Great store. Display of bird art the day we were there.
This is an amazing store! I guarantee that they have something you will love, even if you are only a casual bird watcher, or just someone wanting to decorate your yard. Amazing selection of high quality stuff, 80% of it is related to birds bird feeding bird bathing bird watching bird learning. The other 20% is really cool outdoor decorative type stuff. Plus the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!
Hands down the friendliest helpful staff Ive ever interacted with. You can tell the people here love their jobs. Theyll help you with anything bird related. The lady gave me really good advice and really went above and beyond. They also had a very cute cat napping in store and lots of fun gifts for all ages!

Local owned shop; from the outside it looked like a business that sold birds/bird accessories, however it is much more. They do not sell birds, they sell bird houses, food, accessories, and other lawn and garden items. A nice surprise on their website is information link. Can learn about birds and other things right on the link. It is locally owned and operated - for those who like to support their community. I like small businesses that are knowledgeable in their niche, that is not the same/found in the major chains.
Awesome place! Lots of cute gardening and small wildlife stuff. I got a bat house here that I LOVE! Plus, the staff are always so sweet and helpful. But best of all, they have a cat who lives in the store and is fckn precious. 6/5 stars.
When I travel to Rochester from Roanoke, Indiana for work this shop is always on my list of shops to visit. I love the selection of garden decorations, hummingbird feeders, and beautiful gifts it offers. The store is set up with eye catching displays that make it hard to just get what you came for. The staff are warm hearted, friendly, and will drop whatever theyre doing to help. And, BONUS, no hovering or pressure selling. You just do your thing while they do their thing until you need assistance. I definitely recommend this place👍

I love this store!!! Lots of bird stuff but many other things for the garden, gifts, jewelry art and too much to put here. The staff is very friendly and if you get on the mailing list they send out coupons. You can buy bird food in bulk and they will store it there for you. Do go and check it out....you wont be sorry!
The staff at The Birdhouse are so helpful, when I came in looking for a particular item they couldnt get it for me but they give me information where I could purchase it directly. I thought that was really nice since they could have tried to sell me something that they already had in stock. They were also really helpful in helping me select several different types of seed for the types of birds I was trying to attract. I will definitely return.
Outstanding selection of bird houses, seed and related merchandise, plus binoculars and spotting scopes, garden sculptures, fairy villages, jigsaw puzzles, clothing, weather instruments (some solar-powered) and other items; a fascinating offering of more than 1000 products, including some for children!
Wonderfully knowledgeable staff, and there is everything that you can imagine for attracting birds to your yard and even having some fun at the expense of a few squirrels. Some of their prices are rather high but others are reasonable. Like making any purchase its important to know your costs especially before making a larger purchase like a nice birdbath.

I like these guys a lot. Yes, they are a little more pricy, but the quality makes up for it in my opinion. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the selection of bird seed and bird houses is terrific. Frankly, the entire experience of shopping there is always pleasant. I really enjoy going there as its one of the few places that still provide excellent customer service and you can tell that the employees really like it there. In all, I give the an A+.

This is the cutest bird shop I have ever been to. They have several birding books, binos, garden decor, bird houses galore and so much more. This is also a great place to buy nicknacks for birders.
Searching for a squirrel-proof bird feeder was a breeze at The Bird House. While we found exactly what we needed it was only due to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Amazing selection of garden decor made our visit even more pleasant.

Im new to birdwatching and have been shopping at The Bird House for a couple of months. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. I sent in some photos via e-mail and they helped me identify the birds that we frequenting my feeders. I have had a most positive experience. I enjoy shopping at TBH.
