation for it.The food was good but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
This place is so cute very close to the Audubon park. Very busy on the weekends but seating was quick because there was only 2 of us. Fast service and food was really good. The portions are pretty big. The parking gets full so they tell you to park a little down the street.
Mid-scale diner meets Mediterranean Supper Club at the Beehive. This was a welcome stop as we were enjoying the fall colors on a drive from Manhattan a couple weeks ago.The food was tasty, portions were large and I think wed definitely make a point to seeing by abd have a meal here again.
To be fair.... The food was good! However, the service was not.11/11/14 went for lunch (Just two of us) at 1:40PM had to wait to be seated, not bad only about 10-12 minutes... The greeter was not too nice telling me had I came 5 minutes sooner the wait would have been more like 20-30 minutes. Remember, she was not nice about it and this was just for lunch... My error for not leaving then... The waiter came right away, not friendly either... Not on the nasty side but, not happy in her job either. Took out order and never came back.... We were just about to get up and leave when the food came out..... waited 45 minutes which was my second error, we should have left but after 45 minutes we were hungry... But the food was good (Not the best, just good) the place was nosey. You cant talk, parking was good, prices Ok. Ill never go back, ......
I was most recently at the Beehive for a nearly impromptu family luncheon for 30+ people. They took warm care of us at a time of loss, and as always, the food was delicious. We had a penne vodka appetizer that was perfectly al dente, and salmon, chicken and steak entrees. All were delicious. The restaurant runs the gamut and includes Greek, Italian and American mainstays. Theyre accommodating of dietary restrictions, including gluten free diets. The dining room is also a very nice setting. This is a great place to go, whether youre traveling or local to Armonk.
Weve been coming to the Beehive for about three years now. We tripped over this restaurant three years ago and fell in love with the restaurant, the food, the servers and the pastries!!!Always fresh and delicious! My family and I particularly love breakfast at the Beehive!
UPDATE:Back up to 5 stars. Have been twice more in the past month and everything was perfect. Iced coffee was ready first thing, pancakes, waffles, eggs - everything ready quickly and was delicious!--------Good: the food, the atmosphere, the kind servers and staff.Bad: coming in for breakfast, which is when my family of 5 usually dines here.Ive quit asking for iced lattes or even iced coffees because at 8:30-9a, they never seem to be ready yet. Lately, the cinnamon rolls havent been made yet either. Is 9a too early for breakfast?Every time we come in, things get a little stranger. On Saturday we went in and my husband and daughter ordered the same thing, my two boys were splitting the kids pancakes, and I ordered a waffle. The server brought my husbands and daughters breakfasts, then brought me a plate of 3 pancakes on the house because the waffle maker isnt warm yet.Huh?So, pancakes that I didnt order and didnt want for me, but no pancakes for the boys. A few minutes later, their pancakes and my waffle arrived. And the three on the house pancakes sat there, uneaten and unwanted. What are you guys doing?
The food was good as I have eaten here before. The main problem with this restaruantis the wait staff. As other reviews, the wait staff leave a lot to be desired.I sat for almost 15 minutes, and they were not busy, for a waiter to come to my table. After ordering a drink, which came in a timely manner, I had to motion to him, after another 15 minutes, for him to come and take my order. After finishing my drink, and letting the ice melt and drinking the water, I got his attention to order another. My meal came seconds after that and I did not see him again until I got his attentionto bring me my check. The food is very good, but with the wait staff, it only gets one star. I cannot believe that Zagats gave it such a high rating. They must must have had a good waiter.
We were turned away and told we could not eat/stay at the establishment because of the stroller we had. It was going to be a birthday brunch for our one kid but they didn’t care since our other infant was in a stroller. They said it was because they didn’t want any of their staff (not even other patrons) to trip over the stroller - even though we were at a corner table away from the flow of traffic and the stroller was going to be placed where the back corner chair originally was. We’ve been coming here for years and we’re utterly shocked by the dismissiveness and attitude we were given by the manager himself along with the hostess.
I have now been to this restaurant about a dozen times and for everything from breakfast through to dessert and I can say is fantastic! My wife and I love coming for breakfast. Their cinnamon buns are delicious and fresh; including the coffee. The nutella french toast is unique and perfect for that weekend breakfast. When it comes to dinner, weve had the burgers (hunts point is awesome), penne vodka pasta, pork chops, short ribs, buffalo wings, french onion soup, chicken parmigiana ...the list goes on and on. We just cannot say anything terrible about this restaurant. My favorite dish though is the muscles fra diavolo. They are yet again, fresh and delicious, and there is a good amount of them. You will not leave on an empty stomach. In addition, the decor is very pleasant and nice, if you are into that. Either way, it is a mom and pop restaurant with great quality food and a consistent meal. A must try and you will come back!
I went to the Beehive because it is a half way point between me and my sister in law. I read the reviews and was very excited and even had a small lunch. I ordered the braised short ribs because it was the Saturday night special. I was served the absolute grosses piece of meat ever put on a plate! I never did this before but I actually sent it back and challenged the chef to taste it....and see if he would still serve it! The waitress returned with another piece equally as disgusting! The short was unfit for human consumption! I would never go here again.
Was here to celebrate 3 birthday s the place was packed sitting elbow to elbow this was my second time here the calamari was tender as usual, but the sauce tasted like ketchup and honey, the wine was served in hot glasses probably right out of the dishwasher, the chicken was dry, the servers were pleasant but the busboy mixed up the leftovers, we had reservations and was seated promptly 6 adult s price was reasonable, I will be going back and give them another try, hopefully the next time it wont be so crowded

2022-05-07Absolutely love this place. I like to visit early in the morning to beat the rush of folks coming in for brunch. The food is fantastic. The baked goods are the best part. Pictured is their French toast, morning breakfast bowl special and their twist on a Cinnabon bun. I have to say the Cinnabon was my new favorite. The lemon zested icing worked so well as a breakfast appetizer. Give this place a chance if you’re ever in the area!

2021-10-17Fantastic place! Very popular and crowded, so make reservations! Lovely outdoor seating. Although my food was served cold, it was tasty Im sure if I had said something they would have resolved the issue. My friends food was served piping hot. Great options. Oktoberfest specials. Desserts are amazing!

2022-06-18Great food and nice staff! We tried the hummus/tzatziki platter, chicken souvlaki pita, and French dip. All very tasty! We’ve heard it’s a great place for breakfast/brunch and will be back to try it.

2022-04-07I would eat here breakfast, lunch and dinner every day if I could! Fresh, yummy food, usually we eat it before we get a picture of it - here was lunch today though - savory huevos rancheros and turkey burger special.

2021-06-25There’s a reason a restaurant thrives for decades. Food is delicious and plentiful. Service is attentive. Prices are reasonable. Setting is nice very.We had brunch on a Friday and to wait just 5 minutes and well worth the wait. Amazing French toast. Delicious coffee and scrumptious strawberry shortcake. Enough to take home or another meal.

2022-06-04Cute place. Sat on the covered porch. Food was delish! Kids had pancakes, which were light and fluffy. I had eggs Benny with hash - eggs were perfect and hash was well seasoned. Grabbed a cinnamon roll on the way out which was as big as a dinner plate! Definitely enough for everyone to share. Service was a little slow even though it wasnt very busy, which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

2021-06-08The Beehive gives local dinner feels while serving fresh quality ingredients. The apple crumble is delicious. The mimosas are perfection! Pricing is very reasonable. This review is not only to highlight their food but also their customer service. Our car broke down in their parking lot. They were our safe haven from the heat while we awaited our jump. S/O to their customers attempting to assist us while Geico left us waiting for over two hours! Ask for Angel and his Cucumber & Fig martini. We will certainly return.

2022-06-21Amazing restaurant and very reasonably priced. I have dined at this restaurant for many years and the quality and quantity of food, as well as the service cannot be beat. All the help are hard working and dedicated. I highly recommend the Bee Hive restaurant. I have dined at a variety of foods from their menu, and have always been more than satisfied.
