I just called Children Place, to ask a question, but salesperson on the phone kept referring me as honey, I thought customer service never call and one honey maybe it need to be a training on how to speak on the phone. Thank you

Came in to this store to purchase clothes for my children. I was discriminated against because I was wearing a hat. I was followed and I heard one of the associates say that I was going to steal something. Will be escalating this matter.

I order something was 100$ the delivery never got to me. I call and email children place, they said to call the shipping company, how I have to do all that when I paid you for a server. I call the shipping company same I have a video showing I never got a package, they telling me to call back children place and to show them a email they was going send me.i call back they said they cant so anything they got a photo that was delivered I was not to me or my door. I got a video I need to talk to a manager after he saw the email the shipping company send me now I have to way 5 day to see what they going do. Please dont buy from them online,

Crowded store, line very long, messy (not fault of workers who seem to try to keep clothes tidy and neat but the customers are messy and make the mess) rude customers everywhere due to waiting for service at cashiers. I went to get 10 items for 1 1/2 hours. I truly feel bad for the staff however, by people are not nice at all sometimes. I just hope they set up the store differently i think having a central island cashiers where no one can really tell where to stand on line and ultimately cause aggression when you spend a while waiting in the wrong spot and be told that theres one line on the other side of the island and you have to go all the wa to the back. its an ver all bad design of the small and disorganized store.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I took a shirt to return for which I had a receipt, NEVER WORN, and they refused to take back the shirt. Went to another children’s place on 125th and they took it back with no issues!! Furthermore, I placed an order online for pick up at 8:30am and it just about 4pm, and it’s still not ready!!! Not only that , the young lady has no clue what time today , it would be potentially ready??? Mind YOU I LITERALLY HAVE TWO ITEMS ON MY ORDER!!!! Never shopping there again !!

To the childrens place corporation the workers that you have on fordham road and the hub on 3rd ave are very unorganized and unprofessional. There was a big mis understanding with the hiring process and I have been trying to have them help me resolve the issue for two months , from both stores and no one volunteer to help, they kept telling me to call back,I even visited the childrens place on fordham,An no one help,word of advice to your corporation, pay attention to your workers because some of them like ruby are unprofessional and there is no communication, every one should have a chance to try out,especially if you meet there requirements

My kids love childrens place on 3rd ave in the bronx. There are always sales and on all occassians i find myself running in their for help with an outfit and i alwats find what i need. I love their selections for boys, they have beautiful colors, where it is hard to find nice things for boys in other stores.

Love coming here, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is usually when I go theres only one cashier and the line could be a little ridiculous at times, but besides that perfect.

At the childrens place on 149 street n 3rd ave in the Bronx by n I have been waiting in line for over an hour. People are walking out n put their items back thinking about doing the same ,this very unacceptable store manager need retraining.
