VillageOne is a gem of a find. After years of exploring a large range of co-work spaces, members clubs, and belonging to a handful of them including WeWork, I felt not only most productive, but also socially comfortable at VillageOne. No hidden fees, giant deposits, up-selling, etc. what you see is what you get. Ownership is very reasonable and human - no unnecessarily rigid corporate barriers or policies here.Location: Heart of Soho, cant ask for more.Space: High ceilings, tons of even daylight, good air quality and appropriate noise level. Never once felt crowded or in need of more space, but in enough company to not feel isolated or stale.Private Offices: Doesnt apply to me since I like hot desks. I believe they are currently in process of expanding more of these.Ownership and Staff: Easy going and fun, but mature and professional at the same time. Consistently approachable, attentive and receptive. No moodiness or attitude here.Members: Interesting and considerate people who are there to work, but are approachable, accommodating and gracious with easy smiles. This is what a shared community should feel like.Value: Hands down the best return for the dollar Ive found in the city yet.Exceptional 5/5 overall experience. No regrets.
This is a great shared office space. I frequently use this coworking space as a contractor. The great location in Soho, allows me to service my clients in Manhattan, but especially the surrounding areas.Great atmosphere and I can get a considerable amount of work done.
This place is amazing. It’s brightly lit and professional, yet still feels cozy and homely. Fruit-infused water and coffee are free, and I noticed some charcoal burning that gave off a pleasant, but unobtrusive scent. The windows are large and allow for lots of natural lighting. The view is nice, as it is located on the 7th floor. The place is clean and well kept, with a variety of plants as decoration. Theres a very nice (expensive-looking) speaker, and the music coming out from it is clean. Their choice in music is amazing, and I had to keep “Shazam-ing” the songs. There was an awesome soundproof booth right next to the speaker, which I just had to try out, and it was a unique experience.I didnt get a chance to look at it too much, but there was also a professional photography studio next door which looked pretty cool!
As a professional photographer, I have shot at studios around the world. This is by far the best one that I have shot at. Fully equipped studio with all Profoto gear. Classy and high end environment that will impress your clients. The staff is the best and most helpful that I have worked with. They have helped in every way, they went above and beyond of what was required for them. They make sure your experience is top notch as a professional creative. The studio is 10/10. I had a great experience with Vivian and Victoria who have helped me out tremendously.
Shocked to find out this is over $200 monthly to be a member. But welcome to NYC. Very sparse accommodations and as far as I could tell , not even private call rooms. Wires everywhere on the floors and too many chairs etc to walk into. Won’t be returning. Too claustrophobic

2019-04-17This is a cool coworking space in soho. Great for writing or whatever it is that you need to do. Good balance of professional and creative types. Great location and chill environment. There is also a cool studio room used for photography exhibits, events and large meetings. One of the most convenient Manhattan coworking locations.

2019-08-20VillageOne makes me want to go out of my way to visit their space. They offer a great atmosphere, pleasant staff, outstanding amenities, a conference room, and a production studio. The beauty of the space is not an exaggeration, and they feature artwork right there at the space. No matter where you choose to make your station, their rotating gallery is accessible and available to see. There are 3D tours that are available on their site! They have excellent lighting, satisfying music, and seem to burn incense or use diffusers to keep the space smelling nice. Whether its to get work done or to get into a creative mindset, their community makes me feel like Im where I need to be.

2019-06-04I was a member there for six months and only left because I moved out of Manhattan. This co-working space has great light, high ceilings, and amazing facilities. The internet is super fast and the people that manage it are super nice as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to work. Village Ones pricing is also the best out of all the places I checked around Manhattan before I became a member there

2020-03-04Convenient location, open spacious loft space, and friendly accommodating staff make VillageOne the best co-working space in Lower Manhattan.VillageOne locates conveniently above the Broadway-Lafayette Street subway station. When visitors arrive, they will be greeted by the warm sunlight radiates through the tall windows. A welcome hug to start the day.As visitors navigate for seating, there are plenty of lush green plants placed beautifully between worktables. There is no wall and no dedicated desk. VillageOne provides shared tables, sofas, and standing desks.VillageOne welcomes visitors with all the must-have amenities, high-speed wifi, coffee and cookies, a conference room, a private-booth, standing desks, and more. An accommodating staff is always available for questions and assist in any need.If you are looking for a lofty, spacious, co-working space in Lower Manhattan, VillageOne is your choice.Location, location and location. I am a member and highly recommend VillageOne.

2020-02-27This is a great and affordable co-working space. The decor and lighting are very welcoming and enjoyable to work in. Its situated in a prime SoHo location with easy access to subways. The co-workers are mostly people in creative industries or tech. They are very nice and its easy to socialize at the regular social events (e.g., art gallery openings--this space doubles as an art and photography gallery). The staff and owner are very accommodating and indulged my request for the chewy Chips Ahoy cookies as the snack they serve.I was a guest or member for nearly two years (since they launched). I left because I moved farther away but definitely hope to be back occasionally!
