Dr. Rioseco is excellent - always abreast of the newest technology and how to use it most efficiently and effectively. His front office and dental assistants are truly the best Ive ever experienced. Going to the dentist is, honestly, never something Im terribly excited about - but I know that with Dr. Riosecos office, Im getting top notch care AND excellent customer service.
AMAZING!! 1ST TIME... I am new to the area and was looking for the nearest Dentist to my job. I saw that CCD has extremely high reviews so I booked a basic cleaning appointment. The entire staff welcomed me, each of them were very friendly and smiled. I could tell that they all were happy at their job and loved doing what they do. The facility is very clean and has all state of the art equipment. I didnt even have to left my seat to take x-rays. Dr. Robert Rioseco is a caring and kind man. He asks great questions about your lifestyle and makes you aware about having healthy teeth. I love this place and I am proud to be a client for a very long time. Best Dentist is ALL of New York! As always, I was taken care of on the highest Professional level. The front desk staff greeted me with a big smile and asked how I have been. They are always interested in me and how my daughter is doing. I always chat with them before and after my appointment.Sasha checked and cleaned my teeth was excellent! She was very careful during the examination and cleaning. She took the time to explain everything to me throughout the time I was in the examining chair.I really enjoy going to the Zen Dentist!
Incredible work! I had come in with a bit of a serious situation and Dr. Rioseco referred me to an incredible oral surgeon. After my surgery, I had to come back to Dr. Rioseco for two front crowns, and my teeth are absolutely beautiful. He is really is a craftsman when it comes to helping improve or keep your smile. Really impressive and incredible work - I was both blown away and speechless. The staff is great, and very accommodating as well, theyre all around fantastic. Highly, highly recommended coming here.
As always, Dr. Rioseco and staff are highly professional and provide exceptional dental care using the latest, state-of-art equipment and approaches. Great for general and especially for cosmetic dentistry for results that are dramatic, and yet completely natural looking.
How can you say you love going to the dentist.... you really cant but what I will say I am glad I found this dentist and I would never go any where else. I have the best smile and I owe it to the dentist. He has saved my teeth and I recommend him to everyone I know.Just came back from my six month cleaning and I must say I completely felt safe while Covid 19 is still spreading. They were always clean but now they have installed air purifying machines and other precaution measures.Stop being scared and go get a smile you deserve!
Dr. Rioseco is one of the most honest, dedicated, and incredible dentists I have met. I have been seeing him for years and most recently had my Invisalign and veneers done by him. His attention to detail is extreme. Even when I thought they were good, he would not settle till they were great. He takes so much pride in his work and won’t settle for less than perfect. Since I completed this, I have brought my girlfriend and sister to him and again another remarkable job. You get what you pay for here, it’s very fair for the quality of work and care you receive. I will remain a loyal patient for years to come.
Love this office. Rioseco is great, very passionate about what he does, staying at the leading edge, and runs a tight ship for sure and kind of beautiful to experience he and his staff hitting on all cylinders, in harmony, as they work efficiently on ones dental needs. From the front desk to the dental assistant and Dr. Rioseco this was a wonderful experience. Dr. Rioseco was very thorough and thoughtful about my needs and I have absolute faith in his ability to improve the outcome. Dr. Rioseco’s office is state of the art and the work he has done on my mouth is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and when Dr. Rioseco provides his recommendations, I strongly suggest you listen. You only have one set of teeth and cleanings, x-rays and follow up is key to keeping your teeth healthy. I fully recommend Dr. Rioseco in providing outstanding dentistry.
Awesome experience! Clean and modern facility. The front desk ladies are super sweet! Everyone is so nice and their is a great atmosphere in the office. X-rays are rough for me but they helped me out and made me feel at ease. Loved the hygienist, very thorough. Explained everything she was doing, clear and concise.Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!
Dr. Rioseco will take excellent care of your teeth in his immaculate, spa-like office! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a wonderful hygienist who is amazing!
I dont think that I could have asked for a better experience with Dr. Rioseco and his staff. First off, his office is immaculate. I bought a Groupon and went in for a simple ZOOM whitening procedure (which turned out much better than I had anticipated) and learned a lot more about proper dental hygiene and maintenance. After my appointment, Dr. Rioseco offered me information about different dental procedures I may opt for, as well as help with finding a dental plan. At no time did I feel coerced into having any further work done, but rather felt as though he was guiding me to understand what I could do to improve my situation. There is a very delicate balance there. The staff was also great and I felt comfortable at all times. I appreciate the work and professionalism. If ever I do decide to do more work, Dr. Rioseco will be atop my list.
While I am sure that the dentist is EXTREMELY good at what he does, this does not give him license to treat both his patients and staff like garbage. While waiting in the lounge, Dr. Rob Rioseco took a call from another patient and was extremely condescending and rude to her on the phone. The rest of the visit just got worse as Dr. Rioseco proceeded to treat his dental hygienist horribly by yelling at her in front of me. He also insulted the look of my teeth multiple times during the consultation. Unfortunately the secretary was not much better, taking her cues from the doctor and being extremely insulting. There are other dentists that are just as good IF NOT BETTER and somehow manage to retain a certain level of respect for both their peers and patients. STAY FAR AWAY!
Im sad I even have to write this review. I want to start off by saying I absolutely love the staff at this office. They are wonderful! I have been to this office three times and each time I left completely uncomfortable by what I have witnessed. This doctor emotionally and verbally abuses his ALL WOMEN staff. It is so upsetting to witness. During this last visit, which was today, he was hostile towards his staff and this left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and nervous. I was just about to get a crown put in and I had no faith that my dentist wouldnt turn his rage on me. He was short, irritable and rough with me. The entire time I felt scared to move. He is abusive towards women and in this day and age it is totally unacceptable how he behaves. Ladies-please stay away from him. He is ABUSIVE and needs to be out of business.
The Center of Cosmetic Dentistry is a beautifully functional state-of-the- art care facility staffed by a consommately professional team of sincerely empathetic and acutely attentive professionals. Dr.Rioseco and his team - while constantly striving to learn, grow and better serve their patients - have successfully managed to upgrade the science of dental care to an art form as pleasing as it is functional. They are masters in every aspect of their profession.

When I first called, the receptionist was friendly,patient, kind and very clear answering my questions. When I walked in the door, I was very warmly greeted too! (that was important to me:) Then, again very warmly greeted in the room by Dr. Rioseco & his assistant. His assistant was also very patient and clear when she explained things to me. Dr. Rioseco patiently listened to my story and he talked with me about my situation. Then after checking my teeth carefully and taking some x-rays, Dr. Rioseco gave me his professional opinion on what to do. I appreciated how direct he was; seemed like a straight shooter as they say. He was also friendly and very kind. I only just met him, but felt that I could trust his advice and I am thankful I found him! p.s. I was super happy to meet his doggy too! ;)

Fantastic handled my root canal beautiful I had about 100 different problems with my mouth all of these they fixed over my summer break. every-time I walked in there I was greeted and I felt like they really cared about me. I felt great walking in there even knowing it was gonna be an hour of agonizing pain.
My last visit was great! The staff and the office are all exemplary! I didnt anticipate losing my crown the way I did but you did a great job with my replacement. It is great! There is a reason why I still make a lengthy drive to come see you guys!

When you dont have dental perfection, Dr. Rioseco is the man to see. I was embarrassed by my teeth for years - until I went to The Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. I honestly cant thank them enough, they gave me my smile back.
Worse than a used cars salesman. Everytime my wife and I went in, they would try to sell us on something. Then went my wife did do a procedure, they go ahead and bill us 7 months later saying that we owed more money even though we agreed on what this would cost.I will make sure to tell everyone that I know notto use these people. There are so many new offices opening up everywhere
At first I was very apprehensive to going to the dentist because I hadnt been a a very long time but the staff at The Center for Cosmetic Dentistry made me feel very comfortable and did a great job.

2022-06-15My mom got a tooth infection from this sleazy dentist due to performing 4 fillings that my mom did not need. He is not accepting any responsibility over the infection he caused. He is going to forcibly perform more services than you actually need just to collect more money. Reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and I would highly advise anyone to NOT see him for anything dental-related.Your response to this is embarrassing. No accountability at all. For 50 years my mom has never had any infections in her teeth. After you did work she now has an infection. It’s common sense based on your work it led to her having an infection. Those are the facts.

2021-07-21Being from England I am no stranger to aDentist’s office, and I’ve had a few bad experiences.I can’t say enough great things about Dr.Rioseco and Zen dentistry, from start to finish a fantastic experience, truly life changing for the better.My whole family now visit zen dentists regularly from basic cleaning and check ups for my kids to invisiline for my wife and many beautiful implants for me.Very happy with my experience, my only complaint is I didn’t find them sooner.

2020-11-21I visited this business for a Zoom Teeth Whitening. This Groupon had been purchased for me as a gift last year, but due to circumstances I wasnt able to make an appointment before. I was excited about my visit, having desired to have this done after seeing how lovely my daughters teeth looked. This place is absolutely lovely inside and of course as clean as can be. The staff are ALL masked, and they are friendly, professional and courteous. Prior to the Zoom Whitening, my teeth were examined by the dentist, and dental procedures to improve my mouth were discussed. The whitening process consisted of 4-15 minute sessions, as I was comfortably seated and reclined while listening to relaxing music. I am tremendously pleased with the results of my whitening, and would definitely recommend it to others.

2020-07-02Wow I can’t believe at how friendly, professional and accounting this facilities staff was. My sister recommended that I get my teething whitening care with them...Vanda, the assistant that was with me the entire time; she was so accommodating that at one point; it felt as if I was at the spa! Oh and the dentist himself. I had yet come across any professional service, that didn’t want to rip me off.... he was so honest about getting some gaps filled; that he advised me not to touch my teeth. Fabulous experience

2019-07-25Called as a new patient with a cracked tooth. They immediately took me in and provided excellent care. The office is modern and the staff was very caring. Even though they had a packed schedule, Dr Rioseco took his time to explain what he was doing and to make sure everything felt normal when the work was complete.They have now become my new dentist!
