Great Organizing Store
They have great options and awesome ideas.Unfortunately, the great things in the store are cheaper (price wise) and more options are available online (marketplaces).2nd time here and a friend basically said go there for ideas, and order online.Good shopping experience.It was a clean and active store.People buy a lot of things here.
Do to the area I believe they are truly over priced in cost

It was my first time going to this location. I must say that everything and anything you can think off to keep your house organized and neat they have. They have it all from bathroom to kitchen to laundry to office. Customer service was awesome they where very attentive and friendly. I just wish it was a bit more affordable it is pretty pricey for containers.

Store is a treasure trove of knickknacks and useful tools that have been well thought out, but usually fall into obscurity due to you failing to realize how helpful so much of these items are. First time being in here and I absolutely love it! Purchased a couple of storage items that will contain out of season belongings. Definitely wont be my last time visiting!
The container store is a great place for browsing, where youll find so much that you didnt know you needed. Plus, theres all kinds of organizing merchandise, travel necessities, kitchen items, and a great gift wrap section, as well as gift boxes in many sizes
Large selection of storage and organizing related products. The store itself is well organized and easy to navigate and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also have a convenient loading space outside to get everything into your car.
One if my favorite stores. You can organize your closets, drawers, your kitchen or office with their products. Delightful store with many great trinkets.
Nice selection. Unfortunately like so many stores they want you to give your personal information in exchange for sale prices, my information is valuable. Why does every store want your personal info these days? To sell to marketing firms to make even more money off you.

This place really has not business selling their items for such exorbitant prices. Nothing here is cutting edge or extraordinary. Everything here can be purchased elsewhere for far less. Not to mention, I went here thinking a place called the container store would have everything imaginable, but didnt have a solution for what I needed.
I went here Monday 7/10/17 at 815pm customer service was excellent everyone was so helpful. Each person knew the products so well in the store they all could help, in there own way. Example, I wanted to buy an inside shelf dish drainer, but the young lady told me i could only put it on the bottom of the cabinet. so I had to think do I want it on the bottom, uumm no. Anyways I was looking sad and the gentlemen at the cahsier said what is wrong? I told him about my dish drainer issue and he gave me an advice to buy shelf and then i could put the dish drainner as high as I want. Problem solve. Thank You! have not had customer service like this in a while.

Heaven.Ive visited several times. Even had the service where you order online and they bring the item outside the store to you curbside.Its a little costly. But worth it, especially if organization is your thing.

This restaurant eats Brazilian barbecue. As long as you eat a lot of taste, then you can afford it. If you have a small taste, you may feel that you can’t afford it. first rate service

2022-03-02Went for storage bins. They had a selection but nit the type I wanted. Did some browsing. Found 3 things. 1. A nice storage bag for chargers. 2.a nice hanging toiletry bag 3. A nice password book. All reasonably priced. And all the staff said hello and asked if I needed help. I will be back.

2020-02-06Now I understand why people go to the container store. They have containers/tools to organize everything and anything you own.Came in to get some ideas and saw they are having a sale on their elfa closet line.The store is kept clean and tidy.Lots of options ! Look at all these hooks!

2022-01-23Other than having to pay for parking- which is far away, BTW, this store is amazing. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The more you walk around, the more solutions you find to problems you didnt even know you had! From liners for metal racks to over-the-door hooks that can hold hangers. Food storage for you and your pets, shoe organization, closet heaven. I had to step out for a phone call and they even had a printed plastic notice for my cart saying I was still shopping so no one would put my things away. You WILL walk out with more than you intended!

2022-02-07Its in the name. This place is packed with different kinds of containers. Plastic, metal, woven, modular, drawers, snap clasp, lidded, etc its all there. Reasonably priced as well. Its dangerous to go here without a budget

2021-05-05I needed some type of organization for my sons room.... the store is a decent size and if you do not go into the store without some knowledge of what you want you can get lost in the different types of organization.... I asked two staff members for assistance. They gave me little to no help. I feel like when you work in retail you have to have some type of knowledge about the products your company sells. When i asked questions about some type of toy storage for my sons toys one employee pointed to the kids section and told me to look in that direction. He did not even assist me in looking in the area and he gave me the perception that he did not care about what I was looking for.I found another employee and described to her that I was looking for a mesh type bag that stands up on its own that I have seen in the Container store in the past. She barely assisted me as well. She told me that they do not always keep the same items.*save your trouble, and go to the White Plains store. The staff is much for friendlier....
