Husband and I stayed here awhile ago. Top notch service all around. Doormen and hosts were memorable, especially the cute brunette from Minneapolis. I think her name was Bailee. She was my husband and I’s favorite! Food is to die for and the employees are helpful all around. Can’t wait to come back next year!
I love this hotel, I know its very expensive but the service and the location and the food its worth it, I used to go their with my family many years and always pleasure to be there , I dont think I can find any other hotels in New York city with the same level costumers service and food that mark hotel has
A fantastic meal at a reasonable price. We ate outside during the winter months during the pandemic. The tables were well spaced with individual heat lamps over each table. The entire service staff complied with wearing masks at all times. Menus were paperless, the food was delicious and came out quickly. The best part of the meal, however, was the exceptional service. Our waiter, Zach, was incredibly professional and attentive. Paul, the manager, ensured that we were having the best experience possible. Our favorite restaurant has continued its excellence during these difficult times. I will gladly return and utilize its indoor dining as things return to normal.
This review is for the bar only, which charges a cool $25 for an unremarkable cocktail, served by indifferent wait staff, in surroundings that are reminiscent of a down-at-heel night club c.1985. We had to ask for cocktail napkins to soak up the moisture from our sweating glasses, remind the waitperson about a request for water, and when our request for cocktail nuts was declined -- they dont serve them -- we ordered a side of fries which were hot and crispy but undercooked. A forgettable experience and one that I will not be repeating. It is a dispiriting feature of some NYC venues that a hefty price tag is equated with quality and service, both of which are lacking here. When the Bar Pleiades at The Surrey re-opens (and lets hope it does), go there instead. Same neighborhood, but light years away.
We were traveling for the first time to NYC from out of town, we didn’t stay at this hotel but sure wish we did — we stopped by the concierge desk to ask for a recommendation for brunch and even though we weren’t guests, the concierge attendant, Vinmoor, found us a spot and even called to book a reservation for us. He was so kind and really went above and beyond for us so much so that I just had to write a raving review about him. What a great guy!
We’re visiting out of town. Stopped by the bar for drinks, there was no place to seat, so the bartender told us there was another bar on the back with another seating area. We did as suggested, walked to the back, sat down at a table. We were approached by a NASTY hostess that told us we couldn’t seat there (ok fine) so she moved us to another table. Shortly afterwards a NASTIER man host told us we needed a reservation and we could only stay for 30 mns. My son tried to explain what had happened, he disregarded him, and told him “I don’t care what happened, you have until 7pm” and then you need to leave. Really? Nasty nasty! We left right away! I have stayed and dined at 5 star hotels all over the world and have never been insulted this way! And in front of an entire bar full of people! How hard was to explain very nicely and professionally that we could not seat in that area of the bar. We’re from out of town! Didn’t know! Please, get some training for those nasty rude hostesses!!!! This happened this evening around 6:30.
Was just there today. Walked in to get coffee and something to eat with my friend. When the guy at the front door greet us and asked us what we need it and I told him he told me that there is another restaurant next door with good coffee and better price. I looked straight at him in the eyes and told him no I am good here. When we walked in the hostess was standing in front of us with her tablet and did not even greet us until I made a noise to get her attention. Our waitress was very nice and respectful, everything else was a bad experience.
Took a while to get some kind of service. Our waiter was so lame and slow with no sense of hospitality . My family and I were in a bit of rush. We were sat on the Madison Avenue side cabana. A security man came to make sure we were taking care of. Food wasn’t great and definitely not worth the money
I never stayed at the hotel , but their act of random kindness is the best I have seen in New York city . I was traveling muslim in the month of ramadan needed to use the washroom or toilet. All other restaurants turned me away but they humbly with humility Said yes. To me thats worth more than billions of dollars , so I know their hotel service is mind blowing amazing
For all the amazing restaurants in the city, and for this one to be at one of the top hotels in the city, I must admit I found it underwhelming. I got a lobster burger, which was fine, but the actual burger was very small. Normally, I wouldn’t mind he portion if it tastes different or interesting, but this burger was very plain for the price paid. Same goes for everything else ordered at the table. On top of this, I didn’t like the attitude of the waiter we got. He had this air of arrogance to him that only became more obvious when he forgot to bring us a side of fries that we ordered. He rushed away without giving us a chance to tell him if we still even wanted the fries considering all of our food had gotten there. We called for him as soon as we could, not even two minutes later, to tell him we would no longer need them, and he told us he already put them in and he wouldn’t cancel the order. So essentially we paid for an extra order of fries that arrived late and wasn’t eaten because we did not need them anymore. It’s a cute location, but if you’re looking to have a better experience, I’d say skip on The Mark and go somewhere else.
I love the management at the Mark, they truly make me feel like I’m coming home every time I stay. Location is the best, and they still have delicious food available for guests. Awesome staycation option if your looking to change it up and enjoy some other parts of the city during Covid (or anytime!)
Great welcome for a birthday celebration. The cake that greeted me was so special. We were upgraded and the room was spacious. We enjoyed dinner at The Mark and had a wonderful evening. The check in was smooth. There were small hiccups along the way. (WiFi went down, strange charges and overly aggressive housekeeping) Overall, nice stay.
Great hotel, awesome new rooms and amazing costumer service! Within walking distance of nice restaurants and speak easy bars. Minutes from downtown. Maria at the reception desk made our stay a smooth transition and was always accessible. Will definitely be staying again.
Amazing Hotel. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. I love Jose that works in the bar! Great neighborhood with lots to do and close to amazing dining and shopping. The food at the hotel is superb too. Highly recommend. I cant wait to go back. If you have a dog they are supremely dog friendly in the best way possible
The Mark hotel exceeded our expectations. Amazing service downstairs in the restaurant. Our room and bathroom was pure luxury. The front desk reception makes you feel comfortable immediately. We had our shoes shined complimentary and they came back like new. The hotel staffs are very accommodating. Wow to the prices.
Exquisite and fun. Im local, so I come here for a mid-morning break to enjoy a coffee and plan the rest of my day after some meetings in the Upper East Side. Havent had the chance to try the restaurant yet, looking forward to it. Im sure it wont disappoint. The decor overall is extravagant but at the same time tone down. A fun place to visit without doubt.
Went with a friend as we walked by and both are fans of Jean Georges. It was good but nothing memorable and not worth the price. The service was very professional but I would say too professional. These days the top restaurants, including Michelin Star restaurants, provide perfect service but the services are approachable, friendly and add to the experience. Here they did everything right but felt more they were trying to impress me.The food itself was good but not great. I had veal milanese and it was prepared well but fried veal cutlet, nothing more. The arugula and tomatoes were nice and flavorful but not enough to lift the score. Also got a side of fries as they are usually special at this type of place. The ones on top were good, thin and crispy (though no unique flavor, no truffles, no garlic). Once you got to the fries at the bottom of the cup, they were soggy and mixed together. The food was good, dont get me wrong, but nothing special and disappointing given the expectations.
The overall service itself was pretty good, the staff were kind. Our waitress left halfway through service and delayed our led courses significantly. The food was the main reason I didnt give it a good score. The food was bland, under seasoned and overall just not worth the excessive prices they charged on valentines day.
A striking hotel from the moment you enter. To many the locale is too far northeast but its perfect for the quiet neighbourhood and local shops and restaurants nearby. Recently had the pleasure to have breakfast here at The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges. Sampled one of the healthy breakfast bowls with Chia and many other good things, which made for a great and filling start to my day. Staff are friendly and efficient with an ever present smile to greet you.
I had an employee enter my room without permission while I was sleeping. He was un announced and stood over my bed, staring at me. I immediately said, GET OUT! He said I requested towels at 10:00pm at night. I immediately called downstairs and told them my complaint. I also spoke to management in the morning. No one ever resolved this issue with me. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I still have nightmares. The Mark is not a safe place to stay.
Without a doubt, an amazing dining experience. The ambiance is stylish yet relaxed, while the cuisine and service does not disappoint. The Crispy Sushi, Truffle Pizza and Veal Milanese are remarkable - and pair nicely with an impressive wine list. One of my favorite restaurants in New York!
Had a lovely breakfast at the Mark Restaurant. The food is prepared and presented beautifully and its delicious. Whats even more, although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff was charming and attentive. Kudos to the manage (I think it was Kyle) for his warm welcome.
Atmosphere is great. Most staff is amazing. Front desk staff is very attentive. My one star is coming from one horrible horrific interaction. I was told by a director that this hotel does not like people like me staying at the hotel. This is very sad that a person could say that to someone.
Bathrooms very large with more cabinet and drawer space than any hotel Ive stayed in. Probably the nicest room we have ever stayed in. The team was professional from the minute we placed the reservation. Very good breakfast to start the day with. Exchange rate is available at the hotel.
My husband and I eloped in Central Park and stayed at the Mark that night. It was truly amazing, a first rate place and I will definitely be back the next time I am in NYC. This hotel is slightly above our normal budget (we normally stay at the W and had been at the W on Lexington for three nights before we came to the Mark) but I was hoping for such a special night it was worth the splurge, and we were not disappointed. the staff was so welcoming and friendly without being obnoxious or pretentious at all, and the building itself is spotless and beautifully designed, down to the lobby, the hallways, the rooms, everything. our check in was very quick and easy, and we got a room upgrade when we said we were on our honeymoon. they also sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne that evening while we were getting ready for the ceremony, which was very welcome :) all of the staff wished us luck when we left for the ceremony and everyone wanted to know how it went when we got back. we had drinks in the hotel bar after the ceremony while waiting to walk over to our dinner reservation, and it was also very nicely designed and not as crazy expensive as I expected, with a very laid back atmosphere. our room was very spacious (this could have been due to the upgrade, we requested a king courtyard room but I am honestly not sure what we ended up with - still a king room, and definitely not a suite, but it did seem bigger than I expected and what others have said) and very comfortable - nice linens, beautiful, soothing decor, plenty of storage room for our luggage, clothing, etc. the minibar almost knocked me out, it was the best one I have ever seen and the prices were even reasonable, especially after coming from the W the few nights we were in town before. everything you could ever think of in the way of mixing drinks or having snacks was provided, and plenty of it. we didnt actually use anything from the minibar but I know if we would have been there more than one night it would have been tempting. the bathroom was amazing with a double vanity with a tv built into the mirror on one side, a marble soaking tub big enough for two, a nice big glassed-in separate shower, and closet also. I just cant say enough about what a great time we had at this hotel and I really cant wait to go back.
One of our 2 favorite girls in NYC. Great location though the shopping on Madison Ave is a little underwhelming with many stores having moved to Soho. Great service. Very good restaurant, and bar. Having Sant Ambroeus next door offering the best pastries, and coffees is a huge plus.
Sadly for my wife, on her birthday, the food was mediocre at best. The $72 Dover sole special was bland with a congealed mustard sauce. She barely touched it. The presentation of the food, in general, was average. To add insult to injury, the $13 cupcake was what I can purchase at Stop & Shop. I will say that the service was fairly attentive. With so many choices in New York, go elsewhere. I made the wrong choice this go around.
I stayed at the Mark Hotel for my anniversary weekend this past February, 2013. Knowing that the hotel was very popular, I was a bit worried about noise, however I couldnt hear a thing even though there were many other guests on my floor and we faced Madison Avenue.I was so thrilled to be in a luxurious, beautiful and quiet atmosphere. My husband and I had a memorable stay, from the beautifully decorated rooms to raiding the minibar of all the great snacks, we couldnt have felt more pampered in our rooms, although the huge bathrooms were definitely our favorite part!We are by no means a wealthy couple but when we do travel we enjoy staying at the best hotels to treat ourselves, we have stayed at some truly unforgettable places around the world, however what really sets the Mark apart is the staff. From the front desk managers, to the bellhop, to the bartender who stayed open just a few minutes later to mix a special cocktail for us, the people here made us feel welcome and cared for, without an ounce of disingenuousness. We enjoyed cookies from the kitchen, a lovely meal at the restaurant,t and cocktails at the bar. All so chic and lovely, but doesnt feel snooty at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an extra special stay. The staff make this hotel feel like a very luxe home away from home.
The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. You could not pay me to go back to this place. The day of our reservation the restaurants heat broke. Although we had arrived 30 minutes prior to our reservation to grab a coffee in the lounge, the restaurant did not bother to notify us that the heat was not working. It was the coldest day in NYC history. The hostess told us (as she took us to our table) that it was a bit cold. At that point it was too late to make other arrangements... It was Valentines Day.While the cold was a factor in my overall experience, it is not my reason for leaving this review. The service was AWFUL. As I said, we were never notified that we would need snow gear to eat at the restaurant. There seemed to be more than enough staff, yet it took almost 30 minutes to have someone take our drink order and another 20 for them to show up. The menu was a prefix three course menu. One of the ladies at our table wasnt feeling well and only wanted an appetizer. The waiter took it upon himself to order her an entree and desert (of his choice), and proceeded to place the unwanted dishes in front of her during each course. He was extremely rude about it. It was one of the most bizarre things Ive experienced at a restaurant, not to mention a huge waste. The total lunch took about 2.5 hours... Maybe if the servers had spent less time walking around with trays of hot Cocoa they would have had time to serve the food... but what do I know? After complaining to the manager they took off the $85 prefix charge for the one person. It is still baffling to me that they thought it was appropriate to charge it in the first place! I also find it insane that there was no immediate discount for having to eat in 10 degree weather. It was hands down THE most unpleasant and disappointing lunch I have ever had. Never in my life have I been treated that way, particularly at a high-end EXPENSIVE restaurant. I left freezing, angry, and put down by the obnoxiously rude staff.Honestly I would have been happier spending my $150 (my portion of the outrageous bill) at Apple Bees.
Everyone at the hotel was so nice and always welcomed us back each time we entered. The hotel was always very clean. The service of all the staff is outstanding. The room was way over priced for the size of our room. Location is good access to public transport and surrounding.
We think that this hotel should rank as the best luxury hotel in NYC with a boutique feel. Public transit is readily available. The location was perfect for access to the museums, park, and upper East side. The staff at the hotel were among the most attentive Ive ever experienced.
The Mark is a five star establishment on the Upper East Side. You can expect a great experience here. The butler service is very attentive and professional here. This is a place to see and be seen. The suite was well appointed with a kitchenette and everything in order.
Lovely boutique hotel, situated on the quiet Upper East Side of Manhattan barely a 2 minute walk from Central Park.Room was gorgeous and very spacious on the 6th Floor. Design & quality of the furnishing was all top-shelf stuff. The detail with which the room was maintained by the housekeeping staff was amazing. After plodding around Gotham with the wifey, it was a pleasure to walk into a beautiful room and just flop-out with a newspaper and a beer. Housekeeping staff turn-down the bed every evening and leave either a macaroon or chocolate on each night table. Speaking of the bed, the mattress was ultra comfortable and the linen so nice, prying yourself out of bed was extremely difficult. Housekeeping also lay-out the guests’ slippers and adjust the ambient lighting in the room to create a very relaxing atmosphere. Service is faultless and The Mark has earned their 5 stars.Service in both the The Mark’s bar & restaurant is equally superlative, as is the cuisine served. Restaurant has an excellent menu (I had a Lobster burger). A pet peeve is big plates and tiny portions, but I was served a reasonable meal that was neither glutinous or left me looking for a hotdog cart. Bill for 2 was $146 with just myself ordering a glass of wine; very reasonable for Manhattan.
Lovely, Classic and Time honored hotel in a very convenient upper East Side location. Away from the hustle and bustle of your typical iconic hotels and well maintained luxury. Outstanding rooms with unparalleled service from doorway to exit. A great place to call home when you are away from home.
The food is mediocre (3 star at best) and we ordered a lot. But the vibe and crowd was not what I was expecting at all. I was expecting a restaurant/bar filled with, well a much older and subdued crowd but I was wrong. It was filled with lots of young-middle age trendy people and busy on a Wed night. Overall, the crowd and energy was great so if I find myself in the UES, Id return for drinks, but not for food. I want to give this place a 4 star but since Im supposed to be reviewing the restaurant, Im sticking with the 3 star bc of the food and frankly, service could have been better.
Im a Talent Agent. I tried to speak with the person in charge of events co ordination. Forget it. My client is a celebrity and this person Julia has a habit of disconnecting, not returning phone calls and no general idea of how to orchestrate the business. So glad my client didnt observe this as much as I did but NEVER TRY TO BOOK ANYTHING OF NORMALITY HERE. its apparently a horrible experience. Thanks Julia for your service (even after speaking with you and putting us off.) Hope you gain other celebs :) this one wont be taking part. You deserve none of the above.
My girlfriend and I went to the mark for our one year anniversary. I would say that the services and general attitude of staff was poor. Some staff was very polite and helpful, but we had a bad encounter as we left. We asked for them to arrange a car to the airport and they did not reserve it. As we were leaving I asked about the car and they said well, we didnt order it because we did not get a hold of you to get final approval on the price. I dont know, but I think a $550 a night base rate for a hotel room demands a little more. The problem was I called and asked for a car, she said she would get a car. We left to get breakfast nearby and all she did was leave a message on the phone in the room. Instead of having a nice end to a nice weekend, we got flung around in the back of a cab to the airport. Another thing that happened that was annoying, was the first night we got their, we decided to stop at the bar in the mark for a drink. We go in and a man that worked at the bar said hi and walked out. There were three staff in the small bar. I sat there with my girlfriend for 15 minutes waiting for the seemingly busy staff to come over. I request a drink and she said to me, oh, we called last call just before you came in. Are you serious? why wouldnt the man or the waitress come over and tell us earlier. I dont know, some staff was nice, some was just plain rude and not helpful. For a place of the price of the mark, I expect consistency. The room was fantastic, the door staff was fantastic, the bar staff was bad with the exception of one bartender, and I think the manager of the concierge desk was very rude and poor with her handling of our car request.
While I like The Mark for lunch, we had dinner there last night and it was a zoo. Service and food were fine but the noise was insane. Everyone was having a good time except those who wanted to hear each other. We sat at a table in the bar area. Maybe that was part of the problem
The Mark Hotel is a nice hotel with a wide variety of rooms in size and location. The service can be exceptional but sometimes is lacking . So hope for the best but prepare to be disappointed. On the plus side they almost always make up for the disappointment. All of the staff was friendly and helpful so I would guess it was a lack of training by management.
Easily my favourite hotel in NY, boutique feel in a great neighbourhood , steps from the park and museum . Round the corner from St Ambreous for coffee and across from the Carlyle of you want a lively bar ..staff are friendly without being intrusive and people know you by name ...probably because its an upscale apartment hotel
Visually, The Mark is everything it sells itself to be - a glorious art deco feel and a real sense of individual style in a city where corporate design is king. For me, the challenge they have is to embrace the friendliness and individual service that the very best boutique hotels deliver. Overwhelmingly, my impression was that the well heeled clientele who were spending freely in the bar and restaurant were of more importance to the staff than the guests in the hotel.Disappointing examples included going in search of somewhere to read a book and have a cocktail, only to be told that the bar was full and that the restaurant bar was out of bounds unless you had a dinner reservation. It was tactfully suggested to me that I should sit in reception, where there was a sofa - really, they could have cared less...but not much. I had room service - nowhere else to go.Something they could learn from the excellent Firmdale Hotels in London is to have a small but comfy space for hotel guests only, perhaps with an honesty bar - just somewhere to relax thats not your room. Right now, if the bar is doing is doing its usual roaring trade and the restaurant is filled with the beau monde, you might find yourself having a club sandwich on your bed.Between bites of my club sandwich in my room, I asked the concierge where I could rent a bike - a list was promised but never appeared. When I asked the next morning, I was given the name of a bike store 15 blocks away that had never done rentals and was never planning to. Again, I gained the impression that the key client facing staff didnt really care that much.Breakfast in the restaurant was a depressing experience - a huge empty void without its evening bookings and a staff that were obviously reproachful that they were having to work a breakfast shift instead of the the higher rolling lunch or dinner service. A cold toasted bagel after 15 minutes wait for a total of $30 + wasnt a great start to the day. Cynically, the old game of adding a full service charge to my breakfast bill, then leaving the service line open for another service charge to be added depressed me even more.I had a go at afternoon tea and waited 20 minutes before one of the waiters decided to stop talking to their colleague and ask for my order. In the intervening time I watched as a couple of them bickered about which of them should have served another guest. Personally, I dont want to hear staff bitching about guests and each other in front of other guests - its just sloppy and unprofessional. Same again at check out, when the front desk team were sniggeringly alerting each other to an approaching guest with a complaint - why not keep this to the office behind and not offer it up to other guests? So, why pay $500+ per night + all the extras for The Mark?It really is a stunning hotel and should radiate a warmth and bonhomie that a great boutique hotel has. The gym is pretty good and Im sure Frederick Fekkai is a fine hair salon - but surely a better guest area would be an improvement on a hair salon? Not sure of the economics of renting to Frederick versus ensuring you get happy returning visitors recommending The Mark to their friends, but Im guessing the long term value must be better for all concerned. My room was spacious and seriously comfortable with a fabulous deep bath and shower area - again, great design. Maid service was also excellent - funny and nice people who made me feel welcomed... perhaps some of the front of house staff downstairs can learn from their upstairs colleagues.I would love to come back to The Mark - some of the staff couldnt have been more charming and its a glorious building. I just hope you can have a think about how to make hotels guests a little more welcome and tune up the restaurant service from grumpy and haughty to we love having you here. Finally, thanks to the doormen, who were funny and diligently looked after my bike that was chained up outside.

2022-01-27Boutique hotel feel upon entry…. INCREDIBLE staff that actually care and listen to your needs and wants. Extremely luxurious. I have stayed here 4x already and it keeps getting better… the staff genuinely care about any concerns you have and the rooms are beautiful. Guest relations team is top notch along with the Concierge. If you want a true luxury hotel this is one of the top options in Manhattan but it does not come cheap.

2022-03-19Actually the two women bartenders were superb. They concocted perfect Manhattans with a different twist...The service at dinner was excellent- the young man was from Ixtapa. Foodwise-it was just ok except for the caviar which doesnt take culinary talent but does take presentation skills. The sauce for the baby size beef tenderloin was tasteless, it was vapid. The meat was over cooked. The white asparagus was good but the artichoke was better.A special note on the graciousness of the bartenders. A rather obnoxious man wanted 2.....400 dollar glasses of Macallan....25 year old scotch. Politely, they made sure the man was aware of its cost. He was rather off-putting to the staff and the clientele but the staff handled the buffoon with pure grace as he changed his order. I applaud those women.

2022-01-24Stayed at the Mark hotel 12/29/21-1/2/22, took our son for his first trip to NY. On our first night there, we decided to go into the bar to enjoy a cocktail. A male security employee who was standing outside the bar door asked us if we had a reservation which we responded with no then said we only wished to have a drink at the bar. He proceeded to tell us the bar was “only for hotel guests”. His assumption must have been that we weren’t hotel guests. I’m not sure how he would know such without asking first, which he did not. This was very offensive! We passed this along this the first night & received an apology from guest relations staff with a couple coffee cups the next day.On our last evening of the trip, we made our way to the bar doors again (which you must go through to get to the hotel restaurant for which we were going to dine)... 2 employees were standing in front of the closed door (1 female hostess with a tablet in hand, another different male security employee). Neither spoke to us. I motioned to the door to get them to allow us in. Then the hostess finally said do you have a reservation and I confirmed, gave her our name etc. She clicked it off her tablet & never said another word. Finally I had to ask if we could go in. She nodded to the security guard that we could go in but neither said a word to us. Beyond rude! I proceeded to go find the manager on duty for the hotel to discuss, who was apologetic verbally & we did receive a dessert we didnt order at the end of our meal but nobody ever explained it as a token of apology. Our bathtub drain also did not work properly for 3 days consistently. We received probably a $100 total in coffee cups/dessert in amends. I do NOT feel this is sufficient when you pay $5000 for a 4 night stay. Customer service should be above and beyond, not rude and offensive.I did receive an email after I filled out an online survey received from hotel. The response was allow us to upgrade your room next time you stay with us. Unfortunately, enough reparation was not made to us for me to give them another chance.

2022-01-19The dramatic, polished black-and-white floor that greets you in the lobby is the first sign that the Mark is no ordinary hotel experience. Contemporary light fixtures, furniture, and modern art combined effortlessly by designer Jacques Grange give the Mark a sense of cool elegance. The restaurant, by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, is high-end New York all the way. The classic Upper East Side location combined with the contemporary, Art Deco-inspired design make for an unforgettable stay.

2022-04-25RUDE discriminating security guard at bar entrance last night. I dont know why he decided to discriminate against me and my girlfriend: maybe by gender, maybe by nationality, maybe by skin color… but it was a TERRIBLE experience last night… I should call manager!

2021-05-18I was a recent guest for a low-key weekend “Staycation” with my 2 best friends, in honor of my upcoming wedding. We were treated with care from the moment we checked in. The staff of this hotel is top top top notch — best in class, undoubtedly. The best part? They’re dog friendly (an understatement — they treated my Chihuahua like the queen that she is) including a dog menu by their on-site Jean-Georges restaurant.10/10 will stay again. Love this place and its people.I should also mention that the housekeeping staff was lovely.

2022-01-22Met up with Vic Stah Milien here and man he was correct, this is an amazing hotel and we really appreciate the staff here. Thanks Vic for meeting us here with such a short notice.
