Gerry has sold 2 homes for me and my family. In each case, he got us more money than we expected, and he managed the process by giving us great guidance on everything related to the sale and our subsequent move. He was extremely responsive and professional and went way above and beyond. Gerry, Gino, Kate and Jennifer were ALL great to deal with. If you’re selling or buying a house, you can’t do better than this team.
We both bought and sold a home with the help of Gino & Gerry from the Gino Bello Homes team. In both cases, they made what are exciting, fraught, and stressful processes even when there isnt a pandemic as enjoyable and easy as possible.When we were buying our new home Gino & Gerry were always available to us, and gave us what I always found to be objective and reasonable advice without ever sliding into pushing us toward a decision we werent sure about.Both Gino and Gerry always listened to what we liked and disliked, and were able to help us distill what we were really looking for. They made sure wed considered all of our stated interests at the homes we visited with them, and they pointed out aspects that we hadnt considered. Throughout the whole buying process it felt like they were firmly in our corner and not simply trying to make a deal happen.When selling our home they sent a stager to help us understand what to do to get our home in order for selling. They answered all of our process questions promptly and clearly. I had a condo in White Plains that I was having a very difficult time selling. It was a great unit, in a great building with a not great view. I had my unit with another agent, and was unsuccessful in selling it. I saw an ad for Gino’s team, and decided to list with him and his team. A few months later, my unit sold. Gino genuinely cares about your goals as a client, more than just making a transaction, which takes a lot out of the stress when youre selling a home. His team is exceptionally professional, always polite and considerate of your home when you are selling, and they do whatever they can to help you find your new home. In our case, we were renting after our sale, and though he didnt benefit financially, he still helped us find a new home. If I sold a thousand houses, Id have Gino and his team represent me a thousand times.

Jenifer Moore helped us find our forever home in Beacon, NY. From the start, she was incredibly thoughtful about getting a very clear understanding of our wants - location, size, price, etc.She helped us get a better understanding of the local market by providing listings in the town we wanted to buy in, plus addl nearby towns, at both the top and bottom of our price range. This immediately helped us getting a clear understanding of what kind of home we could get within our range.She was attentive, responsive and facilitated the introductions we needed to find a trustworthy lawyer, home inspector, etc - and it just so happened she was familiar with our loan provider. In all, it was an incredible team that helped see us through to the end.Buying a home is a complicated process, and everything is new, especially as first time buyers. Gino and his team are absolutely amazing. They found us a beautiful house. They were patient, very honest, and treated us like family. Jenifer Moore was recommended to my wife and I by a friend of ours. We were shopping in Orange and Ulster County and although that’s not her main territory she guaranteed it would not be a problem and she did not lie! Even with the craziness of the 2020 real estate market Jenifer was always very pleasant, helpful and responded immediately. After working in Westchester/Putnam all day she would commute all the way out to Orange and Ulster to show us a home. After losing out on a few homes (Financial issues on our end, no fault of Jen’s) my wife and I started to become discouraged and were considering waiting a year for the market to cool down. Jenifer encouraged us to keep our hopes up and guaranteed that a home we loved would finally stick, once again she did not lie! After literally 20+ homes and 7 offers we finally had one accepted.It was also the nicest house we looked at and we closed in October. As we interacted with Gino in our search for a house, it quickly became clear why Gino was so good at what he did. When we were looking to move out of NYC and buy our first home, we went with Ginos team based on a friends recommendation. We also went to several open houses on our own, and when we said we were working with Gino, the reactions from the showing agents made it obvious that hes quite the bigwig in the industry. Ginos wife was very pregnant/had a baby while we were in the process, so we mostly dealt with his colleague and good friend Gerry. We really liked Gerry. We jokingly called him the Dreamkiller because he would point out things that we should be wary of that could bite us (or cost us lots of money) down the road. We really liked that he was looking out for us rather than trying to make a quick sale. Once we found the house, Gerry recommended how to proceed to make the offer and navigated through some shenanigans the seller played. They recommend a bunch of great people too. We went with the mortgage servicer he recommended, who held our hand through every step and made it go through without a hitch. I hear so much about closings being stressful and issues coming up, but this guy made it completely smooth (and our lawyer, who was great and reasonably priced and also came based on Gerrys recommendation, said hes never had an issue closing on a house that our mortgage guy handled). He even recommended an agent for homeowners insurance, and we got a rate from him (also got an auto policy) that was far below every other quote we got. Heck, were having renovations done and after meeting with several contractors, were using the guy Gerry recommended (someone he arranged to have meet us at a house that we werent even really interested in, but that needed some updating that other houses we might see might need, just so we would know what would be involved in possible future renovations). Our monthly mortgage/tax payment is less than the rent on NYC apartments we considered. And we have equity. And a yard (and a swingset, and a sandbox, and a garden...). I highly recommend Ginos team to anyone making the move.

What can I say, Jen is Aces in my book. She helped me and my wife buy our first home 4 years ago and the seller was not an easy person to deal with to say the least. Gino Bello and his associate Gerry Magnarelli are by far the best realtors I couldve ever asked for. I was looking to relocate from Brooklyn to White Plains, and they helped me to purchase my first place. Gerry came well prepared in our first meeting, already having pulled pertinent information about our house and the area comps. He clearly had a great understanding of the market.He listened to what we wanted and did a great job setting expectations. The team he brought in to assist was excellent as well. Laura did a great job handling operations and Susan Atwell staged our house perfectly. The pictures and videos done for the listing made us fall in love with our house all over again. We are sure that Gerry and the Gino Bello team are the reason we had great success in selling the house and recommend them highly for anyone selling in the area!

2022-06-19Gino and Gerry helped me to sell my home and it was sold in a week after listing it with the better price than I expected. I had bad experiences with some other real estate agents before, but they are totally different. They are professional with better knowledge, strategy, tools, stager and all are transparent to me, that built a strong trust between us. That was very important to me as a seller to listen their advice and suggestions to make my decision. This was a 6 months project, and they gave me very clear advices to sell the house effectively and I could prepared it on the right timing. There were small issues in this projects, but they were always with me and I could keep myself comfortable.

Steven also found a lawyer for us to work with Escrow company. 2021-08-20I cannot say enough about the great experience that I had with the Gino Bello team. They guided me through the sale of my grandparents long-time White Plains home that was both complicated and emotional. Gerry & Gino took the time to understand the situation and helped me along the way, while making multiple parts of the families comfortable.Although everything publicized about brokers is that they are deal makers with little care for the human aspect of selling a home. This is not the case for the Gino Bello team, they care and are involved from start to finish. In addition, they know their craft very well, priced our home accordingly and was able to yield multiple above ask offers within days of listing it.Overall, these are great people and I will recommend them to everyone I know. 2022-02-01We could not have been happier with the decision to use Gino Bello Homes to sell our house! Our agent Gerry, and the whole team, were so helpful. They gave us great guidance and inisight, connected us with people to do reapairs/maintenance, and an attorney. Living 3 hours away from where we were selling, they were willing to help us out and meet contractors and inspectors at the hosue to let them in/out. The house SOLD FAST and ABOVE LIST!!!
