Nice Mall with over 40 stores. You can find just about any kind of food. Clothes, shoes sneakers, maternity, Billy bees for the kids, five below, make -up, parking, movie theater you can spend all day there.
Love this place. Its been reconstructed and now features an indoor mall as well as the shopping strip. There is parking inside the mall parking lot for $3 or use the outside parking lots thats free. Beautiful place. They have Dallas BBQ, Red Robin, Outback, A Red Lobster and an inside dining hall with fast food options. Clothing stores like Victoria secret, H&M, Uniqlo, I believe a Kmart. Some toys stores. A hot topic and Spencers. Opticals with dr.s available. Shoe stores. A gym. Please check it out. Its even fun to just window shop there. Happy Shopping.
This mall has a various stores all in one place and the staff are quite energetic. I love it. I go there whenever I need some new clothes 😩
I’m visiting the area. There is decent shopping here. The choices are very good in terms of store variety. DSW, Stop and Shop, Five Below, a few restaurants, both chain and local, as well as a mall with Macy’s and JC Penney near by. AMC Theaters is here too.
Went to CityMD at the Mall.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Physician was great. Waited while before we was seen by the doctor. But overall the experience was good.
Apple store genius do not live up to their title name. They are very rude and emotional and are too full of themselves to listen to other peoples view on apple products. I do not recommend this place to anybody who has a brain
Got what I needed but I have a question for JC penny why was the air conditioning not on and why the escalator was not working? The whole time I was in JC Penny I was sweating. It was so hot in the that the cashiers had fans on behind them.
Went to bobs furniture store everything has changed in the mall in general on the outside district there is no more applebees they took a lot of stores down there is about to be a Nike store there theres no more Kmart party City is still there though Sears BBQs stop & shop Chipotle Red lobster and as in the new mall I dont know what they have changed or put in quite yet but I will be back soon
This is a great mall I like that its not to big but it has a wide selection of stores and products to shop for. Its clean and the restrooms are always clean and I really appreciate that. They have indoor playground called Billy Beez for the kids. They have a gym and the food court is great.
Very good place to shop at, for me its just a walk away so my place for shopping. Always plenty of things to choose from and about 80 prevent of the time what Im looking for is in the stores.
I loved this mall. It’s a really really really really big mall with access to public transportation and multiple dining options. It’s full of people but hey you’re in NYC, everything is full of people. I’d highly recommend you visit Bay plaza with lots of money because there is a lot to buy!
Beautiful shopping center hidden on the edge of the Bronx. The shops are clean and modern, with a great variety of options for all walks of life. Food court has a great diversity of options as well. Plenty of (paid) parking and festivities occurring regularly.
I need a wiper blades and a hub bearing for my vehicle and motor oil I was pleased with the customer service I was able to get 15% off and I was happy

My nephews phone locked so we went to T-Mobile and they told us to go to the Apple store that for sure they will be able to help. Walked in saw a young lady I explained to her what was wrong with the phone she looked at me and she gave me a look like I dont get what you mean you need to unlock the phone. Her answer was no more appointments for today you can come back tomorrow or call another store. I saw a gentleman that works at the store and I approached him explained myself again and he was very helpful and did everything he could and gave us an appointment for that same day. Thank you so much Mario, you were extremely helpful and we appreciate all your help. While waiting that same young lady was being very helpful to other customers but she couldnt help us. SMH

Its great mall with parking space. Has many many brands and Amc movie theater. X-sport fitness.
Its a great place to shop. It has a variety of stores that are clean, well organized and have professional staff. I enjoyed shopping there and would highly recommend it to anyone.
This mall is okay if you go during a week day. It tends to get crowded with obnoxious teenagers over the weekend. Not my favorite but at least it’s something.

Kind of busy. Which was a blessing to see ,post pandemic. Picked up some eyeglasses at Cohens optical. Love the smells of Cinnabon. Overall a cool way to get out and enjoy the sights, smells of the mall.
At home was very nice bought a office desk at a great price. There are other stores around but went to this specific place.
It’s your typical American style mall (which means it’s a bit run down with nothing incredibly exciting) but it has a Macy’s, JCP and Uniqlo so it wasn’t half bad.
Really nice mall! Super modern, lots of name brand stores, has a food court at 3rd level yet its super crowded. Get ready to go around and around looking for parking.
I never had any problem at this location before, but today for some reason I was on line for a hour with only two people working and the manager. The manger was lost on how to be a manager. She let a man come straight in the store with out getting on line. The lady behind me had a baby in the stroller crying because they took so long.. All I was doing was picking up. When I got on the manage for her actions of just letting some one just walk in and not getting on the line she tried to blame one of the employees not her self. This is very disappointing. Pandora in bay plaza need to get it together with customer service. Well this manager from today do 2/1/2022 morning shift.

Me and my son had a great time at the breakfast with santa we were ivited today. It was very exciting to be part of this magnificent event, we enjoy dancing, seeing the performer do all interesting and fantastic tricks to maintain our kids entertained. When Santa appeared the children were amazed to see him, and felt like a little girl again when he started singing. I will definitely come back for next event. I recomend to all you to do same, it is worthy. Thank you very much to all the staff at The Mall at Bay Plaza , for this awesome opporrumity for my child.

While I was shopping for shoes and clothes ive noticed after i finished shopping for a shirt from spencers a security guard was following me and my gf. We was on the top floor when this happened then when we reached the first floor ive noticed the same security guard was around again so once that happened i told my gf i wanted to leave because we was being followed and watched for no apparent reason. Honestly i wished the security guard would of came up to us and talk to us so we can show that we had nothing to hide. There should be no reason that me and my lady should feel uncomfortable and unsafe. It really felt like we was being set up for something that mustve went wrong inside the mall somewhere. Tell your security to stop following people around! What they should of done is come up to us and then we can figure out whats going on instead of following us and making us feel uncomfortable. Never coming back again. 😐
Theres a whole lot of stores here. Food shopping, sneaker and clothing stores, 5 Below, BBQs, AMC movie theater, Shake Shack, Popeyes, Marshalls, Best Buy, and so much more including a furniture store. Free parking in lots. Local buses are available here as well.
Found a lot of great deals, there is an arcade room on the third floor however, it wasnt open yet. There are a number a places/restaurants available. Based on the timing, it wasnt to crowded in the mall.
Whats not to live here at all. You can shop for whatever here as well as dine at the many food spots, great date night place with the movies being there and restaurants.
You have a choice free outside parking or indoor parking for 3bucks cant say anything negative about bay-plaza shopping food very spacious

Come early on the weekends if you want to find a good parking spot, other than that there are over 100 stores combined in the area.

I hope everyone has had a good weekend so far...for those wondering,yes were now in the month of March...February ended already,but then it ends kind of short,cause theres only like 28 days unless its a leap year or something.So guess where I went to today?...ok for those of you that live in the Bronx,you already know about this place. For the rest of you that dont,its cool I got you covered...Bay Plaza,now if you have a car...this will be a nice ride going there,and if you dont,no sweat...all you need to do is get the Select Bus Bx12 which will take you right there. At 207thSt which is the A trains last stop. Short walk towards 10th Ave,where the ride begins and youre on your way.Now,once you arrive out there...youre gonna see stores,and lots of them...just to name a few,JC Penney,Footlocker,speaking of which,there was a sizable crowd at this location earlier today waiting for them to open up. Oh right continuing on...Five Below,Game Stop,Ashley Stewart,Staples,and plenty more to satisfy a shoppers need. They even have a Bobs Furniture store,which I checked out some Lazyboys,so if you have time,or just passing through,Id suggest you stop and enjoy this for yourself,and your family,friends etc.
Its an ok place to go to shop other than that always overcrowded with school kids anytime of the day. As if they dont go to school and just hangout their all day.

It is QUITE the journey to get here via public transportation but it is a very spacious mall with many many options for clothing and food. I would come again in car.

You can get clothes for really cheap prices when you go during the right time. They have a great variety of stores so its really easy and convenient for some people to get around. I suggest you getting credit cards from every stores because youll get more discounts like that. Have a great shopping day.
I use to work here. They have a outback. I think this is the closest Macy if you live in south bronx, uptown Manhattan area. Another thing you can take the 5 train and the bus right outside the station to the mall. There are alot of stores here
Big and Very spacious with alot of stores and.easy to get to having All these stores in one location to be able to do all my shopping in one place
My only complain about this mall is that it closes a bit early. Other than that its pretty cool and a good variety of stores.

Wow! I was very impressed with the new mall. I used to shop there when the garage was being built by the JC Penney and haven’t been back since then. The diversity, the choice of stores, decorations, cheap parking, plus the movie theater, makes this place a one stop shop.

I need an office supplies and went to Staples. As usual there was a great selection of products and I found the paper wish I had a great sale on for my printer and ink as well. The ink I was not all together on sale and I found it somewhat pricey. But the sales people and everyone in the store will helpful and it was a quick and painless shopping trip

Today at Bay Plaza was crowded. The streets were filled with vehicles, took forever to drive out of there. Overall the atmosphere is good. People seemed Covid conscious.
Not a bad place to visit. Pretty clean.Can become crowded. Be careful in parking lots, you may come across cars that dart across parking spaces.
The employees that Spencers were being difficult by telling me that the store closes at 8:00 but it was 7:15 p.m.
Only went to the JCPENNEY store at an odd hour in the afternoon so no issue at all with parking. But still paid $3 for a few minutes.
Always find something and more... glad to know the phone charger is back..
Lots of stores to choose from for shopping & lots of food options as well. Parking is always kind of tight at Bay Plaza, especially during the holiday season.....just make sure that you bring patience along with your credit cards!!!

With the heavy renovations, upscale editions of a indoor mall and additional stores added to the roster Bay Plaza more than deserves its 4 star rating. Who ever made the investment for all the add-ons was a genius. At this point there isnt anything you cant find at the shopping center, and better still there is always parking.
Nice place to goto when you live in NY and dont feel like driving to New Jersey.

I go shopping here all the time I love it here its very clean they also have a elevator at the entrance for wheel chair accessibility. The food court is awesome I always visit the food court when I go there. My favorite store in this mall is bath and body works. The customer service here is spectacular.

I love going to bay plaza during the holidays its so festive and welcoming a little expensive but well worth it.
Bay plaza is a nice mall. They have a store for your every need. Small food court but a variety eateries to satify your desires. I visited a newsstand/store on the top floor across from the food court to buy a lottery ticket. The cashier was rude. I waited on line and he skipped me several times. When there were no more customers he helped me. I will NEVER go into that store again.
Good place to shop for clothes, shoes, perfume, and etc. A little more expensive than other malls but, great to shop.

Bay Plaza Mall has a new liquor warehouse that has great prices.I went there today for the first time and came home with 3 bottles of wine and liquor. They have the best prices in town. It was about $5 -$6 cheaper per bottle than the liquor store prices in my neighborhood. There is so much of a variety to choose from. I will definitely be going back to purchase additional bottles.
Men’s Locker Room constantly Nasty. This gym has a lot of perks, however the overall experience is ruined as soon as you walk into the locker room. There’s no reason for me to feel like I need to bring a broom with me to the gym. 8AM is way too early to walk into a locker room that looks like this. There is less traffic over night at this 24 hour gym. Why isn’t it sanitized and cleaned throughly during the night hours? Yet we need a vaxx card to workout!! C’mom now!

Yes it has changed a bit, because of COVID-19 reason a few store closed. Also Applebees was practically in front of Bob furniture store but now is inside of the mall.
Best Mall in the Bronx thus far. 3 Floors of great retail shops and restaurants, a food court section with fast food chains, Plenty of security onsite, Parking available, and restrooms. Your sure to come again after your visit.
The staff at the Hot Topic were amazing. Super friendly and nice! And the pizza in the food court is top notch. Definitely worth swing back by for again.
The store I visited wasnt a joy at all. The stock was extremely limited and the staff wouldnt honor online prices like other locations Ive been too, so for me I would not be returning to that store. However the Mall itself wasnt too crowded but many werent practicing social distancing or wearing masks.

The Mall is not so far from home and offers a very wide stores option, specially given the season and the chance to find affordable prices and a very well and clean place to spend time with family and friends.
If you’re visiting NYC, you MUST stop here. You can stand in the middle of the parking lot and take hundreds of photos and none will be the same. From movie theaters, gyms, grocery stores, clothing stores, sneaker stores, and several anchor stores… everything you need is here!
Loved that they were checking for vaccination cards and IDs before entering the theater. The movie was also a good hit.
It was ok for a quick stop and shop something like a gifts within the city.

Bay Plaza has a lot of stores where you choose and shop at, from J CPenny to Macys A place you can get a chance to do a lot of shopping and not shop for items outside the Bronx.

Nice mall. My only complaint is the beauty stands that sells exfoliants please don’t allow their employees to be so insistent on the customers in trying to get them to buy. Talk about please please help me out. You have a job please help me. That is a major turn off. If a customer said no then it’s no.
Love this Mall especially their Stop and Shop Supermarket!! Products and food, vegetables etc. Fresh, the place is clean, and the employees are very helpful!!

Pleasant shopping experience, not too crowded on a weekday. Stores I shopped in were well stocked with merchandise, clean and neat. I dont shop here since stores are out of my way, but items I was looking for were in stock at this location. Knowing what I now know, a trip out of the way is worth the time if one does ones homework in advance and locates items in stock at stores in this shopping center. Many other stores and places to eat in this shopping center plaza.
I love this mall. The wide variety of stores plus the fancy display of vintage cars makes for a grand experience. The bathrooms are always clean, theres ample parking and the food court is good.

Black Friday at the Bay Plaza was so quiet at 9:30am. I was able to go to Macys, J.C Penny and Old Navy. I was out at 10:15 am, all my shopping 🛒🛍️ there is done.

And they done a wonderful job in its construction.The top floor, with its highly arched-ceiling and lighted columns is magnificent.A blending of classical and modern architecture. Great shopping mall, almost every thing and stores you need are in there however, I think à directory is needed. Like a huge board with the list of store in each section to avoid confusion among shoppers. There is a movie theater all the way in the back

I would love to see better stores but it has good variety sneakers stores definitely need more variety. Great variety for food and good food at that. Some of the workers are good the booths outside of the store the workers can be a little annoying and pushing I dont like to feel like Im being forced or rushed let it flow and maybe they will have customers.
Staff is very nice and helpful. I always treat myself to a candle or lotion. I appreciate since and use tester soaps before i buy as well.

The cars speed in the parking lot. I hate it. Still I give this mall 5 stars. Walk the long side walk way. Do not cut across the parking lot just to get to your next store in 2minutes. Take the 10 minute side walk safe way. Lol99.9% of the mall is clean. Great Customer Service from 98.9999999% of the stores in and surrounding the mall.
It was awesome 👌 the kids loved it the mall was so big that the kids were running but I only let my kids run where I can see they. Because the mall is big enough where youre kids can get lost so please be careful and be safe but in the other hand have fun and enjoy 😊

It served its purpose. Its a nice place. I prefer to shop online because Im not to fond of crowds I didnt enjoy the parking lot situation when we were trying to exit the mall. It took to long even with traffic directors. The lines for the fitting area in some stores were way to long and didnt appear to be moving. The food court food is overpriced in my opinion. Maybe I will try to visit on a weekday outside of the holidays and hope it is less crowded.
Pick my merchandise in ten minutes but took me almost 45 minutes to pay at JC Penney.
My son found some good deals for his job.

I have been living about 10 minutes away from bay plaza for my whole life. I absolutely love what they did to our shopping center. Bathrooms are always clean so thats a plus. Love to shop here for any quick gift or trip!
Stop at the plaza traveling from NY, alot of stores very convenient for drivers passing by.
Bay Plaza is NOT Quite at 5 Stars Yet. And Im giving it 4 Stars for the efforts made over the past 10 years to Grow and Offer more to Bronx Residents, and others passing thru. For the most part, it offers a good variety of Shopping and Food. While some might find about half of the Stores Pricey, Others might be happy the Pricey stuff is at least available to them. You will find some good offers, if you take the time to Shop around the Mall. I recommend giving the Mall a try.
Bay Plaza Bronx New York Co-op City right off the Hutchinson Parkway and I-95 exit 11 great place to go eat and Shop
The shopping center has improved over the years but it still has a long way to go. The parking by the mall is terrible. Some of the doors into the mall is not accessible so you have to go down to the first level to enter the mall. Leaving the parking lot can be tricky because sometimes the gate doesn’t open after inserting a paid parking ticket. Other than that it has some nice stores.

Gotta say, having the experience of going back to a big-screen theater for the first time since JOKER, I forgot how cool it was to see a new film on its first weekend run. The film was GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE for those curious. This particular AMC cineplex was a pretty quick experience. Yes, adults AND kids must show proof of vaccination. A bummer for families with unvaccinated kids. Other than that caveat, definitely come on down. The building was eerily quiet. Only after the first 10 minutes did I notice more patrons sitting in the theater with me!

Celebrated my mothers Birthday a party of 9 at the Dallas BBQ and everything was excellent. Food & Service was above and beyond and everyone was happy with everything especially the food, Complements to the Chief waiters working like a well oiled machine.
This shopping center has plenty of parking. All stores are currently open for business. Love this mall I can always find what I need.
Pandora Store was awesome. Had what we needed. Salesperson was helpful and experienced.
Love going to Bay Plaza Mall. Great store and Food Court. Great theres a JCPENNEY especially the one on 34st closed Bay plaza is closer.

Bay Plaza is a great mall. Great stores in and around the mall. The only issue for me is I cant shop stress free after 1 p.m. It seems that the earlier you go the better your experience will be. I just dont like the crowds. You decide for yourself what time is best for you, its an individual preference. Other than that, again, its a great mall

PC Richards Always have what I Need or Want. The Sale People are very nice and helpful. They answered All My Questions. Yes I do RECOMMEND going here when you need Appliances.
My sister decided to go shopping last month. So we went to this shopping mall because it had everything we wanted. Apparel, make-up, shoes, appliances, among other items. We had so much fun shopping, and since there is a newly opened coffee shop, we had the best day and they gave us some free treats! Were so fortunate!

All the stores you want in one place. Love taking my daughter here to do some shopping. The massage chairs are a nice touch as well.
Very nice as long as you go before 2pm. Once the kids are out of school, it becomes a playground. Not for me after that. But it could be due to my old age. Great stores to browse thru. Jc penny is always nice to be in.
At the time Im writing this review, I believe this mall is still the largest in New York City. That wouldnt count places like Westchester or Long Island, but its nice to know that folks in Manhattan or the Bronx can take a quick trip, and get most if not all of their shopping done in one pretty quick trip. Obviously theres not really a reason to come from any other Borough given the amount of total you have to pay, and the options available to you in each of those distant, but I do think for those of us in the Bronx or even some folks in Yonkers, this mall has a really diverse assortment of stores, including some high-end ones, as well as a really nice food cord. Another benefit is that this mall is actually located inside a far larger Mall, which has stores like Kmart, Staples, PC Richards, and Stop & Shop just to name a few. So in the grand scheme of things you can really do a lot of shopping and get a lot done if you swing by here. I mostly use it for the food court, because I am incredibly local and try to avoid crowds, but I will say its an impressive Mall none the less.

2022-05-08AVOID THIS MALL.. A riot literally broke out yesterday, in the food court area, near sarku Japan. This mall is a JOKE. The security are a joke. People were throwing chairs, attempting to inflict any amount of injury on the person in front of them. Many patrons/customers decided to run for their lives. This mall security needs training, they need to have armed guards. Security guards sit on their behinds, and play on their phones. Even if theyre roving, theyre doing so glued to their device. Its a shame you cant even enjoy a day out, without having to worry about being milled down in a mall. Me and my girl, dont get out much, as we are professionals in our field of study. At this rate, Im kind of glad we dont get out. She suffered from an anxiety attack due to this riot breaking out. I had to cover her head and proceed to run for safety. This mall needs to be closed until the proper enforcement can be taken to reduce the likelihood of this ever happening again. Yet, that wont happen, because the mall will potentially lose too much revenue. Basically proving it is a revenue over personal safety. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. AVOID THIS MALL

2022-04-22A little traffic but moved fast. Co-OP city cops were visible. So there was no illegal motorcycle or quads driving around recklessly. Ample and safe parking available all over. Fairly clean parking lots. Various places to dine and shop. Cant wait to go back again.

2022-03-20Good afternoon everyone:I just finish my Pedicure with Kelly. A reg pedicure just cost me $43.89 and it was not worth it. I was in and out of the chair in less than 20 minutes. The back of my feet were not scrub properly with the foot exfoliador. Had to give her instruction on painting the completely toe nail and not just what you see at first glance. Are there any good nail technicians out there any more. Ones that put care and love into their jobs. Well for those techs out there that are good at what they do, thank you! I hope I once again find one of you. Another thing, customer service was also lacking. She didn’t wait or help to gather my thing and direct me the nail dryers. I had to ask another employee to point me in the right direction. At least she waited for me at the dryer and pulled out my chair.

2022-06-05The mall itself is much bigger than I had expected I must go back to embrace all the new stores. Macy*s seem to be low on supplies and staff. I’m not seeing them as a clothing store anymore the quality of the clothes has definitely changed but the household items are still in good quality status. I as well visited the new Apple store the atmosphere was inviting they are providing in store training on how to use products. I really want to make time to be a part of a training. I’m sure that any glitches I experienced will be worked out in time. I will have to take a Day to revisit The Mall at Bay Plaza.

2022-06-11Went to JCPenney, found nice summer dresses but lines at register were ridiculously long! There was only one register open on the first floor and one upstairs on second floor. I can understand during weekdays or light hours not to have all the registers open, but the weekend before Fathers Day? They should be mindful of lines and open up other registers as needed.

2022-07-02Went to BBQs for my birthday had a good time with my wife and father in law. The Mac & cheese is on the money and I dont like a lot of restaurants Mac & cheese they suck . You wont go wrong with it.
