I’m so disappointed by this computer repair shop. I had a leak in my apt and I believed water got into my computer and the computer couldn’t turn on anymore I took it to this shop because I saw his shop get a higher rating on google. He charged me $360 to fix the motherboard for a computer I bought at $700 brand new. right now my computer is running so slow. I truly regret taking a chance with this shop . Don’t rely on his rating .
I got my laptop repaired here. My issues was fix but my laptop no longer stands straight up. I was told by the owner he can fix for $100. I knew it wasnt like this before it was dropped off. To get my laptop reset and virus removed ,over the phone the price was $200 ,A week later after laptop was dropped off he called me and ask if I wanted to save the files. I said yes ..When I picked up the laptop the bill was $500. If I know that before I would had put that $500 toward a New laptop. I would say they are GOOD Scam Con Artist. Be very Carful with these guys.
This was my first time going to a computer repair place and this name was the first that came up, along with the reviews. I was in a bind and needed a computer fixed in a jiffy. I showed them what was wrong, and they fixed it within a day. Talk about responsive. And the pricing was very affordable, as compared to a big chain. On top of all that, the location was rather close to my apartment. If you need your tech fixed and you live in the Bronx, this is the place to go!

Rarely write reviews for anything no matter how good the product/service is but I felt the need to here. Had splurged on a new computer for the holidays and after running into some serious trouble building myself I decided to take it here after reading some of the reviews. Great decision as the computer was fixed in a timely manner even though was major work as I had really messed up in the building process(first time builder). The owner was very generous in his fee as he could have charged way more given how much work had to be done in a short time. You can tell he is very passionate about his work and really cares. He told me everything I would need to know to upkeep it and also let me know where I messed up while building. He even let me drop it off at his shop on Christmas day when they were closed as I was working the following days and wouldnt have been able to bring it in. If you have computer trouble and you want it fixed do yourself a favor just go here and you can rest easy knowing you have a skilled professional that is going to do everything possible to fix it as cheap as possible. Ignore the mess inside its a computer REPAIR shop not some retail store. Amazing service...10/10
I can honestly say this place is great. Took my daughters laptop here because it crashed. Since I wasnt sure of the hours, I sent an email requesting information and a staff member responded within an hour and a half. The price for what needed to be done was, in my opinion, very reasonable, and her laptop was ready by 4:30 the next day! If you are looking for a friendly repair service, where they explain what the problem is before they do the work, and offer you options for saving and transferring information, look no further than The Crazy PC on Middletown Road.
I finally found an honest computer repair place! I was told by many other repair shops that my laptop could not be fixed and I should just buy a new one. crazy pc quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced my motherboard. Im so happy I didnt lose all my files :)
I tried to install a 2tb ssd into my gaming computer and ended up disconnecting my power supply without knowing how to fix it. I brought it to The Crazy PC and they managed to fix the damage I had done and install the ssd for me. It was pretty pricey at $225, but they got it done in the same day without any problems so I guess it was worth the price.
Went to Crazy PC for the first time to fix my gaming build for my brother. The PC didnt start up and fixed it quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable and even showed the benchmarks when he was done. He gave helpful advice and tips on what was wrong with our PC build. He understands the situation we were in and gave the best service.
A friend had recommended This Place , and I found them to be terrific. Faisal understood my needs without much explanation, and made certain that his work not only solved my immediate problem, but also prevented problems for years to come--all at a very reasonable price. My trust in the company was completely verified. I would and will recommend them to everyone.

Faisal , the friendly shop owner is very generous with his time on your Mac problem, and is not at all greedy in his pricing. After many attempts to fix a 10 year old 24 inch iMac, I was sure the hard disk was shot. I was a little hesitant about bringing my computer to this shop because of the last review that I read it wasnt a pleasant experience for that customer. The owner was very polite he explain to me the reason why the customer was not going to be happy with the service he was going to provide. At first I was a little hesitant because the shop looks like a tornado went through it everything was scattered all over the place it was not a organize place. The owner was very polite and very knowledgeable on how to repair my computer I gave it a try and the results came back excellent he did a fantastic job. My computer works with no problem. Just be aware that he is a little pricey but its worth the price that youre paying to have your computer repaired. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants their computer repair

Had to get some issues fixed with my fathers laptop, needed a new part to hold a charge again and also had issues after a recent update of the OS didnt work as it should have. They did an incredibly fast turn-around on getting the part and performing some additional services like data backup/transfer, and an excellent price. There was very important information and company work on the laptop, and that was all kept intact without issue.HIGHLY recommend them, and definitely will use them again should the need arise! They will try to rob you! Got a quote for $300 on a laptop that wouldnt turn on. Was told that I needed a piece that wasnt even needed. Wound up on Grand Concourse and 183rd and for 85 bucks my laptop works. So glad I didnt take their word for it. They wont work with you during this pandemic. They have a bunch of parts sitting there that someone can take out and run.

First that all, Faical its a great guy, he is very professional and honest, he is not going to charge you over priced or anything; he keeps you informed on everything he plans to do for the repairs and wait for you to approve all the time.When my laptop broke I send messages to different companies asking for quotes and help, he was the first to reply and with a few questions he already knew what the problem could be.100% recommend it.
I love this place! Faisal (the repair technician) is friendly and fixed my laptop lcd in 1 day and even called back. This place is well-kept and is like a wonderland of PCs inside. Went to this place for my HP. The guy was an incompetent, disingenuous, swindler. Lied to me about how much it would cost to restore data. He claimed it would cost $750 and take days. I went home and did it myself, for free in 6 hours. Just sad. Hes having his people writing all these good reviews. His shop is a disaster. Hes a crook. Please avoid this place.
Great place. Faisal took care of me. Fixed my Mac on time and did a couple of extras for free. They are very efficient. Im glad to go back and I recommend my family and friends to go there.

I have a old big beast a Dell precision 690.. I needed Windows put back on my computer. They did that but my power button came off, they fixed that and clean my workstation out completely... I didnt like my experience, and i thought it was overpriced. i went to him so he could clean the inside of my computer especially my fan, which had been making a very loud noise. he charged me 100 dollars just to clean it (when i think best buy does it for around 30). and he tried to make me buy another fan for 30 dollars. he did not even inspect my fan, and just assumed it was defective and i should therefore buy another one. it has been two years now, and my fan is still working fine. and i guess he did clean my computer (but who knows since i dont know how to open it). if you are going to go to him, make sure you do your research on what your problem is and how much it should cost.

So after a small headache I was pleased to see the guys at The Crazy PC make it right. Be careful! went there to fix my computer cause it was really slow. After 1 day I pick up my computer with a different and old version system installed. I was charged $400!! Fortunately i got my money back. Plus the store is very dirty and messy.

Charged 3 hour rate ($150) for a job that would have taken less than an hour. Issue was not resolved. Would not warranty work and did not follow additional instructions.Avoid unless you want to be ripped off.

I brought 3 laptops for repair, I paid over $600 and has to be back and forth to the shop because one of the laptops screen wasn’t put in properly and even after leaving it for days the screen is still shaking and the laptop stop working, the other laptop he didn’t fit it up correctly causing it not to close properly either, the 3rd laptop one of the keys wasn’t working i think he would repair it like he promised, when I went to pick it up that’s when he told me the key board was hard to fix, now my kids can’t do their school work because they’re out of their device.Waste of money and time😡

Two days ago I went to BestBuy and they didn’t fix the problem and let me go home hopeless without a solution.I highly recommend this place because they managed to fix my laptop. These people are very friendly and had great patience to listen to the problem and find the solution to the computer problem. They fixed it like new and this DELL computer came out very expensive in the store when I bought it years ago. I took it to BestBuy several days ago and it was in vain because they could not fix it and they sent me to my house with the damaged computer and without any hope. I recommend this place and these people are excellent. Ask for Faisal and the tea will help.

2022-01-16I brought my cousin’s laptop in to The Crazy PC. The hard drive died again and the laptop had fallen. The owner quoted a price, but for a few hundred dollars we could’ve purchased a new pc. We did not have a lot of money to waste on an older laptop. The owner called Dell of his own volition and arranged to have Dell send a new hard drive at no additional charge. We only had to pay for labor which was reasonably priced. The laptop was fixed as soon as he received the hard drive a week later. We even have a 1 year warranty. The owner is friendly, respectful, and responsive. I was very satisfied with the service that was provided.

2021-08-18Whether we have had software or hardware issues, crazy pc gets the job done & weve been back online in no time!!! I have used Faisal for over 10 yrs to upgrade our familys Dell and Apple laptops & desktops. Weve also purchased additional computers to expand our home office setup. He has always done exceptional work, especially saving old files while upgrading . will recommend it to any home or small business in the Bronx .

2021-06-17I chose to take my pc to this shop because of the high reviews. After my experience I will say do not believe Google reviews unless concrete proof is provided.One day my computer would not boot up properly and the screen read Recovery (first picture). My pc is a gaming computer that I had for 6 years and used it to death. It also had a 1tb hard drive that was almost full. I took it in to this shop and the guy said hell put restart it. Then days later he said I need a new video card. This computer is a gaming computer that had 2 video cards that retail for $700+. That is what this guy does. If he see something is nice and useful to you he will tell you it needs to be replace and then take it out and put a used, cheap piece in as a replacement. I asked for my video cards back even if it is broke and he started to fast talk and widen his eyes while saying I throw things away. The one video card he did put in was horrible when I plugged my computer into the two monitors. He had a cartoon look to it. Also, after hooking my computer up after picking it up from this shop it stilled did not turn on properly. I had to turn it off and then turn it on AGAIN for it to work.This whole shop looks like a pawn shop not a computer fixing place. The desktop tower I gave him was all original and when I picked it up he had screwed some regular screws in the tower since he lost the original ones. Same thing with my hard drive. The back of it was missing.Basically, if your computer is messed up avoid this shop and take it to a reputable shop not some shop with a bunch of inauthentic reviews. Or better yet, the price you pay this guy you can get a whole new computer or in my case put an extra 2-300 dollars and get another gaming computer.P.S. his hour fee is 150 per hour when all he did in my case was put the Microsoft reboot CD , stole my video cards, and tried to fix my hard drive. I hope when I mail my hard drive into a real lab they do not tell me its even more damaged because of this guy lack skills.SAVE YOURSELF PEOPLE!

2020-08-17Made my mom pay almost 300+ to add a motherboard, cpu, and new gpu into my computer and made us swap the case out and pay 40 for a box old computer case. The inside of the pc was a mess and it was running slower then ever, the temperatures of the computer was like a heat-box and almost burnt out my cpu. I was able to do a better job when moving it to a corsair 275 airflow case in under 2 hours with a screwdriver. The two images are from before and after

2019-11-14We had a laptop outer casing damage issue, that required an complete extraction of the all internal components, because the laptop would no longer completely unfold. This required the removal and replacement into a new case, a major technical task. Not only was the job completed within 3 days, but the the unit actually seems to be running more proficient than before! The price was very fair for the job. We highly recommend this hidden technical gem.

2021-08-31This was BEST laptop repair service!!! Im from out-of-town and I spilled liquid on my laptop on the plane. I found crazy pc via Google once I got to NYC and it only took the guy over the weekend to fix my laptop and that was only because I dropped it off on Saturday and theyre closed on Sundays. Technically they repaired my computer within hours on Monday! They also saved all of my files and personal information on my computer which was a HUGE relief!!! I was able to pick up my computer right before my flight home. Great service especially if youre in a desperate emergency, and very decently priced! 10/10 would recommend. Very responsive . Small business but they do big work .

2021-12-08I had a dell Laptop last April it developed a RED LINE across the screen , i sent it to Dell to have it repaired they had my Laptop for 30 days then i was told , they were going to send it back to me unrepaired because they dont have the part , I WAS FURIOUS ! so i Said F..K IT ! and i looked for a repair place locally and to my luck i found Crazy PC . Took my Laptop to them and in less than a week i had it in full working condition , they went ABOVE and BEYOND on making sure i was satisfied with their work and i am . I FULLY RECOMMEND CRAZY PC .

2021-10-14Much much better than geek squadPut simply, geek squad had me wait a week so I could reset my computer to factory settings (and if you dont want to pay the fee for them to back up your data you have to do it yourself and reschedule for a different week) and then ship it off and I was expected to get it back 3 weeks later. Instead I went here, it was a simple walk in, I explained the issue, and got my computer back good as new the next day for a reasonable price. And I didnt have to reset my computer. The crazy pc will be my go to repair shop in the future .

2021-12-07I called the crazy pc to install my new computer at one of my restuarants here in the bronx . they did a great job . they were able to come the same day . Very professional
