For years my friends have been telling me to do laser hair removal. I came across the Groupon and decided to start. Body Bar was so nice, clean and calming. Nicole was so nice and so great! Thank you so much for such a great experience.

I have been a customer of The Body Bar for several years now. Nicole is amazing, personable and efficient. I was just recently spray tanned for a wedding and I got compliments all evening about how nice and natural it appeared. If anyone needs laser hair removal, waxing, lash lifts, spray tans, etc. I 100% recommend this place!

I have been lasered so much overseas before & later on Long Island, NY. I decided to go for touch-ups after I got married & moved to an area close to The Body Bar. Nicole helped me achieve my hair removal goals, she’s so nice & is clearly knowledgable. The laser machine is one of the good ones & it does seem to reduce the hair. I wouldn’t trade Nicole for anyone else!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Went for dermaplaning and my forehead Has a permanent scar! I noticed Nicole was rushing the process it wasn’t enjoyable I felt rushed because I was her last customer for the day and which is why I got cut. I complained to the manager and her excuse was “ I had a Groupon before so I’m lucky I got the service” I didn’t realize I’ve been there before this was a while back and had Nicole told me that when the appointment was made with my information I would’ve paid the regular price. Instead of her apologizing she was attacking me because I got a second Groupon. God forbid you make the same mistake clearly they have a issue with you and would rather scar your face than reject your Groupon. Why take me as a client if that’s the service you are going to give, I would’ve gladly not come should I have known the outcome. If I could sue I would

Going here was an absolute waste of time and money. If you are an African American struggling with ingrown hair and it hyperpigmentation I do not recommend this place at all. They do not know what they are doing. I followed all the suggested tips before and after my first session and still I was growing hair at my normal pace. Nothing was falling off. I went somewhere with a different laser called yag. I saw results after 2 days. Since I had already paid for 6 sessions with the body bar I went back to see if I can maybe use it on my armpits since they’re laser did not work on my face. The lady proceeded to give me a nasty attitude saying her laser is stronger than a yag and the other lady lied to me…. Even though I saw results. Anyways she said maybe they would be willing to work something out with me and they would get back to me. I knew she was lying when she said it and she just wanted me out of her face so she could go back to her dog :/. I gave them 4 days to get back to me and nothing. I hope this review is helpful. If u are struggling with hyperpigmentation or unwanted facial hair do not waste ur time with these people. They are unkind to women who are spending money to fix their insecurities. Very Very Very unhelpful

Nicole is the best! This was my first time doing laser hair removal I was nervous the whole way there. But Nicole made me feel really comfortable. The pain level was almost non existent I was very surprised. Great experience .. thank you!

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment and I received a text message the same day saying that the appointment was canceled cause the technician wasn’t in. They don’t even call you to make sure you’re rescheduled. When I finally was able to reach someone over the phone the week after, they told me they were pretty booked, but they can squeeze me in. I went to that appointment to find out that they moved to a different location. Nobody had contacted me to inform me of the new address and I ended up missing my appointment again! Total waste of my time driving there. They need to work on their customer service skills instead of squeezing people every 15 minutes in that room.

I got the laser removal from Nicole ! Amazing !! She makes you feel so comfortable . She is so nice and flexible with times . 10000% recommend!
