The staff are definitely kind professional & Dr. Carl is great! I was referred to him by my podiatrist after a cyst removed before grew back with more complications (I was warned about this early on). Indeed the office can be busy & its a bit of a wait, but its definitely worth it & shows just how good it is

Dr Carl Jean and his staff are amazing they make you feel at home. I have been dealing with ankle problems for years no one ever dealt with the issue I started seeing Dr Carl Jean years back and Ill never go to anyone but him. He truly loves his job and cares about his patients.

Suburb service!Dr. Jean and his staff are professional, kind, compassionate and resourceful. When I was looking for a foot doctor I wanted the best. Dr. Jean was not only recommended by friends, he is highly recommended by his own peers. He is one of the best surgeons in Brooklyn. High sought after. His office is indeed extremely busy because he is the best.

Horrible service and business practices. Soon as you call they put you on hold for 5 minutes. They don’t return calls or do follow up calls. I called them once a week after my Medicaid insurance denied the medication prescribed to fix a damaged toe nail. They was suppose to send me medication from an alternative pharmacy that accepts my insurance. I haven’t gotten no treatment and I’m waiting on their call. Dr. Johnson you need a whole new staff up there. Although you was very nice guy, you cut my nail too low. Now I have no treatment and with an open wound I’m prone to more fungus in my toe nail. Thank you guys.

Taking forever to take people, dont go there if u dont take ur day off pfff
