If you want to taste real Indian kathi rolls. You must visit this place. Its easy to locate it on google maps. We ordered chicken tikka roll , spicy chips and tea. Tea was amazing and freshly prepared. Will definitley visit again on my next nyc trip. Space can however accomodate upto 10 people at a time though. Highly recommended though.
Worst experience of my life . Pungent sewer smell coming from the facility . New York health department should definitely investigate their location . Food was terrible and not up to the standards as they were used to be . They have deteriorated over the years . When I asked about the sewer smell , the reply was its just coming from outside which was a lie . If somebody is looking for a good kathi roll experience , stay away from this place .
Before I moved away, I came here for lunch at least once a week (or more). The kati rolls are delicious and this place offers a fairly wide range of options and is suitable for all diets. The space inside the restaurant itself is pretty small, so I recommend taking your order to go and walking over to Wash Park to eat. Fortunately, the rolls are very amenable to that style of dining.
It has changed so much. Not the same quality and should have realized that when I was there since no one else was in the restaurant besides me. Even the paratha used for rolls wasn’t fresh. This used to be my favorite but going to avoid it in the future. Hate to say this but Kathi roll has become the Indian White Castle lol…😂😂😂
Terrible experience. We had ordered achari paneer roll and chicken Tikka roll both very spicy. The food which got served was terrible. Undercooked paratha, dry chicken, no achari flavor on the paneer, very little amount of mint chutney and barely there onions, no hint of spice at all. What we ate was some dry chicken and paneer rolled in undercooked paratha for $13 in all. The meal like that didnt even deserve $1. Do yourself a favor and think twice before you waste your money here. And all those people who are reviewing this place as authentic Calcutta cuisine I doubt if you have ever tasted what authentic Indian food tastes like.
This is a place I loved to go after hours and it’s become a place I can’t even stand the staff is super rude the Coustmer service is horrible employees are trained to tell you to go with what ever is available at the time they have what they have so they will recommend paneer tikka if they have a paneer tikka or they will recommend chicken tikka if they have chicken tikka And when I received the food it was in cooked and just didn’t taste right!
Bad tempered staff, dry chicken and paratha, messed up my order and then when I asked for a slice of lemon was told I should have included it in my order - last visited 10 years ago and this place is a dump now - FYI - I’m convinced there is MSG in the food - night sweats and inability to sleep
I love this place but hate how they got rid of so many of their options on their menu! The beef tikka and shrimp masala roll were one of my favorites! There are barely and meat options besides chicken which was extremely disappointing. Bring back the beef and shrimp please!
As-salaamu alaykum dear Sisters and Brothers,I have been here many times when I was living in Jersey City, NJ and in Manhattan, NY.I was introduced to this place by my Indian Cousin who lived in Jersey City for many years. As the names goes, it serves Kati Rolls with some meat and vegetables filling. The katti rolls are served hot and has this amazing spicy coriander and mint chutney spiced with some green chillies and chat masala that gives its taste. Also the smoky fragrance of the meat and the rolls lined with eggs give its extra flavour. You can wash it down with a glass of mango lassi. A couple of the rolls and a lassi and you are good to go. They also have soda. A great neighbourhood to hang out wth friends and family over the weekends. This place was featured in Timeout New York Magazine as one of the top 100 places to eat out in the city..
We ordered 4 chicken tikka, 1 egg shami and 1 kosha (mutton) roll. The rolls were all dry enough to make them hard to chow down. Some of the pieces of meat were hard enough to be confused with a piece of bone. Additionally, the $1 mint yogurt was literally a tablespoon. Disappointed!!November 27, 7:00pm.
The best place to eat Kati Rolls. Try their shami kabab rolls. It is out of this world. Their paneer is also fabulous. Chana and aloo is ok ok. The place is very small and only has 3 tables. But this place is packed at late night. There is huge line at 2 am. Their mango lassi is also very good
The chicken was VERY salty, to the point where I couldn’t take more than one or two bites. The food overall was also a little dry. However, that was not the problem. The staff were intimidating and unwelcoming. I was basically yelled at when I politely asked the cashier to repeat themselves. There’s distance, dividers, and masks to muffle everything and she was speaking very quietly. For the price i truly feel that it was not worth it.
Tucked in a corner, this place dishes out delicious kati rolls, very similar to the ones you get in kolkata minus the raw onions and tomato ketchup. Several options to choose from, ordered their unda-chicken roll. Very tasty but small in quantity so maybe you should order 2 for 1 person if you are considering it to be a meal.
I ordered pickup on Seamless at around noon. When I arrived at the pick up time two men in the restaurant tell me they are not open (even though they say they are open on Google). I inform them that they are open on seamless, and request that they cancel my order so I can get my money back.I get told to wait for the manager who will be there in 30 minutes before they shut the door on my face and lock the door.Absolutely atrocious experience.
Good for a late night snack!! We went there around 2 AM and it was open and it has a quick small snack kind of menu , I have uploaded the menu in this post you can check along with that and the only downside I see in this place is it’s really small place .. you can’t even find a place to stand in here other than that food is decent and good…
The unda paneer roll was pretty tasty! All of the textures came together really well and the paneer was cooked to perfection. My main qualm would be the price: it was more than $7 for one roll, and to get full, youd probably want two or more rolls. The portion size for your money just isnt as great as youd hope!
HORRIBLE experience with Kati Roll on Macdougal st. We ordered food over the phone and our eta was 40 min. We told the guy that we’ll be there in 40 min. We get to the place and were told that they gave our food to someone else because they were running out of chicken and others were complaining about wait time AND that they’re out of chicken for the night so we won’t be getting our food. On top of that, the guy at the register tells that it’s not his obligation to let us know over the phone that we might not be getting our food. Unreal. A business like this should not be getting any business. Period.
They standard has dropped tremendously 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Rolls were cold the roti was not even warm - the taste was bald !!!My experience has been great before but that was 10 years ago !!!FYI GOOD NEWS - go across the street to THELA WALATHERE ARE AWESOME AND THE FOOD IS ON POINT
I called this location around 11 and after 8 unanswered attempts, someone finally picked up and took our order over the phone. He told us to be there by 12am because thats when they close and since I was coming from far, I knew my eta and got there before 12. Upon arriving I was told that it got busy and my order was given away and they didnt have anymore chicken. When I asked the worker why I wasnt told on the phone that my order wouldnt kept because I drove 50 minutes, he said it wasnt his obligation. I dont know what kind of workers Kati Roll is hiring and why they are short on food on a Thursday night but I am never going here again. If you value your time, dont waste it giving your money to a business that has no concern for it and no customer service either.
We ordered paneer, aloo and chana palak kathi roll and veg momos.. The kathi rolls were ok not the same taste anymore and Momos were just tasteless and had no salt or flavor in them.. the price is not worth the quality of food.. plus we waited for 25 mins before anyone can took our order or acknowledged us.
Even though this store closes at 10pm, they start telling their customers at 9pm only that the kitchen is closed and we don’t have any food left. We wanted to order Achari Paneer Roll at 9pm, the lady said we can only get either Unda Aloo Roll or Chicken Tikka Roll. Staff was extremely rude. I must say Service was terrible.
They have four kinds and all of them are delicious. But, the paneer roll is my favorite. Such a delicious blend of spices and it does not soak up easily even if u choose to eat after a few hours. Whenever we are in NYC, its a must for us to revisit this little place. Its a perfect choice for dinner when u are between eating light-heavy!
I admire this restaurant! They offer good meals, they have a nice menu, The chef in that restaurant is an expert, I love a lot tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the guests is friendly. I often eat in this place and I was never disappointed. I recommend this place.
They serve the best of the rolls I have ever had in New York/New Jersey. The service is pretty fast & the taste is unparalleled. While the place is small, it gives you a very cozy feeling. The menu has multiple options for vegetarians and meat lovers. The good thing about its location is that there are other restaurants nearby that one can try besides this.
Been going to this place since I was in college in the early 1990s. I would go to this location, the original in The Village, to eat before and after my friends and I went clubbing. They now have several locations all across the city and the food is fantastic, filling and priced right. The bottled Mango Lassi is also excellent for a bottled product. Its very high-quality and tastes as if it was made on the premises. You cannot go wrong by eating here!
I’m vegan and only order the vegan/vegetarian dishes. Today I ordered vegan momos and when I reached home I realized they were chicken. My children had already eaten most of them not knowing there was chicken. This is not the first time they have given me chicken when I ordered a vegan or vegetarian Kati roll. I won’t be returning.
Funny what people are saying about the service -- I found the woman who worked there very helpful (Id never been there before). Its maybe a little overpriced, but if you order correctly 1 is enough. I got one with goat and I upgraded for a little bit of egg or something which the woman would advise would be more filling and it really was, 1 was perfect. Very tasty!
Take it from someone from Kolkata, home of the Kati roll, this place does it absolutely right. The taste has been recreated to a great degree with the only change of substituting flour for healthier wheat for the roll(bread). The place is absolutely tiny. The prices are reasonable. If you live somewhere they deliver to, I envy you.
Came here 10 years ago and again 1 week ago, the taste and decor hasnt changed one bit which is perfect! Think the menu is a little more extensive now including yummy, refreshing mango lassi. Delicious food as always, friendly quick service and the atmosphere is the same. Looking forward to my next visit already, might try out their new branches next!
I come to this place every day! The stafff is soooo nice to me and they make amazing Kati rolls! Always fresh and tasty. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I got all of my friends addicted because I rave about how good this place is. Thanks to the staff for always looking out!! I would recommend the MIXED VEGGIE! It will change your life
The worst service ever! I ordered 5 rolls tonight, the rude woman behind the counter had the nerve to tell me to hurry my order because she had other customers. She took my money and then took orders from 5 different customers. She gave all 5 customers their orders and told me that she didnt forget me. After waiting for 25 mins and a completely empty restaurant, she says wait what you order again? When I asked for my refund, the cook the back chimed in to say to give the woman a break because shes doing everything herself on a busy night, mind you the restaurant is completely empty. I havent been to this restaurant in years and was looking forward to enjoying Kati roll again, but will definitely not return and will spread the word about the horrid service here. This place need to rehire staff and get rid of the current staff ASAP. Very disappointed!
Every Indian would love such food and I am one them too . The taste is awesome and they have a good variety of rolls too. Me and my friends had such food after long time and we had took 3 rolls each 😂 I wish they open up a branch in Chicago area as a good no of people are going to like this for sure
This branch was a let down experience. My first visit to the company based on friends recommendation. Small seating area, tea served wasnt warm enough and staff not enthusiastic. The rolls were good and so we tried next day in different branch and they were top notch.
Used to be a great spot. now the workers are incompetent & uncaring. they changed the ingredients in some of their option. after checking with them to make sure there was no dairy in a few things I used to order, they said it was true no dairy. I let them know I had a severe allergy. I left there with a bloated head and now today & tomorrow are ruined. if u have any allergies STAY AWAY!!!
Awesome place for kathi roll, never disappointed. They have wide variety of rolls and serve beer. Shop is very small so if you are a large group it wont be able to accomdate you. Just 6-8 people sitting area. Street side parking easily available. Generally wait time is around 20 mins after you place the order.
It sucks - original owners sold it to a 2nd party at which point it lost the original charm and taste of Kati Rolls. Now their are new people and they have NO SENSE of customer service. I am not against the change but after my last visit I am completely convinced and confirmed that I will NEVER go back. The food was really oily and the item was undercooked and was almost empty of any inside fillings. The taste was horrible and i noted the hey raised the prices by 25%. (I wouldve been ok the price increase as I also understand but at least food taste and quality should not be compromised). He has the name only that is left and he is abusing and hope that as A south Asian I hope other communities catches up to this and share there thoughts.
Was here for a quick grab!Tried their shami kabab and unda chicken roll along with strawberry and mishti Greek yoghurt lassi’s. They were all made just right and completely satisfied our tastebuds that lacked Indian food for sometime now.Good portioning for the prize paid. The place is quite small with about 4 tables. However the ambience around is pretty live and happening, close to NYU.Service was good and quite fast.Would come back for lassi any day and try rest of their rolls when in town :)
I wanted to try Kati roll for a while now and I happened to stumble across this specific location. I ordered the beef tikka roll, it was great but not amazing for all the hype I heard. There is an ample amount of beef in the roll which is nice. Also I tried the strawberry lassi (not my favorite), the mango ran out when I was there but thats the way to go.
Delicious rolls with different sorts of fillings depending on your mood and interests. Having said that they are a little expensive for what you get. In addition, wish they also had an extended bowls and sides menu to accompany the rolls and build out a meal. Combo meals could also be an interesting item.
I am not a real fan of Desi (SE Asian) cooking but this place changed my mind and rocked my world in two ways. First of all the food is VERY tasty and affordable. The next issue is the sanitation and professionalism. This place is on point! I watched the guy rolling the katis cleaning as he works and since they dont have a huge menu, the place is run like a machine. Try it, you will love it! Also last time I checked it was Halal.
We decided to go to this place after reading online that they have outlets in London as well. When a restaurant is multinational, it is supposed to be good.We ordered two Unda (Egg) Chicken Roll Spicy and we got a small Paratha rolled with some undercooked chicken and oily paratha which was not completely cooked.Taste was okay but nothing amazing. I know there are lot of good reviews on this BUT guys you can get better Kathi/Kolkata rolls around than this.Don’t go by name, you can definitely find better rolls around. Thanks and Best of Luck! 👍🏼
This place is way too overrated, I have been coming here For about 12 years now, however the customer service has gone down the drain. This is my last time that I will ever visit this place. I simply told the cashier that the Kati Roll was dry, and he insisted I pay to get more sauce, I also said that it was not spicy and he charged me for green peppers. This particular employee simply did not care send them to provide any quality customer service. But at end of the day, Why should he care, it’s not his business anyway.Indi Kitch is much better!
Normally, for years, as a family , we have been going to douse ourselves in the amazing rolls of all kinds. I think that an establishment should maintain a certain standard. However, last night i.e. Nov 09,2019 the parathas in every roll was not cooked at all. they were all very raw and very doughy. We are disapointed and wanted to make it known to you. I hope this issue is rectified.
This is a good spot for cheap, quick Indian food. Its also a good spot to go with a vegetarian, as their options are pretty solid. I will say that the servings are a bit small and everything that is supposed to be spicy isnt (but thats a matter of opinion). Overall I would recommend the place if you are in the mood for Indian.
We ordered the chicken Tikka roll, kesar pista lassi and mishti lassi. The lassi was great and up to the mark. The Kati roll was very dry and could have been a little saucy, there wasnt any great taste to it. I also ordered for the small packet of spicy chips which were really great! So overall my rating is only for the lassi n chips and not for the kati roll...
Just bought a kati roll from this place ( takeout ). It wasnt busy. Yet, the cashier was exceptionally curt and cut me off mid order in a rush. Then barely swiped the paratha for the roll on the grill pan, and made the whole thing in a hurry. As a result, the roll was pretty much cold and tasteless. Service in this place is terrible. Very disappointed.
Kati rolls done right! There is nothing more to say. I have always had to wait a longer time, I cant translate that to bad service. That is just the sheer volume of people that throng here.I felt one panner roll is was more sufficient enough. But, I have always found myself getting the second one just in case. Aptly placed near the pubs, this place poised for success.
Holy CRAP these are delicious. The food was incredible. The front area is small with only a couple tables but youre in a lively neighborhood~ get your butt outside and enjoy a walk or walk a few doors down to the Grisly Pear for a free comedy show (you can bring your food inside!)
Best late night snack, and dinner place in NYC.. locations are conveniently around downtown Manhattan. Tiny Indian burritos, with such a variety of filling.. you cant go wrong here, bring a date, bring your friends, this tiny and amazing kitchen produces bomb Kati rolls
The lady working here who didnt even serve me is the rudest person I ever came across in customer service and I will never return here. I was ordering from the guy working there and being a NEW CUSTOMER asked what was in the chicken Tikka roll, the African American lady who wasnt even serving me decided to jump in very aggressively & condescending to say cilantro which is green and asked is this a good color for me. Where I am from salsa is tomato based so it is red. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a server and especially by someone who was not even directly dealing with me. Apologies for asking what is in a roll, it doesnt say on the menu. Avoid at all costs if u are a new customer, if u dont know what they serve or if u dont want to be belittled by ordering some food. AVOID. If I spoke to a customer in this manner at my work place I would be fired and rightly so. Leave your bad attitude at home next time lady. Unnecessary and uncalled for.
Dont waste your time. Go if you must--the paratha is the tastiest part--but the flavor of the chicken is underwhelming. Also, there is nothing else on kati roll except a bit of watery cilantro/mint chutney. It needs a yogurt sauce in the worst way. Thatll be a dollar extra, taking the roll to about $7.30. Get a deli sandwich or falafel/shawarma pitas instead. Or a slice of pizza. So disappointed. Theyd do good to include the yogurt sauce as a component of the sandwich. The Big Mac comes with Mac sauce, right? In sum, not bad tasting, but not the yummy experience you are seeking...unless your taste buds are boring. PASS.
This is one my favorite places to go to when Im in the city. They have a simple concept: paratha cooked in lots of butter/ghee and filled with any mix of eggs, veggies, paneer, chole, chicken, beef, or lamb. All the spices have been very good. What results is an easy traveling snack or meal. Their chai is also pretty good for a cold day. And the mango lassi they sell is about as good as any commercial one Ive tried. I recommend the chicken unda one if youre in the mood for spicy or the beef unda one if you want a hearty juicy kati roll.Their food is great so it gets 5 stars but the staff leaves more to be desired. One time I went the cashier to take my order was playing on his phone even after he acknowledged my presence. Another guy from the back saw it and pushed him out of the way to take my order. A second time they gave my order to someone else, even though I had asked if it was my order and they told me no. They just dont have their act together. Limit your interaction with them and enjoy their food.
Fantastic Indian rolls detected here! And the mango lassi is the topping that the rolls deserve! You should definitely have rolls here if you are in NYC - generally I like the one near 2nd avenue, 53rd east - but the quality holds up in general! And do try shami kabab roll - that’s the best of best!
For real, who are these people kidding? they are charging me so much for indian street food that is not that great. Nazami roll next door tastes better in my opinion. Kati rolls chutney lacks flavor other than immense spice. their portion sizes are super small for their pricing. and the toppings are not clever at all. worst is that their are redesigning the place. they used to have this cool pictorial menu on the wall and 70s bollywood posters everywhere, but now they are reinventing themselves in the wrong direction. not worth it, but the place across the street is.
Its a small dinghy space, what do you expect for service and ambiance? its fast food! and delicious at that. I recently got the Uda Egg roll, just one for 3 something, and it was tasty. Its fried, so one was good enough not to feel heavy. I ask for a bit of spice which gave it a nice kick - the roll itself is doughy yet crisp on the outside, yum-my! they have a Chana Masla one which I plan to try next. A must try in NYC.
Food wise, this is a great place to go for drunk food. Its open late, its small, and it hits the spot.It amazes me how places like this dont take credit card. Really? I get if this is a fast food place with cheap food, but when the order comes out to $10-$20, they really need to start accepting credit card.
Kati Roll is great late night option after a night out on MacDougal. My go to is the Chicken Tikka Roll which has chunks of chicken breast, onions, some type of sauce/chutney, all wrapped in a thin paratha. Ive also had the shrimp and potato rolls, both of which are also good. Two rolls with set you back about $11 but depending on how hungry you are, it might not be quite enough food.
After having kati rolls in the heart of Kolkata during a volunteer experience abroad, Id been dying to get that taste again but thought I was doomed to just memories. When I stumbled upon Kati Roll Company, I was a bit skeptical especially since the prices were so cheap. But I doubled down and got the aloo roll and the paneer roll and was more than pleased. Theyve done everything right here and I almost felt transported back to the streets of Kolkata. They also are conveniently on Seamless and with $25 you can easily grab 4 rolls and have dinner and lunch really quickly. Ive always been served quickly and the service is friendly. And even though they have a solid variety of rolls, I suggest the doubling down on the aloo roll as your stomach will thank you later!
Terrible customer service. I ordered a chicken tikka roll and a drink, the total was $7.50. The guy tells me its $9 minimum on the card. I would have been prepared for this if they would have a sign anywhere in the store or at the door saying this. They did NOT. When I ask the guy about this..he says its the LAW!!!! Are you freaking kidding me! I found this pretty ridiculous! Apart from the service, the rolls are great!
Been coming here since 2008, but less lately as im rarely in Greenwich nowadays. The food used to be a bit better, and they used to give more onions. I barely had two skimpy onion slices.I initially ordered two chicken tikka rolls and paid in full. A minute later, before they started adding the chicken, I asked to change one of my chicken tikkas for a lamb roll and would pay the difference. I took two minutes for the guy to understand what I wanted. On top of that, he spoke quite softly and I was barely able to hear him. He then went to the back to speak to someone, and came back later and asked what i wanted again. I repeated my request to change one of my chicken tikkas for a lamb roll. He said, No, that is not possible. The lamb cost more. I told him I have no problem paying the difference. Then he look at the prices, and as if he couldnt do the simple math to make up the difference, and replied, Sorry, not possible. At the end when I got my two tikka rolls, I asked for chopped green peppers. They used to give some peppers for free. This time the same guy in his soft monotone voice said that will be $0.50. He then turned away thinking I didnt want to pay for it, but I dug through all my change to give him his measly $0.50.Service has definitely declined. I doubt ill be going back there just based on the two items above. Sad, as I used to be there every other week.
The moment I walked into this location of Kati Roll, I started comparing it with its other location in Greenwich Village. As compared to the one in village this place is very spacious. It has seating in the front and back and also has a restroom.I walked in here with my friend who loves kati rolls. The decor is similar the one in village with walls having big layouts from old bollywood movies. I tried the shrimp masala and my friend the one with paneer. Somehow I have always felt the rolls here miss that kick. I mean they are good but not exceptional. The staff as always behind the counter is not courteous. I guess I will stick to my usual place (thelewala) for my kati roll cravings.
We had the Kosha mangsho roll here. It comes close to a mutton roll from the streets of Kolkata sans the white sauce/marinade or whatever they put inside that makes the roll soggy and dripping. Otherwise, it is an honest effort given the fact that the production process of rolls is difficult to replicate in the US as it is in Kolkata where everything is made to order and from scratch with every order. Nice try!
Has the lamb roti and the veggie rice dish. Taste of pretty good but the roti was way to small. The guy next to us naught a 2nd, he wasnt a big lad. If I didnt eat half of the girlfriends food Id be hungry. Again I aint a big lad. The rice dish was pretty dry. Open late though.
Good place to get some Kati Rolls - indian version of a burrito. This is a small little place and best done take out service. They have good options for kati rolls and our favorites are -Chicken Tikka RollLamb RollPaneer RollBeef Roll - hit or a miss sometimesI need 2 rolls to fill me up!
Kati roll is the best! Its good at any time of the day, whether youre drunk on your way back from a night out, or just looking for a quick yummy meal. They have great vegetarian options. I always get the channa one and achari paneer. It takes two to satisfy me. I end up getting Kati roll at least once every time I come to new york. Theyre also on uber eats which makes it even easier if you want delivery.
By far the dirtiest and shitiest place i ever visited..! In all of new york these fellas are the only one who were ranked B for their sanitary grading..! I went there waited for like more than 10 minutes no one was in the queue and then they ask me if i have already ordered or not and when i say no.. They ask me to wait for 5 minutes..because they were changing the shift..! I was already disgusted by the smell coming out of the kitchen.. And when i saw the service i could not hold my self another second over there and left as soon as possible! Never gonna go there again!
I tried to place an order here and was denied to order so I go into confront them why they would hang up the phone on me and lie to my face, this establishment is becoming a shame food is great but hire better employees, if you would like for me to undercut this employee let me know this is the mcdougal street location, have a great day. I’ve been coming here since you guys opened disappointed
Went into the store. the sales rep was on her phone . Didnt even have the respect to say hi or acknowledge our presence. When i addressed the situation to her she answered that she was texting her boss and it justified the fact that she intentionally ignored us. I dont know what kind of boss is that but my boss would say take care of the customers first. Bad experience

2022-05-22Their unda chicken roll and mango lassi is nice . Achari paneer is a bit bland comparatively. Overall a great place with limited seating and reasonable prices. The rolls are small in size but comparable to the price.

2021-11-261. The kathi rolls are good, the serving is very small compared to the price but the taste is good.2. Vegan momos were bland and slightly bitter.3. The staff is not very good at communication , especially for he people taking the orders. I specifically asked the guy about the condiments served with the roll and I specifically asked if need to buy condiments. He said cilantro chutney is complementary. I took my order and left as there is no dine in, later on to find there were mo condiments. Otherwise also they are not very friendly or the people serving at that time were not friendly.4. Only rating 4/5 bec of the taste of the roll since living in Brooklyn, I dont get very authentic taste here.

2021-07-25Visited on a Sunday afternoon for a snack. The place looked ok, but the food was disappointing.Ordered the MOMO dumplings. It was extremely old, and the bottom of the dumplings separated from the top, and the edges a bit brown indicating it was boiled hours and hours ago and it was left there to stale. We were expecting to let go of the dumplings, but then the Kati rolls was also quite sub-par. Lacked freshness and flavor. Will not re-try.

2021-09-23Quick and cheap eat in the area. The food however is not flavorful and made well. Momos were poorly made and all the meat rolls are terrible. The only thing work having is the aloo masala roll.

2021-06-12Very good place. You must try the chicken momo and the unda chicken roll. I am a too spicy person so it was not spicy for me at all even if I asked for spicy 🌶

2022-05-30Got their chicken tikka roll, lamb kabab roll and achaari paneer roll. Hubby loved his lamb and chicken rolls. I like my paneer roll as well. We loved the perfect blend of the masala that we crave from Indian food anywhere we go. We would definitely recommend this place. I reduced 1 star for how pricey they are for a tiny roll. But we will go back coz I prefer quality over quantity.
