I picked my laptop up yesterday after bringing it there with issues. They fixed it and now it works perfect. It also performs like new. Highly recommend. I came in because my phone wasn’t charging. They told me it would be $175 for parts and labor. I had to think about it for a second so I asked if they could look at it to see if it was something stupid. Minute later she comes back and it’s all fixed. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs phone repairs.
Very friendly and reasonable priced. I stopped in for a sata cable, they didnt have any on the shelf but they ran out back and found me one. Saved me from driving to unicorn or best buy. Glad to see we have a computer store in Endicott.
My laptop was broken and every other shop in the area basically said there was nothing they could do and Id have to buy a new one. But these guys fixed it! It took them a little while, but they found the parts and fixed it good as new. And the guys called me and kept me updated the whole time they were working on it. Miracle workers! They did an awesome job.

This placed saved my 3k computer build with a reasonably priced power supply. I buy parts generally online but when you need them this place has what you need in a bind. Knowledgeable staff and all around a great business.
Highly recommend this business. They fixed my Sony Vaio all-in-one by replacing a hard to find motherboard. Runs better than new. Very reasonable charge considering the amount of damage and labor involved.
I am a local business owner and need my computer. I recently had trouble with my Apple MacBook Pro and went to Geek Squad $170.00 later not fixed.. Thats when I called The Computer Shop. I didnt know they worked on Apple products found out they did. 3 days later my computer was working better than ever and no wheres near $170.00... Thank you Computer Shop for the quick service....I highly recommend this place for all sales & service..
Do not believe those 4 and 5 stars, they were from themselves. These people have no morale, very greedy and cheap, they put used parts they stolen from online sellers into your gadgets - Here is their scheme, they buy used working parts from online, then they return the replaced/defective part back to the sellers, claim the sellers shipped them the defective products. I agree with other said, this place is a scam, the owner run a dirty business. Of course, no way they can survive if they do not get free parts and not overcharge you.

What to get parts from them threw progressive leasing. Told the owner what i wanted. He wanted over inflate the prices on all there stuff i wanted. He also wanted to charge me shipping and a price for handling. To pick up the parts from his shop. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THE OWNER TRIES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EVERY THING HE CAN. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
Not good they said they were going to fix my computer but they only partially fixed it. Then after they gave it to me they said they would call me about fixing the rest and they never called. It’s also pretty sketchy outside the shop.
My only source for all my repairs and upgrades. Fair prices and quick to fix any problem I have. Thanks for keeping my monster PC running like a champ for the last several years!
Fixed my ECU when every other computer or technology shop in the area would not even take a look. The issue was fixed saving me thousands of dollars. Fixed quickly and correctly.

I came into the computer man with a log in bug, they charged me 115.00 and wouldnt even accept their own coupon for 15% off labor. a giant ripoff I hightly advise to have nothing to do with this company

2022-02-25One of the best customer service experiences Ive had!A couple weeks ago I needed something minor and they were most helpful and gracious.Then my custom build desktop (geeky nephew and me) stopped producing sound, and began running slowly. I could not sort it out so I took to The Computer Shop.Their responsiveness and communication was the best. Fixing my computer was QUICK, as in a couple days!The net result was that not only was the sound issue corrected, I also ended up upgrading an aged hard drive to an SSD much faster than the previous hard drive ever was.Highly recommend. Would do business with again!BTW, they support our local volunteer firefighter stations tech needs.

2022-03-01I had a very pleasant experience there today. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant, patient, helpful and understanding. I was having an issue with my cellphone and she was able to help me as much as she could to solve the problem. The technician wasnt there at the time, but she was willing to try to do what she could. Im technology challenged and she was able to point me in the right direction. They have helped me out in the past and each time they have been a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them as a strong possibility for help if you are having computer or other electronics problems.

2022-01-20I called The Computer Shop to install and setup a mesh wi-fi system throughout my house. The two technicians, Dan and Shawn*, were just awesome. Very personable and friendly and it was obvious they enjoyed their work.While they were there, I mentioned I had called Best Buy to come out and Mount a 70 TV but how horrible the process dealing with them was and scheduling an appointment (terrible 3rd party customer service, people over the phone having no idea what their products do, etc.). Long story short I called and cancelled my appointment with Best Buy as soon as the guys left, and they were able to come back the same week and mount the TV for far less than Best Buy.Screw the Geek Squad, these guys are the real deal.

2021-10-29I needed to get my hands on 2 anti static bags in a hurry. I didnt want to buy online or in bulk. I phoned around town but came up empty until I called The Computer Shop. The very friendly and helpful woman on the phone told me that although they didnt sell them she could help me. I left the store with 2 anti static bags and my problem solved! This act of kindness meant a lot to me. This is a perfect example of a local merchant with community spirit. Although I didnt need a computer or phone repair I know that if I do in the future they will be first on my list.

2021-05-09Quoted at a decent price but honestly wasnt even the best part. My screen was broken I brought it in and told them to just replace it. It turns out my motherboard was the cause it shorted out my screen. They pulled the trigger and got the whole thing replaced both things. Unfortunately with the price of a new motherboard and screen is the price of a low end computer or half an updated computer of mine. Either way they were extremely transparent honest I couldnt have asked for a better team to work on my computer.

2020-05-24Purchased a desktop from here. The unit was a rebuilt from a previous contract of theirs. Priced right at $100. Never any issuesI recently took them my laptop for a hard drive issue. They replaced and reloaded windows. I had computer back within 24 hours. Always smiling front desk staff

2021-01-14I took my computer in with a broken hinge. They quoted me the cost of replacement parts and repair and I decided to purchase a new computer instead. Then they were able to patch up the old one as well, so now my husband and I each have our own computer. Very professional and helpful.
