Ive been to this establishment and its beautiful inside great music, great atmosphere loved the food the burgers are the best, tasty drinks. Definitely going to recommend for my sisters sweet 16, also the general manager was very helpful and professional. 👍🏼👍🏼
Those douche bags guards are bunch of dcks. I was just sitting comfortably and they said I cant sit like I was at home. But whats the use of those comfortable chairs if I cant lay down. I bought food inside the factory so Im still a customer. They need to be trained again. They ruin the experience. I understand its a public place but does that mean I cant sit comfortably. Theyre idiots.
I dont know about the other places, but the place where they had bubble tea, has a horrible service. I was in a hurry, and the lady who took my order said it wouldnt take long. I waited for a good 20 minutes before I realized they had forgotten my order. After i went to tell them, they took another 10 minutes to make what I had ordered, which was strawberry green tea, and got it wrong. At that point, I was so late I had to leave. Would never recommend to a friend.
Great place very quiet
They have good place to eat and if you are a student you get 2 pizza slices for 5 dollars with a soda. They have a great lounge

Former Macys warehouse has now been converted into a spacious interesting building periodI guarantee you that you have never seen an elevator like the one in this building

I use to work here back in 2018 with BriovaRx and I must confess I miss the The Factory. Beat place to grab a drink after work, was in LIC, prime location for almost everything. Secondly, great food and restaurants inside. I so loved the express bus that I was able to take from the Train station to work everyday, that was a such an amazing spoiler for me. To and from the train everyday, I felt so happy not to have to walk for the train.Secondly, I must confess amazing people from different industries in one building. Loved everyday coming to work and seeing such amazing people. They always lifted my spirits and many days were bad!Man to work back here would so be ideal. But, the memories I will cherish dearly!

2022-03-14Honestly being generous with my review, the food is okay but the staff is really rude. Especially to Laguardia students even though they pay. We are all aware that the property is private but they should not be kicking students out if their coffee shop is half empty.

2018-07-03On first glance you wouldnt have imagined that this space would be so varied in its choices. There are different eateries on the ground level (dumplings at Vanessas Dumpling House, pizza, Papillon for bakery goods to name a few), a gym, and an art gallery on either end.Inside, the public eating area is very clean and inviting, with bench seating as well as soft couches and areas for collaborative meetings. They most recently also painted the wall which is a nice splash of color.Outside there are rotating food trucks offering various cuisine depending on the day of the week.My favorite part is the art, which is local, and changes every month. The pieces make you think as you seek a brief escape from the mundane work life.

2020-12-21Not really feeling good about the open office set up. The lack of privacy and the call center vibe just makes you want to be somewhere else. The elevators are amazing 👏. Maybe Id feel better working in the elevators lol.

2020-03-03New, well maintained, and nicely designed and laid out. Lobby is often full of highschool kids blasting music and making out on the couches, so that takes away from the experience somewhat. The food is pretty tasty, varied, and reasonably priced. The breakfast place is great, and theres always foodtrucks outside / in the area.Overall not a bad place to have an office if youre setting up shop in queens!

2021-08-21The internet is sort of laggy but I went here for years to buy the pizza. The place is very clean and spacious. It’s a great place to go to for silence or even to study!
