The Home Depot in other cities:
Absolutely horrible service regarding installation and notifying customers regarding cancellation of scheduled services. For the second time regarding the same order for installation of a door at my home scheduled to occur between 8:30am and 10:30am, Home Depot and the installers failed to notify me that they could not come to perform the installation until 9:30am after I already stayed home from work, reorganized my pets and home and derailed my entire work day. The first time was a weather problem, the second time they determined that the door they ordered would not fit the doorway, and it is too cold, but yet the did not figure this out until the morning of the second time around? I called the day before to specifically ask for confirmation that the installation was scheduled and all is well, given what happened the first time. The person on the phone could only tell me that the installation was still scheduled. Never use Home Depot for installation.
Looking for wood for outside stairs and asked an associate, Mike, for help. He climbed and picked out the perfect boards, hefted them down and put them on our cart. He was pleasant, friendly, never complained and went above and beyond for this disabled Vet and my husband. GREAT customer service!!
Who would think Home Depot would have bed pillows onlineJust picked up 4 from a company that HD sells called The Company Store. I purchased the Black label pillows out of 321 choices. Great pillows, Great experience and brought to my car at curbside, wonderful. Thanks to the Home Depot employees.Well I havent been in need of Home Depot in about a year. It still is a store I can find something on every shelf I want. Employees are doing great with what they can get. Though pretty well stocked you can tell the supply chain is having an effect.
Decent location. Employees are ready to find and are able to help you when you need it. Lots of professional and seasoned construction pros are on staff too. This store keeps almost all their SKUs in stock and are able to replenish them fairly quickly when theyre depleted. Store is kept clean and neat, which adds to a positive shipping experience.
Not a bad store. Ive been to some really nice and some not so nice lol. Usually well stocked. Like all Home Depot they honor military discount, staff went above and beyond to help me when I bought patio set. Ordered a window AC from there site and picking it up from this location, so they offer that as well.
The new pickup lockers are a nice addition to the online ordering service. It was quick and easy to get my online purchase by scanning my phone. The last time I went in I was having problems finding and item. Two employees helped me for a long time when they could not find it either. They went over and above to figure out what the issue was.
I went in to buy a lawn mower. It had to have certain specifications. I had lots of help. One name that stuck out was Nick. He helped me in many ways. He showed me how each feature worked on the mower starting it stopping it how it ran. How the bagger work how to change the cuts, how to change the side shoot, the batteries. He told me everything about it, the warranty. He even told me how to clean it. Then he told me if I had any problems to give him a call. And two other gentlemen actually loaded it. Couldnt ask for more help. I even had another customer helping. I had a lot of awesome help would have been able to make my choice without all of their help! Thanks to all of them! B. Smith
We needed a new toilet for the house, after reviewing the many in stock at Home Depot we selected the Glacier Bay Power Flush which was easily found on the items page. Went to that aisle & bay and added to our cart. We were in and out of Home Depot in 15 minutes. I hate having to look all over a big store for anything. Quick & easy.
When I thought home depot couldnt get any worse. Again they change all the military discounts. Wanting me to register my phone number and replace my pro account. Will be using LOWES or mail order before I even give them another dime...Oh and vet discounts are capped at $50 now. And most stores no discount on wood or other materials.
This location is a joke. Their staff has no idea what they are talking about and we got a door delivered and it was damaged. All they wanted to do was give us putty and a paint pen and we fix it ourselves. Unacceptable to say the least!! Now we have to special order another door and wait another 3 months for it to come in! After we get it we will no longer be giving any more money to this awful store!
I called first and got great help to assure the mulch I wanted was in stock. The social distancing line seemed long outside, but it moved quickly. They helped me find what I needed and loaded it on the cart. My only issue was the line I waited in for 10 minutes was for customer service, not for check out. It could have been better labeled. I guess we are all trying to be extra polite and patient.
Went on Home Depot web site, looking for a planter. Called the store because the web site said there were 4 left. Called the store The girl said there was 4.I couldnt find the item. Caught an employee. He said theyve been gone for 3 days Drove 40 miles for nothing. Thanks HD for nothing & money waisted going there & coming home.
What a great experience. I was discouraged after missing out on a tile purchase from a competitor. Jen at the NF Blvd store in Amherst, NY; was a Godsend. She said shes only been on the job 7 weeks. Youd never know it. She was attentive, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I have a great new plan for design on my new bathroom and cant wait to get started. I manage a Customer Support team in the packaging industry and Id give an arm to have a team member on my staff like Jen.Kudos!Tracey and Bernard Green- Snyder, NY.
The amherst store help was awful. The service desk guy was very nice but the help was horrible. I went to this store because my store didnt have it in stock it was on will call. I went to pick it up ask 2 people who says off we dont know. Finally someone called to bring up 12 boxes of tile. Guy brings it up never ask my name leaves cart 1/2 way down aisle wave paper says this yours to another customer. I had a cart full of flooring as well ask for help loading it. Guy comes out to help Im loading it trying to hold carry from rolling away hes playing in his cell phone. Finally I ask for help he is riding the boxes of tile in my vehicle.
I needed lump charcoal for our smoker to cook a very tasty, juicy brisket. 17lbs for $12.49.My daughter makes a rub that is absolutely superb. When I called to order curbside, there supposedly wasnt any and I got the runaround as it was on the site online but wouldnt let me put it into the cart for curbside pickup. So I not happy to have to go in the store. Went to the garden dept where there was laden shelves of bags of charcoal. Hmmmm....sounds like the website lies. Anyway, one other issue is the compete laziness of the employees. 4 girls, possibly 20s- 30s all standing around by the self check. Not that I needed them to carry the bag of charcoal for me....but theyd break a nail as well. No one greets you or asks if you need an assist. Thats oust customer service. Maybe this is the LAZY Home Depot. Seems not one store anymore trains their employees to actually do their job. I am annoyed by that. I wont shop that location anymore even tho its the closest one to my home.If I were part of corporate and watched them doing nothing work related....they wouldnt have their job for much longer. And I would make sure to have the evidence compiled so to not have to pay the lazy, ignorant persons unemployment.
The worst experience I ever had with customer service at Home Depot! Today, I was buying flooring things and the (W) lady and the (w)man made mistakes. I was waiting patiently but they acted like I was asking for Free money! I kept saying, Thanks, appreciate it and they were looked at me and say nothing. They shouldn’t work at customer service!Anyway, other employees were so helpful, especially the lady at the flooring. Thanks!
We went there for a Christmas tree this year and it was not the best experience. We parked by the nursery and found that this you you had to go all the way into the store to get to the nursery Then once inside they didnt have carts (because all the flat bed carts were all by the outside of the nursery). The trees at least this year were not all rope tied closed so you have to wait till you take it home first to see if you got a winner it a dud. But the selection was horrible the trees were second rate. The one good thing was this year they had someone that ropes the tree and cuts the bottom. He was great and didnt cut off too much tree.
Product is in stock to find someone to help was a challenge sign said available only in white (we say Ill take one but they say they have only black...( His excuse is it was old sign..the product was on sale??)ask him to call another store to see if they have white he tells me you can call and really expected me to call ...finally he does his job and looks it up on internet finds a store that has white I say can you call to see if they really have white he does finally but the person at the other store couldnt be bothered to check. It takes 15 minutes to get the black down so I bring home black wife goes ballistic..Ive been in doghouse ever since thanks home depot
This place is still in the 90s, needs a good makeover. Service desk was a little on the cranky side ;) still I was impressed how they retrieved my order so quickly and my name was on a big bright sticker on the package that no one would miss. This is way better than Lowes !
We visited home depot 3x in a week to research and purchase kitchen appliances. Not one experience was positive, as staff barely explained anything when asking questions about products. And the last experience (which we were about to make a big purchase) the associate made me, a minority women, feel like I was not worth talking to, and spoke to me as if I was stupid.
I hate going to Home Depot. Only went because to get stain for my mothers deck and the one she likes is only sold here. The person in paint told me you can look as long as you want but its not gonna change how about can I help you look for something. Never going back.
Whenever we go there for paint, the workers are always super helpful and friendly. Its really hard to find someone to help you in other parts of the store though. Tonight we went for lumber and spent a lot of time looking for help to find what we needed. We wasted a lot of time. All in all we eventually got what we needed and the quality is usually decent.
It was crazy busy this afternoon. All employees and almost all customers were wearing masks. We went in with basically 3 areas to stop at and get out. Garden hand tools, fence clear sealer and cinder blocks. In October when I went for cinder blocks they were in the lumber area (different location) so I assumed they would be here too. I went to tools while my husband went for the sealer supplies. I met him there and after loading up 10 gallons we went to the contractor end for blocks; nope - Gardening. So now back through the length of the store. Get to the outdoor section and load up 19 full and 8 half ones onto our cart ... the wheels on one end no longer even touched the ground. Now we had to push this thing the length of the store! After 5 stops to catch my breath we finally made it (almost 15 minutes). Got there and I had to go outside to catch real air. Pulled the vehicle to the door and my husband got help to load us! OMG, not even sure who our Savior was but this young man loaded us like he just got on duty and Loved his job! By the time I was halfway through the store I was offered help but by that time this wasnt going to beat me (LoL)! Glad they had what I went for and looking forward to the project ahead!
We purchased an lg washer and dryer and paid to have Home Depot deliver and install both. The dryer was delivered damaged and my husband told them to hook our old dryer back up since it still worked we were just upgrading. The delivery guys cut our dryer cord so it did not work and they couldnt reconnect it. My husband was furious. He called and spoke with a manager at the store who did not even care what happened. My husband called the regional office they were able to get a dryer to us off the store floor until a new dryer could come. Home Depot sent a plumber out to hook up the temporary dryer for us, he said the lg dryer was not connected properly the delivery/installation guy put dope in the gas lines. It came time for the second delivery and they sent the same delivery/install guy after we requested them not to. We then called the store manager again asking why he would do that and said we wanted a plumber to come out to make sure it was properly connected. We were treated like we were being completely unreasonable. The plumber came out again and said the delivery/install guy did the same thing putting dope in the gas line. I would not recommend using Home Depot to install any appliances and due to the way they treated us we will never shop there again. Customer service is obviously not very important to Home Depot.
Great place to shop for home improvement items. Excellent customer service, good prices, easy returns, great selection. Great for indoor items and outdoor items as well. Conveniently located on Niagara Falls Blvd.I made a return of a couple items, I didnt have my receipt, so I got a store credit. It was fast and easy. I did need my drivers license to make the return, and then again when I used my store credit they asked for my drivers license
Ordered a Kohler shower door online, to pick up at the store. Was surprised at the condition of the box. It looked really good. I was expecting it to be torn apart and ripped. They brought it up from the back in a timely manner. Very nice experience. Door installed very nice.
Worst customer service in the world. No one knows how to do their job. Getting blank stares while waiting to be helped. Took my lawnmower in for repair, and it took over a month to get back. I had no choice either since it was under warranty. Just an awful experience all around. I will never buy a Home Depot exclusive product ever again.
Needed help with sheds and after speaking with 2 kind & informative gentlemen in garden dept we made a decision on another size due to their knowledge of the product..They gave us some ideas on installation and had the product waiting on the forklift when we finished shopping..Great Service ...Thanks
On certain occasions, these people can read your mind because sometimes you just dont know the name of what it is youre really looking for, and you just have to describe it. you meet people here that have the capacity to put it together for you and I like that. When Ive needed help in the plumbing or hardware section, Ive usually been meet by an older, very experienced person who usually knows what theyre talking about. my only complaint is that you should open your discount program to all veterans. We have bought a lot of stuff over the years from Home Depot and its a good brand and they hire good people.
Great location and plenty of parking .Found the best driveway blacktop sealerat a nice price . Bought two 5 galloncontainers and then wanted both shakenfor the best mix in the paint dept . Waited a few minutes while two employees were talking then was told they dont do that . Which is fine except when I mention in my Fla Home Depot does mix the sealer the employee gave me a very smart ass rude reply .Really uncalled for and unprofessional !Asked for a Manager told he was busy soI left . The product is the best I have ever used but employee attitude in paint dept. is the worst .Im repainting my home here after sealing the driveway . Will defiantly go buy the paintsomewhere else .( 27+ gallon job for the stucco and 14 gallonsfor the trim too )Shaun T.
Typical home improvement store. Here, Staff are always friendly when you stop them. This one is positioned in a spot were traffic is rarely if ever an issue. Unlike the next one just around the corner...were the traffic is more apt to cause a panic attack, or road rage. The fifth star I try to reserve for the wow factor. Im still looking......
Woefully indifferent, rude customer service at the self-checkout. An item would not scan so I requested assistance. The employee came, over, grabbed the item, entered a code and indifferently walked off, all without saying a word. Not having to deal with them is why I choose self-checkout, but this is unacceptable. My next purchase will be at Lowes, which is 5 minutes away.
I ordered flooring and stair tred 3 of the stair tred were not in stock so they ordered it and payed for it said it would be one week. One month later after calling every week and them saying its not in yet i called again today for them to tell me its not avaliable through the store and they cancelled my order and credited my account. No one contacted me about this. I could not beliebe it
This location is generally well kept, however it often lacks the larger heavy duty tools used by contractors, and has no rental department. The store at times seems under staffed when compared to the Lowes down the street. I wouldnt not shop here but they could do better.
I WAS ABLE TO USE ELECTRIC SKOOTER TODAY. RECEIVED GREAT ASSISTANCE IN PAINT DEPT. ONE ITEM. THE PAINT linerFor the paint tray was not priced...husband. told clerk price... Then we were on our way.Everyone very polite. Store clean. We recommend other peo to shop at Home depot
Since the Home depots website wont post my review simply for giving my experience Im going to leave something in here on Google. Hoping maybe Google will post my review.I placed an order for a lawn mower and waited almost 2 weeks before I got it. The arrival date kept getting pushed out. Okay sure I guess I can handle that, but then when I picked up the lawn mower there was damage to it. Ive been trying to contact Home Depot with no response and my reviews keep getting rejected. This company is despicable and has completely changed my mind from wanting to shop there anymore.
Its a big box store. It has most of what you might need for home renovations as well as tools that i use in everyday life. Quick and convenient location. lots of parking and set up for quick in and out. plenty of people to help you with questions about what you want to do.
I have been routinely disappointed by this Home Depot location the last few weeks during my kitchen renovation. I met with someone to go over cabinet pricing options. He was patient as I wanted prices on a bunch of different cabinets as I have a smaller budget. We did one follow up call, he sent some more numbers. As the renovation progressed, I realized that there were some things that needed to be changed in the layouts and emailed him requesting a new quote. No response. I called 3 times, left a message twice, no response. I bought my cabinets from a small shop where the salesman I worked with responded to my emails back and forth to tweak what needed to be tweaked instead of ending communication with me.When my mom and I were ready to get paint, we were looking around the paint section. My mom has painted many houses throughout her life, and although she is not a professional, she has a pretty good idea what materials do use. The paint saleswoman came up to us and asked, what do we need? We told her and she offered her advice. We said okay, but my mom disagreed. So we talked for a while, got some other supplies, then came back to switch to the paint my mom preferred. The saleswoman kept coming over and saying, what do you need now? What do you need now? As if we were inconveniencing her for being in her section and insulting her by getting a different paint than what she suggested. Very irritating. Then yesterday, I went into get some plywood and some vapor barrier. I asked for some assistance and a worker helped me load the plywood on to a cart, then got someone else to tell me where to get the vapor barrier. My contractor described to me what to get and I asked for it. The salesman insisted that this wasnt correct, I should be getting a different item completely across the store, the vapor barrier the contractor told me to get wont work. Okay. I asked and they say its okay to leave my plywood there for a minute while I get the material the salesman said to get. I go get it, but its literally paper. Its completely useless. I grabbed it, not knowing where the correct vapor barrier was, went back to get my plywood, and it was gone. I loaded 2 more sheets of plywood by myself then went to check out. When checking out, nobody offered to help me take this giant sheets of plywood to the car, or to watch my product while I went and pulled the car over. I had to pull a woman off of the register and ask her to watch my plywood because I was now worried someone would walk off with it as they had in the 5 minutes I had walked across the store earlier. I bring my truck over, load it up myself with no help - the woman who was watching my product apparently didnt think that asking for assistance was necessary as a little 130 lb woman struggled to get the plywood on to the truck bed. Two customers were about to help me but I was about done by then so it was too late.I am very disappointed with Home Depot at this point. It used to be my go-to store for my home reno products but after all of these service issues, I think I will be going to Lowes from now on.
We brought in a paint sample to be color matched and they claimed they could definitely match the color without a problem. We bring it home and start painting but quickly realized the color was a completely different shade. I called and explained the situation and was told simply bring the paint back and theyd fix it. Once we arrived, the same lady I spoke with on the phone 10 minutes prior gave us a hard time and stated she would not exchange the paint or give a refund. She was extremely rude and unhelpful and walked away right in the middle of the conversation. We had to go to customer service and fight for our refund there, which eventually we were given. A simple mistake (on their end) was handled completely inappropriately and could have been easily fixed. We were the ones who had been inconvenienced by having to waste the time we had set aside for painting on driving the incorrect color back to the store, argue for a half an hour, and then end up going to a different hardware store to get the correct color match. Dont bother using their color match paint. In fact, dont bother with this store at all because in the event you run into an issue, their priority is certainly not customer service based.
I went there to buy 1/8 inch inner diameter push nuts. They didnt have them. AutoZone had them, Valu Home Center had them. This is not the first time that I have gone looking for fasteners at Home Depot and come up short. They may be large, but that doesnt mean their selection is.
Been to store for color and the lady called BONNY was so rude acting like she Don’t like her job.being like annoying when I asked her what kind of color is best for wall.if people don’t like their job just quite.there is 6 comments of this lady with one star for paint service in this location management should aware before losing their paint customer despite even if the color were cents cheaper than other(never asked lady (Bonny) any questions if you want your store visit well and happy .I am not going back again.i can spend etc. money but love good customer service😒😒😒
Everything you may need for your home projects may be available. Free convenient parking and staff are helpful and efficient. Sales are frequent and discounts are available on many products. Rental truck available for transportation of your purchase. Apply for credit card and save big on your first purchase. Handicapped parking at the door or order on line for store pickups.
Usually unable to get in & out since Im always looking for ou terms to complete the next project. Pretty much know this store inside out, so if in a hurry, grab, self check out & go.Dont understand laziness of individuals who wait in line for personal service when cashing out small items when they can do it themselves and save THEIR time.
Customer service was terrible. I asked an employee for help and was told it was not his department. I was told to wait for the one guy in the department who had 8 people around him. I then told him he wasnt being very helpful. He shrugged and said what you want me to do? I then asked him his name, he lied told me Ralph .then I asked for a manager. He then got in my face and said you want a manager ? By then we were walking and were at the customer service desk. I then did speak with a manager who assured me that the employee would receive extra training. All the employee needed to do was tell me its not his normal department and he would do his best to help me or try to get someone else.
This is a tupical Home Depot. If you go to one, you fond the same thing in another. At least, if you can find someone, the service is usually pretty good, unlike Lowes. Their reps lie to customers, I found. I no longer go there.Sometimes you have to hunt for stuff. Its better to Just ask if you can. Much easier.
This is one of the worst stores I have ever been to! Workers are extremely irresponsible! I had to contact them several times regarding my blinds! The guy came out to measure the windows and did a horrible job! The blinds came in and it wasnt even what I had ordered initially!!! Just ridiculous! Honestly, I would not recommend this location whatsoever!!!
I had some nice people help me find what I was looking for. I even had someone take me half way across the store to find what I was looking for. We could not find it, then he kept looking until we got what I was looking for. I was very happy with the help that I got.
Horrible customer service. My partner and I came in to return some items that were not needed for our project and were told to plan a little better by Rick working in paint on 6.2.19 at 11:00 am. You really need to tach your employees some common courtesy. Not happy.
The picture of mismanagement. Inconsiderate patrons with masks around the chin ought to be policed. Long lines yet employees standing around chit chatting. WILL NOT RETURN. Thank you to the 2020 high school graduate who was helpful in the midst of so much incompetence from your colleagues...didnt catch your name but fist bump from afar from a fellow alumni.
I only went there to buy a piece of 2ft x 4ft plywood but i needed it in smaller pieces. I dont own a saw. I observed one worker helping someone but was able to ask another if they could cut the plywood for me. He said yes but he was also helping another person n would come back.He didnt. I waited half an hour. Workers passed me but never asked if i needed help or anything so...I then asked someone else who went n got the first guy i saw who i previously observed helping the customer. That guy rudely told me that what i wanted was a project n they dont do projects. This is a lumber yard. The plywood is already cut to fit in the car.I was so mad i just said ok and left rather then ask what kind of saw i needed etc..A simple no we dont do that would have been sufficient. By either guy. Being fed false info from one, waiting half n hour just to then get attitude from another isnt my idea of even average service. I think they could use a lesson in customer service cuz a lumberyard or not they are still in the business of customer service.
So last week I purchase a snow blower. They tell me I can pick it up Friday the 17th and to call 30min prior to picking it up. I call 45 min prior to picking it up on Friday and home depot says that it is no longer in stock. I ask well what can I do, they offered me the model below the one I purchased. Needless to say I turned that down and he said I would have to come in and talk to their customer service. So 20 min later I get to home depot and they offered delivery for free with assembly but it would take a week to get to me, this i was fine with even though it took 30 min to get everything taken care of due to the inexperience of this employee. Two days later I recieve a phone call from home depot saying hello, is this Ryan? We have your snowblower here for pick up..... i proceed to say excuse me but i have delivery for free and assembly for next Friday. Im sorry sir but we have no record of this. He says he updated the notes, but i wont hold my breath. Worst service period. Go to Lowes. ..... Update 11/22 this past Sunday after I spoke to the employee I called management. I spoke to Cameron and he said he would make sure everything was taken care of and he would give me a call Tuesday night to let me know of delivery on Wednesday. Never received a call from him on Tuesday and I never received a call today for the delivery. I just came home from work and snowblower is sitting in my driveway. Again worst experience Ive delt with from any company including time Warner that should tell you a lot if you live in the area.
I understand the distress people have during this virus. But to discriminate against the people who cannt medically wear a mask or face covering is just plain wrong. Other stores have made compensations for this, and that was the ways to go. Hippa laws protect people and not everyone is equal when it comes to this stressful time. Tour losing more customers when you discriminate.
I dont blame the employees for being understaffed. I blame the management. There were two people working the customer service desk and return desk. The one employee said the other employee was trained in renting the truck but she refused. I stood there for over 30 minutes. Not happy.
Went there tonight between 730-830pm and was trying to find stuff and couucoul. Then found two of the employees standing in the plumbing asle talking. When I asked them something it was like I was interuptiint thier social time. Then they finally told where the item was I wanted they where wrong. I guess Lowes from now on....
So Id like to share a experience I had with the Amherst home Depot, my father needed to purchase some items from the store and we proceeded to the register, my father is navy veteran during Vietnam, he asked the cashier for his veterans discount showing her his license which states he is a veteran. She says no your service doesnt qualify for a discount. He then states that he gets a discount from Lowes and the cashier proceeds to yell, WELL THEN GO TO LOWES! We left our cart at the register, as we leave she says loudly OH WELL. All she had to do was explain the policy and maybe not have a complete attitude while doing it and he would have been fine. In the future I will be taking my business to Lowes like previously suggested.
SULLIED REPUTATION.As far as the NF Blvd store goes, customer service and product knowledge is well above average. The staff at the return counter are wonderful. The (Geo. McFly) Electric dept guy with the thick glasses is an expert and always willing to talk. The paint dept. is severely understaffed, but they do their best. Keep up the good work, Im not throwing you guys under the bus. This is review of Home Depot as a Corporation..BEWARE:1.) RIDGID products. Search Ridgid warranty reviews. The Lifetime Warranty on powered products is pitiful. The entire Ridgid line was sold to a company that cars little about reputation or customer satisfaction. Ridgid denied a warranty claim after making me haul a 150lb. auger to a repair shop. Home Depot is sullying their reputation by associating with a brand like Ridgid. Along with a Lifetime Warranty comes the expectation that it will be honored..2.) RYOBI battery-powered products. There is a major defect in the recharge system of Li-Ion batteries. Again, search it. The web is full of advice of how to recharge a dead Ryobi battery, but expect to get no more than two years out of any Ryobi battery. As a comparison, I have Sears Crapsman batteries that 8 years old and still hold a 80% charge. If someone starts a class-action lawsuit, the lawyers will get millions, and the consumer will get a $10 rebate.
I go there because its close to home and I know where most of everything is. What I dont care for is that they run the place with a skeleton crew. Its hard to find an employee and when you do theres usually 3 people tugging this person in 4 different directions. They should hire more staff.
Ask employees for help and its always the wrong person to ask or they dont know that department. Look for people to ask, theres never anybody else around. Or they have people ahead of you. Nobody there seems to have experience anymore. Its frustrating to go there at times when you dont know exactly what you need for your project or you cant find stuff you know they have.
Horrible customer service they lie to you about delivery even after asking for signature on delivery they drop product at end of property an take off they talk to you like ur stupid even with a receipt that says the delivery day they no call no show wasting an entire day because they give u a time of 8am-9pm for $100 delivery fee for a 2 mile drive you think u get better service dont waste ur time go go lowes
Well what I think of home Depot its always been a great place to shop at when you need things for your home or if you trying to rebuild some things or just buy some odds and ends they basically have everything that you need for a home in anything that youre trying to fix for your home I always give that store thumbs up

2022-06-17Another day, another Home Depot. I review these because folks really appear to like looking at the photos of large chain stores. No idea why.Anyway, this Home Depot did not have what I was looking for. Is there a national rebar shortage? Otherwise it was fine. Definitely not fully stocked, as can be expected these days I guess.

2022-05-225-Star service. Roman was fantastic helping me load my new grill into my vehicle. We ran into problems with it not fitting and I was about to give up but Roman came up with a creative idea to get it to my car and it worked perfectly. 2022-04-30Consistently bad customer service. I expect the sales associates to not know anything about the products but to not know how their own POS systems works is pathetic. Online ordering is an absolute joke and you cant pick up items that have been in store for days because they are too lazy to check in their own inventory. Its a shame all Home Depots in the area operate at the same pathetic level.

2022-05-22I really do not like Home Depot but needed to get some items quickly. It was packed on a Sunday afternoon and not an employee in sight. I couldnt find what I needed bc of the store layout is different compared to the Cheektowaga location. I had to hop on Google to search for the aisle the product was located in. I used the easy scan bc it had the shortest line. Their card reader takes forever to accept the transaction. I ended up taking the card out before it had finished. The cash register turned on the light for the employee to come over. I was able to put the card back into the card reader wait for the transaction to finish then I was able to look down at the cashier who was slowly putting in her employee pin, I guess to turn off the light. I guess she thought I was going to thank her for her presence, but she wasnt getting anything out of me. I have no reason to ever return to this location.

2022-05-25Average-ish. The parking lot layout is horrendous, its always a nightmare pulling in and out. If they got rid of the curb immediately after pulling off the Niagara Falls Blvd its be a noticeable improvement. The employees let people bring dogs in here, not Service Animals, but basic dogs... Its decent for the most part.

2022-06-30Was told my washer and dryer would be delivered between 1:00-5:00 pm. I waited until 5:00 pm then called the 1 (800) number. They said the truck broke down!! They never called or changed the time on the tracker until I called!! Never again will I waste my day waiting for Home Depo to deliver to me.

2022-06-28Customer service is always rude, they had a change in price on an item I bought very recently, we bought for 499, it went up to 599 and then down to 399 and they say its a special buy, Ive bought alot of things from home depot but I think I may go to somewhere else for home remodeling or other needs. I had an issue with customer service about a month or 2 after buying a snowblower from them! This store sucks in particular
