The Box House Hotel in Brooklyn
Positive: The room was beautifully decorated, clean and exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping was thorough. The doorman was wonderful and staff was courteous. I liked the location as it was within walking distance to where family lived. Negative: The rooftop was off limits to us as it had become a separate private wedding venue. The vintage taxicab shuttles werent operating. The hotel restaurant/bar had very limited hours. There werent any other outdoor areas for hotel guests to lounge.
Positive: Location was perfect. Rooms were very pretty. The room was inviting and clean. Negative: In small type in the left corner of a map handed to us at check in it stated rooms would be cleaned after 3 days ONLY if requested. We were not told this.Front desk was extremely rude, pointed out the small print after we asked about room cleaning.
The hotel was really nice. I loved the decor and the rooms were really nicely decorated with great art work. The room was immaculate. The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice and the door mad was really nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the rooms were not very soundproof so you could hear conversations very clearly and music playing from other rooms. The front staff were very nice and gave me ear plugs which fixed the situation. I would definitely come back again.
Great location for subway (easy access to Brooklyn/Manhattan lines within 10 minutes walk). Nice rooms, clean, and comfy beds.Only minor complaint was Wifi logout is too fast, felt like you had to login every time your phone screen tuned off, gets annoying after 3 days.
Great stay at the box house hotel! Would recommend the loft suites as they are spacious and include a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans). Decor is original and slightly quirky. Overall pretty clean as well. There is a grocery store a 3 min walk away which is great and its about a 10 minute walk to the 7 train. The only thing was that there were curtains that you couldn’t open so obstructed some of the natural light. Overall great stay!
We had scheduled our Daughters wedding for April 2020...then COVID happened and turned everything upside down. After much thought, we decided to stick with the Box House and postponed to June 2021. Best decision we ever made. Staff, facility, hotel, management all professional and wonderful to work with. Honest and fair, completely professional. The wedding was perfect, food was wonderful, staff friendly and accommodating...SITE was amazing. Just a great experience for all...highly recommend.
BEWARE. During the record-breaking surge of COVID cases in New York, The Box House and General Manager Jenneka Hernandez boxed us out of over $640, and brushed off our request for a full refund, citing “standard policy”. The Box House will be keeping 50% of the price of our cancelled New Years reservation, over $640. This despite our canceling the reservation over a week in advance of our planned arrival due to our family’s unforeseen COVID-related health issues. The Box House was the least accommodating of all the contacts on our cancelled itinerary. When @theboxhousehotel says “There’s no place like the Box House Hotel for the holidays” be careful to read the fine print. No place in New York was as heartless or as dismissive of our personal health situation or the public health crisis. I feel for the family who paid to stay in the room that opened up with our cancellation last week.
This is a great hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Lobby has an old-school feel on a cozy greenpoint block. Staff is friendly, attentive and welcoming. Great place to get work done as room has cable and good wifi. Front desk is awesome and give you great tips on food in the area.
The hotel is pretty cool. We stayed in a loft suite for a short stay. The room was very nice and clean. We arrived in around 8 am and were trying take a nap but a wedding party was getting ready next door and they were extremely loud. But left in the afternoon. Upon trying to sleep that night other guests checked in an were partying next door very loudly. So we had to move rooms around 1 am which was frustrating as we were extremely tired and payed alot for 2 nights. I will say though that morning the lady at the front desk refunded us our $75 early check in fee due to the inconvenience. And Courtney at night was great trying to switch us rooms and finding out where the party was. Very nice place and great customer service. But they could invest in some sound barriers for the walls as you hear everything. And it appears alot of wedding receptions take place there.
The hotel is pretty. Love the old school touches all throughout the place. The gym was open and they also had a sauna on the premises as well which was really unexpected. I didnt get to enjoy the part. The room I picked had a closed off patio which cute for what it was. I mostly love the lay out of the room everything was downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs. One big hit for me was when I tried to shower and the shower head wasnt working properly and it took a minute to have the water pouring out properly. Other then that my check in experience wasnt too bad neither was my checkout although staff during my check-in was a lot more friendly. Area is nice and I didnt really have much of an issue finding parking.
My favorite hotel in Brooklyn (and I’ve been to most of them). Great service, big rooms with personality and a lovely rooftop bar/restaurant. None of pretense of some of the other trendy hotels and none of the mind numbing drab of the sterile big chain hotels. A perfect blend. My highest possible recommendation!
Very nice hotel. Cute rooms with hard wood floors so they do echo. Most of the rooms have a balcony but have no seating on them. parking in the area can be difficult but there is some to be found. There are plenty of food options in walking distance, or a quick train/bus ride.
My family has been staying here for years but it seems they’ve been resting on their laurels and there’s been no up keep. it’s been the same stale hipster decor for years. there was a huge dead plant in our room, a broken lamp, terrible smell, the wifi is terrible, house keeping is shotty. everything feels cheap especially for what you’re paying to stay here. sure there’s a mediocre restaurant in the hotel but no room service? insane. unfortunately this hotels best years are behind it.
An eclectic, elegant, lovely place to stay and relax -- for tourists and staycationers alike. The rooms and suites are enormous compared to my nearby apartment, so this is my go-to local getaway. Some even have balconies and well-appointed kitchens, making them feel even more like a funky yet comfortable home. The service is unparalleled, going far above and beyond what you expect from hotel staff. Go for the relaxation. Return for the way the staff makes you feel.
Cons: Noise level. Had a room in the 4th fl and the music from the roof was too loud and you can almost feel the music. You could still hear the music on the 2nd fl. From the sauna you can still hear all of the happenings going on in the gym and the hall.Pros: The staff is fantastic! Professional and friendly. I asked for recommendations about food and was given great options! When the music level was too loud for me I asked to me moved to a different room and it wasn’t a problem at all. I was moved quickly and was extremely happy with the service. The rooms are very nice and decorated nicely. The rooms are spacious with plenty of windows. The hallways and shared spaces are very clean and have covid regulations in place.I love that they have a workout area and love love love that they have a sauna. Both were spotless!Enjoyed my stay.
Where to begin--the Box House Hotel was perfect. We are so happy we connected with them. The entire staff was so great, from coordinators to bartenders to front desk staff and everyone in between. Everyone was professional, organized, responsive, and just the best. They helped us navigate the uncertainty of a post-COVID wedding and they did it with such ease. The venue is beautiful and our guests loved staying at the Box as well. We are hoping we get to attend more weddings at the Box in the future.
I called to make a rez and asked if there were discounts. They said yes, AAA, but cant add on the phone, just tell us at check in. I made a rez. At check in, I was dealing with one woman in front of me. Meanwhile, another woman charged my card before I could mention the AAA discount. I said oh, heres my AAA card. She said I cant add it now. I said will void it and then add the discount. She said, I dont have the rights to do that, Ill make note and talk to manager in the morning.I explained to the manger and she said I had to tell them at check in or it doesnt count. I said I did and just void and redo. She said she couldnt because they would get charged $75. Are you kidding me! That is the lamest, bad customer service I can image. In addition, this is not a 5 start hotel. I would never stay here or anywhere managed by this brand that doesnt know what customer service is. Ive worked at major hotels and cant imagine treating a guest in this way.
The idea of this hotel is good however the execution falls very short. It’s more like a hostel than a hotel, the customer service is non existent, and it’s very unprofessional here. It’s like they act as if they are doing you a favor by “letting” you stay here, I was actually looking forward to leaving because it is so unwelcoming here. Also the WiFi is a complete dead zone, if you have any work to do you won’t be able to access the “free internet”.
You can literally hear what people talk in other rooms because the walls are like paper. At one am the drunk couple was fighting in the hall, then there were people passing till morning and you could hear everything. At 8:30 am the horrible noise upstairs woke us up and this noise continued for an hour or so (like the people upstairs decided to do gymnastic and yeah as I mentioned the ceiling and the walls are made of paper). The ac is loud. You can not rest here, there is no opportunity to enjoy your sleep after the long tourist days.
First of all the lobby told us there were no parties allowed. Every night all you heard were parties. The last night I called the lobby when there was a party at 3am . They didn’t do anything because I didn’t know where it was coming from. Loud AF.The second day I left the service please sing outside at 10am. Nobody ever cleaned my room. Low quality service right there . Not sure how they have a good reputation.
Very bad jewish ceremony celebration, staff was poor, food off, not ok, much much money spent here for event for our family. We are very sadden for this experience and the very hot air blowing from the fans. Our old parents are so fragilee. Air conditioning is broken and the hotel is failure and very bad management of the situation. I do not recommend anything about this place. Looks nice from outside but inside is rotten. Do not be a fool like us. STAY AWAY FROM HAVING YOUR PARTY HERE.
I loved the decor and ambience in this hotel. The design was hip, but with an antique and vintage feel. The rooms were nicely sized and clean. A nice bonus was complimentary cab service within a mile of the hotel. Recommendations on food and shopping were helpful. Only thing I would change would be to put chairs on the balcony patios so you could sit outside. Overall, great stay.
I liked it overall the room was clean and the decor was on point only downfall would be the balconies looks like no one utilizes them but maybe because theres not much of a view. The choice of blinds were stylish but I rather a darker room I dont wanna wake up with the sun
I loved this hotel. It is able to maintain a homey feel yet feel luxurious at the same time. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and very helpful. The room was large, airy, clean, and wonderfully decorated with incredible attention to detail. The only con was the “terrace” which was more of a tiny atrium than anything else. Otherwise a wonderful stay!
Every time I stay at the Box House, its always amazing. Extra clean, decor is superb and staff is extraordinary. I never want to leave. Microwaves in the rooms would be nice but thats not even a complaint. I never have anything to complain about when I stay here. I never write reviews but this. had to be written. Great job Box House & thank you so much!
Stayed here on a recent visit to see family in NYC. I was originally booked at the sister property, but was moved here, which was a bit farther away from central Brooklyn. They did not mention that their complimentary shuttle was not working until I tried to use it after checking in. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice but it smelled of straight cigarette smoke (non-smoking room) and had over 6 house flies in it. I like the idea of the hotel, but can use a bit of work.
A recommendation from the Security Guard of this Hotel is Alexander. Great and chic place (hotel) for relaxation and events special, wedding, for parties! Classy and competent staff (waiters, bartenders, managers, assistants)! Very beautiful and luxurious hotel! The guys from the restaurant on the top floor (staff), it was good to work with you, I hope you remember me, your a reliable security guard. I worked with you on Fridays at weddings, events special (September, October 2019) ...
Ive been wanting to go here for years as we drive across the small bridge from LIC, you cant miss it. We had the opportunity to check out their rooftop, I love the vibe. Service is the best they can given COVID. We did have a two hour limit and they made sure to let us know that at the beginning. Time flew by quickly, we were prepared to get kicked out of our table and the host came to tell us we could actually stay as they started to have other tables open (it was around 10:30), but we realized we were ready to go and left anyways.
Ten stars. Had a fabulous stay. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to others. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly, gracious, and helpful. Lobby and restaurant are fun. Restaurant food and drinks hit the spot every time. Gym is well outfitted. Location is also fun and perfect for accessing all points of the City. Didnt want for anything during our stay. Felix is a dear. Hotel has a nice car (two actually) to give free rides within a mile of hotel which is very useful. Dont hesitate to book here.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cool hotel! The staff is what makes it the most special and we loved the coziness and vintage feel of it. Its in a quiet neighborhood, so slept amazingly well with the balcony door open. The food in the restaurant was wonderful, as is the Executive Chef, Bryan. We got to spend a few minutes with him in the restaurant, as hes a guitar enthusiast. My husband is a professional guitar player and we were in Brooklyn for an event he was attending. I wasnt ready to leave and look forward to returning! Keep up the excellent work, Box House! The beds are so comfortable too! My only suggestion is to add body lotion to the rooms as I forgot mine and missed that touch most hotels provide, but not a big deal at all.
Weddings. We are a Hollywood Smile Photo Booth rentals and this was oyr second wedding at this beautiful venue. They offer amazing views of the city, delicious food, and professional service. Photo Booth was a great addition to the wedding as always. Lots of laundry anf fun pictures for the guests.
The Box House is a gem. I stayed for one month, and it became like a second home. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. The lobby and hallways echos a Wes Anderson film set, which is charming and exciting. Best of all, the staff are gracious, friendly and professional, each and every one of them. I would rebook instantly, and I intend to!
This place is gorgeous; the staff and rooms are just lovely. However, do not come here if you need to park since there is very little parking available and its an odyssey trying to find a spot at times. Also, there is a rooftop club/bar (see pics) that blasts DJ music on weekend evenings that is not cool if you want to sleep. We went up on a quieter night, and its definitely for the young, beautiful and vain who have lots to spend (waste).
There was vomit on the patio of my room that I thought was from another room from above but I realized the snow that wasnt cleaned had vomit that was disregarded and left for me and my fiancé to enjoy. When we were in the living room a huge water bug decided to make its debut. Thats when I wanted to leave if it wasnt for my calming fiancé I wouldve caused a scene at front desk. I spoke to a women in the front desk who said she would send someone. to my room to clean up and never did i received that service I wanted to enjoy the patio before I checked out. While I was in the shower I saw black mold.. yes black mold all over the ceiling. That is not healthy. I have pictures of everything. There was a tear undeneath the fitted sheet. It was just d
Very nice from all point of view! We stayed at the hotel 3 nights, room was clean, bright and quiet. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The area is fantastic, many cafes, bars and restaurants. The architecture of the surrounding buildings is eclectic so there is a lot to see. Buildings are low, which makes it a breathable neighborhood. We spend our time walking around and never got bored. Family/ hipster feel to the area. Loved it and will recommend to anyone who likes places with unique identity.
Party every night that lasted till 3:00 am and they don’t allow you to access the roof even as a guest. The security guard said we could take a picture “tomorrow cause there was no wedding” but the roof was locked up because of no event. It was very disappointing. Got a room on the second floor facing nothing and the website brags about views everywhere.
Flawless! As a lifestyle blogger, i am a guest at many well rated hotels. I paid for this stay so no bias in this review - I only mention it because I know hotels - and the Box House Hotel is fabulous. The bed and bedding was the best Ive ever slept on! Friendly staff who arent fake happy - just kind and at your service staff. I would recommend with absolutely no hesitation.
Lovely hotel! Staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations for the area and were really nice. The room itself was spacious and appointed with modern decor. The location is a TINY bit weird, BUT was convenient enough to the subway (across the bridge) that it was not a big deal at all. Just something you might want to consider.First time visiting Brooklyn and The Box Hotel definitely left a great first impression!
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. My sons wedding was in Brooklyn this weekend and we had 30 rooms here! There was also a wedding Friday night and Saturday night at the hotel so it was quite busy. The staff worked tirelessly to make sure we got all of the rooms we wanted at the prices we thought we were getting. They were great with all of our luggage and the shuttle driver took us anywhere we needed to go. They let the bride and groom have a late checkout as long as they needed. I stayed there for 3 nights with my elderly parents. It is hard for them to go anywhere so we literally stayed in the lobby or the restaurant when not involved with wedding activities. We had 4 meals there in a row. The restaurant staff were so nice and accommodating to all of our needs and wants. The food although a limited menu was excellent. Really no need to go anywhere else. The rooms were so nice, very boutique ish. They had a fitness center with top notch equipment. We had welcome bags stacked up at the front desk which they delivered to each room of our guests. The restaurant was unavailable for brunch ( the other wedding had taken it over) so I ordered breakfast boxes from a local bagel place that delivered them to the hotel. Upon checkout all of our guests were given one of these boxes. This may sound trivial but with 3 weddings it was a lot to ask. The space behind the counter was not very large! Thank you to all of them for making our weekend super memorable for us and our guests!
Loved this hotel. Rooms are apartment style, that are completely furnished. Clean with attention to detail. Some of the amenities on the premises include workout room, laundry, restaurant and shuttle service. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.
The hotel is super cute, clean and not the mention super affordable. However I’m not one to usually be sensitive to noise but the walls were quite thin and I was often woken up by the mini fridge making a buzzing noise or people waking to their rooms. Cute and affordable but that really prevents it from getting 5 stars.
Modern and well appointed the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to be converted industrial space giving it character and substance. The bar and grill has a small menu of well made drinks and good food. They offer free car service anywhere within a mile of the hotel. Internet is free but often slow making video streaming slow and low quality but surfing the web and email is normally fine. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and have very soft towels. Some rooms come with a full kitchen and there are some great grocery stores within easy walking distance.
I stayed here for three nights on a girls trip. The actual hotel itself as far as look furniture and structure is absolutely amazing very unique . There are some touch ups that can be done here and there in the lofts but besides that it was beautiful. keep in mind there is a no noise policy in which if noise is detected you receive a warning, if the staff has to return with a noise complaint you must leave the premises with no refund. There is also a $250 security deposit for a two night stay which I thought that was up surd. When I arrived in my suite we started cooking and realized there werent any paper towels I attempted to call the front desk and realized I have no phone in my room (1st floor) the cellphones reception is horrible btw. I ended up walking to the front desk requesting napkins and waiting 30min for the paper towels, until one of my friends had enough and went to the front desk again and eventually retrieved the paper towels. During the evening one of my friends forgot her purse on the bench located directly outside of the hotel ...when she went to get it, it was obviously stolen... we called the police and asked the front desk for surveillance footage to see if someone stole it from the hotel or on the street. We were advised that the staff at that time had no access to the surveillance cameras and I would have to wait in morning to retrieve information. In that moment we most definitely didnt feel safe. The area is definitely gentrified but that doesnt mean SAFE to me. I believe hotels should have access to security cameras at all times not when a supervisor is present. The front desk was very careless about the matter. I addressed it upon check out with a manager however he wasnt much help himself. He claimed he would bring it up in the weekly meeting to be sure staff takes matters like this seriously. As Ive said the hotel itself is great the staff and non security not so much!
I was very pleased with my stay at the Box House. Our room is clean and very nicely decorated. The staff was also quite helpful with directions and possibilities for places to eat even though they had a wonderful restaurant right in the hotel. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
This is an amazing hotel:- Amazing, friendly staff, and not just the typical fake American friendliness, they are genuinely great people.- Very clean rooms, with amazing design- The hotel is in general amazing when it comes to interior design.- It feels like a very small, cozy hotel, with the facilities of a big hotel.Hands down, one of the best hotel experiences Ive had in a long time.
The hotel cancelled my reservation 6 minutes after the time of my check in . They ruined my birthday stay and did not even call to tell me anything. They send me an email stating that the loft I booked which sleeps 4 people cannot be accommodated even though I was the only one sleeping there. I wanted to have dinner in my room and planned to have my bff and sister come to dine with me and they canceled with no real explanation. They also changed the hotel direct contact and went on their website to change policies. My hotel was booked weeks before and I have been in conversation with them . They are horrible with customer service and I’m disgusted by the way they treat people
Gorgeous boutique hotel. Decoration, staff and facilities surpassed our expectations. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean and all staff was courteous and helpful. Only thing I would point out is that nearest subway station is 15/20 min walking distance -hotel has a shuttle service you can use but its not always available- and when youve been all day walking around the city and come back tired, the least you want to do is walk up the overpass....however, the view from there is breathtaking and some days its worth the effort. (otherwise, you can always call an Uber to take you back yo the hotel)
Highly recommend, and will definitely stay there next time were back in New York!Front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful.Rooms were well-appointed, clean, nicely decorated and quite large. All the amenities and good wifi, quiet area at night but still close to nightlife.Cool neighbourhood with lots to do, Long Island City just across the bridge was also good.Very close to several subway stations, easy to get everywhere from there.
This hotel is absolutely FABULOUS!! We wished we had known about this place sooner, as we had already booked a night in another hotel at Lincoln Harbor for our last night in USA but ended coming to New York a day earlier and found this place, wanted to stay there longer. What a gem of a hotel, very reasonably priced too and the view of Manhattan from the bridge next door (between the line 7 subway station and the hotel) is absolutely amazing. The hotel bar is great too and the hotel has free shuttle service to the nearest subway. Will recommend this place to everyone I know going to New York.
Third stay at the Box House hotel and will probably be back again. The location is not too far from Manhattan and the shuttle is very convenient. Street parking but not too bad because of the location. Its a good way to save money if you drove or have a rental car. The rooms themselves are good for the price and this time we received a free upgrade which was nice. The hotel is a little short on amenities (small gym) but this is not a big deal. Would recommend.
I love this hotel. Cute comfy hotel located in Brooklyn, NY. We stayed in here in June while visiting NY for the 1st time. Hotel was clean, smelled so good and in a quiet area. The front desk staff were so helpful in assisting with Uber and other rides into Manhattan. My husband says this will be our “go to” hotel when we visit again.
Wonderful hotel with beautifully decorated, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, and the perfect starting point to explore both Brooklyn and Manhattan. The hotel offers a free shuttle service (e.g., to the next subway station), which is awesome, especially when you want to go out or have to carry heavy baggage. Would definitely stay there again! Especially since they are working hard on finishing their rooftop bar :)
Gorgeous hotel! I stayed here with my family for my sister-in-laws wedding. The room was beautiful, there were fun board games downstairs, the bar was had great drinks, and the snacks in the room were fun and delicious. I will admit that the hotel was a bit confusing to maneuver through, but it was still super awesome.
The hotel is very cute and the restaurant was decent. Only positive comments I can make. Our room has BUGS all over the walls. We alerted the front desk three times before they even responded. They could not move rooms, send in someone from maintenance, kill bugs- nothing. Terrible service and terrible experience.
Very Clean and very quiet. I took the Loft Queen Bed room with fold out couch and outside area. The positives are that it comes with a kitchen which includes a microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. If you have toddlers Id probably avoid this room dye to the exposed steel staircase. Dont want any accidents. Theres no room service, no valet parking and no phone in the room... All things Im use to. But like I said, its clean and quiet.
The hotel is located in a nice quiet area in north greenpoint , room is great , very comfortable bed . Although they offer a lift service within a mile the driver is never available , the service is very poor in the sense that the reception team can’t be bothered to help guests or facilitate their stay , it’s a shame because the hotel is nice ,Don’t think about having access to the rooftop either as they only hire it for private events .The guys working at the bar were really nice .
Recently stayed at the Box House after attending a wedding nearby. This hotel, formerly an industrial property has real character and charm. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. This is a great place to stay if you are going to be in NY for several days and want to avoid Manhattan hubbub and prices.
My husband and I stayed at the Box House for three nights in April with our two children ( 10 & 14) and we absolutely loved everything about it. The bed was SO comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning. They were great about accommodating our son who is wheelchair bound. Our first floor room had a great layout for him to move about freely with the cutest accessible bathroom weve seen in a hotel. The front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. They helped ensure I was getting the best rate for our room, calmed my nerves by giving me details about the best place to park, and offered recommendations for local restaurants (we tried a few and they were a hit.) We plan to stay here every time we are back in the city. Its the unique hotel experience we were hoping for and we were not disappointed.
After living for 6 years in Greenpoint, Brooklyn only a few blocks away from The Box House Hotel, my fiance and I finally had a legitimate excuse to book a room like we have always wanted for our wedding weekend at the end of March. All of our hopes and expectations were completely exceeded during our stay. The entire staff was so helpful, hospitable, and courteous from the beginning to end throughout the entire wedding planning process. We were able to set up a hotel block for our guests with ease and fair price rate, make arrangements for welcome gift bags to be given at check in, and book a family post-wedding brunch at the attached restaurant Perch. From the first moment walking in to The Box House Hotel, we were so happy we were able to include their accommodations and services into our wedding celebration. The staff was so hospitable in every way and was kind enough to upgrade us to the Honeymoon Suite for our entire stay. The suite was absolutely incredible and beyond our wildest dreams, it truly felt like a home away from home with a ton of space and amazing decor I wish I could afford for our apartment several blocks away. The entire hotel from the front entrance and marquee sign outside, the charming, quirky lobby, stained glass windows, all of the art and accessories in the suite was the perfect setting and backdrop and provided endless photo opportunities for our photographer prior to the ceremony. We are so happy with our stay and the accommodations at The Box House Hotel and cannot thank everyone there enough for being so warm and friendly. We highly recommend staying there if you can while you are in Brooklyn and hope we can find another reason to book a room there again in the future!
The hotel itself was really nice. The room was spacious and equipped wjth a nice queen size bed and a kitchen. The staff was awesome. They extended to checkout time to 12 even though it was suppose to be 11. Would come again. Only negative thing was that we had the lyft there and that the neighbor seemed unwelcoming, probably because Im new to it. But i dont mind
My husband and I stayed at the Boxhouse hotel several times this fall and winter. We were very pleased with the comfortable spacious room and Libby. The decor was lovely with paintings and unusual artifacts. There was also a cafe serving breakfast and small plates. It was conveniently located in Greenpoint and had a free shuttle bus and drivers Felix and Singh were always so friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there often in the future.
The hotel is so beautiful and comfortable and what makes it even better are the rides Felix gives us around Greenpoint. Hes so welcoming when we enter the hotel and always asks if we need a ride somewhere. Hes so friendly and personable. The front desk is always so helpful too. Our room is always so clean when we come back to it. Its those types of touches that makes Boxhouse Hotel a dream stay!
I booked a room for my parents and myself when they were visiting me in NYC, as my apartment couldnt accommodate them. The hotel is SO unique, artistic, and beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful! They offered us shuttles to the subway, and were very accommodating when my parents needed some flexibility with their check-in and check-out times due to their flight schedule. The restaurant downstairs was great, and we enjoyed breakfast there every morning. We also loved having a kitchen in the room to make some stuff ourselves. AND the VIEW of the Manhattan skyline was simply breathtaking from our room. My parents loved the location because it was so close to Manhattan that the could do touristy stuff all day, but at night be in a quite location and actually get some quality sleep.I would definitely book this hotel for my parents again, and I recommend it to any friends and family members who visit NYC.
This review is for the rooftop. Hosted a surprise launch event for my wifes new label, and had a blast. There was a minor issue with balloons that got misplaced, but I was able to sort it out with the GM/director afterwards, and was provided a reasonable solution - this showed that they take customer service seriously. Will be back!
We stayed at The Box House Hotel in early June and absolutely fell in love with the hotel! From the first greeting to the last, the experience was lovely. The room was spotless; the bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing! We relied upon the hotel taxi twice during our stay but both times were great! Mr. Singh (sp) and Christian were so kind and helpful! Well definitely use this service more the next visit. We had a late flight the day of departure but the desk clerk made arrangements for our transportation to the airport and also stored our bags until time for us to leave.Looking forward to our next stay at The Box House Hotel!!
Reasonsble location and close to the metro station and 2 stops from 5 Avenue. Food in hotel fairly good but was on expensive side 16 dollars for a bowl of fruit and granola with yogart for breakfast. Staff amenable but the free drive service within a mile seems a waste of time.
Visiting NYC with family for Springbreak, found this hotel after a lot of research...couldnt be happier! The studio apartment-like room is absolutely awesome, lots of space, decorated very uniquely...and a fair price for what you get! All of the employees that Ive spoken with have been wonderful... the bartenders Dave and Jamy, driver/front desk Noel, driver Singh, front desk Lesly and Nicole. The free car service within 1 mile of the hotel is great too..give this place a try you wont be sorry.
I chose the Box House Hotel as the venue for my companys holiday party and based on the feedback from my co-workers, its been one of the best holiday parties weve ever had! The staff at Box House was helpful every step along the way, from planning setup and arrival details with outsourced vendors to executing the vision we had discussed for the rooftop. I was worried about the execution specifically because I was low on manpower, but once I arrived to the property I saw that their entire team was on the rooftop working to decorate the venue, set up space heaters and stock the bar! They also went out of their way to add special touches throughout, including personalized balloons with our companys initials and floral presentations that hung from the ceiling! We had support from their team throughout the night and it made all the difference. Ill definitely be booking another event there soon!
Great Hotel with excellent service. Awesome decoration in rooms, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cooktop, toaster, oven, computers, TV, a bar, gym and free wifi are available. Service was very very nice, complimentary taxi service to the next subway station or other close destination. Historic taxis are available. The bar however is expensive for the portion sizes. I recommend going to court square diner for breakfast.
Very pleasant place to stay in Greenpoint. Called Box House because that`s what it used to be, a box factory. Now renovated into a hip and colorful hotel. Staff is very chill and friendly and helpful. Rooms are bright and clean and have a fridge. This may turn into my Brooklyn go-to.
If your travel plans are such that your activities can be focused largely on North Brooklyn or LIC (and why not?) with an occasional not-difficult jaunt into Manhattan, this is your hotel! Its gorgeous, spacious, friendly and the free local transport helps disarm the main criticism, which would be the relatively isolated location. The spaciousness and kitchen amenities are particularly nice if youre staying for several days or weeks, so that it feels like a home away from home, not just an antiseptic room.
*****02/22/2018-I am happy to update that I received a call from Jenneka, the General Manager, who resolved this issue in a prompt and ingratiating manner. With that said! This hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and very accommodating! I recommend staying here when visiting Brooklyn. Any issues...Ask for Jenneka!Although this hotel is worthy of 5 stars, I am giving them three for one reason and one reason only, their total lack of response to an issue brought to their attention, not just once, but three times. I had no hot water in my room. I brought it to the attention of management and was advised that it would be fixed that evening while I was out. It was not. When checking out, I brought the issue to their attention again and received a heartfelt apology from the front desk attendant. Once home, I sent an email to the hotel, expressing my disappointment that the issue was not rectified to my satisfaction. Guess what? I still have not received a response and it has been well over a week. Had they responded they would have gotten a 5 star review from me. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly but clearly not accommodating. Cold weather and cold showers do not go together. #disappointedandshivering
The reason for the 2 stars is it is a lovely hotel with a car service, and a 10 minute walk to the subway station. But where they falter is their customer service and lack of problem solving skills. After night one, we had some very unsavory neighbors check in above us that kept us from getting any sleep, and the hotel would not step up on our behalf to solve the issue. They were stomping around above us and banging things around so much so, that the picture frames on our walls were totally crooked by morning. The noise level was equivalent to heavy construction going on right above us. We kept getting told that they would “speak” to the unruly guests, but it never helped. And that’s if they really did speak to them. So, sadly, we had 2 out of 3 nights that were just awful. My husband even went up to the other room while they were being so loud and knocked on their door, but they wouldn’t answer. Plus there was a man walking the hall completely nude. Welcome to New York! Our 1st trip to NY wasnt as enjoyable as it could have been, because we got no sleep. And because this young, uncaring hotel staff didn’t stand up for us. They were way too passive. They should have told the obnoxious idiots to either be more respectful to other guests or they would be kicked out. At the very least they should have been moved. They didn’t do right by us, and I would not recommend the Box House Hotel to any of my friends or family. Advice: If you do decide to stay here, get a room on the top floor, so no one is above you. The noise insulation is NONEXISTENT!
The hotel is very nice however its not exactly close to any subways. About a 10-15 min walk across the bridge into Queens for the 7 train into Manhattan. They do provide complimentary car service to take you to the station or Williamsburg which is really nice. But getting back late at night in winter youre probably better off getting an uber. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but the air conditioning unit and fan are extremely loud when they go on but that may just be the room we got.
Its hard to have a favorite in a city like NY, but the Box Hotel is one of my favorite places. The design of the space is perfectly understated and welcoming. Its got this great old-timey, past century vibe going, yet quite modern and scaled just right. The food at The Brooklyn Lantern is top notch, too - dont really need to leave once youre there. If you do think to venture out, however - Greenpoint is a fabulous, under-touristed area with a lot to offer, so you dont have to go far. Youre just a few steps from the East River (incredible views!) and there are great locally owned shops to check out. If youre looking for a quiet place to stay that feels private and tucked away - this is your spot!
My husband and son I stayed at the Box Hotel recently, it was by far the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Brooklyn. Its located on a quiet street in Greenpoint. When you walk into the hotel it has a homey vibe with funky decor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious for a NYC hotel room, clean and the bed was very comfortable and we had a beautiful window facing the city I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Williamsburg, Greenpoint or as an alternative to Manhattan. We will be coming back!
We absolutely adored this hotel! The location was GREAT because you get to get away from all the crowds and noise of midtown Manhattan, yet you are only two Metro stops away. We enjoyed walking the one mile or so to the station in the morning after having a nice breakfast in the neighborhood. There are many spots to choose from. And then if we were back late at night (but not past 10 or so), you can call the hotel and request a car to come get you. If you are a late nighter, then you would have to Uber. What I enjoyed so much was all the personal touches they have added into their interior design. It felt more like I was staying in someones really posh Brooklyn studio and less hotel. The bed was SUPER COMFY. We could see Chrystler building and Empire State Building from our window. There is a coffee maker in the room and also a coffee shop and bistro off of the lobby if you desire something stronger. They even out these adorable chocolates on your bed the first night for turn down service. We came back early on our last night just to soak up the last night in our cozy and quiet room after a LONG day of exploring NYC. This is the super northern part of Brooklyn so it wasnt all that convenient to get to other parts of Brooklyn. The U train sucks, so that is partly why. I didnt discover the water taxis until last day or we wouldve taken that to see Brooklyn Bridge. Next time! They have other properties in Brooklyn too, so check them out also. Could never get something this nice in Manhattan for this price. Did I mention its two stops from Times Square and Central Park?? Book it!! Im picky!
Beautiful hotel, nicely renovated. Amenities include a restaurant, lobby computers, gym and hotel shuttle in Mercedes GL450s or checker cabs! Conveniently located in Williamsburg/Brooklyn, the staff is professional and very accommodating. My only comment is that the parking offered is alternative side street parking. There is no garage at the premises. Highly recommended.
Its called chic industrial and its okay. We stayed in a room w a loft bedroom. There is one bathroom downstairs and a perilous trek down a narrow metal staircase if you need to visit in the middle of the night. There is absolutely no counter space in the bathroom so we brought a chair in. It had its own restaurant which was good but other amenities are a few blocks away. Hotel is okay but I think Id rather stay closer to Greenpoint next time
I stayed at the box house for my 26th birthday celebration- with several girls in one room, fitting comfortably! This was a non-traditional hotel in Brooklyn, NY. The service was extremely personal, and the staff really pays attention to you because of the smaller feel. The room was literally like an apartment loft, full kitchen and everything. The best part about everything was their free car service- we were able to get a ride to and from the subway, which is only 3 stops from time square. Our driver, Christain was BEYOND friendly- wish I could have him as a personal driver! They even held our bags from our checkout time, until we were ready to leave Brooklyn. The rooms were very clean, well decorated, and had everything you will need. (Even a cork screw!) Not to mention, the lobby is so uniquely decorated- perfect four our birthday photoshoot ;) This will definitely be my new spot whenever I travel to NYC- & its cheaper than a lot of Manhattan hotels. Loved it!!! Highly reccomended.
This hotel hosts weddings on its roof. Good luck sleeping if you’re on the 4th floor. It was like trying to sleep under a night club. Bass was reverberating throughout our walls and we could hear people yelling through the windows. On Friday, this ended at 11:30pm. On Saturday, noise (DJ moving equipment probably) didn’t end until almost 1am. The front desk said they couldn’t move our room as all they had was 4th floor. I expect a lot more from an expensive hotel. AVOID
Where do I begin? I chose to celebrate the annual 211-119 FDNY Dinner Dance at The Box House Rooftop for a number of reasons. 1. the incredible views. 2. the custom catering menu they created for us. 3. the service they promised to provide. The team at The Box House went above and beyond for us. Weeks before the event Joe and Mary met with me multiple times to discuss floor plans, layouts, timelines, menu selections, payment schedules, lighting and audio packages, the list goes on. The service during the event was spectacular, everyone was sharply dressed and incredibly professional. The food was absolutely incredible, in particular the Wild King Salmon which pretty much melted in your mouth. Everyone who attended had nothing but great things to say about the space and the event that was thrown by The Box House. 10/10 highly recommend!
Very nice place, quirky in a good way. stayed in 2 br with terrace over christmas. giant room, ikea everything. big kitchen/eating area/family room. small bathroom, TINY shower. It had a beautiful terrace if only we could use it, the door wouldnt open despite the complicated instructions from the desk on how to open the door, we were afraid to do it and go out and be stuck. Its too bad because it was freakish warm this christmas. beds VERY FIRM mattress. ac works great, heat too (we had both extremes of weather) no elevator. great lobby, restaurant is good. service is good. its at the northern most part of greenpoint, across the river is queens. kind of an industrial area away from civilization so if nyc urban spooks you you will be nervous. lots of construction in nearby warehouses, looks like converting to apartments so area will improve. great shuttle service too and fro short distances. about 10 min walk to subway. yes, traffic noise: nyc symphony, unless you are on the 40th floor somewhere its ubiquitous in the city!
If I could rate this place in the negative numbers I absolutely would. My fiancé and I were looking for a venue for our wedding. She met the representatives of the hotel at a wedding expo. They were very pleasant and we decided to give this venue a shot. We set a meeting with their events person Joe. We did our research on the venue and were very excited about their rooftop space. We set an appointment with the events manager Joe and came with the entire family to see the space. Twenty minutes passed the scheduled time Joe was nowhere to be found. We ended up getting a tour by one of the managers. I dont recall her name, she was expecting a baby soon and was super sweet as she led us around. Being that she is not the event person she didnt have some of the answers. To be honest I was ready to give up on the place since Joe didnt even show up to our meeting and never bothered to call or email. However, my fiancé loved the views and the space. Three days later (another red flag) Joe called and apologized for not being at our scheduled tour time. He said he had a family emergency and he would love for us to set another time to meet. At this point we have done most of the additional research and were ready to give the place another shot. Joe met us (on time) and told us that he will give us as much time as we need and that he is ours for the duration of the tour etc. we took the tour of the space one more time and after went to Joes office to meet and discuss the menu. At this point we told Joe that we love the space and would be looking to book and move forward. Joe took about 10 minutes with us at his office and then told us he has another meeting coming in and he will email us all the additional information as well as set a time for us to pay the down payment. (What happened to I am yours for the duration and you have my full attention/time???) All Joe had to do is check some items on the menu as it is seasonal for the venue/hotel and email us to come in and place the deposit. Needless to say it has been over a month and no email from Joe, not about the menu and not about the booking for our wedding. We had a party of 175-200 guest coming most of whom would be staying at the hotel. Due to complete disregard for professional service we will obviously not be holding our wedding there. At this point we booked another venue, which emailed and called us almost daily to ensure we have all the questions answered. Couldnt be more disappointed with the lack of professionalism and costumer care in this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
Bougie hotel. Room was pretty big and had a kitchen. If your room is anywhere near the lobby, you will hear _everything_ going on through your room door. Hot water is unreliable and only works sometimes. I would only stay here again, if they can put me in a room all the way end of the hall on any floor but the first.
The Box House has stylish and spacious accommodations (especially for NYC) for a very modest price. That includes a nice fully tiled bathroom, ample kitchen(ette) with enough supplies to cook in house should you want to, and a full compliment of knick knacks and paintings to make the space feel homey, as well as two TVs with full cable. The staff is also frindly and very helpfull, and knows the area well. The downside, of course, is location. The neighborhood is more industrial than chic, and there is noise and light from the adjacent bridge at all hours. It isnt bad, but its still certainly there. It also is a bit of a walk to anything very interesting, and while there is one mile car service, that involves a wait and isnt necessarily so kid friendly (neither are the knick knacks for that matter).Over all, it is still a great value, and the huge, stylish rooms with tall ceilings and tons of space more than make up for other factors in my book.
The Box House Hotel is a lovely boutique apartment hotel tucked away in the industrial chic of Greenpoint. Amazingly comfortable and spacious living spaces mean that after a tough day of sightseeing and shopping you can come home (well, to a nicer and tidier version of your home), relax and recharge. Wifi in the rooms is the way forward (other hotels please take note) and there is a courtesy vintage NY cab for shuttling guests to the subway. We stayed at TBH during Hurricane Sandy and despite everything that was going on, the staff were helpful, friendly, patient and professional assisting us to evacuate to an alternative hotel and subsequently get back to Box House. Greenpoint itself deserves a big shout-out for its mix of bars, coffee shops, craft beer and general cool. Brooklyn rocks!
To Box Hotel Owner/Management-YES- your staff recently really screwed up and denied access to a disabled person traveling with their service dog.You have responded to this most definite error by posting-“Response from the ownerin the last weekWe are aware of the situation and are taking the necessary steps to rectify this isolated incident. It is The Box House Hotel’s policy to welcome certified service animals, and we are taking measures to ensure our staff is well-versed on ADA service animal regulations so that this will not happen again.”NOTE- There is no such thing as a “certified service animal”. Second, this error on your part may have happened before. You may have rejected dozens of disabled people traveling with their service dogs...you don’t know! Maybe, this is just the first time someone complained and spread the problem of yours all over social media...WITH A VIDEO AS PROOF OF YOUR HORRIBLE ERROR.It’s simple, first contact OP and APOLOGIZE, HUGELY APOLOGIZE. Next teach your staff they can ask two questions and these questions may not be asked under certain circumstances. Read and follow the below. Treat your disabled guests and their assistance dogs with respect. You may ask:1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? You may not ask these questions if the need for the service animal is obvious. Examples include when a dog is guiding an individual who is blind or is pulling a persons wheelchair.Pretty simple. Now, please go and make things right with the original complaining party. They deserve having you make it right for them.
Still my favorite place to stay in Brooklyn and NYC. In addition to great neighborhood places (Bakeri, ETC, Frankels) there is yet another reason to love the Box House. If you need to go into Manhattan, just walk across the bridge and catch the 7 Train into Grand Central. It is one stop to 42nd Street. This puts Manhattan on your doorstep if you are ready to stretch your legs a little. This will save you 20 minutes and $20 in an Uber.Flaws? Parking can be tight so I take the train. Greenpoint is a victim of its own charms and increasingly parking is hard to find. Also, if you dont want to use the subway you will experience the difficulties of travelling into Manhattan.I love having a balcony you can walk out on, especially good for taking photos of the skyline. Big rooms especially if you get the end unit (example 224, 422 etc.) . There is a new high end grocery store at the end of the street.
It’s racist after takin well over 1700 for the stay and then takin 250 for incidentals they let me up to my room to come and escort me out saying they couldn’t except my card then i was told i’d refunded it could take up to at least a week before i got anything back now i’m being hassled cuz they don’t do refunds was just discriminated against in 2019 who still does that
A great boutique hotel in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The rooms are stylishly decorated and clean. Ours had a view on the Empire State. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The communal areas are cool and buzzy. It’s quick to get into the centre of manhattan: a ten minute walk to the subway and three stops to Times Square. Highly recommended.

2022-05-13Had to book a last minute stay and had a great experience. All the staff were super friendly and engaging. Room was clean (enough) and quiet (at night--morning had some sort of construction happening in the area which is obviously not the hotels fault). Bartender was fantastic, restaurant only open on the weekends! Location is a bit tough if you are commuting elsewhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan but a great little oasis. Would definitely stay again!

2022-02-01Positive: Very clean hotel; the staff were helpful when we had questions about the area. The location was good for getting to and from the Brooklyn Expo and dining options with a bit of a walk. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also pretty good. Negative: The location of our room wasnt great (near the elevator, with little in the way of sound mitigation), so it was quite a bit louder than we would have liked while trying to sleep. A better room location would have made this an ideal stay.

2022-06-06Amazing hotel. In Greenpoint, which is a very cool section of Brooklyn worth exploring. Also right next to Pulaski Bridge which when crossing over to Long Island City puts you at the Seven line and in two stops you are in Bryant Park! The hotel rooms are great and the food was amazing. Excellent hotel choice for visiting NYC!

2022-02-23Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received.I booked a room and upon arrival was notified that my booking was not reflected in their system, despite a charge on my credit card. After spending about 2 hours in their lobby, waiting for my booking to show, I paid for another room as front desk made no attempt in finding alternative solutions. When reaching out to management to explain the unpleasant stay, they too offered no attempt in resolving the issue.Hospitality and customer service at its best!!! They offer lots of smiles but do not posses any ability to offer real service.

2022-04-12Amazing boutique hotel. You’re greeted by the super friendly staff the minute you walk in, the art and decorations are very tasteful and once you get to the rooms.. they’re clean, comfortable and spacious. Really enjoyed my stay here!!

2022-02-23The customer service at the Box House was one of the worst I have experienced in my travels. Despite error after error, inconvenience after inconvenience, the Hotel made no effort to correct any of the issues I experienced nor did they take responsibility for not having a room for me, one which I booked and paid for one.A simple recognition of their error would have sufficed but they weren’t even able to do that. I spent majority of my stay trying to claim a room I paid for…. Missed my business meeting and spent countless hours on the phone with hotel management. Not an experience I would recommend.

2022-01-18Positive: I was nervous but my room looked exactly like the pictures. Negative: Not really. The hotel was great honestly. The staff was friendly. The only hickup I had was I requested a late checkout and there weren¿t notes in the system so I received a call however the receptionist was still friendly and gave me a few minutes.

2022-05-12It was a racist environment not for black people! If u want be comfortable and respected this is not the place to be. The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. For the amount of money I spent not only would I never go back but I wouldnt advise anyone of color to waste their money here!

2022-03-29My partner and I attended an out of town concert on 3/13/2022, after looking into several different hotels online, we thought the box hotel was a cute & comforting fit. We were only staying for 1 night and wanted something that fit that criteria. This hotel specifically was only about 10 minutes from the concert venue so it was a perfect fit. So check in was smooth, front desk people ( can’t recall their names sorry but one was a Caucasian female ( from looks ) and another one was a African American female ( from looks ) both super cool, super welcoming and set us up accordingly. The hotel room itself was very nice, clean, and spacious ( water was not hot at all but other than that, no complaints on the ROOM itself ) we left out to go to the show around 7pm, while we were leaving out there was a different lady working the front desk and she greeted us and told us to have a nice night, nothing abnormal. We got back to the hotel room about 11:00pm. As we were making our way to the elevator, the SAME lady ( who told us to have a great night prior ) FOLLOWED us all the way to the elevator and immediately approached us with an attitude asking “ hi are you checking in”? 1. Why wouldn’t you ask that while you SAW us walk in prior to reaching the elevator, 2. Why would we be “checking in”, if you see we’re headed to the elevator? So moving forward, I respond “ no we’re not checking in”. She responses with a heavier attitude this time saying “ ok so where are you going then?” I said, “ I’m going to room _____ “ at this point she’s catching my drift and energy.. approach and delivery is everything, how she approached us, wasn’t cool at all.. very passive aggressive energy. She then changes her tone and starts acting “ professional “ and starts saying “ oh no there was just an issue on another floor with room ____ the night prior so we’re just trying to sort everything out “ 1. What does the night PRIOR have to do with the current night? 2. I already stated what room we were going to, so that had nothing to do with us. 3. To follow someone all the way in the elevator when you saw us walk by the front desk… is absurd. 4. She didn’t make us want to say anymore or feel any ounce or comfort after stating something had “happen” the night prior. 5. What makes this even worse is, as we’re making our way ONTO the elevator she asks me AGAIN! what room are we going too! At this point I’m irritable, I then just show her my key card! Once I show her my key card… yet again, she turns on her “professionalism”. That was the end of it, no apology, no acknowledgement on her approach/delivery, nothing. It was very disappointing.. especially coming from out of town. Brooklyn specifically is a staple in New York.. I’ve been plenty of times, experiences like this make you never want to come back. That lady was way too comfortable talking to me the way she was, and If I didn’t think that she’d possibly kick my partner and I out, I might’ve not been so patient and less passive with my responses. This truly wasn’t acceptable. I’m not a picky person at all, and almost NEVER give reviews, but I really didn’t appreciate any of this and it was a poor experience. It’s sad, because when checking out the next day.. the same Caucasian female worker and African American worker from the first day, were there for check out. We explained to him our experience and the Caucasian female specifically seemed like she genuinely cared and was going to talk to her manager immediately as well as follow up with us DIRECTLY. It’s been almost 3 + weeks and we’ve heard nothing. Guess it comes with the business loyalty.. regardless, it wasn’t okay. Had I been a big baller or a famous/well known person it might’ve been more serious for them to address I suppose. I won’t be returning. But as stated, the hotel was clean, I’ll give it that.

2022-05-10Positive: This hotel is great! I would highly recommend. It is much nicer in person than in the pictures online.
