While I did not make a purchase at the store because they didn’t have my shade available, I thought I let people know how horrible some of the staff are. An employee (short/spanish) was running around making sure all customers were taken care of. I believe her name started with an “A” but do not remember it. I felt really bad for this lady, she seemed overworked while others just stood there watching her.
I went into purchase a foundation. I was interested in the Becca cosmetic luminous foundation, however, I did not know which one would match my skin. I asked the sales associate whom was standing next to the manager to match my skin. Furthermore, the associate explicated that she couldnt do that, that customers match their skin tone their selves. In what makeup store are sales associates not trained to do swatches ? Additionally, the staff didnt offer any help to me or the other consumers within the store. Advice to management and the company, you need younger people who will interact more with the customers. In the makeup industry it is essential to have a personality, which the store lacked ! I work in Woodbury Commons and by far this was the worst experience I have received in any of the outlet stores.
I got 1mac lipstick 1 estee lauder pure color envy lip color and estee lauder perfume. I paid around $40 for these which was amazing. On top of this kind of discount they have vip discounts as well. There was a section of 75% off as well. I never thought that i would get mac for $11.
I had really bad experience at the cosmetics company store.the salesperson manda E had really bad attitude. she Racial discrimination to asian people. she said get out my store without any reason.i ask she why the final price is different as the price tag which above the product. she said this is not her job to explain to me. and point door,said get out....o,by the way, there is no other costumer. only she and other sale people. they just look phone and talk.
There was an extremely rude white grey hair gramma representative. I simply asked her if I could use the 10% off discount on the coupon book, she questioned if I wanna use the 10% off instead of the 50% off discount the store was having. The way and tone she spoke was so annoying. I think the store is going out of business and I think I know why.
The representatives were extremely busy due to the initial black out, therefore i can understand why they were a bit rude and less willing to be welcoming. however i am really unhappy about the fact that they gave me the wrong product and refused to correct their mistake after i purchase the product. They were only willing to exchange it or give me store credit, which were both undesirable choice because the exchange would give me an extra $20 worth of store credit and i didnt want to buy anything of them. the product was unopened and i went back to make the exchange less than an hr in. I wanted to purchase the la mer- oil absorbing tonic for $48 but they gave me the la mer- the tonic for $68. i was really doubtful about the product but she assure me that it was the right product, only to find out that they did, indeed, give me the wrong product.
So unbelievably rude and unhelpful! I went here yesterday with my mom and she asked one of the older miserable saleswoman if she sold a certain shade in MAC and the miserable women says “ I don’t know! you need to look for yourself what we have”. I guess they don’t want to make a sale with people like that working!
As I entered yesterday, the attendant at the door asked me if I was with the two people in front of me, and when he said Im not, he took them in and made me wait for more than 10 minutes with the customers behind me. While I said the rules taken due to Covid and waited, I counted 10 people at most, including cashiers. When a customer came out, they took them in because I was the first one, and 3-4 people from the other waiting customers were taken in, as if the rules had suddenly stretched. Aug 18.2020 time 17.33 Please let the relevant company officials watch from the cameras, they will understand the reason for this application made just for me. I am very sorry.

2022-07-04The first time i went in here the staff was really nice and helpful, actually had a great timeWent in a few days ago and it wasnt even closing time when a girl just didnt let us in saying that they have to clean up and that they were closed even though all other shops were open and it wasnt anywhere near 8pm yet

2021-09-26The store was decent sized with quite a few products, but the workers were less than desirable. There were four workers helping one lady while we waited online with a one month old baby to check out, even after acknowledging us they still did not come help us. I decided that I was not going to make my purchase and left the store.

2021-03-14Ive been a long time customer of this outlet store. I like buying MAC, clinique, glamglow from this store. Eva recently introduced me to Jo Malone perfumes and is always nice to me when I visit. I like their prices and selection. I like that I can find stuff from macys that I love at this store. Even with COVID19 going on, Eva and other employees are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you. Olivia
