Last mall in northern Monroe county. And since Walmart murdered every free standing independent retail option, Im grateful for this place.Just not ready to buy every single item I need off a screen, and then wait for a delivery truck. Its fine and all for some products. But exclusively? Call me old fashioned if you want to, but Incant judge a quality piece of clothing without touching it.Malls, in general, are evil, soul sucking symbols of American style consumerism and perverse cutthroat style capitalism. Its part of what makes us seem so disgusting, self absorbed and materialistic to the rest of the world.Theyre also really convenient with all the other stores having been murdered by Walmart and Amazon.
This mall is very convenient for me.Ive worked here for years and its always been nice here.Once they did the add ons... that was most certainly a step up with all the new places and restaurants.Theres great varieties of stores to shop in🛍Its always pretty peaceful here. Especially if you go early in the day.Security has been getting better throughout the years.I cant remember the last time Ive heard anything negative about this location.I highly recommend 👍🏾
Went to target yesterday. Had to wait to go inside but everyone ia being safe wearing masks and keeping distance. The atore was weird a lot of stock wasnt there. We talked with an employee and she said becauae they do site to store many people are doijg that leaving the shelves empty. We said there isnt much here for mens clothing and her reaponse was this is packed compared to the other day it was fairly bare. I dont think we will be coming back until this covid ia done ajd the sheleves are stocked better. We went in to get a pillow but they didnt have much of a selection maybe 4 optiona total
I took my daughter yesterday to buy a book and some magazines. Barnes and nobles was completely out of cannabis books besides the 3rd addition of the cannabis grow Bible. I have the first two but they want $40 for the new one..The mall used to be wayy better when I was a kid, and even in my 20s. Now its lost so many good stores, some stores only let 10 in at a time cause of covid, the pretzel like was ridiculously long ,few people walk correctly Iike traffic down the hallways and most of all theres wayy to many people coming from the city going there. I took my daughter yesterday and some guy was causing a scene smacking a display case on one of the stores that are in the middle of the walking area. He was swearing really loud. Not Kool when kids are around. Exactly what you would expect to see, so stereotypical. Maybe someday theyll surprise us and act civilized.
Got my 3 little kids ready to see Santa and we walked up at 6:50 pm on the dot, There was approx. 2- 3 families in line and the line was roped off. I asked when they closed and she said, now. This was my only day off and I asked if we can see santa, no one else was even around or trying to see santa too. The girl employee was adamant on being closed. I was so upset that my kids were so disappointed. I told her it was my only day off and I went through a lot to get there, she didnt care. ITS A CHILDS EVENT to see santa, WHY BE SO NASTY to wait 2-3 more minutes???? Im a nurse, I work over by hours, dont even get to the bathroom, skip breaks and meals, run until my feet are in pain. And the santa cashier girl cant give 2-3 minutes for a couple kids to tell santa what they wanted. We didnt even need pictures taken. My 6 year old son asked me is there going to be any presents because we couldnt see santa? I told him, Ill find a way to tell santa. Nasty for no reason.
Great place to get some sense of normalcy after enduring this unprecedented time. In is a testament of how things should be different people from different walks just enjoy 😉 life and letting other live theres. A pleasant change of pace from all this division. Here to 2021!
This mall is so ghetto. They’re is a good amount of stores & they have stores for everyone, you can pretty much get anything here that you think of. But there has been multiple fights here, the men from the city usually harass people too, this is what ruins this mall. When not a lot of people are at this mall though, it’s a perfectly good mall.
Wont be frequenting this mall again any time soon. The cliental are getting seedier by the minute. Went with my 80 year old mom this past Saturday to Marshalls and a women pushed her way past my mom to the cashier. Bad attitude I suppose. Leave your angry attitude at home people.
Personally, as someone who lives in Greece, I rate this mall as a 3/5. Typically, it is not very clean, however that may be on the part of individual stores. Also, the general lighting is not too great. I haven’t had any run-ins with security, but they seem to be doing pretty well at their job. The variety of stores however, is weak. This mall seems slightly overpowered by shoe and phone stores. Parking is good. I do like that there is a Target in the facility, as it makes convenient for a consumer. There is one area of this mall that consistently smells like cigarettes, and as a person who is allergic to cigarette smoke and I very much dislike the smell of them, I have to be very quick in that area, and I must always cover my nose and mouth, which isn’t convenient if I am carrying multiple bags. Overall, I rate this mall a 3/5. I would rather go to other malls over this mall.
I was having the greatest day I had found all the products I was looking for until I had finally finished my large lemonade. I felt my bladder swell, doubling in size with in seconds the only thing I could do was make my way to the bathroom. As I rushed through the back halls I felt the rush, thats when I knew it was too late I dropped to my knees. My fate was sealed. My lemonade turned urian rushed betwixed my legs spraying across the walls like a Quinton Tarantino film. I could not believe my eyes on how much of a reservoir I had created beneath me. Mothers shelding the eyes of their children of the horror struck on my face.finally the storm had settled and the waves stoped crashing. I turned to look at the janitor who abruptly handed me the cleaning supplies, In pure rage I hollered at the worker insisting that it is their job to clean my mess. After the argument had ended I cleaned my filth gathered my things and never returned.😠
This mall is just okay, a quarter of the store fronts are empty. Great to see people of all backgrounds in this mall. Food court vendors werent clean and food selection wasnt good at all. Lots of parking spacing available, but washrooms could updated/cleaner. Overall, I would still go there again, but the mall owner(s) could make some improvements for a much better experience.
In the evenings and on weekends, this mall is generally very busy. Numerous families utilize the common areas, especially the childrens play place. Theres a beautiful, 2-story carousel in the food court. Restaurants on the northeast side of the mall have been renovated and seem to be buzzing. All in all, these are good indicators of a vibrant community shopping complex.
This place has changed way to much, not for the good and unfortunately I feel like the crowd had changed as well. I loved coming to this mall when I was 13 and 14, this is when people and kids actually acted right. But now even though you cant send your teenager there by themselves, I wouldnt let move if I had any kids go there.
Used to be a fantastic mall, the last few years saw a number of fights. Parking is ample, I only go there for a couple stores. Always packed at Christmas.EDIT: Xmas 2019. Two weeks before Christmas on a Friday night with snow on the ground and the mall was a veritable ghost town. Most of the stores only had a couple people in them, many kiosks in the center of the walkway were abandoned. the line to see Santa was maybe 5 people deep. The facility was bright and clean, no sign of any shenanigans, plenty of security and parking. I guess malls are going the way of the dodo bird.
My granddaughter and I, both had our ears peirced at Clairs. The Lady was amazing, then my granddaughter rode on the vintage carousel. The food court was clean and comfy. Good food choices of all ethics. Much better than Marketplace Mall in Henrietta... Good choice Dept. Stores.. parking is plentiful, and you can remember where you entered by the entrance number...great variety of stores, nice play area too!!
🗣️If the mall wasnt a lot of people especially the elderly anywhere to hang out at or to walk around and sit and talk with their friends buy food & shop the atmosphereis bright and its nice its a nice place to cheer people up especially the older and the lonely and sometimes the lovers and couples Erie city should have a couple of malls when people come in from out of town visiting other places they always want to know where is the malls at they can always use some updating an improvement and maybe so expensive for people thats trying to be in business..I love the malls👍 and you can sit and drink as well and have a snack☕🍵💋
This is the closest mall to me, and it is okay. Some parts are super nice, but some could use work and updating. I like how the mall is stepping up their game, such as adding the cookie dough place, and redoing Pink and Bath and Body works. That is why I give it 4, not 3, stars.
BTB Woodfried Pizza And Restaurant is the best place BAR NONE in my book for food & fun. Air Talent Peter Daltry of Radio Station WFPT Rochester NY recommends this establishment to all of his listeners and you can meet him IN PERSON on Tuesday & Friday nights in the back party room doing karaoke 🎤 😀!!!!!
While weve supported the mall for many years, stores and product quality seems to be declining . How many sports sneaker and phone stores does one small mall need? We go less and less. Adding local artisan shops would bring life and the local community back to this aging overly commercial mall.
Great place to find gifts. clothing good and more. great deals and a ton of stores. best price for your money when it comes to shoes especially. only mall around that carries size 12 in womens shoes and boots (shoe depot) highly recommended if your looking for larger sizes.
This mall is nice to walk around because they have a ton of stores in here. However, it has been going downhill despite their efforts. One of the stores was being robbed at gunpoint point and the security didnt even bother to tell the stores nextdoor what was happening. I feel bad for the associates that were working that day because the security team (a bunch of kids walking around thinking they own the place) really dropped the ball.
Clean, bright, and well laid out. Its a nice mall (as malls go). It can get unbearably crowded on the weekends and after Thanksgiving I pretty much stay away. The food court has a good selection of things to eat. Enough that my picky kids can each find something they want.
I used to love going to this mall about 15 years ago.. But in the past three to five years it has seriously gone downhill. I would not step in there to save my life now. And I sure as heck wont take my grandchildren there. Too much drama. Too many fights. Too many drugs going around there and too much violence.
I was great until a person backup hit my suv. It was scratched on the back passenger side. The driver was looking at his rear camera on his chevy equinox, which does show whats on your right/left side especially if you are backing out a packing lot near the front entrance.
Standard mall stores but the layout is terrible. The whole mall is in the shape of an L so to get from one end to the other you have to walk the entire length - there are no halls or walkways to get you from one end to the other quickly/conveniently. The food court is pretty subpar, as well. The food isnt necessarily bad, the variety and selection are just poor.
Awful. I went two years ago and the place had security guards at every corner with no exaggeration. Staff was rude and unfriendly, shoppers were insanely rude. Never going back, the store had an excellent selection of shops with an abundance of goods. If your looking for a mall with tons of stores, go for it, but still shoppers were pretty bad. It used to be nice and its now the equivalent of medley center when gangs took it over.
Nice place, if the prices in the food court are too much for you, you can go to McDonalds which is near it and grab a meal there. They have a lot of selections here and many stores. I went to here near Christmas and it wasnt that busy (I went in the morning) and the only thing that isnt very good is that they do have a curfew for teens under I believe 18 that dont have an adult with them because of fights which is 6 pm I believe
I highly recommend the Chinese massage place in the mall. The lady who did my massage seemed to know where all my aches were and did a wonderful massage. The starting rate is 10 dollars for 10 minutes and up from there. Trust me that its money well spent. So instead of getting that coffee or pretzel, spend it on a massage, you cant go wrong.

Lots of great stores and lots to do. The surrounding community is making it less and less safe. The mall owners are keeping it hush hush to not scare off anymore people but there is a decent problem with fights and theft. I really hope the community doesnt turn it into what happened at the Irondequoit mall.
Greece Ridge Mall has a great selection of stores and the farmers market outside during the summer months. The theater at the mall is nice and they keep it clean. Barnes and Noble book store is someplace you could spend the afternoon at finding new authors, having coffee at Starbucks. They also have activities for children.
Here is a mall with good stores, a movie theater, easy parking and a good handle on the teen loitering issue that took down Midtown Mall and Irondequoit Mall. I love the summer farmer market they have (easy to find and good parking).I would have given 5 stars (probably should, because I really like them) but I have an injured foot, so walking a lot gets to me. Perhaps they could have electric shuttles like some larger airports to help some people get from one specific point to another. Just a thought.
Always a nice place to go. Sometimes it seems empty. But I always goto game craze and everyone is professional and accommodating. The food court is pretty big. The food is always hot and delicious and I have yet to be disappointed! I recommend this place for anyone who wants to blow alot of cash fast!
I recently visited, Sears at Greece Ridge Mall. They are going out of business, I think they are closing the doors for good around July 14th or so. Great shopping right now, deals and steals. As they are trying to sell as much as they can, before going out of business.Things are going fast. It has been a nice Department Store.
A few friends and I came to the mall at 3 oclock, we were having a good time and I was even going to go back to some stores to buys some clothes, then a security gaurd cane up to us and told us there is a curfew for teenagers at 4 pm must be accompanied by an adult, personal I was very upset as I wanted to stay but couldnt as we didnt have an adult with us, I feel that 4 oclock is far too early for a curfew, I would understand something like 8 or maybe 9 but 4 doesnt give anyone enough time to shop!
Its ok, good selection of reliable stores. Some areas are dirty because the custodians cant keep up with the unsupervised kids and highschoolers that frequently spill and drop stuff. The biggest issue here are the clientele, between the kids mentioned above and their parents who cant be bothered to watch them. And while i sound like a get off my lawn grumpy granny, Im a 30somthing man with a wife and young child. I hate having to explain some of the others kids behavior to mine.
Not a bad mall. i like the setup even though its a decent amount of walking. the setup makes sense. looking forward to the new restaurants. the stores in the new wing dont all seem to have mall entrances. that doesnt make sense, but the outside of the new wing looks sweet!
Well it was 4 months ago,to visit the N.Y License renewalsub office-MotarVehicle an that was it ,I was in & out( it was the middle of the week, hardly anyone around.) real quick & got a new Id at no cost thats because Im retired , I had to wait 4 to 5 business days before personally receiving it.Otherwise the mall is still the same.
Lost interest in ever shopping in any store or restaurant. This mall has been selling over priced items and losing all the family businesses. There is no deal here. Not to mention the birds in the food court crapping on your food. They have lost my business due to no parking for Chick Fil A. The area where parking was set up around grand opening was a dead area of the mall, If a mall is going to restrict parking they should have private parking and gates to keep everyone out. You dont turn away the morning walkers who dont make a purchase in the mall. So why start turning people away who eat across the street. Sounds like you are biased and discriminatory.
Its tough being a mall these days, and the Mall at Greece Ridge is no exception. To its credit, the Mall has a good selection of stores and security has made sure your experience is uneventful in the best ways. Like any mall, smaller stores turn over, more frequently post Christmas, but the flagship stores remain strong. You wont find anything particularly outstanding about Greece Ridge Mall, but its a good place to shop, dine, and watch a movie.
The Greece Mall definitely has a few more stores than Marketplace but it seems that most stores are crammed in this building. On the weekends, the stores are usually packed and you have to walk sideways (if you could get in!). I think popular stores should have bigger spaces if it is expected for a handful of people to shop in them.
H hi guys I love you I miss the November my son and Ill be black back on Friday or early in the morning I love you guys I cant wait to get back there I went down my legs are getting stronger than ever I got my big boots on that build those calf Ill see you in December merry Christmas happy January cuz you wont see me Ill be flying I love you I love you I love you you got some better people in there its beautiful in their looks night kissing to keep it up
I had an awesome experience today! Lane Bryant had my bra size. If you have a hard time finding your size because its like a F,G,H or bigger, they have it! I tried it on and told the lady working at the store that I will not put the old one back on she understood and took the tags and everything off and I put it back on, paid, they took$15 off and I walked out comfortable!! My shoulder pain and headache gone!
This is my main mall. Overall, I do like the mall. Lots of store choices. I never get lost since its just a long line. Good food choices. I like the new wing. Has a movie theater and a kids play place. Has tons of Pokestops and a few Pokemon gyms. The WiFi is only ok. Dont go on weekend nights because that is when the trouble starts.
This mall has step its game up and its growing. I used to hate this town and the mall due to lack of feeling safe but now its better. Has a lot of cute stuff in sale that I want. The only issue is the food court, I can barely trust most of the restaurants in there due to certain health violations that occurred before. But anyway, this mall is the 2nd biggest mall in Rochester. I can barely walk throughout the whole mall in one day without my feet starting to hurt or my legs and feet getting tired. Lol. But I really dont like the fact that they closed charlotte russe and the little nail shop for kids (many other girls would enjoy that). Charlotte russe had some cute clothes.
The mall at Greece was a welcome treat as my trip was to the DMV. The light and inviting atmosphere of the mall drew me to make sure I spend some time there and Shop after my trip to the DMV. I like the size of the shopping center as it is not too small and not too large. The architecture includes a good deal of glass ceiling tiles allowing for a lot of natural light which is very pleasant. I found the staff in the stores I went to helpful and bought quite a few things. I feel the mall at Greece is a good choice for a serious but relaxed shopping trip in an enjoyable atmosphere. I would highly recommend shopping here.
With marketplace mall going through outlet transformation and Midtown a memory, this and eastview are the last traditional full scale malls in the rochester area. Its a good sized mall with a decent selection of stores. Its holding on . but in our current economy, catch it while its hot.
The Macys at Greece Ridge Mall was ABSOLUTELY terrible. We spent 15 minutes walking the second floor trying to find a sales associate. We finally went down to the first floor to make our purchase. The store was messy and it was not merchandised well. The customer service (when you could find an associate) was very indifferent, not helpful or friendly. We used to LOVE Macys but, they have really gone downhill. We will still shop Macys ON-LINE ONLY.
It has been a very long time since I was at the DMV and I was pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. They are verye organized starting with the inspection line. WaIf you make an appointment like I did, they will take care of you right away. As long as you have all the proper documentation, then you get a ticket with a number and move on to the final cashier and then you are done. I was done upgrading my drivers license in about 20 minutes. Make an appointment online and save time. The people that helped me were very friendly.
This mall has its ups and downs. The turnover rate on stores has slowed. It has a child play area, motorized carts for children, and a small coin operated rides area. The food court has your typical amenities but does include a frozen yogurt kiosk. The mall is overcrowded during the summer and during the winter Holiday season. An ULTA is coming in 2018.Mind you, security is usually an issue.
For someone who use to reside in Greece I would consider this mall to be your average run down mall . Average stores , not to nice places to eat in the food court with average people . This mall tends to have a lot of brawls & fights , usually not the cleanest and can get a tad over crowded . If you just need to grab a quick outfit or quick pair of shoes then I would recommend coming here but other than that I would recommend going to Eastview mall
About 10 years ago I worked in this mall and it was having problems! During my 3 years working at one of the larger retailers I constantly witnessed large groups of kids a lot of whom are from the city running around and causing disturbances by being loud, fighting with other groups of kids, stealing or harassing female staff/customers all because theyre trying to show out but instead they look like idiots. I know the malls have curfews now, police on site and have made additions/improvements but the issues continue to persist. The mall really needs to clamp down hard on these people because they keep scaring away customers and it will ultimately lead to the mall dying like The Medley Centre and Midtown Plaza.
Going way downhill. It used to be so great back in the day. I think Id rather go to Marketplace mall inatead, and that place is getting dumpy too. East View mall is by far the best mall in the area, and I hear they are turning that into outlets. This is why I buy everything online/Amazon now, malls are getting trashy. They are only good for people watching during Christmas time.
It is such a large Mall it is cumbersome to get from one end to the other for the stores that you would like. Though they have a wonderful Public Market in the summer in the Sears parking lot that is worth a stop if you are in the area June through November Thursdays and Saturdays.
Kind of disappointed with this mall honestly I thought it would have better looking stores. There were some stores I like here but the selection of things were not the best. The lights are pretty here but even the way the mall is laid out made it difficult to back to the entrance you came in.I wont be coming back at all. There are other stores you can go too that look better.
Horrible... It was dirty, empty yet full of crap, stores closing left and right. Macys isnt even open as long as the mall hours anymore on a regular basis. Stores, mainly clothing stores are filthy and in disarray. No staff to be found to ask a question and if you did find someone they were just completely rude like asking them a question about a product or where to find something was not part of their job and you were bothering them. Just trying to cash out bc I had a return I was sent to four different areas in one store bc you cant do both in one location anymore? Yet when I went where I was told there was no one there either?? Security was taking three kids out of the main part of the mall I guess but had no control over the situation and the teens were running back&forth through customers and yelling, swearing and threatening everything, anything and nothing. What a joke!
Me and my friends of 16 and 17 were told to leave because of a unfair curfew rule for people under 19 despite the fact we were very polite and did nothing to warrant being kicked out. I think this rule is unfair and should be amended because they are completely cutting out a large amount of the market especially with the fact that this curfew applies at 4 pm i think this rule is unfair and should be changed.
I do not like the police that be around the mall just bothering me and my mom and brother we miss placed are key in a store an we told them but they was not helpful just mean to us telling us we can go to jail we are good people looking for are key but they did not care I wonder if it was because we are so called black so sad..... .......you are going to be sorry we are his people
Not high-end stores, but lots of standard quality shopping options. Near I-390 Ridge Rd West Route 104 exit. Lots of entrances to the Mall at Greece Ridge from Ridge Road West and Long Pond Road. Big H shape mall with large parking lots on all sides. Farmers market in the parking lot near Sears a couple days a week.

2022-07-01Food court has seen a lot changes recently. Popular outlets closed up. They need to capture the birds 🐦 flying around the seating area. Mall is good place to walk inside. Nice pictures in State Street section.

2022-03-07Mixed reactions. I have to use a wheelchair and need to use elevators. All I can say is they are FILTHY!! Need to go to the restroom? Good luck. There are not handicap accessible doors to get in or out of the restroom. Macys was the worst with clothes littered all over the floor and dirty floors. It has been years since I had been at the mall and it just may be a lifetime again

2022-05-07My shopping experience is good. It could be better. I should not have to drive to Eastview for my favorite stores. The individual store should also have the same items as the Eastview location. Please dont get me wrong...I do enjoy going to Eastview when time allows for the ride out there...not on 3 to 5 times a week.

2022-01-15When you visit the Mall at Greece Ridge, immediately you notice the Mall is experiencing real growth. More diverse stores and greater numbers of Guests making purchases. Greece Mall makes you feel comfortable with an Ecletic and clean food court. Security is always accessible to help with finding your way around. Family friendly location to visit seven days a week.

2022-02-03I went to Target there at Greece ridge Mall. I think the only downside is the distance from the bus stop to Target. You have to walk all the way around the outside of the mall to get to the back side of the mall to get to target. Too bad they dont have a bus stop that stops at Target also. It would greatly help the elderly. But other than that top notch.
