I was looking for a courier service to ship a box to my family in Venezuela from NY and a friend recommended me The Courier Expert services.I dropped my box at their office at Long Island City on May 9th and they received it in Maracay Venezuela yesterday. The box was in perfect condition as well as everything inside and even thought they told me it would take from 4-6 weeks it arrived earlier which is hard believe considering everything that is going on in Venezuela.The Courier Expert have everything you need to ship anything you need! They can even wrap it for you and you can track your package! They provided an amazing costumer service but have to give a special recognition to Pastor who was super kind and helped me bring my package from the car to the office and processed my shipping. I even got the opportunity to buy tequeños as they sell some typical Venezuelan food which is definitely a plus!Will definitely work with them again!

Although I had a good customer experience from my side, the package that I sent over to Venezuela took 2 months to be delivered instead of the two weeks that was promised when I went to office. In addition, when the package was delivered, they decided to disrespect my aunt in a very nasty way, telling her that they dont deliver to that area and joking about her living conditions (I literally paid to be delivered at her house)Not only they were extremely late but they decided to be nasty rude at the end with no reasonAlthough from my side it was a good deal! The people who delivered were very rude to my aunt! The truth is that you should take these kinds of things seriously because how you live here trusts that the packages arrive safely and you dont know if they are opened by people who deliver because of their attitude and bad manners they make me think a lot of things! I hope that with this they take into account that the people who work there in VENEZUELA are not the correct ones! I feel sad because really here in the USA 🇺🇸 they treated me well !!

I have used The Courier Expert services a few times, and have been largely satisfied. Lets get started:- Price: reasonable and convenient. I would venture to say that it is even slightly below similar companies in other parts of the US. Definitely a reason to go. They also have various payment methods, which makes it very convenient.- Confidence: except for a single occasion that escaped the control of the company, shipments have always been punctual and complete without any setback. Even then, TCE responded and took responsibility. That spoke highly of the companys values.- Service: one of the things I like about TCE is that they have all the elements to complete the shipment on site, and they advise you with the packaging, offering you sturdy boxes. Without a doubt a comprehensive service.My only two observations regarding the experience:- Attention: I was fortunate to be looked after by the owner at some point, however, months later I returned a couple of times and the attention was not at the same level. The man who attended me was very rude to me and to the people who were waiting to be served. I believe that monitoring the way you serve customers can help them be more consistent.- Efficiency: the times I have gone, I have spent a minimum of an hour and a half from the moment I enter until I leave (there was an occasion that I was almost three hours there). Compared to other companies of the same type that I have used in the past, the process at the Astoria headquarters is very, very slow. Something that could help them improve in this regard is having people dedicated to a single task, rather than the same person receiving customers, accepting boxes, processing packages and collecting.Until now, I will continue to use TCE services as I have been very satisfied. In early December 2020, my NewYork-based daughter wanted to send us some Christmas gift items. 2022-01-07I ship to my family in Venezuela with this company. They are very responsible and I have never encountered any issues (been shipping with them for 5 years). The packages arrive on time and in perfect condition. They are easy to talk to and they help you no matter what. On my last shipment I made a mistake with the phone numbers for the delivery and I was able to fix it via text message in a matter of minutes, they are very competent. You can easily track the packages any time and the prices are very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and trustworthy
