William and the team were great to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. They know the market and priced the property correctly to deliver an extremely fast sale with multiple offers (and over asking). Their marketing and video work was amazing. An amazing team to work with. William was also great with getting building management to respond and provide documents to get a quick closing date.
The Edry Team was professional and a great team to work with. Every member was very responsive and balanced our needs with their knowledge of the housing market. We will definitely love to work with them again in the future and highly recommend!

Seamless and stress free! My boyfriend and I worked with Catie to find an apartment and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Catie worked with us beforehand to figure out what we were looking for, and we found an apartment after only one day of looking. Afterwards she helped us gather all the necessary paperwork and even checked in after our move-in. I cannot recommend enough!
During my search for a NYC apartment, I must have spoke to 25 different real estate agents. Catie was by far the best to work with. She was so pleasant to speak with, she wasnt pushy, and she was very knowledgeable about the listing. She answered my call the first time I tried, easily scheduled an appointment for the very next day, and was perfectly punctual. Highly recommend.
I had the pleasure of seeing an apartment shown by Catie from Keller Williams and she couldnt have been nicer! We ultimately ended up going with a different apartment, but my interaction with Catie was so delightful I felt compelled to find out how I could leave her a review somewhere! Brokers in NYC can be scammy, pushy, and not even show you the right place. Catie was informative, funny, helpful, and not pushy or awkward. I would highly recommend setting up an appointment with her if youre looking for a place!
As I was moving into NYC, I found Sandy, Casey, and Michael. They were always responsive, extremely resourceful, and totally professional. With their help, I secured my dream home. Highly recommend!

2022-03-08My husband and I worked with Moe Hageko when looking for our first home. Moe spent the time and diligence finding us home to view in Brooklyn that matched our preferences. When we were considering looking in NJ, Moe was super thoughtful in connecting us with a local real estate agent in NJ. We ended up buying a place in NJ, but never would have had the wonderful experience without Moe. We highly recommend Moe as he is hardworking, very thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the local area. He goes over and above to help you find your dream home and provides great data points about the listings which you wouldn’t be able to find otherwise.

2020-10-13I worked with the Edry Team on a rental recently through William, and then closely with Jessica and Casey as well. The experience was great from start to finish! William first showed me the apartment, and was very easy to work with and responsive to all questions. Once I decided to move forward with that specific apartment, I was connected with the rest of the team and worked closely with Jessica who was an absolute pleasure to work with. While the process (on the buildings side) took a fair amount of time, the entire team was keeping me updated and informed on the status from start to finish.The team was responsive, professional, and very much eased any nerves I had. I would love to work with them again, and highly suggest them to anyone looking!

2021-05-19The Edry Team has been nothing short of phenomenal. Purchasing a property in NYC is daunting enough, and purchasing a NYC home from across the country in California is exponential in its difficulty. The Edry Team has made it so easy that we are pinching ourselves.Sandy and his team spent a great deal of time consulting with us in the beginning, to learn about our needs and wants. They asked great questions and dug deep into what was important to us. We cast a wide net at first, and Casey Silverman was off and running, literally! She toured and recorded countless buildings, gave us her honest opinions, Face Timed us from properties, and we were able to collaborate online with feedback for each building/unit. She narrowed down not just the neighborhoods but also the buildings for us.Our first conversation with The Edry Team was on January 27th, and we located the one and were under agreement on February 13th - in 17 Days!During escrow, they helped us find the right attorney, helped in negotiations, helped us navigate through last-minute closing hiccups and walkthroughs.No questions were too silly or went unanswered, and Casey always had our best interest at heart.Sandy and Casey, you made such a foreign and potentially difficult purchase as easy as we could ever hope. 2020-08-27The Edry Team is very professional when it comes to real estate and always being responsive to all my emails and calls. It was definitely an eye-opener experience to work with the broker William Tabler and his team, they showed me another level of service beyond my expectation. While other brokers were closed or not working with clients during Covid pandemic, the team had been working non stop to find me best investment opportunities out there. I will stick with The Edry Team for my next investment property and I highly recommend them to all NYC Seller, Buyer, and Investor.

Sandy is Edry is not only one of the kindest people youll ever meet, hes also one of the most knowledgable about everything real-estate. As years have gone by (and were still happily in the apartment he sold to us in NYC) he has helped us with refinancing and any questions we have anytime. 2020-10-20Our family had gotten bigger and Ive had my studio on and off the market for a few years. It was at the point where it was becoming the un-sellable home. Brokers have come and gone. All the previous realtors I have had would rather concentrate on big sales and always left us in the back burner, no open houses or any type of foot traffic. When I was introduced to William, with the Edry Team. He immediately went into action and pushed through. Always kept us up to date and made sure we had some foot traffic. Always made the time to meet with us, or had his phone available for any questions or advice. (Extra points after I found out he got married during the process and still helped us) Within 3 months he got our apartment sold and already had suggestions on some prospects for a bigger place within our budget. Understanding of our situation. Our partnership did not end with selling my studio. He helped us purchase a 2 BR apartment. Even after a few years. William is still available for any advice regarding real estate. I highly recommend William, you would not get a nicer and harder working realtor than him.
