This Re-Store always has a great selection of used furniture and more to browse through. You never know what you might find there and the inventory changes frequently so it is quite worth stopping by on a regular basis. Prices can be a bit high sometimes but Ive found many a bargain there!
The Fuller Center is absolutely great. First off, its mission is unmistakably one of community and kindness to all. Second, they have phenomenal home goods and bargains. I want to thank them for such a wonderful community service. I go there at least once a month with my wife and we truly enjoy shopping there knowing the greater good is being served. Thank you Jim Killoran (executive director of The Fuller Center)!
Trying to donate furniture. I sent an email with pictures 4 days ago and not even a reply on when they would get back to me. Try calling, no answer and vm is full.Update: I went to store and showed them the pictures. They came and picked up everything. Even items I expected they wouldnt want. Not like those other picky charities that want your new stuff only.
Wow, my employees were faced with vulgar and hateful language when they parked outside this place by an employee that acts like she owns the street, she yelled remarks not even worth mentioning, please teach your employees to respect other humans beings, this is not a community to insult other likes this, you’ll be hearing from a lot people now.
Horrible experience. The truck came at 11:45am when the organization said they would come between 8am and 12pm. My mother was there for over 3 hours waiting until she could not wait any longer due to her doctors appointment. We forgot to empty the draws of some clothing and they would not pick it up. Put us in a real bind when the new owners were scheduled to move in two days later. They also did not return phone calls. Would NEVER recommend this organization. Their lucky to get one star.
Good Morning and God Bless, Habitats for Humanity of Westchester is home to the finest staff here to serve our community. If you are looking for a place for your business or family to volunteer, then look no further because you are at the right place. They also have amazing ReStore so this is the place to donate items of your choice. One of their best developments is all of the homes that they build for our Veterans. This is the place to be...

What can you find here? In this helpful puzzel of a place? A great person by the name of Jim Kilorahn who has had the incredible austery to help needy furniture find its perfect place in my home, your home, new stuff in the mix, gently used but well priced, but they will work with you and then some.
They do not care about people. my family needed help after promises and he would yes me to death and never return a call nothing and almost a year of waiting and nothing and now the city wants to kick us out of our home and split up my family with my disabled grandparents and sisters and mother. I prayed something will be done and they abandoned us with no help and to be thrown on the streets.
I should have been the first person to post a review of this special place. My name is Toni Byrd:I was born and raised in New Orleans,Louisiana. August 2005 Katrina took and kill some of my people and family there and some made it out to chat about it. Its still hard but we are here still surviving. I made the trip safe with my daughter there and we stayed for 2 years but we were called home for personal reasons. But before this place and special people help us with things we need in the apartment there in New Rochelle, NY 10801 and we are very greatful. THANKSLOVE TONI & JAZMYN BYRD1838 TENNESSEE STREET will always be home.

2021-07-17Surprisingly few options at fairly high prices. We were looking for a nightstand and there were none. Lots of chairs, though. Decent to support their cause if youre in the area, but might not be worth a trip to visit if youre just looking for used furniture to buy.

2021-05-26I discovered this store about a year and a half ago. What keeps me going back? The professional, warm and welcoming customer service of Gia. She makes each visit a pleasure with her personality, her helpfulness and the inspirational music she plays for the customers softly in the background. Definitely a major part of the shopping experience! The store is a treasure box if you frequent, take your time to look and and are willing to add sweat equity at times.

2021-05-26I absolutely love the store especially that the proceeds go to support this very important nonprofit. My son volunteered there when he was in high school and it was an amazing opportunity to learn about what the most important thing is to donate, recycle, support, share and uplift. But what is the main difference between donating to this organization and others is the people that work there and help you. My personal experience and my friends experiences have been that when they buy Furniture and fixtures from the store the employees like Gia help you with the personal attention. They literally physically help carry it to your car answer questions and help you every step of the way. Even on days that I haven’t made a purchase and just go in to look it’s wonderful to see a positive vibe from employees like Gia helping other customers make purchases and donate alike. They also do in-store fundraisers like raffles to win a bicycle so this is a store you want to keep on your list. It’s located in New Rochelle-parking in front and if you make a donation they can give you a receipt. When you go in and say hi to Gia and I’m sure she will assist you with donations and purchases alike; And remember, the proceeds go to this very important cause!

2021-06-08I love this store! So look forward to stopping and looking for repurposed treasures at this store! Jiya and Harvey and Jim are working to help people help themselves and have a wealth of knowledge of what they can offer people and has a wonderful relationship with most customers. Always helpful and kind and I love Jiya’s inspirational music…she really goes out of her way to help people either dropping stuff off at the shop or helping putting stuff in your car safely….there is something new to see every day!

2021-05-26I have been shopping at the Fuller Center for years. I’ve bought furniture for my home and business from them. They sell quality stuff. Every time I’ve walked into the Fuller Center the first person I would also see is Jiya because she is always the first person to greet you and assist you. Jiya is knowledgeable about all the items that come into the store. And she is a pleasure to talk to and always patient. Please see Jiya if you are a new customer or an existing customer to get quality assistance.

2021-11-17For the last week Ive been emailing Harvey not sure if its a last or first name about a glass coffee table I wanted to donate.Rather than sell i wanted to do good and help those who are less fortunate, but all I got was a run around two times gave my address and phone number I live locally was told they would pick up but never locked down a exact day.So today I called spoke to a operator who basically gave me a run around never acknowledged the emails by his employee and when asked can this item be picked up the operator was too busy to discuss and rushed me off the phone, not good for a company that takes in donations.

2021-05-26After many sketchy experiences, I’m finally making a complaint against the manager at the New Rochelle restore. Several times I’ve asked about furniture without prices and feel I’ve been sized up for who I am before receiving a price. This time I asked about buying a desk, and the manager simply took the price off it and quadrupled it right in front of me, casually claiming that it hadn’t been priced right. The manager of the store runs it like a free-for-all and bases pricing decisions on the way people look when the opportunity presents itself. Im a frequent customer at many of the Restores in the metropolitan area and happily support their cause but this latest incident is such a blatant violation of business ethics that I had to make a complaint against her with the regional manager. Other Habitat for Humanity restore thrift shops in the region are all run quite a bit more professionally. Items at other stores are never put on the floor without prices, and the price tags they use are professionally printed and list the type of item on the sticker and the date so there’s no confusion or impropriety. The New Rochelle store needs an upgrade, starting with a new manager and better operating practices

2021-08-23Great people. So easy to make donations there. Even buy some things on occasion. If you have any household stuff you dont need, bring it here! Parking is not good.

2021-04-07I feel the prices are too high for people who donate stuff to them for free at cost. Most of their prices as if you pay in the regular store. Then for tv ypu only get 7 days refund will not buy again from them.

2021-05-26Though I passed by this place several times over the years when it was Habitat, I decided to stop by one day to browse. I met a young lady who was friendly and outgoing and invited me to walk around and suggested that I will find something. Well, thanks to Gia, I am still stopping in to see whats new at the The Fuller Center for Housing. From the uplifting music to browsing through the bric-a-brac items Gia is always inviting and makes the shopping experience pleasurable.Thank you Gia for directing us to the kitchen cabinets and tile flooring! They look great in the space.
