Since this was the first time I was in the office for a medical vein problem, I was a bit apprehensive. But the experience was a very positive and calming one. My questions were answered andwill be get my veins done in a few weeks.

I had such a great experience! The staff were very friendly and Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in for just a consult and he asked me more questions than my past dermatologist ever did about my skin condition. I really appreciate all the time he took and advice he gave me. My first visit was excellent, procedure was performed right away and in 2 minutes my concerning facial bump was lasered away pain-free. Its been 10 days now since procedure and everything has healed beautifully!
There is no one else I would trust to do my laser treatments than Bridget. She always is a calming soul for me. And the staff are top notch. They make you feel welcome beyond compare. Love this place.

I found Dr. Buscaglia informative and very easy to talk to. He has a humorous side which put me at ease. Also, I have never experienced a bad nurse yet. They are friendly and knowledgeable and walk you through the procedure before the doctor enters the room.

I had a consultation a year ago before covid. I came back to have my laser done over a year later. The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly. Though theyre professional, they have such an inviting demeanor. I was incredibly nervous about my outcome and treatment but after the first of 3 Im so excited to see what my end results will look like! Definitely would recommend!!

I was running late due to weather/traffic and the staff was very kind and accommodating. My day was off to a bad start and they turned that around. On top of that, I feel great after my procedure. They have a great team.
Office staff was professional and warm. Drs explained everything step by step and were personable. I am satisfied with my diagnosis and treatment plan.8/10- Procedure #1 done and it was a wonderful experience with little discomfort from the process. The Staff was warm and it showed that they enjoyed their work. I was totally at ease before, during, and after the procedure. Minimal discomfort after the numbing agent wore off. 10 out of 10.8/13- 2 down and 2 to go!!!! The staff continues to be warm and professional. The procedure was a breeze and virtually pain free. Im already feeling better after the first procedure and cant wait to feel the results after the rest.8/16 - #3 done! Legs are feeling great and healing like Wolverine! Last one tomorrow and can hardly wait. As per usual, the staff was comforting, professional, and engaging. I cannot say enough about how well they do their jobs. Definitely going on my Christmas List. More after tomorrows procedure.8/17- #4 done and I was informed that I graduated!!! If you are reading this and havent got it yet, the place is amazing and the staff is wonderful. If I ever need procedures that they do, I wont have to look around. This is the place and these are the people. Last checkup is next Monday, but honestly, nothing will change from everything written above. So, in summation, I love the place.8/23 - Final check on the progress. All looks great and my legs are doing well. Going to order some lower pressure compression stockings and then Im all set. Again, the visit was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt at ease from start to finish. Back for a 3 month checkup in Dec. and although I dont anticipate any problems, Im looking forward to seeing the gang again. I wish them all the best. Dr Buscalia and staff are extremely friendly, kind, thorough, professional and skilled at what they do. During consultations all details of procedures were explained, and any questions answered. The procedures themselves involved minimal discomfort, and called for pre-numbing when required. While results can take a few weeks to show, there is a big difference from start to finish. I’m very happy with my results, and plan to go back to The Cosmetic Vein and Laser Center for more procedures as needed.

The person that walked me through the process of cool sculpting was educated, kind, and realistic. She told me exactly what the process was and what the results were going to be. Front desk receptionist was super friendly, as well as the doctor and the assistant who went through all my info with me. Dr was honest and answered any questions I had, he was very thorough in explaining everything to me so I didn’t have too many. Very clean and went by the COVID guidelines. Overall I’m very happy with everything there!

This is the second time I came to Cosmetic Vein and Laser for a consultation. The consultation was with the doctor that would be doing my laser work. I needed 2 kinds of laser treatments. One for my lip area and the other for age spots on my face. Great care to keep me and employees safe and healthy. I would not trust anyone else with my skin. Dr.Lisa fixed my skin over 12 years ago when a plastic surgeon fried my skin trying to treat my spider veins. CVL fixed my problem beautifully and they continue to be amazing and knowledgeable. I could be more grateful!!!

I had a procedure done earlier this year and went in today for a follow-up appointment that was scheduled six months ago. When I checked in, I was told I did not have an appointment. The person at the desk checked with billing who told me it was canceled by her because I did not pay my bill. Yes, about that bill... I paid my $40 co-pay at my last appointment and a few weeks later received a voicemail stating that I had a $5 balance that needed to be paid. The message also stated I would not be able to see my doctor if I did not pay my bill. Well, I paid the $5 bill within a few weeks or so like I always did in the past. Miss billing told me this morning that she canceled my appointment because I did not pay my $5 bill. Then she said the $5 bill was paid after she canceled my appointment. I guess it never occurred to her to tell me she canceled my appointment or to reinstate it seeing as the $5 bill had been paid. Why bother? She did her job, she got the $5 and lost a patient. It is good to know the five bucks is more important than my medical treatment.When my appointment slip has this on it:Cancellation/No Show Policy: There will be a $50 cancellation/no show fee if you do not give at least a 24 hour notice for a 15- 30 minute appointment and a $100 to $500 fee if you do not give at least a one week notice for a 40 minute or more appointment.I would think they should afford me the same courtesy when canceling my appointment. Nope, just wait for me to take off work, show up at the office and then tell me I have no appointment because I paid my $5 bill after whatever random cutoff time Miss billing decided was appropriate for a patient that has spent thousands of dollars at that facility. And well keep this all a secret; you wont find out until you show up for your appointment... tee he he...I really do appreciate your justifying all of this by telling me you left me a voicemail. Yes, I listened to it; thats why I paid the $5. Maybe you should have properly billed the co-pay when I was there and I wouldnt have a $5 bill. My choice to find another provider was made for me this morning.

Honestly, this is such a bad place to go for skin care treatments, or care in general. They just care about getting your money & that’s it.They are anything but professional. The staff is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered, including Tammie, and the CEO, Kacie Buccieri. Extremely unprofessional behind doors - take note for anyone who is looking for their “dream job” - this place is NOT it.

I was initially pleased with my experience here. I paid just shy of 1,500.00 to have Sclerotherapy done on my legs. I was very happy with the doctor. The results were not as good as I had hoped, but were definitely an improvement. Following the procedure I was given a quote in writing for a return and maintenance treatment. It clearly states the procedure cost, listed as total cost for treatment and states in writing that the procedure fees are for within two years. I called to schedule and was told that the cost had gone up 140.00 since I was there. I explained that I had a written quote and the time frame that it covers. I was told that I had to use that within one year. I explained to her that the quote does not say that. In fact, it clearly gives a two year window. Then she said that I was only eligible for the going maintenance rate. I have the exact amount in writing for what I am to be charged. Isnt that what a written quote if for? The moral of the story is that their prices have gone up and they will not honor what is clearly stated in their quote. It lacks integrity. Im guessing they are thriving and it will not make any difference, but I will not be going back.

I have been going to CVLC since 1998.. Dr. Dan and his staff are personable and caring and I might add that he is always on the cutting edge of every new technology. I am very surprised at the negative comments left here as I have had just about every procedure this practice offers with no negative side effects.. My advice is to try it for yourself and form your own opinions.. there are always going to be negative people in the world dont let those opinions deter you from this great practice!

Dr. Buscaglia has saved my eyebrows! I’ve been going to CVLC for laser tattoo removal for some bad microblading I had done in the past, as well as for fillers. For months, Dr. B has gradually faded away my microblading. The results are amazing! I highly recommend CVLC for anyone interested in laser tattoo removal or fillers!

I have spent a tremendous amount of money for vein treatment etc. over the past several years and would consider myself to be a valued customer. Most recently, I spent $500.00 for a laser treatment for Millia on my face. After several weeks, several spots were not only gone, but worse then they were before. On advice from a professional esthetician, I called the office to ask for an appointment to check out the spots and was told I had to speak to a nurse first. I left a message for a nurse and then received a VERY rude message back from Kerry who said I could come back in but it would probably cost me more money. Then when I said if I had to pay MORE money because of something that actually left my face looking worse then before and I would take my business elsewhere, I received another NASTY message from another nurse. I called back once again hoping perhaps they would try and make things right and then NEVER received a phone call back. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER treat a client, especially one who has spent 1000s of dollars at my place of business, so poorly. I would do everything I could to not only fix the problem but to make sure they were 100% satisfied. I have since gone to another center who told me that indeed the treatment was not 100% effective and is now trying to fix the spots that are so incredibly noticeable on my face. I will NOT be going back to The Cosmetic Vein and Laser Center and have told my friends not to do so as well.

I wont go anywhere else for my cosmetic and veins needs. They are the most trusted professionals I have ever met. I enjoy the noninvasive treatments which have minimal downtime if at all, and allows me to return to the gym and or work immediately.
Paid a $75 consult fee only to have the doctor talk for 5 minutes, and who in my opinion lacked the confidence needed to handle the scar I wanted treated - she just referred me to another doctor. Dont waste your time or money with this place!

I have visited the clinic for varies services includung laser hair removal, Microderm abrasion, glycolic peels, mole removal, etc. Every appointment I leave there feeling totally satisfied both with the services rendered and with the staff providing the services. Every doctor, nurse, assistant and other staff member is friendly and caring. They provide top notch treatment. Their prices are very fair compared to other places and they offer several payment options.I have already referred several of my friends and their feedback has always come back very positive as well.

I have been going to the Cosmetic Vein and Laser Center for many years; even before the move to Union Road. Dr. Buscaglia and his staff are outstanding; very professional and friendly! I have had lasers for brown spots and veins and always felt like the treatments were successful. I have visited the dermatologist for annual skin checks to watch for skin cancer, had chemical peels and lasers to combat the signs of aging as well. I always go to CVLC because they are knowledgeable about and use cutting edge technology.

I visited CVLC for varicose vein treatments over the last year and so far I am pleased with the results. I sit at work for extended periods of time and the heaviness and pains I used to have at the end of the day are slowly subsiding. ... They say you can go back to normal activity the next day, however, in my experience my legs feel like I got hit with a field hockey stick w/o shin guards the next day. Granted everyones body is different so maybe this is not the case for all. ... The one thing I would have wished differently was that they had active patients to talk to about the procedures or a video so that you knew what to expect at first. Some of the staff has had certain procedures done, but what level of bias do they tell their story to you? Perhaps none, but personally I would much rather know what to realistically expect than not. ... Overall, they are very professional with a more than courteous staff and I would highly recommend this practice.
Purchased a gift certificate at one of their parties. An established patient. Tried to make an appointment for laser hair removal, secretary says must have a consultation, asked if service provided same day, said no. I will eat my certificate. And take my business elsewhere. It is all a game. I dont recommend. That is giving your patients the run around...Will never go back.

I had bbl laser treatments for facial redness, not rosacea. Ive noticed my redness go down considerably, I am guessing about a 50 percent improvement. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly; and very knowledgeable about their procedures. I will return soon to get more BBL laser treatments.
My 14 y/o daughter was a little frightened about her procedure and the doctor explained everything and made her feel comfortable.
I would have had 5 stars. But Dr gave up on me. Theres veins up above a little from where he treated them. Thats what still hurts a lot. Sadly I have to see someone else for help.

I’ve been here for a number of procedures in the last few years. It ran the gamut from the ”zapping” of a blood blister on my lip from an injury, to light therapy to eradicate sun spots on my face, to the much more involved procedures of EVLT, phlebectomy and sclerotherapy for some pretty bad varicose veins. I’ve been happy with all of those procedures but I’m most pleased with the Dysport I recently received.The thick furrow between my brow that came out in bright light, times of frustration and even when I was tired, was beginning to steal from me my familiar face. It wasn’t that I looked “older”, but I was beginning to not recognize the face I saw in the mirror each day. I’ve got enough issues going on with my body in other places that it saddened me when I began to lose my identity from my face too! (I’m only 40)So I gave Dysport a try and it is hands down the BEST thing I’ve done for my face in years! It looks natural, I still have movement in my face (no plastic expression here) and it’s not permanent so if I want to go back to how it was before (why?!) I could.People form opinions all the time about what other people do cosmetically for themselves, but I don’t let it bother me, because I’ve got ME back! And I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr. Brauer!!

This procedure was done professionally and the staff and facility is top notch. I only wish i could have had this done 30 years ago...fortunately my daughter wont have to wait till she is nearly 60 to get rid of unsightly veins...cheaper than LASIK, too!

I went to the Cosmetic Vein and Laser center for removal of facial veins on my nose. This treatment comprises of some where between 3 and 5 laser treatment in the affected area with a special laser. What follows is the statement found on the Cosmetic Vein and Laser Center website regarding what to expect when receiving laser treatment for facial veins, “Laser treatments are typically done at four to eight week intervals. All of these newer devices yield excellent results with little or no bruising or discoloration, and cause minimal discomfort. Usually 3-5 treatments are necessary for maximum results, however benefits are seen with just one or two sessions. A similar statement was made to me by the Doctor who saw me during my initial consultation. The first treatment went well, a bit of redness on the treated area which felt a lot like a sunburn. The second treatment went badly.The same Doctor delivered the treatment but this time it seemed a bit more painful than the first but otherwise everything was ok, until I got out to my car and looked in the mirror. I had many deep dark purple bruises all over my nose, it looked really bad. Additionally with-in about 20 minutes several blisters developed as well. I immediately contacted Cosmetic Vein and Laser Center and asked to speak with the Dr. who had treated me, I was told the Dr. was busy but would call me back. I received a call from a nurse who suggested two products that I could buy from them (which I did) that might lessen the recovery time from the deep bruising. The bruising was so bad I canceled the next 5 days of work and all social engagements.The bruising went away in about 10 days with a slight discoloration left at the writing this review. It has been 23 days since I received this failed laser treatment. I wrote a letter to the Practice Director/Owner, Dr. Buscaglia describing my experience in his facility and requesting that he better inform the patient of the possible side effect of deep bruising and blisters on his website and when consulting with the patient in person. His response was surprising; it read much like a legal response, reminding me that I had signed a consent form which had described these possible side effects. This is the form they have you sign just before treatment that virtually know body reads. His response ignored my request for him to update his web site with accurate information about the possible side effects of his laser treatment and never once asked how I was doing. The tone of his letter was condescending and arrogant. I will never know what went wrong with my treatment but I would say without reservation, stay away from this medical practice based on my unpleasant experience and the owners response to it. I will gladly take down this review, once the true possible side effects of the facial vein laser treatment are stated on the CVLC website.Update, 3/9/2014 , Mis information about possible laser side effects has not been changed or updated on the CVLC website and I still have slight discoloration of my skin where I was burned by the laser. The original veins on my nose that I had hoped would diminish after treatment, have not. Granted, I discontinued treatment after being burned on the second treatment.Update. 9/24/2014, CVLC website has not been updated to accurately reflect the possible deep bruising side effects. Discoloration of my skin in some of the areas where I was treated (burned) remain.

2022-08-03I have been going to this establishment since 2014. I had severe acne and was treated with accutane and it changed my life for the better! I also received a tattoo removal service on my left inner bicep and the results are amazing! Anyone who doesn’t know me and I tell them I had a tattoo there are stunned because they would have never guessed I had one there! I am in the process of getting another tattoo removed on my rib cage since my first tattoo removal had a great outcome. I highly recommend this place for any cosmetic needs. The staff is friendly, educational, understanding, empathetic, and respectful. Dr Buscaglia and Dr Peter are the best!!

2022-05-11Update 5/11/22: I have received my money back for this and I appreciate it. Changing to 5 stars, thank you.I went to a consultation to have 2 spots removed on my leg. I paid the $75.00 fee to be met with for 5 minutes and told that there was nothing they could do about them because they dont take to lasers. They should have refunded my money since it was not an issue on my behalf. I understand that not everything is possible but this was just robbery.

2022-07-03Dr Brauer was wonderful. She has great bedside manner, explaining every step of the way so I could easily understand. She was very warm, reassuring, and friendly as well. The procedure itself (laser assisted mole and keratosis removal) exceeded my expectations. Marks on my face that I had for years that were dark, raised, and irritating, are now essentially gone. When I look in the mirror I feel like myself again (honestly even better than myself).

2022-03-25The Cosmetic Vein Center has amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They are also very professional. Dr. Brauer has helped me to be confident with wearing shorts and skirts and just making me feel so much better about my legs in general. They offer many more services other than sclerotherapy as well. I would highly recommend this practice. 😊

2022-07-13When a teacher told my five year old that her Grandma was there to pick her up I knew the days of foiled covered LP and baby oil had finally caught up with me. I began my journey of aging backwards with the extraordinary services of Dr Buscaglia,Dr Brauer and their outstanding staff. They are the most current practice in Buffalo-do not waste your time and money at any other office. They are the only practice to provide the newest treatments . I have had Dysport,Fillers ,Sculptra then moved on to Ultatheapy for skin tightening.. I saw the most results with Halo Laser as well as BB2 Forever Young and BB2 Hero laser treatment.ActiveX Eyelid Laser resurfacing made a huge difference. Last night as I was celebrating my daughters seventeenth birthday I saw a friend that I havent seen in over 18 years.She said, Oh my God you look exactly the same! I knew it was time to give credit where credit is due and thank The Cosmetic Vein & Laser Center for making such a difference in my life!Thank You!
