The Home Depot in other cities:
I love this store, and the facade makes me laugh every time I walk by, its just so bougie. My only complaint is they dont cut wood in any Manhattan locations, so you either shouldnt buy lumber here, or if you do you should also buy a circular saw. Other than custom cut lumber though, they have absolutely everything I need to do any renovation Im capable of doing without hiring a contractor.
Great experience at the Chelsea Home Depot. Employees, security and all staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone is usually happy to help you find item youre looking for or will you in the direction of employee who works in that department. Pretty good sales usually best to use app and see if they have what you want in stock as was as if its on sale. Recommend?
Couldnt find an item I was searching for at my nearest Home Depot. I decided to visit this location and they had everything I needed and more. The staff at this location was exceptional helpful. The staff were very attentive asking if I needed assistance. The store was very clean and organized. When youre ready to check out there is the self checkout option or the regular registers. As soon as I got to the registers there were registers open. Check out was a breeze. The lockers were also in plain sight in case youre doing in store pick up. This location is great.
A big old Home Depot right in Manhattan with the extremely large collection of possibly everything you would need in your house at extremely good prices just like in a Home Depot anywhere else. They have two huge floors and also have very helpful staff and a help desk to help you improve your home
It must be me but every time I go into a home depot I have a problem. I went to purchase packing tape and the display said $8.48 I purchased 2 so when I get my receipt they rang up $8.98 each. Now I have to go to customer service and wait for the difference for my refund 🙄 I am so over this company. If you go to one of their locations to buy something, ask them the price first before its scanned. Youll save yourself a lot of aggravation. They never get it right the first time.
Its bigger than your local hardware store. But smaller than your typical Home Depot. This place has two floors. Escalators to go down. It even has self check out, which is great for when you have one or two items. Its grab and go during a lunch break or after work. Its about a block from the train station too. It usually has all the items I need for typical home repair. I come here often when I need something for my house. I really like that you can order what you need online and then pick it up in person at the customer service desk. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful too!Cons:Since its a small store, youre unable to cut the wood you buy here like you would at a typical Home Depot. The tool rental section here can be hit or miss because its a smaller store.
Great to have such a huge store downtown. They have a wide variety of everything. However I was a bit disappointed to see they didnt have any furniture. Other stores in Manhattan cost so much, it would be nice to see some cheaper alternatives here.By the way very nice facade!
There is not a lot of good hardware places around the city that offers the array of items that home depot does. This one has just about anything you could need for small home or apartment improvements. They even have a pretty decent selection of plants. The staff are pretty helpful.
Online inventory and pick up information is not accurate. Or at least was told in person, despite showing that they had 8 of a particular item in stock, that We don’t have it!. Which was the whole reason I went there in the first place. Which was also after ordering online from the Brooklyn store (because they showed that as being the only store in the area as having all 3 items I needed), and then having that order canceled by HD. Which was after waiting for over a week for them to process said order. A very negative experience overall when simply trying to get a few things based on what they have listed as in stock.
Great branch of this national chain of hardware supplies stores. In general, usually has a great variety and quantity of equipment and supplies. For the most part, many of the staff can answer most questions if in their department though some staff seem quite knowledgeable and personally experienced in many areas outside of their department. Knowledgeable, or not, staff have always tried to be helpful; have always been professional. When in need of hardware and some household supplies, this is the location I frequent the most.
I’ve been to many Home Depot‘s but there is none like this one. Their prices are very competitive when compared to the other hardware stores. Their shelves are always stocked. We feel that this Home Depot is a great part of our community and a great part of New York City! As long as this Home Depot is standing we will be back!
Horrendous experience. Home depot online forwards orders to stores without telling you that this happens. This store tried to fulfill the order and complete disaster - next day delivery never happened. After calling and chasing they sent the order days later. The order was damaged, missing items and had incorrect items. Absolutely impossible (after 3+ hours on the phone) to get anyone to rectify the situation. Will never again order from these people - Amazon knows how to treat customers well and these people clearly dont care whatsoever.
Convenient location & for the most part they have decent stock of items, couldnt fulfill my shopping list the last 2 times tho. Staff isnt very helpful,I asked for assistance and they rolled their eyes😩 this happened twice (diff workers) & I was sent in the wrong direction as well. So got tired of circling the same area & figured they didnt carry what I was looking for. I go upstairs & decided to walk around before checking out and Boom, found what I was looking for by accident! Whats surprising about this is when I asked for it I specifically said its for my bathroom at home, none of the staff thought to send me to the bathroom section of the store,I had no idea there was a section like that! So,found what I needed + 2 extra items I needed. Im giving 4 stars bec the store is neat/clean,they mostly have items available, but the sales staff sucks, the cashiers were nice tho. Come w/patience & take ur time & walk around on ur own, youll find what u need!
This place is a Manhattan miracle. I have no idea how it makes enough money to justify the real estate while also employing dozens of people, offering low prices, and maintaining long hours of operation. I never thought I’d be inspired to give a Home Depot five stars but the staff here is so consistently enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. It’s like stepping into another universe.
I have always appreciated Home Depot. I do understand that theyve driven away a lot of small businesses but, thats the nature of business. That being said, they have competitive prices and they are centrally located here in Manhattan NYC which makes them a great go to shop.
What amazes me the most about this place is THE SERVICE-EVERYONE SEEMS TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP. I have been to other HD and when it comes to service.....no matter of I am in the South or the North I am always shocked at the service here....Plus this is Manhattan. These workers need to be rewarded and cloned. I saw 6 workers: Returns, straight back at returns, AC filters, working gloves...all were outstanding.
AYANA was extremely helpful. I needed to get a few items for my project which was running a bit late. The store was about to close for the day, (so everyone was in a BIG hurry) she listened and asked me all the right questions and found exactly what I needed. Above and beyond, great customer service experience. 👍🏽 👍🏽
I’m currently in the store waiting for the Rental Associate to show up, I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes and nobody is able to help me. Couple of associates said they’ll try to find the person but nobody showed up yet. I asked to speak to the manager and was sent to the customers ergo email desk, which is of course empty, waited there for 5 minutes and nobody came, so I came back to the tool rental place, but still nobody here. Update: it took 50 minutes to get help. Most horrible experience.
Excellent service. I was worried about what shade of white is my wall to repaint a small portion of it, so took a piece of the previous wall color to match and they had a machine to scan and recognize color and shades of white and mix whatever color that is needed to the regular white paint to get the right shade!!
As with all Home Depots most of customer service couldnt be bothered but this time the greeter was nice. The prices are decent. Home Depot in the CITY wont confront the fact that its not in a suburb and has customer base entirely uninterested in houses. They leave so much money on the table by ignoring this fact so from flooring to lighting and seasonal they miss out. Theres so much they can do.
What a great store on 23rd Street, NYC.I was looking for something as mundane as Caution Tape for my upcoming fashion show and found it there. Even though its a large space, I found it easy to navigate and things were easy to find. I even had extra keys cut and was in and out in about half an our.Another cool thing was, staff was everywhere and I never had to go looking for so to assist.Great shopping experience.
Super friendly! Anyone looking to get replacement screws for their TV stand (I lost mine since I had a wall mount for a long time), the staff here will help you dig for the right screws. If anyone got an LG C8, you gotta get the M4 x L12, which Home Depot carries + more!
From the moment we entered this beautiful Home Depot with stunning lighting and interior for most any store, let alone a Home Depot, we were greeted warmly and asked how our morning was along with assisting us to the online order counter. As we approached the counter Evan was ready to help and did so with an outstanding demeanor and expedience. The entire errand made our morning and I recommend this location above all others! Also, my new tool box is just everything!
Well kept store clean, neat and organized...Its biggest issue evertime I go there is that they have lots of employees but they are all task oriented. Its great to see a retailer with staff these days... But I cant seem to get help Im always ignored or sent to someone else.... Like me I bet alot of their customers end up leaving and shopping online...After all if I cant get someone to help me and its cheaper online I guess Home Depot is helping me decide if I should be shopping online or in the store..
Home Depot located on 23rd ST Manhattan, obviously smaller than the suburban locations. And to note of which I did not know, they do not stock any flooring tiles that are of the Porcelain or granite type, only vinyl. For many of the large items, you have to order online.
This is probably the epicenter of bad NYC customer service. It always seems like I’m bothering the reps coming here. I try to be nice and render the greeting of the day, but i usually just get attitude in return. I understand tho and still try to remain polite because i imagine retail / customer service is tough.I take it this Home Depot has a high turnover rate; every time i exchange 5 gallon waters here the cashier doesn’t know how to do it and they need to be trained. And I’ve been exchanging waters here for 2 years now. Not a big deal, just an observation. All that aside i still come here because it’s fairly neat and organized. Plus it’s the closest location for my water exchange. Don’t get me wrong I’d probably visit another Home Depot if i could.
This place is supposed to have most of not all your home needs. There were certain items I couldnt find and ended up ordering online but only with that is they arent shipping all my items! I still have to go back to pick up.They do have some reasonable prices on certain items. Self checkout was seamless.
Home depot is my new favorite place. After going to Michaels for decorations and failing to find anything that I needed.. I went a block down to home depot. Everyone in this Home depot was incredibly helpful and not only listened to my project ideas, but taught me ways to improve efficiency and get the right tools. Ive been here 3 times in the last month and each time was a true pleasure.
Always the best place to shop for everything you need under one roof all at an affordable pricing! Spacious isles, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff who’s always willing to help you locate whatever you may need. They’ve got so much to choose from all at prices to suit your budget. The area is also wonderful. There’s food spots nearby, easy access to the subways (M,F,R,1 trains) and some buses also. Chelsea is always a great neighborhood for your shopping with a variety of options.Home Depot- enjoying life one day at a time!
Prepared for the Hurricane/ Tornado or whatever Doom we were suppose to prepare for. I was able to get a flashlight ( with batteries included ) for $6.00, extra pack of batteries, candles and light bulbs. Didnt have to run from store to store got Everything There. The Prices are Always Reasonable paid under $20 for everything.
Although I am more acquainted with the large box stores in Florida, surprisingly the NYC store had almost all the items needed for my sons apartment. Additionally, the staff was helpful when I inquired about any specific item that I was searching, they would direct me to the appropriate aisle, cheerfully. Kudos, to our cashier, Aida, she was welcoming, friendly, and helpful with bagging at check out.
I had a great experience at this Home Depot thanks to on of their extremely helpful employees, Aris. (I think in the lumber section but we used aluminum)I told Aris the project I had in mind and my concerns and his knowledgeable and friendly demeanor made this an amazing experience. He went above and beyond.
Well organized, the staff is very helpful, courteous and professional. If they carry a product you need (which is very rare) they will refer you to online shopping or somewhere you may find it. Great location as well steps away from two train stations and the bus runs right along the main road theyre located on.
Great people always there to help. I saw what i needed and is also a very large store. To whatever you need it’s there. And check on their app to see if items are available at the place. I got supplies to fix up my gaming setup. Velcro is better than double sided tape. Just a heads up to save you from any trouble
The layout is okay. You can get lost in there which is good and bad. I also had this very awkward interaction with one of the women at self check out. She almost made me pay for something twice because she was antagonizing me saying I didnt scan all of the items. When she double checked it was on the receipt. And the other items were things I wasnt gonna get at all. It made me feel terrible and awkward. I have bad social anxiety and this wasnt it at all. Never going back to this location. Their plants are in terrible shape too. Tap the pot and theres a bug galore.
I went there with a list of things and asked about five people while I was looking and everyone new exactly where I should go. No more, Not my department. One from electricity walked me downstairs to find something sold out upstairs. Home Depot still has issues, but the staff in this store from my brief experience, are all awesome.
Im ok if you dont want to take my word for it when the item states it was on clearance, but Im NOT okay if you wont go over it have someone go over to check what I said. Im okay if youre unable to do simple math since were in a world where computers and calculators do it all for us. Im NOT okay when I walk you through thus math and then you insist that the price marked is the rightly calculated simple math price. Its not. Ask someone if you arent sure instead of making yourself look bad in the end. Its okay to ask for help.
Dont order your window treatments here. After moving into a new apartment on April 23rd, I have been desperately trying to get a simple blackout shade installed. I went through the process of getting the window measured, picking out and paying for the shade, and making an appointment for installation once it arrived. When my appointment day finally came (which took a very long time, by the way—there are not a lot of appointments available), I was told my shade was missing a part and that they would order the right part for me. They did not do this, and it took daily calls to Home Depot before they ordered the part for me. When it finally came, I called to schedule another appointment and was told it would be two weeks before someone could come. Someone came today, and again, they had sent the wrong part. This is a very bright window, and had we known this be a two-month process, we would have obviously gone elsewhere. I have been calling and calling the window treatments department at Home Depot today, and no one is picking up. What a waste of time and money.
Good store with lots of materials for your house and garden. Sometimes they do not have small items like dish soap and carpet cleaner because they bring in a small supply and within a few hours the supply runs out. But this store has great supplies for when you need to re-design your house or just need tools to build something. Products are a little pricy, but have good quality.
I normally hit up this Home Depot when I also need to go to Michaels since they are super close to each other. I always forget how large this Home Depot is. You would think the area is small so there isnt much but this location is massive. The downstairs area is expansive and I feel like it has everything you would see at any other HD. I asked a few different employees different questions and they all answered them quickly and nicely. I recommend this location if you are a picking up anything. Because of the area, I wouldnt recommend this location if you have a car, parking might be hard to find.
To the manager, if you see this!- The two guys helping wrap items for people to carry had such great energy and were so helpful (they were working around 1:35PM aug 24th:). I saw one of them placing two large bounty packages securely onto a customer’s wheelchair with such joyful enthusiasm… we even applauded him when he managed to secure it into her chair’s metal hooks! The taller gentleman helping me was also very helpful. That small interaction with them made my day!
As far as new york city goes this is probably one of the best locations. Its a large store with a great selection, kind of a strange configuration and sometimes confusing layout but for the most part their staff is helpful at pointing you in the right direction. Checkout is pretty speedy for such a strange set up and even finding a cart or basket seems to be easier at this location than others.
The only way you will get assistance from the employees is when you ask to speak with a supervisor its amazing. I went there to get a specific light bulb I had to ask five different people for assistance everyone I went up to sent me to someone else finally when I asked for a supervisor the person turned around and helped me immediately thats disgusting their employees needs better in services on customer service instead of standing around doing nothing
Good store, one tip though, if youre looking for an item that the average consumer doesnt regularly buy (Example: a heavy duty Hand truck) check online. If the item says in stock online, call the store and confirm by having someone physically lay hands on the item. Dont let the website lull you into thinking you shouldnt call the store and dont let anyone on the phone tell you that the website is enough to invest your faith in, insist they physically check. It may seem excessive, but itll be better than being lied to by the website and then having someone tell you, if the website says we have it, then we have it, Only for it not to be there and have some other associate tell you a contrived explanation of oh, our stock updates before the truck actually gets here, well probably get it today or tomorrow when youre actually in the store looking at the empty bay that should contain your item. Other than that, the store is usually awesome.
The people working there act like they dont want to be there and dont want to help you. Their personal group conversations are more important than helping you. The cashiers are the worst. It like youre disturbing them (from doing nothing). Next time Ill go to the self check out line. The more you use them the less they need a physical person to be the cashier.
I went into Home Depot to buy plant pots & soil to redo my indoor plants. I got excellent guidance from 2 staff members in the plant area regarding how to care for all of my plants. One of them was even having the same issues with their planta as I was having. Very knowledgable & friendly. It did take a moment to get an answer about a location of another item I wanted. But that may have been because the person was restocking plants & talking with another stocker.I went upstairs to info desk & got the directions I needed for the other things I needed: insect spray. She told me the exact location. Fantastic. At check out the cashier was friendly & very helpful with my bagging of items. All in all it was a good experience. I got everything I needed & even bought a couple of other things because the price was good.
Like every other Home Depot Ive been to, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked a simple question as to whether an out of stock item could be shipped to me and was told dont bother me with that, just go online and do it yourself.Well I will definitely be buying online, but it wont be from The Home Depot.
I had an amazing experience here. There are so many staff that are so ready to help you find anything you need. I was looking for blinds initially and one woman upstairs in the blinds section was so helpful and she explained everything I needed to know. Then in the downstairs level I was looking for A drill and another man was happy to help me. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Overall the store is very clean and organized. Pretty easy to find everything you need and there’s a lot of great deals on items that are in bulk like cleaners and paper towels.
This HD location is unique. All the others have huge warehouse space dedicated to building supplies that wouldnt sell at this location. Instead they concentrate on the small detail stuff and do that very well. Plumbing, electrical, various hardware, tools and manage to keep it all stocked. Great to stop by after work on the way to the train for the bits and pieces needed to finish our renovation.
Our landlord ordered a new washer and dryer, and paid extra for installation and hauling away of the old, broken units. When the guys arrived, they dropped them by the front door and said “finished”. They said the “new company” that does deliveries says no installation and hauling away is possible. So now we have a broken washer and dryer all connected up, a two week old pile of laundry to do, and a new washer dryer set stacked up in our living space and blocking our door, and Home Depot appears to be keeping the money for a service they did not provide.
If you need help just ask, the people who work here are super knowledgeable and if they dont know they wont lie, theyll find someone who is better informed on whatever your needs may be. I love this home depot and have been coming here for years so much to the point I sometimes just pop in to check out the paints and plants lol.
This location is usually very good, and the staff is usually helpful, but today was not. I was looking for extension bits for an impact driver. I went into the aisle and found some of what I needed on my own, I then asked an associate who is clearly working in that section if they have bits by themselves as opposed to with the extension. he just nodded at me, it was either no, we dont have or no I just dont care to answer your question. Either way after walking over 2 aisle I found what I was looking for.
I was loking for a black and decker drill oddly enough couldnt find any tools for that brand and what I found even more odd is compared to the ones in brooklyn this one seems very small and like the employees were all hiding cause I only saw 2 by the entrance when I walked in. Not sure about the people checking out because I ended up not buying anything. Cant believe I really walked the whole bottom area like 10 times and didnt see anyone its like they were running from me. I didnt wanna go back and bother the people at the entrance since I know usually they have a person for every section didnt wanna end up waiting for whenever that person finally showed up.
Its nice to have a Home Depot in the middle of the city like this. The people who work there are always really busy but still very helpful and quick to offer a hand. I also like the self checkout option but they should have hand sanitizer at every self checkout. Lots of people touch that and Im sure they have barrels of hand sanitizer around.
The staff here is beyond helpful and PATIENT. My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 3.5 weeks and with the way the economy is going, we decided to move in together. Since I’m moving into his place and it’s covered in blood splatters we figured it would be best to repaint the rooms. We wanted Benjamin Moore paint because my mom says it’s the best and I can’t have an opinion different than hers, but since we have no concept of time all the stores that carry BM were closed, so we settled on the Behr paint that Home Depot offers. I don’t know how we got so lucky but we got the most helpful employees to assist us in how much paint, and which paints we needed! Shoutout to Tyesha in the paint department for going above and beyond to assist us in maxing out our credit card, and Shandell who always tells us where everything is while being so kind! :D P.S. s/o to Simone & Sarah at the register for helping us too!
Customer service at a very low level, I want to pay attention to the management of the store for incompetent employees of most departments, they have no respect for the client, respond rude to the question and behave very audaciously!!!! my score is 1 star not for the store, but for the attendant !!!!!!
While I generally appreciate this store (not a lot of large hardware store options in Manhattan), I would not recommend using the in-store pickup option. Takes much longer to wait for customer service line (where online orders are picked up) than to just go find the item yourself in the store and then stand in the normal checkout line.
We really like this Home Depot not only because it is centrally located but also because it has everything you may need. They have 3 floors full of goods and their store organization makes it easy to find anything you want. The convenient part of Home Depot experience is the ability to order everything online quickly and efficiently. Our only concern is quality of staff at the registers. Some people appear unhappy and can behave a little bit rude at times. An additional customer service training would make it a truly exceptional place.
Anthony Store Lead, It was so nice to have Anthony greet me and assisted me through out the store to find what I needed, I loved the personal connection Anthony was making with me while shopping. Ive been to other Home Depot stores, I never got this treatment. I would like to give Anthony 5 stars. Thank you for your help!
This store is becoming worst and worst every time I come to it. I find this Home Depot is very DIY renter / property owner targeted as far as stock / inventory but does have a decent selection of contractor / professional grab n go items.I prefer Gowanus or Starrett City Home Depot’s for the typical inventory you would expect in a suburban location.I personally give this location another 6 months to a year after COVID before it’s shut down; and based on the trend of lack of restocking I expect it to head in the direction quickly.
This Home Depot is absolutely wonderful! The staff here was extremely kind and helpful. The staff not only helped me to order the replacement filter I needed for my vaccum , but either items that I needed. They also helped me get great deals on smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and detergent. Shopping here WAS a very pleasant surprise and delight!
Great Customer Service and Welcome from the Gentleman that Always greets customers when they walk into Home Depot, even with a mask on,you can see him smiling. For years Ive seen him and he never changed. God Bless Him.Mr.Pelham from the lower level whom helped me with my bins to the elevators and is very friendly as if I known him forever.Also,Ms.Julia the cashier whom also was helpful, friendly and on point on her experience with customers. They are the kind of staff that haves me come back and tell others to to go to this location.
Easy to find what you need. Staff friendly and helpful. Pickups for online orders made very easy. The self checkout lines are easy to use and there is always an employee Manning them actively for assistance from scanning items to mistakes made and final payments made.
Went in to buy some appliances on special clearance. Prices were great. Ssved a lot of money. One problem was they needed to enter in the prices because they werent coming up as the first al price. I bought 5 appliances, 4 needed to have the discount entered manually. When he entered the discount he charged me $.25 more on each appliance. Not a lot but I told him hes charging me moreHe responded with an attitude, you are going to complain about $.25. I will take it up with Atlanta.
This is a large Home Depot for Manhattan, but small when compared to suburban ones. its located with a block of several subways. if you dont have a local hardware store to support, then this is a great one-stop option for home repair needs.the Home Depot isnt just about hardware and repair needs...theres a ton of home goods, lighting hardware, gardening items, cleaning supplies and more. i have been to this location a bunch of times, so navigating is easy for me...but can be overwhelming for newbies. flag down a staffer if youre struggling to find something. i really like this location because they carry quality cleaning supplies (located below street level) and those items are priced way cheaper than Manhattan supermarkets, convenience stores, and other chain stores, etc. The selection for cleaning items is good without being overwhelming. the lighting section (located on street level) is great, too if you are looking for new fixtures and other hardware for the home.its superclose to Eataly, so you can celebrate your home repair shopping with some delicious pasta or pizza!i have always found the staff helpful when they are around.
Employees are tripping over themselves. Too busy socializing instead of helping customers.Well stocked shelves.Blase cashiers. Fighting boredom by counting change three times. 55 cents should be very easy.Too bad their competition, Lowes, had to close their store three blocks from this local. They are my first choice !!!
After receiving a quote on blinds for a bedroom, I was told I had to have the measurements done first then pay for the blinds. Or measure myself and take my chances. I tried to pay and set up a time for measuring. However, I was told that the discounted quote would not be honored because Home Depot could not get someone to my apartment to do the measurements before the blinds quote would expire. So why bother giving me a quoted price that Home Depot knew they could not fulfill? Very very shady.

2022-07-22From the architecture of the building you may get confused and think you are entering into a 5 star hotel rather than to a hardware store. This store is in prime location in Flatiron, extremely equipped with many departments, products and everything you basically need. They also have a pretty big plants department with a lot of variety.

2021-09-05The home Depot is one of the go to places for all your home needs. They always have a wide variety of necessities. Theyre also a season ahead, so the Halloween and fall decor are already out. Everything is always so neat and organized its really easy to find anything. The staff of each department is very knowledgeable. I recommend getting a store card, youll get discount too. Definitely check them out and you wouldnt be disappointed

2022-03-02Ive spoken to many, many employees at Home Depot. ALL of them . . . have been incredibly friendly. 👍Not just uptight, professional, polite like some places, but WARM, RELAXED, REAL. I kinda cant wait to go BACK.Wish my **family members** were that nice. 😏😏😏😏😏 😂

2022-04-19Awesome service. Had to return super heavy Vacuum I bought for my dad. He didnt like. Anyway at customer service strong working lady saw me, noticed box was bigger than me, she said so, I loved that she did. I was like no I do it myself. Thank God she called a stronger gentleman to help me. I loved it. Great people.

2022-06-23Would definitely recommend. They are always well stocked and you can always find help in the aisles. Fast checkout (regular and self). I’ve been shopping here for years and the only issues I’ve had (2-3 times) were with pickup orders. Either the orders were not filled (even with email confirmation) or missing items (due to inaccurate inventory I guess). Other than that a solid 5 stars.

2022-04-03I pulled up with 25 minutes until closing and would never have found the odd ball items I needed if it wasn’t for Will!! I was on the lower level by paint and needed mineral polishing compounds for hardware I was going to buff…. I knew what I needed but didn’t know the name nor did I have a clue where to find it. Will went out of his way to help me get them and while doing he inquired about my project. Will have me a suggestion regarding the paint I was using and offered a better idea. His choice was both economical and a huge time saver!! Thanks friend, I don’t know if I would have been as patient at the end of a long shift!!!The man deserves a raise. If he shows that high level of customer service in the last minutes of a long day I’m certain he has stellar perform and through the average workday . 100% grateful for your help

2022-03-16Good morning; afternoon; and evening friends and fans! Namaste. I had gone to Home Depot to use their restroom and I was also trying to find a Venus Flytrap but no luck. Other than that, its a nice location and especially since its not far from the train station. Its been a good minute since Ive visited this neighborhood and I like this Home Depot. Will be back to get what I need!

2022-07-08After a really disappointing experience atThe Home Depot at The Bronx Terminal Market. After finishing an appt. at The Manhattan Veterans Hospital I noticed a Home Depot on 23rd street. This place was like hardware and household needswonderland. This was my kind of place.I mean smiling employees asking customers if they needed help. Giving reallive advice. If you have to spend your hardearned money for all kinds of items to fixor enhance your crib. This is the place to go. Sometimes, its not just the name ofthe place but where the best one is located. By the way the prices are prettygood too. To my fellow veterans. Home Depot honors veteran discounts with proper ID of course.

2020-10-01Such a cool and unique Home Depot! Being from the Midwest I had never seen this type of Home Depot before so was very intrigued to see how those in NYC shopped at a store such as this. They had the majority of stuff youll find at most Home Depots. They do not cut lumber and I didnt really see a huge lumber selection overall. Im assuming this just because of logistics and that you cant really fit any big trucks or trailers in a parking lot out front(its just right on the street). However for all other home items or tools and such; this is the place to go.
