DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE CROOKED AND SOLD US A DANGEROUS UNSAFE VEHICLE. We purchased a pre-owned 2014 C300 at 44,000 miles. They gave us the royal treatment, and made us feel like we were making a worthwhile purchase. They performed a 144 point inspection on the car prior to selling, YET the engine seized up on the car WHILE IN MOTION and all electrical mechanisms were out of sync at 9,000 miles after purchase. The warrantee was only good for 60 days, and because this was not a collision, it is not covered by insurance. The cost of repair is now more than what the car is worth, and the car is totaled. We are still responsible for the remaining balance on the loan, even though the car is now USELESS. We called Keeler they said, sorry. HOW COULD THEY NOT HAVE KNOWN THAT THIS WAS AN UNSAFE VEHICLE? THEY PUT OUR LIVES AT RISK BY SELLING US THIS CAR.

Our journey with keeler mercedes began in 2004 with the purchase of our 1st Mercedes suv. As the years have gone by we have since purchased/leased 5 more vehicles. The professionalism in sales and service is extraordinary. Started with Matt the service advisor, who takes care of his customers like they are his family no matter day or night, weekend, always available. Casper who was our sales consultant who made my daughters dream car become hers. Also, John the finance advisor who also made signing papers as easy as shopping online. The entire experience was just phenomenal as always.
We were greeted by Dominic Lombardo at our first visit and he was incredibly nice and welcoming that it left such a great impression on us. Buying a car is a huge deal so we shopped around and went to Audi. The cars GLC and the Audi q5 both drove well but we decided to go with Mercedes because of Dominic.When we went the second time around and he gave us more options that he was able to find so we had options. He asked us to go for another test drive, suggested a good drive path and told us to take our time and enjoy.So different from what we were told at Audi: keep it under 15 minutes.Our 2nd car will need to be upgraded in 14 months and we are 100% going back to Mr. Lombardo!Thank you again for being so kind and patient with us during this whole process!!

There are not enough stars to express the excellent service from Chris Adams and his team at Keeler. We were driving from Cape Cod to Illinois and lost 2 windshield wipers during the tropical storm last week. They were more than happy to take us on the spot and completed the service in 10 minutes! I’m impressed. It was the first time I had been at a Mercedes-Benz Service location. I bought a used MB that was slightly taken care of, but heavily neglected in maintenance. It’s gonna cost me a pretty penny to make this car what I want it to be. The guys at Keeler were very honest in letting me know about some previous work done on the car from another state and owner (no names were mentioned) and give me options on some over due maintenance needed in the car which I was very willing to get done. I was prepared to walk away with only paying $700 until I realized I also wanted new lug nuts which were in stock and I got at a fair price and without hassle. In my car model all of the cars I’ve seen have rusty lug nuts. Other places I had gone to gave me the “run-around” over lug nuts...Keeler MB did not. Keeler MB said “ we can add the lug nuts to your current ticket” and they did. I like this place. I’ll be back for more work on the car. I also like that they wash your car after they do work on it. The feeling of coming back to a clean car makes you feel special.I’m only giving Keeler MB 4 stars because I expected to see muffins or some type of real food in the the lounge. The lounge chairs are comfortable and there is a TV in there.One last thing please check out the coffee maker if you’re there. This machine is like a personal barista, I got a cappuccino, a latte, and coffee all simply amazing.

We were looking for a new car and it came down to two different brands….after going to Keeler and meeting Emily, we knew we were not going any further. Emily was sweet and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. In 24 hrs we were in our new car, thanks to Emily’s hard work and follow up on everything. 1 month later, we still have an occasional question and she always returns our calls and has an answer. Having seen a contractor working at one of my job sites driving a Sprinter van and saying how good the fuel mileage was I became curious and did a little more reading on them.This lead me to look at one in person at the Keeler MB dealership one weekend where I met an extremely friendly and personable salesman by the name of Jason Terrence who gave me some initial advice on the Sprinter Vans.After this interaction I knew I would be back to make a purchase of one when I had my opportunity come about.Some months later I came back to see their inventory and in fact there was one that checked all the boxes as far as features.I worked with Jason and received a professional and courteous transaction in which no time did I feel pressured or talked into a deal that wasn’t what I wanted.The entire experience was nothing but positive and enjoyable!As for the Sprinter Van , it is extremely well made and has a presence that other vans just can’t match.This old professional carpenter is happy to now have the benefit of working out of a new Sprinter!Pete H

Great service. All were so friendly - not just those that were working directly with me but everyone at Keeler. I felt welcome and cared for.I never felt pressured, rather Jason (my sales rep) did everything he could to give me a great deal and bring the monthly cost to a place where I was really comfortable. Nick in finance gave me all my options yet, again, no pressure. This was such a breath of fresh air and quite different from prior experiences at some other dealers.The car (CLA 250) is stunning, has all the bells and whistles you could want and a few I didnt know I needed but love. Terrible experience in service department. I brought my car in for service because the sound system wasn’t working. They called me to say that the amp needed to be replaced for 1100. They also stated that there was an extended warranty on the vehicle from the previous owner but I wasn’t covered. I did some research and found out that the warranty was transferable. When I picked up the car I was told that there was no charge. Everything was converted under the warranty. Then I got several texts that I needed to pay my bill. Threatening that if I didn’t pay they would never service the vehicle again. I paid the bill but will never go back.
Best automotive service and sales weve ever come across. Well worth the 65 mile trip (each way). Ten years and two cars later, they continue to earn our loyalty and our business.
My husband, mother-in-law, and I all had a wonderful experience working with Rick Giglio. Rick was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He answered all of our questions, he was easy to work with, and he was patient and gave us space to make our decisions. 5 Stars to Avery in Parts Department. Over the phone he determined from VIN the correct F/R pad and sensor set of my older Merc. Ordered them, arrived on time in full. Pleasure to deal with on the phone and in Person. Also had the correct oil filters in stock. Pads installed perfectly by a non Mercedes Shop (location). The dealership is easy to find off the Northway. Dealership was well signposted where departments were. All 3 folk I interacted with were excellent and friendly. Good Job, not all Mercedes dealerships are the same. Both interactions with this one have been very positive.

Still have my 2007 e350 that I bought certified in 09 and it’s running great with 120k miles-looks great too! Just went back and purchased a 2018 GLE and had it delivered today. And the reason I went back - Keeler is a great place they are fair and will work with you. But more importantly best salesman ever, Dominique Cadet!!! When given my summary for my vehicle even give me a quote so greatful, but here keeler lost my faith and trust was when The paper work did not have the correct name but another person with the name Mohammed . even the correct phone number of the owner as well as the license plate was not even correct . I’ve lost trust in this dealership beware they might just treat you like any random Mohammed Spoke to a gentleman by the name Jeff and he proceeded to use a very loud tone.I hung up because I will not be disrespected.
They really don’t know what they doing. I had a check engine on and abs took my car there to run diagnostics to see why the check engine on and left the car for 3 days with them called me after 3 days. After 3 days diagnosis gave me a totally different problems wrong with the car they said it was abs module I took it to local shop diagnose it. told me I need to change wheel bearing but due to the wheel bearing only can get it from the dealer I took the car back to the dealer told them check my wheel bearing and program abs and oil change.car stayed another 3 days at the dealer. They did oil change and never check on the rest. I kept calling to check the wheel bearing and change it he kept saying no u have to change the abs module first to check the wheel bearing. I took it back to the local shop and order the part from a different dealer and change it Nd everything good now. Took it two times to the dealer for same problem and got charger 1k plus for nothing just diagnosis’s and gave me a total different problem. Total rip offs. Just check with ur local mechanic before u go to them 100% they know about Mercedes than Mercedes it self know about there car.

Normally I don’t post reviews unless service is extremely well or extremely bad. I went into Mercedes-Benz honestly not looking for a car. I was on my way to look at another car that sold and my grandfather told me to head down to Keeler and see what they had. Of course I was already upset but still went hesitantly. Within minutes of arriving I was greeted and the staff was so friendly and professional. I was asked what I wanted in a car by Dominic who ended up being my salesman and he came ready with a list. I test drove a car within a half hour of being there. I then fell in love and closed the deal that day. A little hiccup a few days later with a lease I already had and was trying to get out of was resolved quickly and efficiently by Dominic. He did everything in his power to make sure I walked away with a fair price and the car I wanted. His service was phenomenal with his response times and keeping me updated on the process of turning in my lease to them. There was so pressure, no hassle, no stress. I honestly didn’t think buying a car would be that easy, especially on my own. This is a week later of owning my car and I am still just as in love with it as the first day. Just took delivery of a 2021 E450 sedan from Dominic Lombardo and product concierge Roderick Williams. I called Dom in January about ordering the E 450, he was able to give me a more than fair price and he kept me updated during the production process. I purchased a new (for me) 2014 MB wagon, sight unseen from this dealership. I was treated with respect and had a wonderful experience. I had a repair done while on the road traveling 1,500 miles from home which was also done painlessly. The sales person, Lynn, recalled this and made sure I was given credit from the loyalty program for this repair. It allowed me to purchase new tires before I left the dealership. She picked me up at the airport, helped with the purchasing paperwork, ensured the staff paired my phone and set up the car before I left 2 hours later on my long trip home. Wonderful service.

Honestly wasnt sure what to expect walking in. First time buying a Mercedes-Benz, first time buying from Keeler. The showroom was clean, as youd expect, and lined with much of their lineup. I was greeted right away. I had emailed with a sales associate, John Zumbo, but my visit was unexpected. John was busy, but managed to get the car I had inquired about brought over from their lot for me to check out. No pressure from John at all. He stopped over to see how I was doing and answer any questions between his scheduled appointments.I made an appointment to return the following day, emailed John all preliminary info, and had a deal in place within an hour.Picked up my new car the next afternoon.Its a car dealership, so expect the during and post sale pitches for various extras. But there was no hard sell.Overall a great experience. Im hoping to own this car for the next 4 or 5 years. Should the car age well, Id expect to be back

Dominic Lombardo was great! No pressure from him and this was the only reason I purchased my car here. I’ve been to other dealers before visiting Keeler and they all were pushy. This dealership is top notch! We thought we would try a new Mercedes dealership as our previous one was far below the brand standard. We drove nearly an hour and a half and we are very happy that we did. Jason, our sales person made us feel welcome, comfortable and catered to OUR wishes. He was supportive and assisted us with our decision to lease our 2019 GLC 300. The finance manager was truly a breath of fresh air too. Lynn Larson was absolutely outstanding on my test drive of a GLS and a GLE. She understood everything about the vehicles, and even mentioned a different seat option that she thought might be more in line with what I was looking for. Take all of your preconceived notions about stereotypical Mercedes sales staff and throw them out. Lynn was extremely personable and attentive and I would highly recommend anyone going there request to work with her.
Keeler made the car-buying experience, something I dread, very pleasant. I was never pressured into something I didnt want or need and I was treated like I was a very important customer even though I wasnt buying anything near their top-of-the-line vehicle. Jason was a great sales resource throughout the process and Bernie was a great help to learn all the features of the car.

Just purchased A Brand new G63 Edition1 from this Dealership. My Salesman DJ Lee is the best. He was working very hard to help find this G63 for me because this is limited production car. (it could take up to 1 year to get one if you order it now) + this is A special edition car. I am very happy with it. I would recommend this Salesman to you all. He is very nice, honest guy with full knowledge of any Mercedes model. This is staggering well serviced and detailed car when its delivered to me. We have found their service department to be very responsive, both when the car is brought in for service, or at times, when weve had to call with various questions. Weve had an absolutely wonderful experience with the salesman who has already worked with us on our purchase of 3 different vehicles over the years. He not only has been responsive during the initial purchase periods, but has maintained contact with us over the years, and offered various forms of help and assistance, that have gone above and beyond the call of duty. His name is Casper, and in all our years of purchasing vehicles, we have never encountered such a person who works with you throughout your ownership of a vehicle. Our kudos to the staff at this dealership!

2022-04-19To preface, Im a 28 year old male with zero luxury brand purchase history. Having been raised in a very middle class family, I never really had to opportunity to drive higher quality brand cars, like Mercedes. I also know that I dont fit the general appearance of what youd call the average Mercedes buyer.Keeler Mercedes was actually the first location I stopped at during my car search (Im quite glad it was too). No more than 10 seconds after entering the building I was approached by Dom who couldnt have been more helpful. I explained my situation, the general type of car I was looking for and the price range I wanted to hit. Given the unfortunate socioeconomic impacts of COVID, Dom was pretty limited in providing me a car to test drive. Nonetheless, I found myself test driving (and falling in love with) a Mercedes. Following the drive, Dom and I exchanged information and said wed both be in contact.Of course, such a large financial decision requires perspective. Throughout the remainder of the day, I visited several other luxury brand car dealerships, where I was met with cynicism and estrangement; not quite the reaction you plan on encountering really under any circumstance. Dom did set the bar pretty high for all other car dealerships (which Ive taken into consideration), so when I wasnt met with the level of helpfulness and gratitude I encountered at Keeler, I knew where and who Id buy a car from.Dom is the type of person you hope to encounter when buying a car; Informative but not over baring or proud, date oriented (since the car was being delivered) but not pushy, helpful and not numbers oriented. I will say that because of Dom, I will be a returning customer and will recommend family and friends to Keeler Mercedes. Thank you again for making the car buying experience a memory you look forward to re-living.

They made the trade-in super easy, taking care of insurance and plate transfers. This is my second lease with them and will only come here even though it’s 3 hours from me.
