Store is a mess completely disorganized. Stock is terable. One dented can of what i wanted. Only two registers open 4th Friday? Same woman screaming at people up front to form one line. Your customers hait being treated like this! Store needs an engaged manager. That persone alseep at the switch.
We bought a grill and had it delivered assembled because we were having a bar-b-cue on Sat 4/30. To our dismay it came damaged and broken. I called the Home Depot in Levittown and spoke to Anthony D. an assistant manager. He went above and beyond to get us a replacement grill and had it delivered within an hour. He saved our get together. Thank you again Anthony!!!
I choose to only come to this home depot I have a pro account and this the service here is above and beyond in particular Jeckson in customer service He is not only extremely knowledgeable and understanding but will help you get in-and-out which is extremely important when youre trying to complete jobs in a timely fashion
Most managers in store aren’t even doing their job, I needed 3 tools and for some reason an employee sent me by the register to wait for a manager to assist me but they Were all just talking and messing around by the desk without even wearing aprons to identify themselves. one of them approached me about 10 minutes later to tell me to go back to the department and ask an employee working in that department for help. I took my time to observe what was going on and it seems like this location needs supervision and make sure the employees are doing their job. The CEO will also be getting notified about this issue.
I know is New building store but, Im telling you that I love it... very clean place of course, also it feel like is bigger than others stores I asked to three employees about something and they were so helpful with a big smile... very nice thank you... Ill comeback again for sure.
What else can you say about Home Depot? Has most products that Im looking for and I always go there first. If not there, then I go to Lowes. Oddly I do better finding hi-hat bulbs I like at Lowes. Only downside is that parking is lousy at both places unless you get there pretty early. Salespeople at both places pretty good.
My wife and I stopped by to pick up about 15 pieces of 1/8 thick plywood and some drywall. Unfotunately, they were a bit too big to transport. Thankfully we had excellent assistance from Matt in Lumber who helped us cut all those sheets of plywood in half for easier loading into our vehicle. He even helped us cut our drywall in half. Matt went the extra mile for us and he deserves the recognition. He has a very welcoming personality. On top of this experience this Home Depot has got to be the best Home Depot I have visited this far. All the employees are attentive and helpful if they see you shopping and seem lost :). Great work HD Leavittown team! You guys are really nailing it ;)
I waited for 20 min. For help after asking for help at the service desk fo help in the electrical department and after 20 min. When someone showed up and I asked them for help they said this is not there department and dont realy know anything about electric. I gave him a paper with a photo, discription and skull # of the item I was looking for. He took it and said he will be right back. I waited another 20 min. And just left the store leaving all the other items i had in my cart in the cart and at the service desk.
I like their garden center a lot. It is well stocked with plants, shrubs and trees that I need for the season. I also like browsing around to check what’s on after-season sale. I recently bought 5 pink princess rose bushes for less than $10 each. The plants were very healthy and kept producing more of its fragrant flowers.
The layout of this home depot is odd compared to others on the island. It seems to have smaller square footage than Farmingdale or Elmont. Overall its clean and the inventory they do have is right where it should be. Not many items are out of place, which can be a huge relief. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.
Nothing like a new, clean, and organized Home Depot to go and visit......go in for one item and walk out with 3 different items. Thats how nice it is. The other location was tired and runned down and the employees kinda looked like it. The employees here are able and willing to help and go out of their way.
I has an appointment at 4:15 with James for a kitchen consultation. James had to leave early for an emergency. The managers on duty should have had some decency to at least call or email that the appointment was cancelled. I spent 40 minutes in the store for nothing. The manager Keven came to talk to me when I was waiting for the manager Jessica whonever even bothered to came out of her office.
I wouldn’t take a chance even shopping at Home Depot. They fail to tell you about their return policy which includes denying your refund over a store credit. It’s not stated any where on their website nor is it stated on their receipt. I’m glad we have other options to shop at for example lowes! So good luck shopping there!!! Talk about WASTING MONEY!!
Very well stocked and organize. Management team and staff at this location take pride in their presentation, both inside and out. Ample staff who will approach you to see if you need any assistance. I have 3 other home depots much closer to where I live, but I will drive the extra miles.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this Home Depot. And I can tell you I called a few even went to the one in College point by my house which was awful But this one goes above and beyond. My four-year-old niece and I shared a special moment watching the nightmare before Christmas and she completely fell in love that she’s even going to be sally for Halloween. So of course I was on the hunt for anything nightmare before Christmas related to decorate my sisters house with. I was able to find a few decorations at the Home Depot Hempstead location. They didn’t have any new ones only the samples I know they usually don’t sell those but Yenny, Jakob, and Debbie from gardening all went above and beyond for me. Jakob going back and speaking with his manager to see if he could get them for and a better deal. And on top it all he was going in the lift to get the archway Jack that’s 11.5 ft!! All 3 of them are wonderful and whatever they are getting paid it’s not enough!!!! Debbie from Gardening helping Jakob through the whole process and Yenny for ringing me up and making sure I got the best deal. All 3 of them were wonderful!! So wonderful that I would drive from Flushing all the way to Levittown to get their help. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for all of them, thanks guys!!!!!
Home depot is a great store. However, the help should be a little bit more knowledgeable when it comes to the supplies and where they are located in the store. The workers in this store happened to be clueless as to where the location of certain products were. I think management can do a better job in making sure they hire knowledgeable people. If inexperienced, then you know what? teach them before putting them on the floor to work!
I came shopping here last week and was looking for help from an employee I finally found a nice young man named Anthony he was very helpful and super kind. Its nice to see friendly helpful workers in theses hard times. Anthony is such a common name so i asked for his last so I could properly express my appreciation. His name is Anthony volpe. If you go shopping here I suggest you find Anthony if your looking for a fast friendly experience!
Huge shoutout to Matthew in the lumber section. He was very helpful!! I wanted to put together a plant bed but I had no idea what size or type of lumber I needed. He took the time to help me and explained everything. They cut the lumber right in the store which is very helpful. My plant bed turned out great! Thank you so much Matthew!!
The whole staff is very good and helpful except one person in key copy station his name is Steven. He is very rude to customers I went there to make a key copy and he just shout at me what u want and snatched the key from my hand I was like you dont have any manners to talk to customers and he was like take your key I dont wanna help u. Go and report me.please fire this guy.He is worst at customer dealing.
Some of the best prices you can get on building materials for sure. Typically workers have knowledge of their section and provide excellent advice. Orders can be placed online and can be shipped to the store or home.Where home depot is not 5 stars... Their online site is not in sync with their actual stock. People pillage packages and take out small parts, so you need to make sure you have everything in there. Sometimes workers are hard to find as not all workers can work all sections. I went for paint once and it took an hour before they pulled someone from plumbing who used to work in paint to mix my color.
Friendly staff here. Very clean and the bathrooms are clean too. One thing to note, it is a very large store, it takes a few trips to become used to the layout, and if you need two things that are on opposite ends well you could spend a long time here, lucky the lines moves quickly. I go here a lot and the few times I have been upset their custom service has taken great care of me. So if you do have any problems let them know, they live fixing all sorts of things here, pun intended!
Normally, its too crowded and theres no help but today was AWESOME! I heard not 1 but TWO employees curse! Before I even entered too friends were in a heated argument. I needed help! Well Im busy! Im gonna tell Kevin! (I left out the expletives). Inside, an employee was trying to help a customer and cussed when he found the shelf empty. Good tile, nice tubs, will visit again...
BE WARE OF Additional Charges On Tool RentalI rented a floor drum sander from the Raceway NY Home Depot rental center. Ii was charge for damage protection, I did not ask for damage protection and was not informed that this would be added . When I asked for the cost of the rental I was told the hourly rate and the returnable deposit.. I did not realize this charge until I left the store
I think Ive gone to Home Depot enough to know where everything is in the store cuz let me tell you you ask anybody who works there where anything is seems like nobody ever does when nobody wants to be bothered. Maybe its time Home Depot should retrain the employees on customer service cuz let me tell you it sucks I was in the large parking lot youre in and out quick items not bad for what it is. Just dont go in there expecting help. Know what you need know where it is and get out
Worst customer service department, supposed to get the delivery tomorrow on Tuesday guy name Jackson and one of the manager today May17th 2012 cancel my order. The excuse was we dont have your item, the customer service started arguing with me and then cancel the order even though I paid the extra $80 for next day delivery. They are the worst and dont belong in customer service, more of a flee market attitude.
Definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Logan went out of his way checking his phone for an item we were looking for and even took the time to walk us through the store to try to locate the item which made us feel very welcomed and appreciated at Home Depot. We took the time to tell the Assistant Manager, Anthony, that Logan was an asset to Home Depot. Anthony is another great contact person and responded to us in a very positive, friendly and professional manner. My Sister also remembered that Anthony helped give very helpful advice on installing cabinets in her home from a previous visit to Home Depot.
Wednesday, April 14, 2021 4:00pm I was just at the store I need to buy crimps a crimper and a 4 foot piece of ground wire found everything easily and then I needed the wire cut so there’s nice guy in the paint department pages somebody over the intercom Wait 10 minutes and nothing the person from the paint department comes by again and said you’re still waiting I’ll page him again so he does nothing I go to the checkout counter in the front ask them to page somebody and nothing 10 minutes later I walk over and I asked the person working still waiting he goes I will go and find The person who he says is the assistant store manager than a older fellow comes over with an attitude I tell him I’ve been waiting there a half an hour to get one piece of wire cut he says it’s the first he’s heard of it I told him you were paged 3 times he says he didn’t hear it I’d say he was about 5 foot six white hair slightly hunched over Bad attitude like it’s my fault that I inconvenienced him I wonder how many jobs he failed that to get where he is now go to Lowe’s nobody at Home Depot wants to help you maybe except the guy in the paint apartment
Went there for one item came out with several. During this pandemic they are organized. Some of the shoppers need to observe the directions for traffic flow to avoid being to close.Check out was quick and easy with the self checkout.Parking lot is full so parking was a bit tight.
Spacious, but 1 employee is particularly mean: I just wanted to ask (politely too) if he could help me wipe the handle on the cart (like Costco so it is not a ridiculous demand) but he yelled at me like I was stupidly demanding. Just say no or something like that, no need for the scolding. Rests of the employees are courteous and helpful though.
The place is nice as you know. However, whenever my husband and I have a question to employees, we have very bad experiences. I dont say every employees are nasty. Some of them are very helpful and very professional.But it has a couple employees, who treated customer very badly and we ruined our days. For instance, I asked one of painting department employees like Is this.. and she replied me NO, NO. NO I didnt even finished my question.
This is now the only home Depot I will go to. Some how the staff here are much more knowledgeable. Compared here to the Hempstead one and youd think the Hempstead one should be out of business. Staff is friendly, the store is clean and organized, doesnt remind me of a zoo.
Two bad experiences with their customer pick up. Ordered online and went to pick my order. After waiting 30 mins was told the faucet I ordered was not in stock. Second visit person brought out shelves I ordered which were broken. The break wasnt noticable but you could hear the pieces moving around in the packaging.
Big huge place. When it opened it was a mess, everything was disorganized. But now after some time they have things in place.Prices are as you would expect from HD. Lots of variety, never had a problem with things not in stock.The only negative I have is the lack of help, as this place is huge, sometimes it takes time before a rep will show up to help you.Check out the open air nursery section, its pretty good.All in all a good place to shop.
I usually have good experiences here, being a long time customer of home depot i expect top notch customer service. but i must share my past visit i had. It was terrible customer service from NICOLE. NICOLE had no issue brushing me off and had no desire to help me when i was shopping at this location. She was rude, not engaged in my conversation i was trying to have and when i later saw her in the store, locked into her phone. i am disappointed with Home Depot and their choice to have NICOLE represent them.
I experienced exceptional customer service at my last visit to this location on 9/25. The leadership and professionalism shown by, the assistant manager, Julian was superb. Despite the store closing at 10pm and it being minutes to 11pm he took the time to help my father and I who were struggling to load sheet rock into our van. This led to Logan (who was actually leaving the parking lot in his car) coming over to lend a hand. Jared helped as well with twine in tow. I’m sure my experience is a regular occurrence at this location, but I still wanted to take the time to say thank you.
I tagged along with my friend and her husband to this location last night and I am so glad I did. I was greeted several times upon entering the store and at least 4 associates approached me and asked me if I needed help. I have spent the last 5 weekends going to the Elmont and Valley Stream locations where associates are running the other way when they see you approaching them and inform you that the section you are in is not their responsibility so they can’t help you. This location is tidy, well lit and has wide aisles that allow for a more pleasurable shopping experience. Please use this location in terms of setup, cleanliness and staff training as a model for all the other stores.
Home Depot Levittown is unbelievable the aisles are big and everything is easily accessible. I live right next to Freeport Home Depot and I would never step foot in it everything is a mess and a nightmare and nothing is ever restocked. So my suggestion to you is to go to Levittown cuz you will save more time looking for stuff as well as parking.
The way this establishment works is horrible. I needed help and asked at least 5 associates before actually being helped. The first lady Lena who works at the register said she would call someone and I literally watched her walk over to the register and started chatting with 2 other associates but nothing about me, a customer, needing help, another associate explained he was a cashier, and another one passing the aisle said I had to find a hardware associate... All I wanted was someone to open the locked case to get my product. What should have taken 5 minutes, took at least 25 minutes. Home Depot needs a better system, every associate should know the combination for locked products or be able to direct customers immediately to someone who could help. Otherwise change the motto on your aprons
A great new location, unfortunately the parking lot can be very tight (especially considering the wide or oversized loads you may be trying to navigate with) and difficult to maneuver around the front. Otherwise the store is a great size and much more up to date than a lot of the other depots around.
Location 3350 Hempstead Tpke Levittown, NY 11756. They’ll make multiple announcements before store closing and after the store is closing which it fine. However they will rush you out this store hindering you from shopping and finding what you came for. This women named Anne krueger (Grey hair, very short hair cut, wearing glasses, had blue eyes) head cashier/manager came up to me very HOSTILE and said “we are closing” and I said I heard and I turned to go find the item I needed and she said “all registers are closed” and I told her oh okay and walked to go out the store and she then said “yeah that’s why”. Later following a conversation. HomeDepot you are a great business but these managers/employees will be the reason why this business will not thrive & will have a downfall. Lady with the long brown hair and blue jeans, that was opening the door for everyone was very nice.
Definitely one of the best Home Depot’s I’ve been to and I have been doing construction for both my home and business. So let’s just say I have been quite a few on Long Island, queens, Manhattan and westchester.This location is brand new and they have hired more than enough employees to not only service the isles but also man the registers. It’s bright, clean and well stocked.
The levittown home depot should of stayed in east meadow. They had better help, and never ran out of products. They sell glass top stovesThe only thing that cleans the top is the yellow pads. I have been in home depot 5 times looking for the pads. NONE. This store help does not know how to order. Lowes sell them. Guess Ill go there.
Dangerous location to shop. Move back to East Meadow where there was more parking and no traffic choke points. Someones gonna get hit by a truck. They put the exit next to the road in and out of the center causing everyone leaving on foot to have to negotiate crossing traffic coming in and out of the parking lot.
Was ready and did spend thousands of dollars on decking material. Went to the store and the shelves were full of open scratched dented and items missing parts so I ordered at the pro desk where I was assured the material would be coming from the warehouse new not the scratch and dent in the store myself and my daughter took off to receive the delivery Home Depot sent a sub contractor that was just throwing the stuff in my driveway
Best Home Depot in existence. LOVE the employees here, so helpful and upbeat, like they actually like people! Great place for products, online order pickup and life lessons. I purposely drive extra to come to this location rather than the crappy one located in Westbury.
What can be said about staff members that deliberately mislead and send customers to any isle to avoid providing assistance and service. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable and a total disgrace. Needs serious re-training on customer skills and care. Theres a nearby Lowes that is worth the trip if one doesnt want to roll the dice and pay money to be treated like a fool.
Well stocked. Have trouble with the employees kicking me out of the aisle instead of letting me look first and then they can run their tanks down the aisle . Sometimes I feel like leaving and going to Lowes cause of these jerks. I know they are rude and thats how theytwere trained.hey little by little I wont come. And I spend tons of money there
Went to customer service to ask for assistance getting a christmas tree i picked out, three employees sat there gabbing away. Took them a minute to even notice me. They said they would call for help to that dept. They did not even make the announcement until 10 min later. And no one came to help. I walked out with nothing and wont go back.
Went in to buy an adapter for my sink. Left the piece in my shopping cart. I got home realized that I didnt have it in my bag and called the store. The store said yes we found it, its in customer service come by and get it. I drive back and of course no one has a clue what Im talking about all they want to know is who a spoke with. I go down the isle and find the exact piece i left in my cart back on the shelf. I bought the last one and magically you got a delivery and restocked it. Someone probably did their job and just put it back. Needless to say I had to buy it twice cause nobody cared. I called the store back and they put me on hold for 30 minutes. Never going back
The store is very nice and very big. But they are really understaffed.When they were in East meadow before they moved to Levittown, they always had 2-4 people working each department. Now it seems 2 people in a department is a rarety.I waited 20 min for the 1 worker in the plumbing department to be able to help me.
This has to be the best Home Depot on Long Island. I recently bought a house in Levittown and have practically been living here. Because of the great staff I have started and finished numerous projects around the house because of their help. The store looks brand new, theres always easy parking and they will take any returns back without an issue. Couldnt recommend this home depot more.
I usually don’t write reviews but this one I was very disappointed I bought a bbq grill over month ago it took 2 weeks for Home Depot to deliver, the bbq was not assembled they dropped a box infront of my house and had left so I called Home Depot back the Levittown store and explained to them I wanted the grill assembled, so they came back and picked it up and told me they will bring it back on Monday. Then Monday came I called and they said the assembler comes in on Wednesday and they will deliver on Friday so Friday I called they said they assembler will be in on Saturday, I waited till Monday when I called they couldn’t locate the grill and didn’t know if it was there or assembled. I called the whole week and kept giving me long holds and no one would note in the computer and every time I called I was passed on to someone else another week passed finally I spoke to the manager Anthony and he was able to locate the grill it and put it out to be assembled he stayed on the phone with me until he made sure it was put out so they can assemble it, so I waited another week and when I called this time I spoke to Jessie Perez, she gave the best service and made sure I get the grill delivered the same day she was excellent with her Customer service, thank you Anthony the manager and Jessie Perez for you excellent service I should’ve spoken to you guys a month ago and probably wouldn’t have waited this long so I was able to do bbq on this beautiful day..6 weeks of waiting but Not mad anymore thanks to Anthony and Jessie Perez
The employees at the store can never assist where anything is. They are not trained correctly. You ask for something they send you to opposite end of store and then when you get there you ask another associate who sends you all the way back to where you were. This is why its worth to pay a little more at Ace their customer service is so much better
Easy to see right off of Hempstead Turnpike servicing Levittown and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.
Worst Home Depot ever built. I cant believe it was designed from scratch, I now go to Lowes home improvement instead, same stuff and many prices are better by a few dollars, they also carry a larger variety of items and building materials. The wood is much much better at Lowes.
For the amount of time & money I spend in home depot theres no excuse for an empty slot where the husky 100 position locking flex wrenches both metric & standard should be for well over 3weeks I mean come on unless there a hot theft item dont the registers record when stock of items are sold to reorder come on just sad tired of wasting the trips there even better is when your own app says you have over 6 or 7 of an item only to waste yet another trip to be told oh the app isnt updated so even with 6 or 7 or 10 for that matter dont ASSUME there will be 1 there for your purchase & dont get me started on sale item specially the ones were you buy a specific tool or battery combo & you get a tool or battery free yea good luck on that being there ! Very disappointed home depot very disappointed......
This is NOT a review of the staff at the Home Depot in Levittown. I find them to be most helpful and the selection is good. The IS a review of the Home Depot installation team. Total B.S. there’s a disconnect between them. They say they’re customer focused or customer driven however what they say and what they do are 2 completely different things. I work, hell, we all work wouldn’t it be nice to be able to set up a carpet installation for an AM or PM time slot ? Makes sense right ? Yeah not so much to them. When I bought the carpet I was told I could ask for a morning or afternoon appointment. When I went to schedule it with the installation team (I think it was USIG) I was told I couldn’t ask for a time slot. One would be appointed to me. I begged but was no no. Best they could do was reschedule me but it wouldn’t matter. I’d still not be given a slot. Best they could do was try. I wound up having to take a whole day off from work and wait rather than a day day. Afterward Ashley Conway who works for the installation team contacted me to see what I thought. I told her my gripe and what I thought if a business that should be the epitome of customer service (since thats all they do) she couldn’t understand why I was upset. When I explained it to her I got no response once she said “I don’t understand, you wanted an afternoon appointment and we showed up in the afternoon”. Yes Ashley Conway.... you did. Congrats. After I already took a while day off because the day before you wouldn’t let me know when you were coming. In short go across the street on Gardners Ave. There’s a small mom and pop place. Use them. Bet they could give ya a time slot. If anyone from the Home Depot has the balls to ask I can back all if this up with emails and phone records.
Went to use the keyhero app to help a neighbor unlock their door and not a single employee knew what they were doing, was told flat out by two employees it couldnt be done and a third said the machine didnt do what I was being told by another home Depot in another state. I had to show the employees how to use their own machine!!! That seems crazy to me.
While the lady ok n the floor was helpful , there were people just hanging out on the floor not doing anything whatsoever the best part us that the cashier is doing you a favor by ringing you up. He never said hello nor goodbye and threw my change in the counter to be pick up what a Doushebag.
Terrible experience. Ordered online in the morning, they said the item was in stock with many more in inventory. Never received notification that my order was ready, went to pick it up on my way home from work (7hours later) and nothing in stock. Shortly after I receive an email that my order was cancelled because the product was out of stock
This is the biggest Home Depot I have ever gone to. In order to find what I needed, I had to walk the store from end to end which was probably over a quarter mile of walking which is ridiculous. Even though I had to ask for directions in order to find what I needed, it would have been easier to have had a internal road map. It would have been better to have a local Wi-Fi that could have provided my phone with a Google map like product locator and a best route to take for this ridiculously long walk. Almost forgot to say thanks to the employee who closed the isle I needed to get into so that he could play with some merchandise on a lift.
Home Depot in Levittown is wonderful . All of the employees are curtious and knowledgable. I always have a good experience there and will continue to shop there. True customer service does exist..It is at Home Depot in Levittown.!! They are willing to really help you out.
I had a terrible experience there. I was not happy at all. I used my gift card there but I could not use the whole thing and they gave me store credit for the balance I used up the balance, but I bought one thing that was not proper I went back to the store with the receipt to exchange it for the right item, to be exact it was a rope unopened in sealed package, I needed a smaller size, but they would not take it back because I didnt have my drivers license with me I showed them I had the store receipt, my drivers ID on my phone and major credit cards my ss Id my Medicare Id and several other forms with me but they would not take the $9 item back. They made me drive all the way home to bring my drivers license back to exchange the stupid $9 item. So beware a gift card is not so great. If you return a item unopened with the store receipt your licence will be scanned. I had several other forms of i.d. but they have to scan the photo i.d. into there system. I felt like a common thief.
November 7th, 12-3:00 pm on a Tuesday, my mother was treated with the highest disrespect by the hands of an obviously untrained, uncouth young woman (I believe she worked the register or the self-help register). Based off of her treatment and the description of her behavior that my mother relayed to me, I am not sure how she got hired and for that matter, how many of the employees got hired. I do not know her name or her face but I am urging Home Depot Levittown to find this employee and remove her from her position. Many of your employees are rude and inconsiderate. This young woman needs to be reprimanded (or better yet) removed from service for her actions. My mother is a 911 operator and it takes a lot to get her goat. If this person managed to do so, Home Depot must rethink their hiring process and reaxamine the employees currently working at this establishment. For the record, my mother and father were purchasing screens between the hours of 12-3:00 pm.Hopefully, this information helps with targeting this disrespectful, undisciplined person. I highly encourage this troubled employees removal and reexamination of current workers. You have a beautiful, new store but the people who are working there are tainting something that could be wonderful for the community. The last thing this community needs right now is a hotbed of disrespect and rudeness. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
Line way too long for the middle of the day, maybe 30-40 people and only one or two registers open. Only came to get a $0.50 pack of screws. Didnt have time to wait and wouldnt have even if I did. Somehow always end up aggravated at this location, 3 strikes, Im done.
I called to please an order with the pro desk being that im a contractor. I told the person there what i wanted and as soon as i was done they guy asked for a payment. I told hin this is the first time of me ever hereing that i need to pay first so i spoke to a manager named anthony. He told me the order would be ready at my arrival. Guess i what i got there and the order wasnt even sent over to flooring and on top of that they couldnt even find the profuct they lost the entire pallet of tile. I think that place needs some new managment. I wast over an hour for no reason horrible store
This place doesnt even deserve a 1 Star. We have been fixing up our kitchen and every time we come to this location we end up with someone rude. Walter from plumbing had a smart mouth. CLIFF from the electrical department is so lazy useless human being shouldnt even be working there you ask him a question and he wants you to figure it out yourself. Not to mention the managers BOB, ANTHONY and CHRIS. I needed some help and BOB said ohh no Im busy with a customer and ran away. We have been here countless times and interacted with all of them. They are rude and miserable and I will be calling corporate!!
Manager named Sharon (ASSITANT STORE MANAGER) as well as ANGELICA (SERVICE DESK MANAGER) was very disrespectful to me. I wanted to make a return with debit that I paid for and I asked for Cash instead. She refused to serve me cash and did not give me reason why. As per Home Depot Policy as customer has a right to receive cash for a debit return and when I challenged her on that she just walked away from me! I have no choice but to say she Racially Profiled me and Discriminated against me because I was a African American male with a Hoodie and Shorts. I have already filed a complaint against her and will be sending certified letters to Corporate as well. When Chris Mullen comes back from vacation (STORE MANAGER) he will be notified as well on DAY ONE.
ASM Sharon Assistant Store Manager and Angelica Service Desk Manager. Constantly practice racial profiling. I have seen on a few occasion black customer wanting cash back from there debit transactions and they refuse them for no reason at all. Also included was a verbal tone and attitude that was dismissive. To the point they would just tell the customers to go another store. IF YOU ARE OF AFRICAN AMERICAN HERITAGE, do not SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. Just because Levittown is 98 percent white is no excuse. I will be reaching out the Home Depot Legal dept directly. She messed with the wrong minority this time.
Very good store they practically carry everything there staff is always around and ready to help you on your needs for your projects sometimes they have representative s in store reminstatind there latest products,the location in republic plaza again is a good and very busy location due to our town and its needs no dissapoinment here I give it the thumbs up and they have a tool rental section too which comes in handy.

2022-04-24Very, very busy garden center on a beautiful spring Saturday afternoon with only one poor cashier working and the self-service checkout out of order. The line was extremely long. Someone to assist him wouldve helped speed things up. But he was doing his best. Garden vegetables and herbs looked good and healthy and well stocked. Lots of people buying garden soil and mulch by the cartload.

2022-03-25Although the employees are great I cannot stand to have 1 register open and 1 area for self check out which gives you are hard time checking out, also the prices are going through the roof. For a flange that was 12 dollars last year is up to 22 dollars. Amazon 10 dollars. Ace is 100% better. I wont shop at home Depot anymore.

2022-04-02I went to the Home Depot to get a piece of wood for backing in a picture frame. Everyone there was so helpful. They helped me select the wood and cut it to the size I required. I was not aware that they would cut the wood for me and I called to find out whether that was the case and they answered and said yes. There were probably a half a dozen workers there who came over to ask what they could do to assist me. Just a great place to get your material, even if you dont know what you need.

2022-04-16Was assisted by a staff member despite her being on break. She was kind and friendly and provided service even though she was going on break. Everyone in service knows the feeling of having a customer ask for something just as a break starts, she went above and beyond by handling my question and assisting me. If I had known she was going on break I would not have bothered her, but she was polite and helpful despite the inopportune question.

2022-06-17A decent all around home improvement store. Tools, wood, paint and all sorts of products to improve various aspects of your house and make home repairs are available here. This store is very much designed with home contractors in mind. This store is a favorite of many contractors as they shop there frequently. Besides hardware, you can pick up flats of various flowers, perennials and annuals (many colorful varieties) and garden supplies. There is a section where you can actually cut wood for building projects. Flooring such as vinyl, tile and laminate can be purchased. Free samples of carpet swatches are sometimes available as well. Many supplies including vinyl fencing, posts and lattice are available here for purchase as well. *There is a large supply of these fence installation items located in the aisles in the back of the store. There are gadgets here such as the Ring home doorbell and DeWalt power tools. You can purchase lawn mowers and hedge trimmers here as well. Bathroom fixtures, (sinks and shower heads) lighting fixtures and electrical supplies are also available. Store associates are walking around the store but not always available for customer interaction and don’t have answers for your questions. You might find yourself frustratingly looking for assistance during busy peak times here. Prices are moderate to high. Items are usually available for in-store pickup or can be shipped to your home if not available.

2022-05-17I usually don’t write reviews but I feel I should this time. I was at the Levittown HD last night to get some columns for my house and I have to say I was impressed with the staff. They were very helpful and patient and we were even greeted by other employees who were not assisting us. I’ve been to other Home Depots and there’s no comparison in the customer service I’ve experienced. I have to mention Richard’s name who went out looking for me in the parking lot to tell me he found an extra column that I was missing. He even offered to carry it all the way to the cashier and he was very pleasant and professional. This saved us a lot of time, gasoline and efforts. Well done!

2022-05-12Very bad experience there: I went to order flooring for my house, the first 2 times, no one was available to take my order. First time the person was an hour late. Second time, the person was out sick. On the third time, I was told that the person just left on a lunch break, I was upset so one of the floor managers assisted with my order but she told me that the order will be delivered a week later. Later, I got a confirmation email saying that my order will be delivered 2 weeks after. Now I have to cancel and find anothef place to order from.

2022-03-19This Home Depot is probably one of the cleanest I have been in customer service is very good specially in the appliance section and if I remember correctly her name was Miss Valerie and it was her birthday what a wonderful Pleasant woman
