This place is dishonest! They took my money without giving me everything that I paid for. I had purchased a package of laser treatments and I had more left remaining in my package and because I have not been there in a while due to COVID, these people are now telling there was a time limit on my purchase! I find that ridiculous and I am taking legal action!

The staff are very professional, helpful, and had pleasant personalities. Dr. Rehana Sajjad was simply amazing, a very good listener, professional, caring, knowledgeable, pleasant personality as well, and highly informative. I believe that I am on my way to a healthier me. Great experience! I have been to many spas in the past for facials, but the facial with Elvira is something I never experienced before. I was a little hesitant but Elvira put me at ease explaining every detail and step of the treatment. She wasn’t too pushy with selling me a package and she also educated me on my new at home skin care routine! I would recommend everyone to give it try you won’t regret it!

I just had such an amazing experience with Elvira Klein. I was really uncomfortable at first because it was my first medi spa. However Elvira explained every single detail and purpose of the facials. She made sure I feel comfortable. It was really a life changing experience for me. I will recommend this medispa and I will definitely be back.

It was my first time getting a facial here and I had the hydration package done on me. My skin is very dry naturally and I have a lot of textured skin, but after this facial, it’s been smoother than ever and much more smoother than when I did a facial at a different place last year. I’ll definitely recommend this place and Alivira because she tells you what she does step by step and explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you’re relaxed!

I would give this place five stars but the prices are a tad bit high. I was able to catch a sale but even then i still thought the prices could have been lower. Overall, the people are friendly, very clean, organized, and fast paced. Im an African American women and I was very pleased to know that their laser catered to my skin type. Im currently on my second session and my stomach line has only two or three strands holding on. My estheticians name was Yolanda. She was very nice and gentle. I highly recommend this spa, it was money well spent.

I am a dark skinned black woman and have been going here monthly for 3 years for laser and chemical peel treatments. There is a reason I refuse to go anywhere else! I am a loyal customer!The results are almost unbelievable. When I first started going, I had excessive hyperpigmentation covering my entire face and heavy acne scarring. I was afraid to leave my house without makeup. Looking back now, I can’t believe how far I’ve come. I only wear makeup when I feel like it, and it no longer feels like a necessity in order to feel confident about myself. My skin has cleared up like 90%!!And the customer service is amazing; everyone there really cares about your skin and will only perform work that they feel best suits you. They aren’t just looking to get your money and will advise against procedures that they feel will not work or produce positive results. Shout out to Elvira! :) I highly recommend this spa to everyone, especially women of color :)

Just had one 60-minute trusculpt session with Yolanda. Such a great experience. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and chatted with me throughout the house. The facility is pretty, relaxing and clean. I’d recommend getting services from this MediSpa! Super professional - I’ll be back.

My first experience was on Monday 1/23 and it was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a laser hair removal option. Nice, sweet, and CLEAN! an Oasis. Loved it! Definitely coming back!

Im an young black woman, age 24. I found out about Kori medical spa via groupon (dont we all 😁). Anyhoo I did my research on laser treatment and had questions being on the darker side and I read both positive and negative reviews on women of colour and laser treatment. However upon calling KMS the receptionist took the time to explain to me that their lasers were more advanced and it would not be a problem. My problem area was along my jawline and my chin mainly. I would get ingrown hair bumps and of course the dreaded hair growth itself. for my first treatment I was told I may not get instant results until the second or third treatment but TRUST me.. Within a wk the hair was falling out and for the rest of the month my hair growth was minimal. I did not get any hair imps throughout this time either.needless to say my makeup application was more flawless in that area. The customer care service is excellent at the spa as well. And Ive been back once and will be going in for my third treatment. It works. Its safe.. Provided u follow the care instructions. Good luck
