Wonderful place with great handcrafted beer and great music. The proprietor Mike is an exceptional jazz tenor sax player who brings in excellent musical acts. Mike is also a creative woodworker who has built the indoor and outdoor areas of the venue with wood both reclaimed and harvested from his property. This is truly a musicians hangout and a local watering hole.The new outdoor seating area and mobile stage allow for musical acts to perform in a socially distant setting on the edge of a scenic farm field.
LOVE THIS PLACE!! Family-owned and operated brewery with a rustic farm-like feel, and not to mention some tasty brews! Often has live music, sometimes planned and sometimes impromptu. Great place to go and enjoy a 5 dollar pint of fresh, locally sourced beers!
Great place for live music and drinks🍻. I go and ask what the difference is between the Mr. and Mrs. Awesome and the bartender goes Mrs. will kick your azz 😅. Great atmosphere and good people!

Bob and I stopped tonight for the first time and absolutely loved The Brewery. Alva & Mike have created a great spot for friends to get together and enjoy each others companyand sharing a drink or two. We had a great time, ran into a few friends and will definitely be back. Great unique craft beer! They grow their hops near their location. Beer can only be found in house. Rustic environment, board games on site with live jazz music.

While we live in Poughkeepsie we thought we would take the 40 min drive to this small gem! Great beer! Great atmosphere! Very nice place, my fav was the Mr awesome ipa! Cant wait to return!! #cheers. 🍺🍺
I only rated it five stars because they dont have a six stars everybody was very helpful the beer was awesome the ales the bourbon was good I have not a complaint the only thing I complain about there was no music but thats on Coumo because apparently when you listen to music youre more susceptible to covid
The beer was slightly spicy. Not sure if it was actually spicy or skunked. Atmosphere was great. Played tic tax toe for 3 minutes and the band filled in the last 7 minutes. 10 minutes we’ll spend?
Super friendly staff in a cozy location. Excellent beer brewed on premises along with a few beers from Roscoe Brewing. Try the Mr Awesome IPA :)

2021-08-04Beautiful outdoor seating, quirky fun interior, welcoming friendly staff and great beer. But I’m not sure about $10 surcharge per person for the live music I didn’t ask for.

2021-06-05Flight was tasty & great. First female blond haired bartender was so welcoming! Outside venue was bucolic and music was spot on for a June evening. Went back inside to return our empty flight glasses and order one additional beer for us. Dark haired female bar tender chose to serve someone who arrived after me, though she told them she had to serve party on other side of them because they were there first! She definitely saw me but wanted to impress her two “friends.” She lost her tip and lost her employer business. Also, the kind sax player was a perk to hear.

2021-09-25Sept 2021: Cozy and small local brewery with craft beer on tap, as well as wine and whiskey available. Indoor seating, with plenty of outdoor seating as well. Reasonably priced. $7 for a flight, and $6 for a pint. Complimentary popcorn is a nice touch. Bathroom inside, and porta potty outside. Website says they have live music Saturday/Sunday nights outside, and inside if weather is bad. We liked the beer we got. We will be back

2020-07-25This place is amazing!! The pomegranate vanilla vodka cocktails were absolutely incredible! The beer was also great and the bartender was so friendly and welcoming! We were able to enjoy awesome drinks with live music while social distancing! What more could you even ask for?! I would 100% recommend.
