The garden center headed back to its old ways my Friend Evelyn ( who has a bit more courage than me ) couldnt take it either so she watered the plants herself we waited for a manager to make a point of it but none showed up

What a sight the Perennials n annuals were gorgeous!! I needed some extra SOD, saved by my home depot!! They were closing but they had them outside!! Yes got my extra pieces lawn done

I have placed an order for a Kohler bathtub to be delivered.They have mis-delivered this product on 2 occasions. Once to my billing address, once to my office address but never to the shipping address. On the third and fourth occasion they didnt call didnt show up. I still havent been able to receive the bathtub and I have no recourse.I called the Home Depot location but nobody ever answers the phone. NeverI tried calling the delivery company but nobody answers the phone. I tried emailing but no response.Today I called the customer satisfaction department and after waiting on hold I was told they spoke to the location and I was promised 2 call backs. 1 from the Store to reschedule delivery and 1 from the customer satisfaction department to verify that the store called. I didnt receive either call. I was given a case # .Ive placed this order with a Home Depot credit card so they wont help either. Im going to escalate my complaint to the NY Attorney General.

I needed assistance to buy 200 feet of electrical wire 3/10 contacted four associate which none were from electrical. Ask them to page somebody from that department out of the four two of them did make the announcement over the speaker. Waited over 45 minutes no one show up. Left the store after an hour waiting without any help .If you need something try other place or good luck if you can find it on your on.

Definitely not the place to get any help finding an item. I asked 2 people who work there for help on a Tuesday morning at 7am when the store is not busy at all and all they said oh, I dont work in this department I said: But Don you work for Home Depot?.. Once I went to customer service and yelled for a manager then people started to help me!! 🙄 🤦‍♀️

This is a good location to get any necessary home items. I like that they offer pickup in store options as well as standard delivery. They have a strict mask policy which is appreciated in order to protect their employees as well as customers. All sections have employees who are knowledgeable in that area and are able to assist. I would recommend this location for anything you need for the home.

Avoid this location for online pickup. Staff members are led by incompetent manager (Josh), they ignore curbside pickup order and wonder around the store to avoid helping customers on the line at all cost. Location in Rockaway is much better managed.

Janary from paint studio/department was so helpful, she explained details of different types of finish, color and styles of paint. I really appreciated the assistance as I dont paint too often. I recommend anyone who needs paint and has questions to go to her :-)

I just recently visited this HD nothing good , nothing new. Maybe one thing - they hiring more young people but they still have only fiew highly knowledge people who can help.But there is one thing which they offer a lot. FREE CAR REPAIRS on they parking lot. After approaching supervisor and asking him is this legal . Obviously not but he was that kind of person who has little too many pound to even go take at look at it . Obviously he doesnt care.Costumers be aware Home Depot started charging restocking fee for small items like galvanized elbows .Without any information just like that to rip you off even more.
