I have been working from the SoHo location for over 2 years now and I am so happy I chose TheFarm. I went to visit all the other co-sharing office spaces and this is just the best. The work space is beautiful, call and meeting options are very good and the staff are always amazingly efficient and helpful.
Not happy with The Farm. Earlier last week, they abruptly closed the Farm North where the photo studio that I worked out of was located. They took over this space from another co-working company in November, and when they did so, they told us that nothing would change. This action has hurt my business, not helped it.
I, personally, don’t think the Company and Spaces would be anything without Pedro. He’s an amazing Manager and always goes above and Beyond. But as far as Farm SoHo overall - I love it. Love the Space. Mainly the private Booths for Online meetings.I had to get use to the Unisex Bathroom!!!! Hahahaha hahahaha. I don’t want any Woman saying I’m watching em or something. Hahahaha hahahaha
I proposed to my fiancé on the roof of their 188 Grand St. location! Great spot with great views. Ekin did a phenomenal job arranging accommodations so that I could be well prepared and have the space for the time I needed. Would absolutely recommend copying me and proposing here!
I hosted a small womens conference here and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The staff was so helpful! Elif was my person of contact and was always very quick to respond to my questions and help when she could. Lilly and Paola were the on site assistants for the day and they worked so hard to make sure my guests were doing great, make sure I had everything I needed, the room was set up as needed etc. I am very very pleased with the location, the space, the staff, everything!! I will absolutely be renting this space again!
I love this place, great people, wonderful work spaces. What I like best is you can change up how you work each day using different parts of the facility. Their rates are also great as well, loved my time with this coworking space! It is even open 24 hours a day which really helps for people like me.
Our company has been at The Farm for about 2 years now and honestly we couldnt be happier. The space provides a lot of variety to fit any needs you may have, and the managing staff is always extremely helpful. The location is unbeatable if you want access to not only major train lines but the heart of soho. They keep everything very clean, and make sure you feel taken care of!
I love The Farm. The price point cannot be beat, the vibe is amazing - low key, charming, members are friendly and interesting, and the staff is awesome - youll get help instantly if you ever have an issue (like with printing). Im so grateful that I found this place. Ive been a member for 2.5 years! Oh, and they are super dog friendly!
Great atmosphere, the space itself tells it all very nice , interesting, cool environment. The staff where great. Its a clean and spacious place. This space is great for hosting events and I will defenetly recommend The Farm soho also the name is unique love it! Beautiful venue and worth the money, the best place could not have picked a better venue all of my guest thought it was beautiful.... Overall great experience!!!!
Thread very carefully during the reservation payment process online. They have sketchy fees that arent clear until your card is charged. The invoice they sent via email was very different compared to the invoice I accepted online. The charges were doubled than what I had originally accepted online.
Great space! Really loved the decorations. Really feels like your out of the city and you can clear your head and think. What I love about it also is there are two entrances one from Broadway if you want to be in the mix of people and one on Mercer to avoid the crowds. Most of all love the vibe of people that are at my table it makes for a very creative conducive space. The only problem I have is I hate the cold of winter so I head to California to my other co working space. Wish there were in Cali too...
This is my go-to coworking space when Im visiting town and is way better than chains like Regus or WeWork. Why? You can get a desk for a day, which is great for people like me who are fully location independent freelancers who move frequently. Youre also not locked into restrictive hours like 9 to 5 or 9 to 6 because who works normal hours in NYC or as a freelancer? I can start work at 5:00 am and finish at 8:00 pm if I need to. I like the location, the space is comfortable, its right above the deli, and close to major subway lines if you need to get uptown.
I looked at many co-working spots before landing at The Farm. The selling point for me was that its an event space in addition to co-working. Ive hosted three networking events in the front space, and the attendees all commented on the uniqueness of the venue and the convenient location. If youre looking for a special loft space for an event, or a co-working space with lots of interesting, motivated people to compare notes with, this is the place!
Turned up and not only did the tour guide not speak that good english, the place is not big enough to need one. There is a makeshift sleep bed which sadly looks like some students built it and the kitchen leaves much to be desired. The icing on the cake was water spilling from the AC unit around a couple of people in the shared space, who I can only presume are determined to stick it out because they pay so much for bench seat. If only more people looked happier, instead of crammed in like hamsters I feel this venue could be adjusted to be better. Ive seen 3 different companies and this was the worst by a clear mile. Sorry, but if things change in the future try again in a year or so.
This place is great, i was looking for a place to work in NYC, did a search and this one stood out the most. Its affordable and the installations are very adequate for some one who needs a place to work hard without interruption, internet is fast and never lags too.. will be working here for now on whenever im in NYC
I love the vibe and atmosphere. People are so respectful and it definitely has the best coffee of any cospace I’ve been to. Also, the pet friendly policy is wonderful. Tony the dog makes my day when he runs up the aisle. My only causation is it’s always so unbearably cold. Literally could not feel my fingers by the end of the day. Bring a HEAVY jacket

2022-01-07Hands down, The Farm is NYC’s best co-working space available! The aesthetic is super cool with a rustic interior and tons of interior space. Amazing management team and 24 hour access, too! Pedro, Community Manager, is incredibly attentive and always there to ensure things run smoothly each day. Can’t say enough about the place!

2022-07-29I loved my experience at The Farm. Going back a second time this weekend. Its clean, EXTREMELY respectful and quiet. The four legged visitor on site was so sweet and well behaved. Great clientele. Everyone was friendly and nice. Going back again this Sunday!

2022-07-21For Virtual Mailbox: I had a couple of problems with the Virtual Mailbox services and decided not to engage with them. I understand this is not their core product.I decided to cancel my subscription after seeing in their website that I would have to pay an additional 89 dollars fee to send an authorization for them to receive mail on my name (something I hadnt seeing so far) and learning there were cheaper options in NY.They told me they would cancel and refund me. However, my credit card was charged anyway and today I called multiple times with no answer. I believe being responsive should be a thing providers of virtual mail should offer. After seeing this review, they were more responsive and gave me the number of the manager who was very eager to help.

2022-07-15Booked a day pass for this co working space.Clean space and bathrooms, super spacious communal tables, and easy to get access. They send you an email the day of with steps on how to get access to the building and Wi-Fi. Friendly workers.FYI i used this space on a Friday during the summer and it wasn’t busy at all. Maybe during the week and not in the summer it’s bustling more? Will def use again.Would stay here again

2022-05-15I am going to be nice abd give 3 stars even though they deserve half that.went there recently for day pass. Check in was very easy. The lightening and atmosphere is really terrible. I wouldn’t stay there for more than a day. The kitchen area is very small. Also, there were people on their phones speaking very loudly that it was hard to focus. WeWork is better managed.

2022-05-11When I first started coming, I enjoyed the space. However, there have now been at least two weeks with wifi issues. It isn’t acceptable to be paying $300 a month, to have to leave in the middle of the day because the wifi is too latent. In addition, there are some people who use the space that never learned about using “indoor” voices…

2022-06-23Confused why this place advertises 24 hour coworking. Stopped in at 1030 to check-in to one of the croissant desks they had available. Rang the door bell about 5-6 times and called but place was deserted. I guess this is why people work from home, less variables that could go wrong.

2022-03-01I just became a new member of The Farm Soho NYC. My initial experience was that I signed up for a tour, was greeted in a very friendly manner and quickly had all my questions answered. Also, by observing other members already working there, I could sense it would be an inspiring place to work.
