I have been coming to the Botanist since I received my MMiD in 2020 and I have no complaints The customer service is 💯% the Pharmacist is extremely humble and very attentive and answer any questions or doubts you made have. As for the products I have used their products more than other products and I love them they help me with my anxiety and insomnia. I will continue with them hopefully with it becoming legal they sell more products I’m good with trying the same and new products Keep up the great work here!!!! It’s Great
From the moment you walk through the doors, youre greeted with a smile and kindness. The staff and pharmacist are extremely knowledgeable on all their product. They offer you every available discount they can give you as well, so youre getting top quality product at a very reasonable price.
This place is the epitome of a savior. They were super knowledgeable about their products and i overall felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. This is gonna be my go-to dispensary from now on.
Having been fortunate to find this dispensary and go there to fill my first prescription, I will continue to be a customer of theirs for life. The staff always remembers my name, and seems to be happy to see me. The Doctor on site treats me like an equal, and always inquires how each item affects me. As far as I am concerned, there is no downside to going to The Botanist. Visit them and prove me right!! 🥇
Very clean, neat, comfortable, well designed establishment. No medical vibe. I have been to one where it felt like a doctors office and it was just rediculous IMO. But here every single employee is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and has a sense of humor. I am new here (have visited 3 times)...I am going through a very emotional time and my anxiety ridden self unloaded emotionally just out of stress and Im now way did I feel like a burden or annoying (and I know my anxiety can get the best of me, so these people are champions) but I appreciate people like that and I will continue to go here. The products (I havent tried everything) however the quality, as well as giving discounts .....makes it absolutly worth it. I used to pop pills for my issues, I now take 1 pill and use my medical MJ and Im very happy. The chewables are fantastic (small quantity which makes it a smidge pricey for that 1 item) but worth it if you can afford it, absolutley worth a try once in a while. I prefer vape and very happy. Thank you all, (special thanks to Irfan, who took and extra moment to lend an ear and help me decide whats best for me). Greatly appreciated.
Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about product options and the showroom is very calming. Im so glad this dispensary is in our neighborhood! Highly recommended!
This dispensary is amazing. I had fun talking with the staff about the product as well as the pharmacist who was very informed about different cannabis products. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the decor is amazing.
This was my first time at a NYS dispensary and it was an enjoyable experience. Borukh answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find a doctor who can help enroll me in the medical program. Good variety in products too.
The staff are the kindest people. Once you walk through the door you are made to feel welcomed. The selection is great and is the least expensive option in Queens.

2022-07-08From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. The ambiance of the shop is welcoming. Almost like a spa. Erfan is very knowledgeable about the product and he was patient in explaining my options. Very classy place.

2022-05-20Wonderful location with helpful, friendly employees, great products and a very aesthetically pleasing interiors. The plants are fake (but I understand why because of the possibility of contamination etc.), but nevertheless theyre all a nice touch. Really like this place and will keep coming!

2022-04-27The pharmacist here is amazing. Hes kind and patient and knows a lot about pain. If you have any allergies to medication, just tell him. Hell help you find what you need!

2022-04-05Probably one of the most amazing experiences Ive had at a dispensary when it comes to customer service. They were extremely helpful and their products are overall the best Ive had in terms of price and quality. Decor was amazing and the pharmacist gave me a great recommendation. 100% WORTH IT! IMO They should get rid of the curaleaf in Queens and put up another Botanist

2022-06-06Sad how many people here take this. everything is overpriced in this city and i am finally coming to terms with that. i love parts of this city but everywhere i turn it doesnt love you back. rents through the roof. gun violence at an high. the least youd think the cannabis would be priced somewhat at all compassionately tell me how i just went on an Ontario dispensary website and see i can buy a full spectrum lab tested cartridge for 22 dollars Canadian thats 18 usd!!!!!! i mean come on a full gram in Canada is 36 usd for full spectrum!!! here in this disgusting city its 120+ for distillate!

2021-06-06Located in a modern building and fairly decent part of Queens this dispensary is one of 3 I visited since getting MMJ certified in February.Its quite easy to get parking in front of this place most times Ive been there and since Covid visits are just pickups at the front desk/lobby, even though Ive never been inside the actual dispensary one can see the inside through the glass interior doors.The place looks clean and very modern with everything displayed in glass cases, kind of like a jewelry store.As to the staff theyre nice and courteous, they know about what they sell and can advise you if you need help making choices about what to buy and why.Ordering is a breeze, I use Leafly to order online and then a text lets you know when its received/processed and then again when ready to be picked up, all in all it took a 20 min wait.You can also order by phone which results in even faster service as you can simply head there right after your call ended and pick up👍Their in-house brands are pretty good (better quality then other in-house Ive tried so far), Ive tried the 1:1 and 20:1 vape and really liked it.Prices are also pretty good on Botanist brand products, other brands are priced about the same as other MMJ shops.Prices are generally high in all dispensaries, if you know where to look vape oils can be had for half or even a 3rd of their prices on the street, hopefully the new state decriminalization legislation will offset this by taxing recreational rather then medical users, well see🤞Overall its a pleasure to visit this dispensary so far, its a drive from Brooklyn for sure, I wish there was more locations but in the end this location is a lot better then most other NYC MMJ pharmacies (especially if you drive) and has good product and decent choices so I cant complain about that, its located where its located.Im going there again this weekend to try out some new brands and strains.
