Got into a major collision and my Audi A3 was in dire need of body work. What I thought was going to be a stressful process, was made to be a seamless, unruffled experience provided by the Fender Menders. I was referred to them by a family friend and had my car towed to their shop. Once my vehicle arrived I was showered with the utmost care and professionalism by their team. I applaud Desiree for her proactive updates in regards to my car and working in unison with my insurance, her efforts exhibited the great dedication that Fender Menders has for their craft. Body work that I thought would take a matter of a few months was done in no more than a month, an exemplary display of promptness and yet still great attention to detail. As cliche as it sounds, there’s no other way to put it that they really did make my car look new as if it was fresh out of the dealership.

I went there to get my car repair after accident. They fixed the issues but gave me my car back with dents and marks . I took it back bc I had proof that my car wasnt like that . They fixed with attitude and made me wait 2 weeks for the first repair and then a 1 week for the second repair . Just picked up my car and found more issues like deep scratches that look brand new . I have pictures to prove my car didnt look like that but I just give up with them . The worst place in history . Very un happy with there services. Scammers . Making dents and scratches on my car so they could charge me to fix what they did SMH. Someone needs to report them .

I brought my car here in need of a bumper repair after it was hit and run and Steve did an incredible job. He gave me a great price on the repair and it looks good as new. Very professional and fast!

I have had my grey 2014 Honda Civic serviced twice here at the Fender Mender. Steve is a true professional who genuinely cares about providing excellent work. The first time I needed to get work done on my vehicle, they were proactive in calling me often and keeping me updated on the time table of when I would expect to receive my car back. When I finally picked up my vehicle, it was a relief to see everything (and then some) fixed as if it came off the dealership lot. It was no question as to why I went back to them a second time and they took even better care of me. If you have doubts of choosing a trustworthy body shop, do not hesitate with the professionals here in Astoria. I cannot thank them enough.

I had the best experience Ive ever had with a body shop. Pricing was very competitive and the quality of the work was outstanding- they even did a couple more things at no extra charge. These guys have my business for life.

Steve and his team do an excellent job at what they do. He’s done work on a couple of my cars & he never disappointed. Good work ain’t cheap & cheap work ain’t good. You get what you pay for! Thanks Steve.

Steve, Desiree and Mark have helped me take care of all of my vehicles since I have been living in Astoria (Chevy Impalas and Acura TLX). Their quality of repairs are excellent and their attention to details are second- to- none in the Astoria/LIC area. I highly recommend them!

Excellent. All proposed work was fully explained. Paint match for a ten year old car was perfect. All was aces. Insurance recommended. For a reason.
