This place is absolutely amazing. It was my first time here. Thought I’d give it a try after a friend recommended it to me because I was feeling very fatigued lately. Maybe also due to the stress from work and home life. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Michelle was very friendly and knowledgeable about the services and packages they offer. I’d definitely recommend this place to my friends and family as well. The packages are affordable and quite worth it in my opinion. Best thing is that it’s located close to my office.
I have been going to Fuel Stop for about a year now and love the services they provide. From Cryo to IV drips to OCI they have the best equipment and amazing staff. Mila, the owner is very informative and a great resource for health information. I love my visits to fuel stop and highly recommend!

Never purchase any packages or provide your card info to this business! In November 2018 I purchased a special holiday package of 3 cryotherapy sessions for $100. In May 2019 I redeemed 1 session the day before the Brooklyn Half marathon leaving me with 2 more sessions. I returned to the business in June 2019 to redeem another and was charged $57.48. I called the business and spoke with a man who stated that he couldnt help me, but hed inform the manager to assist with the issue and get back to me. I never received a follow up call.I contacted the business again and spoke with a guy who informed that theres a expiration on packages which was not stated at the time of purchase in 11/2018. I was incorrectly charged without authorization for the June 2019 visit. It is now months later and I havent heard from the manager nor did I receive a credit to my account. I will never return to this business again. I was robbed and this issue shouldve been resolved by now. They could easily refund me and allow me to redeem my other 2 visits to rectify the issue, but theyd rather ignore consumer concerns.Now the business is accusing consumers of abusing a policy. They had no policy stated and the purchase was over the phone with a representative who failed to mention it. So for their lack of professionalism and failure to provide customers with full information, theyre falsely accusing consumers of abusing the policy. If it was a mistake then take ownership & accountability of the fact that your company failed to provide info. Why would I pay for a service and not use it ? Wheres the sense in that, such a disappointment. Bad business, they only want to take your money and have no genuine care for consumers.
I am blown away by the level of technological development The Fuel Stop uses. I have worked for multiple spas as a yoga teacher over the last few years in Manhattan and The Fuel Stop is unparalleled in their treatments. They have the OCI10, a machine that uses Ozone Therapy, infrared technology, and electromagnetic frequencies. I believe this machine is an essential catalyst for anyone suffering from a chronic disease or illness, and would recommend it to anyone alive who is exposed to the level of environmental toxins we have in New York. Mila also has the only Cryo therapy chamber in New York that does not use Nitrogen. Nitrogen is actually toxic for people to breath, so it’s much better and you can actually stick your head fully inside which makes the experience much more intense. Not to mention, Mila is an incredible source of knowledge for anyone seeking next level answers to their health. When they say “ Be Bionic” they really mean it- this establishment is geared to take you to the next level of your health journey.
I was recommended by my friend Andrea Cruz. I ran the New York Marathon and was in pain, so I gave it a shot. Mila, Ivonne, and the rest of the staff were very helpful, informative and caring. I highly recommend this place to athletes and regular people like me who wants their body to be better!
The best in NYC. The only Cryo chamber that is not nitrogen based (healthier) Full Chamber. They offer supplements, drinks and snacks to boost results. Suggest combining the Cryotherapy with the sculpting massage.The staff are also incredibly knowledgeable, and make it fun!
I love this place and it’s the only place I know of in NYC to do full body cryo— not the kind where your head sticks out but a full chamber that you walk in. The owner is a fantastic advertisement for her business as she is gorgeous and glowing with good health. I had a chronic hip injury and I tried everything, and cryo was the only thing that fixed it (after just two 3 min sessions).

This is the best place ever - the people are extremely nice and caring, and the treatments are extremely effective for a variety of conditions. I highly recommend coming to fuel stop - it will be one of the best decisions you cAn make for your health. If there is an “elixir of life”, it would be at fuel stop.
As a personal trainer for almost 20 yrs, Ive seen and been through plenty of injuries and body sculpting. Ive seen many fads and trends. I learned not to jump on most fitness bandwagons. For some time, Ive heard of various cold therapies like ice baths and nitrogen tanks, but this model of cryotherapy caught my attention. Being in a chamber as opposed to a tank, (where someone has to let me out) I feel like Im in full control of leaving, and free to move around. Being from the Caribbean, you can imagine that I detested it at first, but now Im used to it, as well as the results Im seeing from it. I have less back discomfort and even lost some body fat!
Our experience here was awesome. mila is very friendly and welcoming. My son enjoyed the cryo sessuon here. We visited from California. This office was impressive and spotless clean.

2020-03-11If you havent tried cryotherapy - you need to join the revolution in health & wellness and you need to try it here! The Fuel Stop team is AMAZING - a special shoutout to Alberto. He told me about the Circuits they offer and helped me to save. They have Whole Body Cryochamber, the only one I was able to find in NYC. They also offer IV drips & quick shots to boost the muscle spasms, detox and can help you with jetlag. Im the biggest baby with needles so I REALLY appreciate not even feeling a pinch. I cant recommend this place enough, I go there every week and the health benefits are incredible - more energy improved cognitive function & a ton of skin benefits that have helped me improve my life long acne suffering.Thank you very much

2021-11-11I truly cannot say enough good things about the Fuel Stop NYC and their staff. I have been going to them for a few years now and they are simply the best in all things wellness. They offer an extensive list of services from vitamin IVs, OCI detox treatments, various facials, supplements, and of course cryotherapy. They have a full body, natural air, top of the line cryotherapy chamber that is infinitely better than the nitrogen chambers you find in other cryo places in the city. Cryo is seriously cold but it has so many amazing benefits including weight loss and anti-aging. Im someone that cant stand being cold and never thought I could do something like this, but that is a testament to just how great cryo is. It is honestly addicting. While the services provided at Fuel Stop are top of the line, its their staff that makes this place such a gem. Mila, Alberto, Michelle, and the entire staff is so welcoming, informative, attentive and caring. They always make you feel right at home. I have never left a review for anything before so that tells you just how much I love this place. I cannot recommend it enough.

2021-02-28If you are looking to feel more like yourself or like a BETTER version of YOU - TFS is for you! As a medical professional I have been exploring different vitamin and NAD IV therapies ( to stay healthy) at various places for over a year. TFS has exceeded my expectations. They offer an array of different cocktails and the staff was on point ! They were so kind and patient to stay open for me past office hours so that my service was not rushed. On top of it both the phlebotomist Michelle and manager Al are both so informative and friendly ! I am looking forward to exploring the cryo and other really unique high end wellness services. 2019-12-17Getting Wedding Ready as I leave Cold NY for Warmer Weather and I don’t wanna get sick and this spot was recommended to me. What can I say after just going once’s and loving the staff and the warm welcome I got made me feel so comfortable. I felt so different after leave in a GREAT WAY. Felt Lighter and full of energy, something I’ve been missing this winter with all the crazy weather we been having.Albee Informed me of all the treatment they had and what was best for me since it was my first time. The nurse were super helpful and friendly will be going back until I leave for my wedding.

2018-10-24Never would have tried this without a strong-armed recommendation. It’s pretty wild. A must-try. I understand the other cryo spots do it with nitrogen, and only part of the body.Really nice staff, I recommend getting flash-frozen here. :)

2019-12-18So I usually dont care to write reviews but I needed to let everyone know about my experience here . From beginning to end the experience felt catered to me. Everyone there was sincere, knowledgeable and efficient. The Nurse was personable and spot on very professional. Then the experience on the floor with alberto was superb felt like I knew him forever and they impressed me with the product knowledge the attention to detail. cant say enough about this place. The best experience Ive had at a spa .

2019-03-30Came here after I saw a fitness trainer post on their treatments. I am so happy I discovered this place. Convenient location and some treatments I have heard about but never thought I could get. Received my first two treatments and I am very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of staff, as well as facilities. Cant wait to explore more of their other treatments.

2019-10-12I have been coming here for months, dealing with issue of heavy fatigue. I started out with Ozone Therapy, then switched it up with IV refuel push. The refuel push is an assortment of liquid vitamins that go directly into the blood stream, providing a more efficient boost of energy. Works wonders. My only complaint is that I wish there was something that gave me permanent energy, all the time. There isnt. So until I find that miracle cure, I will continue my weekly refuel/Ozone sessions. So glad I found this place.
