I ordered a pair of diabetic shoes in October, 2020. I understand that it takes 8-12 weeks for delivery which was no problem. I called in mid December to check the status of the order and was told there was a delay. Called three more times thereafter. I was told again there’s a delay but my shoes would probably be in by February.February, March and half of April came and went without a call. Today I received a call saying the shoes came in but the style had changed. When I asked why I never received a call during the 6 month time frame to keep me posted of the status the store representative (Adam) became very rude and nasty with me. He told me he’s sick of selling shoes and doesn’t even make money on them and he’s doing us a favor. I guess by us he means senior citizens who are diabetic. Then he said and I quote “you know what I’ll just cancel your order” so the order was cancelled. I ordered a pair of winter shoes. Six months later in the spring I’m told the shoe style changed and he Adam) was annoyed because I wanted to know why I never received a phone call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone.

Great friendly service very helpful brought my wheelchair out to my car for meThen when I returned it came out and unloaded it so I didnt have to get out of car seeing as it is very difficult would recommend them to anybody would have kept it if they took my insurence

I brought my moms walker in for repair. They kept the cost to a minimum when they easily could have charged me for two new wheels. Appreciated that the walker was checked out and the handles and brakes adjusted. Great people. Great service.

Very Unproffesional. Took them 4 weeks and counting to fix my brothers Power Wheelchair. Meanwhile he is unable to work and move around due to his cerable paulsy he was born with. We had to call the manufactuer ourselves to find out if his parts were even ordered because the contact persons persons voicemail was full. When my brother would call he be hung up on. This is not the first time this has happened with this company.No one should be treated this way especially someone who depends on his Wheelchair tfor mobility. For 4 weeks he has been sitting and sleeping on the couch unable to get a round. If an animal was treated this way you would be arrested.

I called 20 minutes before closing regarding getting a walker for my mother. They stayed open past closing until we got there and were very helpful and friendly. Thanks.Oh, and they do shoe repair too!! You dont see too much of that anymore.

Finally, a place that really cares. I was on a all day mission to get some medical equipment that my mom needed and every place that I called was closed. I sat in my car not knowing what to do because my mom really needed this immediately. I looked up home health stores in Middletown and called to ask where they were located. To my surprise, someone picked up - ended up being the owner who said that they were closed - but then asked me what I needed. When I told her what was going on, she said come on in, Ill take care of you.The owner Loretta, was professional, kind and caring and really knows her stuff! I recently took my grandmother to her for shoes and Loretta and her staff were extremely knowledgeable about my grandmothers condition of her feet. They were so patient with her - and she can be very difficult to deal with! They fixed my grandmas shoes and did not even charge her, while spending so much time with her! Gma also mentioned that she needed some white socks, and they gave her several pairs on the house. Love this store. So much variety with shoes, sneakers, dress shoes and home health care needs. If you need help taking care of your feet -this is the place to go!

I just recently purchase a bed and an oxygen machine from this store. Adam, who works here was a great help. He came out and delivered the equipment and set it all up. Thank you so much Adam, and I would use them again. Thanks so much!!

They are very knowledgeable about their products. I went there today and learned so much that I never knew about the products that I needed. So I now know I made the right choices with the items that I need to better my health. They are very professional, caring and go out their way to help their customers. I highly recommend others to go to this medical shop for the products you made need.

I needed to buy a stair lift for my father in-law. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. They delivered and installed the lift in a matter of a couple of hours. It was painless. Seans the best?

Lori and Adam were so very helpful! I was misinformed by a doctor that CVS would have a nebulizer; needless to say he was wrong and by the time I found out it was nearing closing time for the store. Thankfully, after calling a number of medical supply stores in the area all but Lori told me to come in the following day. Lori asked if the nebulizer was for a little one and it sure was, it was for my 3yr old. She said; little ones should not go a night without a nebulizer, when can you get here? I told her I wouldnt make it until a little after the store closes and she said shed wait for me to come. She was my Godsend that day. Shouting out Adam too for taking the time out to give me a tutorial on how to use the unit. They have my recommendation any day. Thank you so very much again!
