Mike & Scott are great. Along with the rest of the folks here. I have a 2006 dodge 3500 that over the past 2 years have been giving some serious attention. These guys know what their doing. They are so knowledgeable and in my opinion are very well reasonable priced. You will not be disappointed with these guys at all. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Keep up the great job guys.
After breaking down today on Highway 90 almost 500 miles away from home the wrecker company recommended taking my rig to the diesel shop. At first I was like just take me to the local ford garage,But the tow company highly recommended this place. but the tow company highly recommended this place. So glad I did it was a minor fix, but Very reasonably price, highly recommend will come back whenever I’m within 200 miles with any problems in their neighborhood. Great people!
Let me first by saying this. The diesel shop LLC has been nothing but an excellent experience. I made an appointment to get my 2016 Dodge Ram serviced. Oil change fuel filter swap four-wheel rotation. By the way... I didnt even need an appointment👌 The technicians at the shop are kind and very honest. I have been to a lot of shops in the area and it is very hard to find a diesel shop where the people that work there are halfway decent. The owner of the shop is also down to earth and is honest. Something that is very difficult to come by these days. Simple fast and on time is how I would describe them. For me being a business owner I take note on the cleanliness of a shop and also the upkeep of the employees. They treat the trucks as if they were their own. I would know this since I stood on the top balcony of the shop watching. Once my truck was finished which was faster than I expected I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from the technician. If youre looking for a place to bring your truck do you to have any type of major work done and or just a simple oil change and rotate I would highly recommend this place. 💯💯👌👌💪
I have been bring my coach there and they have been very very good to us. They know what they are doing, even with crazy things that go wrong while on the road, they get it fixed. So happy with my new tires!
A real stand up bunch of guys that know their business. I went in and told Mike exactly what I wanted and he told me exactly how to achieve it. The price quote never changed and they met my deadline. Love dealing with hassle free businesses that dont act like theyre doing you a favor.
Unprofessional work ..as Scott tried to diagnose and fix fuse blowing problem without a diagram of fuse box ..2009 Superduty deisel e 450...bill was over ..475.00 and the only thing done was oil change and a State inspection that was on his mind to fail at the start. 😥

This people and garage are awesome, way better than TA and any truck stop, I went in thinking they were going to have me waiting for like 4 hours and totally the opposite, good staff and professional also fair prices and the work they did to my trailer

Nice place to bring your truck for repairs theres Expert Mechanics they fixed the leak on my cascadia and only charged me two hours of labor located inside a big truck stop so parking is no issue restaurant coffee olso theres a Small motel 3 miles North who will give you a ride to and from the truck stop if you cant get uber and Lyft.
Hands down the most professional and knowledgable bunch of diesel men ive had work on my junk. Straight forward, with options to a resolution and genuinely interested in your problem. Stay honest gents, i have a bunch of qork for you!!

Promised to change our tire on our motor coach. When we got to the shop, there was no one there and, Scott, the technician we had talked to didn’t answer his cell phone or return our calls.
I have a 99 Ram 2500 come up from Florida with a lot of issues I was told it was Southern engineer which is not a good thing Matt and all the guys at the diesel shop know what theyre doing theyre great guys and it was a quick turnaround pointed out all the problems fix them and Im very happy with the service and would recommend them to everyone

Dropped my truck off at 7am for what the told me was a 3hr max job 10 hours later finally get a phone call that it was done for close to 1200 bucks and not one phone call saying they were behind had a guy sitting there the full day waiting most likely wont try again

2022-07-06Performed a rear end rebuild on Chevy pickup. Even they were very busy they took in my truck and got back to me within one day. Told me the repair would take one week was completed The estimate I was told was what I was charged. Hats off to Scott and his crew true professionalsDan

2021-12-06We had a truck down with a blown transmission. Scott was upfront and honest. He could not take the truck in right away but did not try to sweat talk us either. We ended up shipping reman and the transmission was replaced in one day. Good people to deal with. Five stars.I am Safety Director at Unlimited Freight Inc and I do recommend this shop.

2021-08-26If I could rate this shop 10 stars I would. We had an emergency electrical issue with our smart steering wheel and The Diesel Shop handled it with expertise, speed and perfection. They fit us into their extremely busy schedule and fixed our problem. Weve been to many many repair facilities over the past 20 years but none compare to this place. Their honesty, flexibility and integrity are greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Scott, Ronnie, Greg, Matt and the whole crew at The Diesel Shop. Thanks for getting us back on the road!

2021-11-16We had a serious problem with our motor home on the Thursday, the engine blew. We called several places for help, but everyone was to busy. The diesel shop was also busy but they made room for us. They fixed it, it took time and a lot BS with the warranty people, but did what they had to, tried to help us as much as they could and worked hard to put us back on the road. They were amazing, easy to talk to and made a horrible experience tolerable. We recommend them to everyone!Thank you to everyone that busted their butts to get us going again.

2021-08-22We had a great experience here. Had a blown air brake hose when we pulled into the adjacent truck stop just after 5pm. We caught Scott as he was leaving for the night and he stayed open late to make us a new brake hose with upgraded fittings so we could get back on the road the next morning. 2021-09-01Mike, Scott and the crew over at the Diesel Shop always take great care of me. I’m a firm believer of getting what you pay for- and they do nothing less than 100% on my truck. I gladly drive the 35 minutes o to Avon to have them do anything to my truck I can’t do myself. Got me in and out in less than 48 hours for a full air conditioning repair and replacement (Condensor and dryer). They are truly the best shop around.

2021-08-19The service was great I was having exploding battery issues and they replaced my battery terminals which were melted. they replaced the terminals and batteries the way I wanted them replaced without even having to ask! I am very picky about who works on my truck because not everyone will do it the correct wayThe shop was much larger then I expected and even still the service was top notch. I will definitely be returning here for future work having them work on my truck I had no issues. I rarely write reviews but for the Diesel shop I have to give them creditVery kind and professional

2021-12-03I had a bad air leak in my drivers seat. I was passing through and stopped at Quickies Truck Stop. Nextdoor is the Diesal Shop. Went in, and although very busy, looked at and fixed the problem within an hour!!! Great job…very very pleased!!!

2021-05-14They are all right guys! 😆 I gave them a bad review and they reached out to me. Well now my truck is back in their hands and soon my car will have to put up with them. So if you have a problem with them call them first they want to make it right. Well now you guys can add your sticker to my trucks collection! Thanks again!! Also the problem the truck had i was told they did it BUT they did not I was lied to by another shop just so the other place would get my business well that guy has lost me as a customer.
