Had an arraignment delivered to my friend in the hospital. Flowers were amazing and service was incredible. My new favorite florist.
This morning I walked in to purchase my boss a bundle of flowers, nothing in particular as she had just lost her mother a few weeks prior and it being mothers day weekend, I thought it might bring her spirits up a bit. As I walked through the door, I was asked if I was picking up an order. I noted I wasnt but was just looking to purchase some flowers; again nothing in particular. The gentleman at the front desk quickly replied, You do know its mothers day weekend? I stated I did and that I was just looking to purchase a small thing of flowers. He stated that most of the flowers in the shop were already spoken for but I could take a pick from the tulips by the front door. I stated that would be fine and as I checked out, I shared whom and why I was purchasing these flowers. He replied, yeah, I bet this will be a difficult weekend for her. Just a side note, if you want customers to return, give them a more positive experience. While your shop is super cute and smelled incredible, your attitude was ugly. Thanks but no thanks, wont be supporting this local shop again.
Never delivered at the promised time, Even being told it was time sensitive. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Youd be better off contacting 1800flowers.... such a joke.
Ordered fruit basket to be sent at Christmas. It was embarrassingly awful. Would never recommend.
Enchanted Florist, owned by Louis Bower Bannister, has been a godsend during a difficult time for our family. He listened to what we needed and delivered above and beyond what we asked. He is my go-to for flowers. His arrangement are beautiful, his prices are good and hes always willing to work with you to get what you want. Ive never had a bad experience!
On the more expensive side and generally smaller bouquets. Owner is a bit cookey but in a good way. He made the most beautiful bouquet for me last year and incorporated a branch of peppers. Definitely give him a visit.
This place is fantastic, Ive ordered last minute from here and they have been polite and extremely accommodating. Last time i ordered was a year ago and he still knew my name a year later. They take pride in what they do. Wouldnt ever go anywhere else in the capital district, I can trust them to provide a great product.

2021-07-19Louis of The Enchanted Florist is absolutely the most amazing person you will ever work with for flowers. He pulled some strings for an old friend (my son) to be able to put together some floral displays for his brothers rehearsal dinner. Wish I had taken more photos, but with limited time and coming from FL, thanks to Louis pulling some strings with his connections, my son who is also a floral designer at Fort Meyers Florist in FL, was able to make a couple of lovely floral displays for his brother Nick and his future sister in law! A good time was had by all, and Steven felt he had a part in making it so special! Thank you Louis...you are one of a kind, and we will not soon forget you for your generous and kind nature! 2021-08-04Amazing arrangements every time. Most recently I ordered 2 arrangements for co-workers as a thank you. I told the florist I wanted modern & bright, and left it to his creative discretion. And wow did he deliver! They came out better than I imagined. Thank you so much for delivering this gorgeous arrangement! By far the most artistic & modern florist in the capital region! His work really stands out.

2021-04-24The Enchanted Florist provides excellent, personal, creative service. We needed a sympathy arrangement in the midst of a busy administrative professionals week. I called and we discussed some possibilities. The arrangement delivered was beautiful. It had just the right creative additions to make it a special personal gift. And it was delivered ahead of schedule. Perfect.

2019-02-13I contacted The Enchanted Florist for a surprise arrangement and they delivered next day. I was not very specific about how the arrangement should look so the florist had creative freedom. The did a fantastic job! My loved one thought the flowers were beautiful. You team was great, especially, Louis he was very helpful, responsive, patient, and diligent. Thank you I’ll be a repeat customer soon.

2021-01-15The best florist in the Albany area. I called for a last-minute bouquet of flowers for my mom’s birthday, and they were happy to help. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and the most beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers. I highly recommend Enchanted Florist!

2020-10-09If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. I needed a last minute bouquet on a Friday of a Holiday weekend and boy did they deliver! I was blown away at how beautiful the flowers and presentation were. I absolutely recommend this business and their excellent customer service.

2021-05-05Okay so I just called this flower shop to order flowers. I was told by the man on the phone that they are booked for mothers day. I asked, does that mean that I cannot place an order for flowers? He responded that nothing can be done until next week. He was very curt. Poor customer service, certainly wont bother with them again or recommend.

2018-08-03Many thanks to Louis for doing our wedding flowers! My bridal bouquet was gorgeous! I mentioned to him that sunflowers are my favorite and that my late mother loved red roses. He very creativity incorporated both flowers into my bouquet and the table arrangements, providing a loving tribute to my mom. So thoughtful ! The wrist corsages and my husbands boutonniere were also beautiful ! Louis even volunteered to make a special trip to my hair stylist to drop off flowers for my wedding updo! Wouldnt have gone anywhere else to order flower arrangements!
