I’ve been a client at The Dollhouse since 2019. I consistently recommend Dev’s services to everyone. Her salon is impeccably clean, in a convenient location, and is modern & decorated so cute 🥰 I love going there!Dev is professional, hardworking, and cares that her clients are satisfied. I’ve received many services at her salon and have always been 100% satisfied! I’m a longtime customer and would never go anywhere else.
Dev was great she made me feels so comfortable especially for it being my first time ever having a Brazilian done. Thanks Dev Ill definitely be coming back to see you!!!
I do not know how this place does not have 5 stars.. Ive come here for a little over 6 months the place is gorgeous, the decorations are always on point, the esthetic is very pleasing and the facility is absolutely clean!!!!!!!!! Dev is amazing!!!!!! Anything you want for, she can do! Her prices are extremely fair for the quality of love and work she puts in!! Book now!

Im very glad I came here to give eyelash extensions a try for the first time! There was not a whole lot of discussion as to what type of look I wanted, but the owner clearly knows what shes doing and so I loved my result anyway. I had a really good experience. I personally hate trying to park in downtown Bing, but I think this place is worth the hassle.
I went to get my lashes done I paid for $160 set , 2 days later almost all my lashes off on both sides. It was supposed to last at least 2 weeks if not that at least until my graduation the following weekend. I texted dev asking if she could fix it she claims that it must’ve been something I did . I did everything I was told and they’ve been falling out since. She wants me to pay more money to get them fixed that’s ridiculous. I won’t be going back and I’ll make sure that my friends don’t go either .
AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! If I could rate zero stars I would have. I know multiple people who have been disrespected and had to deal with the extremely rude owner of this place. She will not hesitate to scam you, take your money and proceed to never let you come to her business again. Unbelievable honestly.
I had a great experience with The Dollhouse NYC! Dev was super responsive when I began reaching out a few weeks ago and answered all questions I had. She was very patient with me when I went in for lash extensions (first-time!) and truly listened to what I was looking for. She accommodated all of my requests and made me feel super comfortable with the whole process. She explained each step, was very gentle, and the end result was great! A few days later and Im officially obsessed. I highly recommend going here. Shes a young woman with a vision in mind and a strong entrepreneurial spirit! She has high standards so I have no doubt that all services beyond what I received are top notch. Go support this awesome local business!

Ive always gone to Dev for my lashes, and shes always done amazing. Due to my job I have to get a fill every 2 weeks instead of 3-4 weeks, and Im completely fine with that. Yesterday I had booked an appointment that was 125.00 for a full set, for my birthday. I woke up today with half of my lashes missing, Ive been getting lashes for almost 2 years now and know how to take care of them. I sent her a text asking when she would be back from vacation and explained that I had lost a lot of lashes during my sleep. I was told it was something I did, and that shes booked for a month. Im not sure what I did, but I felt she didnt want to fix the issues and probably doesnt want me back due to the way I took the text message. Shes great, but her customer service disappointed me today. I wont be going back. Im mad I wasted 125 for lashes that didnt even last through at least my birthday weekend. Before this I would have done 5 starts, I always told people about her and tried to get them to go to her. Dropping down to 2 stars now because of this situation.
I booked with The Dollhouse’s Primary Makeup Artist weeks in advance, to be told on the day of my event precisely two hours beforehand that she could not commit due to an emergency with her cat. With all due respect if this salon had any legitimacy there would be more than one makeup artist so this wouldn’t be an issue to begin with or despite the “emergency”, professionalism would have been presented after the fact. I’m highly disappointed and would NOT recommend this salon.
I was impressed with the shop and owner. Clean, well appointed place. My lashes look great, very glam and full. Ill definitely be back.
I dont really know about how good she is at her profession, I only went there to pick up items shipped there from another company.She acted like I was bothering her.Glad I switched to another store for my deliveries.
I had my lashes done here on 11/21/19 and less than 2hours later the lashes began to fall out. By the next morning - more than half of my lashes had fallen out. I’ve had my lashes done in over 10 different countries and have worn lashes consistently since 2014 - so I’m not new to lash extensions or aftercare. This was easily one of the worst lash experiences. I also had my lower lashes tinted and my teeth whitened. The lash tinting was satisfactory and the teeth whitening was exceptional. However, I don’t recommend getting lashes here. Perhaps the salon should look into better adhesives 🤷♀️
BE CAREFUL!!!!! THE EYELASH EXTENSION COURSE IS A SCAM IN NYS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COSMETOLOGY LICENSE!!! I NEVER do google reviews but I want to make people AWARE OF THE SCAM so what happened to me does not happen to you because now I have to spend my time going to small claims court because the owner is a thief and will tell you anything to get you to pay your deposit because she states it is non-refundable ... I signed up to take the eyelash extension course after being informed by Dev that I do not need a cosmetology license to do eyelash extensions. I signed up right away because I was eager to start at my friends salon, so once Dev (the professional, owner, teacher) advised me that I do not need a license, stating it is a salon by salon basis but the state does not require it I signed up and put my deposit down. Upon more research I found out that you do in fact need to be licensed, and you cannot do extensions legally in a salon OR OUT OF YOUR HOME (which is what she kept telling me to do) or you can get fined upwards of $5000 by the state. To be licensed it takes 4 months to more than a year and can run you upwards of 10k. Being that I already have a professional career, and the eyelash extensions were going to be a second income, I never had intensions of getting licensed, nor do I have the time or money. I messaged Dev about my new findings and requested a refund of my $200 deposit. She refuses to give me my money back, I even offered to give her $50 for her time but had she disclosed that I needed a license I never would have signed up! So for her to keep my deposit is totally unethical. Be careful and do all of your research if you are considering this Eyelash Extension Course, if you have taken it and are doing lashes out of your home, check with your state regarding licensing because Dev tells people its fine to do but in reality, youre playing with a hefty fine. Not to mention her attitude, customer service, and business ethics are -0.I have screenshots of the texts to show anyone who questions what happened. I wish I could post pics here.

Anybody who knows me knows Im SUPER picky about my spray tans. (Ive had a ton of bad one in the past that leave me orange) BUT I have deff found my go-to for a perfect natural looking spray. I could honestly go on and on about how much I loved the way she did it. First off, it smells delicious. Second, She customizes the spray to you and your wants. Ive never been to a place with so many incentives & add ins. After my spray was done show powdered the parts on my body that naturally crease with a gold shimmer powder. I wore a light pink dress there and when I got home I didnt notice even a spec of the tan transferring. I havent gotten a spray in so long because I HATE the way that most come out but here I am, 24 hours later, after my first shower and the color is still AMAZING!

My lashes fell out immediately as soon as I got home started falling out I didn’t even do anything as of now 9/21/22 I have none left. This is the worst eye lashes I’ve experienced yet. Didn’t even wanna go back to fix cause who ever did them had a bit of an attitude with me from when I walked through the door. 160$ down the drain will not be returning. When I walked out they looked okay. As soon as I got home I noticed little lashes every where I woke up next morning to so many on the pillow. I just can’t believe what I purchased. Extremely unsatisfied with this service unfortunately. I’m new in town and just wanted somewhere to get my lashes done.

2022-01-28Dev is amazing at her job. Her lash extensions are beautiful, last between appointments, and she has so many options for volume. Also, her sets dont damage your natural lashes, and when mine finally came out I still had long and healthy natural lashes. Dollhouse is so cute (and her beds are heated!) and I would recommend it to anyone looking for lashes and other services :)

2022-08-06If you’re thinking about getting lashes, GO HERE! Dev has been doing my lashes for about 8 months now and I have never once been disappointed by her work. Even when my lashes are in rough shape, she always gets me right. Her salon is extremely clean and peaceful & I always feel comfortable and relaxed here. Dev is hard working, professional and seems to genuinely care about your experience. & on top of all that her prices are extremely fair. Can’t say enough good things about The Dollhouse!

She cares deeply about making sure you are happy with your service and it is quite obvious she really cares about her clients. She is very meticulous about her work, and she has done the best eyelash extensions I have ever seen hands down. She is truly a gem. You won’t be disappointed!

Dev was very nice and gave me a great experience for my first wax and did a very good job with my lashes. She is super chill and talks you through every process of your appointment. The aesthetic of this place is so cute and I would definitely come back and recommend my friends here.

2022-01-19I started seeing Dev in September to get my first set of lashes for my wedding. I honestly thought I’d have them for my wedding and then be done. But nope- I can’t stop going. Every time Dev does my lashes they come out so beautifully. She is clean, professional, and knows what she’s doing. Everything she produces is serious quality. I can’t recommend the Dollhouse enough!

I go there every two weeks for an eyebrow waxing and I leave happy after every visit!! I get compliments on my eyebrows often so if youre looking for new spot check out The Dollhouse! She’s super professional, the salon is clean and proper and her skills are unmatched (especially when I pop up with very minimal growth at my 4 week appointment). I’ve had my eyebrows microshaded, gotten my teeth whitened, tinted and permed my eyelashes and every single time I go, the owner, Dev, is nothing but kind and caring.
