Great food with some great atmosphere. The setting of the restaurant is well placed, and well lit. My wife and I had our honeymoon dinner here and was not disappointed. She had the steak that was cooked perfectly and was very tender and juicy. I had the beef tips and gravy with their homemade river rat cheese and was blown away. The beef tips were tender and flavorful and the macaroni and cheese was rich and creamy. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!
Takeout meal for my next-door hotel room. Wonderful dinner after six+ hours of driving in winter weather. I checked the online menu and chose their fall special--a tender pork shank with red cabbage. Chose mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables (green beans, carrots, onions). Delicious, everything. Nice garlic bread and lots of butter included.Ive dined in only once at this restaurant, and if I recall correctly, had a tasty salmon dinner. Ive gotten take out meals at other times--burgers and the margharita flatbread and salad mostly, and its been consistently very good. Staff is always pleasant. Good quality for the price.

As a local at Fort Drum, eating at the Hilton when provided the array of choices Arsenal Street has to offer isnt a first thought. However, it tends to not be as busy as those chains and they have amazing warm bread to start. Some dishes are delicious, and others seem to be overpriced for what you get. But, I do appreciate the quality of food paired with the lack of the Arsenal Street bustle.

Stayed for a 2nd time at this Hilton property. Short ride to Cape Vincent, Clayton and Alexandria Bay. Had several very good meals at the restaurant. Breakfast was great every day. Staff are courteous and helpful. Outside is well maintained with many seating areas. Highly recommended!

Used to love going here for the buffet before covid 19 ,so they just opened back up for the Sunday buffet again after a couple years now so i decided go never again ,used to be one price for the buffet which was great but now it has changed for the worst .now remember this is supposed to be a buffet but now they take your order from the table and they charge you for everything separate .so i had a coffee .bacon, sausage pattys, and some home fries from off the buffet then i ordered an omelet with ham, onion. there was it no menu to look at .the omelet was the size of a hot pocket lol .so i ordered another one then they brought me the bill i could not be leave it 38.77 dollars and some change and a five dollar tip for breakfast i will never go there again you can be leave that , still this is a review so i got to be honest the food was good but i could have went to longways or moes place and got the same thing for about fifteen bucks. the hot pocket size omelets are 13.95 each lol so i was charged 28 dollars just for the small omelets i was amazed now i under stand businesses need to make money but thats just straight up robbery
Basic all American food. Kitchen could work on presentation. Feels a bit like a cafeteria.
Kristen was our server very bubbley and attentive. Gave great suggestions. Soup of the day was ham and potatoes. Absolutley delicious! Special was broiled haddock with buttered Ritz topping. Large piece of fish done very well! If they have the river rat mac and cheese, and you like homemade Mac and cheese, you will not be disappointed! They also have a bar which was a nice surprise!

I love their everything omelets minus the broccoli. I got served the wrong omelet and was a little annoyed at first but with food so good and a waiter that came from another table to help solve my problem, Zack youre the best.

Grille at Hilton Inn is a fabulous place to eat. Dine is more the word. Breakfast and lunch has been so enjoyable and relaxing.The meals have been prepared with flavor and presented beautifully by staff that is all about the guests and them enjoying their time spent in the restaurant.
Absolutely love the homemade soups and their sandwiches. They even make their own potato chips!! Yummy 😋

Excellent service, yummy food, courses came out well timed, wonderful about food allergies. Only 2 complaints: 1st (no big deal)is that the online menu prices did not match the menus on location. 2nd- wind from the designated smoking area for the ballroom (there was a wedding) blew smoke right at us on the patio.... and we were on the far side of the patio. I guess its the risk you take eating outside, but it was very unappetizing..... hoping the smoking location can be moved.

The Grill at Hilton Garden Inn staff to the rescue! My wife and I unexpectedly found ourselves looking for dinner on Saturday night after a local Watertown restaurant kept us waiting almost an hour only to explain that the waiter had forgot to place our order. After checking around, we raced to get to The Grill at Hilton garden Inn before closing at 9PM. The staff couldnt have been more welcoming and understanding (an advantage of smaller communities is that everyone keeps tabs on everybody else so they knew and understood our situation). The manager, Gail T, promptly got us seated and looked after. Within 15 minutes after ordering our tasty dinner arrived with two complimentary glasses of wine. The meals from the regular menu included a past Alfredo dish and chicken. Both were delicious and the service by Barb S was so caring friendly that we felt right at home. Without including the complimentary wine, our meal came to less than $30. As you might expect, we left a generous tip for Barb and Gail absolutely would not accept a gratuity for their wonderful effort. You cant go wrong with staff like this to help you out in a pinch!

The service was great. The food was great until I took a sip of my coffee. The bottom of the cup was full of coffee grounds. Got a mouthful of grinds. Almost threw up. They did nothing to accommodate me. Very disappointed

Don and Sherry the chefs at the Grille at Hilton Garden Inn were excellent. Laura our server was attentive and caring. This was our first time using the Grille at Hilton Garden Inn in Watertown NY. I can now say we love it and will definitely be back. $11.99 was a fair price for all you can eat and order special omelets. A must visit destination when traveling through Watertown NY.
Got to go there during their buffets. If you go home hungry after eating there its your own fault. Staff is very friendly and food is extremely good.

Its a breakfast buffet! In Watertown! The dream! I love brunch more than any other meal, my favorite restaurants are both brunch spots in Boston and Las Vegas so to not have a real brunch spot local to water town outside of the skewed brewery was becoming a bummer but this place has got it! No it is not the 5 star buffet of Las Vegas or the downtown Benny spot from the city but it is a place to get a good omelette and some bacon with a Mimosa or a beer for an incredible price, check this place out if you need some waky waky I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised!

2022-06-19The service & food were good but the prices are astoundingly high. The shrimp app came w/10 shrimps & cost $12…so over $1 per shrimp! The flatbreads are $12 & they aren’t even the size of a full plate…tiny & misshaped! A very thin slice of cake was $8! They tasted good but the food & atmosphere are definitely not worth being so overpriced.

2022-04-28Morgan is a sweetheart to interact with first thing in the morning. The other staff were were awesome as well.Sarah is a delight and even when I had a bad experience and didnt want to talk about it she was calm, patient and a comfort to talk to.Sarah and the bartender Chrissy were the only reason why I remained in the bar/restaurant area.And I thank them for this because the food was excellent, I was able to meet my new Canadian friend Mike.........and to top it off Chrissy makes a mean Gin & Tonic, and my all time favorite Dark & Stormy. I wish I could have done more for them. They are awesome!!!!!!

There is a nice atmosphere.The pizza, though, was downright weird.The San Marzano sauce tasted delightful, as did the cheese (a blend of mozzarella, provolone, parmesan and romano). We ordered the pie with pepperoni and extra cheese.The toppings seemed to have no relationship to the mystifying crust, a shell that was bland, chewy and undercooked. Again, the toppings almost seemed detached, forming an independent disc from the one below it. The crust was so gummy, I couldve almost rolled it back into a dough ball.The fried cheese curd was perfect, however. Lovely temperature, very salty.The large pizza, two Cokes and the appetizer totaled $45 after tip.

2021-09-22Beautiful setting, beautiful table placement and food display. The service was lovely between the chefs and the servers. The food was delicious. Served to order just to perfection. I would highly recommend everyone to come to the Grille.

2022-03-11Dinner, dessert and service was excellent! The deep fried cheese curd was the best weve had to this date! Only issue I have would be the prices were a bit high compared to the ambiance and seating they offer. But this is a hotel lobby restaurant so no need to quibble.

2022-05-19When you travel it gets tough at night socializing etc., its not easy going Hotel to Hotel night after night week after week....... but I had the honor of meeting Kristen, Chrissy, and Christine and treated like family not a guest!! Its so nice to see customer service at its best not as a chore!! Ladies, I look forward to coming back soon, and thank you so much!!

2022-04-24If I could rate this place I would rate a zero. Based on the following; extra long wait times for everything to include water. Food was the wrong kind of pasta that was on the menu and was not told to us. Food was hot and taste okay. Again, extra long waiting for the food and drinks. Overall, friendly staff.

2022-04-02Sooo I’m doing four stars because this is my first time here and I don’t want to go overboard BUT between ms Shelby greeting/ serving, Nicole putting together an awesome menu and Kristen managing it all the experience, yes experience, was on point. It was my daughter ´s bday weekend and I was getting information to bring her to breakfast here. Shelby was so convincing about the River rat Mac and cheese I decided to get my daughter and do dinner instead… glad I did. Shelby was the best with an awesome attitude to top it off…the Mac and cheese wasn’t bad either😉. My daughter had a huge portion of haddock and red peel mash and topped it off with a hearty slice of decadent chocolate moose cake!! THANKS FOLKS!!

2018-08-20This is not your ordinary Hotel restaurant. I had the chicken parmesan with grilled veggies and it absolutely fantastic! The meal also came with garlic bread, I wanted to order another loaf to take back to my room for a midnight snack. The barmaid was friendly and attentive. I will definitely eat here again.
